Favorite teal eyeshadow? MAC Steamy
Favorite purple eyeshadow? Clionadh Shard
Favorite burgundy eyeshadow? MAC Star Violet
Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool
Favorite teal eyeshadow? just one? seriously? (and this from someone who wears neutrals all the time) – it could be one of a bunch from UD – Plunge, Deep End, Double Dip, Frozen North….I could go on and on (and I have to mention MAC Birds & Berries, my first deliberate teal shadow purchase)
Favorite purple eyeshadow? UD again – Stormborn, from the Game of Thrones palette, Inglot 420P and 434P. I probably have others I love but can’t think of them right now.
Favorite burgundy eyeshadow? again, UD and again Game of Thrones – Weirwood Leaves got me started on burgundy eyeshadows. I also very much love Tarte Sinful, ABH Rosette and Dior New Look #3. I do have to be careful with burgundy shadows because they can make me look like I’ve been crying or peeling onions!
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Favorite teal eyeshadow? The absolute best teal eyeshadow was from bareMinerals, back in the day when they were doing the Ready formual – it was called Editior’s Pick and it was the perfect teal. Nowadays teals are harder to come by – apart from your stunning Flying High Christine from the On the Horizon palette.
Another favourite is the teal from Dior’s Bonne Etoile and I do consider this shade more of a blue – but Lapis Luxury from PMG’s Decadence palette.
Favorite purple eyeshadow? I don’t have many purple eyeshadows, TBH, but the one and only purplish themed eye palette I have comes from Mecca Cosmetica here in Aus and the palette is called Euphoria and it has a few graded shimmery cool toned purples in it. Lunar Illumination is another one I have used and liked as well. It’s the metallic finish that gets me every time.
Favorite burgundy eyeshadow? I wasn’t a burgundy eyeshadow wearer until I saw Isabella Muse’s review of Maybelline’s Burgundy Bar eye palette, which, amazingly enough, was available here in Aus. I decided to give it a try as I have quite a lot of the burgundy shade in my winter wardrobe. It is stellar and probably the only DS eyeshadow palette that I would recommend. It has both slightly cool and slightly warm toned burgundy shades in it and they are both easy to use with the mutlitude of cream, gold and taupe eyeshadows.
Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones, grey hair and brown eyes.
Favorite teal eyeshadow? A relatively new favorite teal is from the Dolce & Gabana Feline Eyes Palette called Mediterranean Blue. It is shade 4 which is a tealish/blue/green shade leaning blue. I just really like it all over my lid.
Favorite purple eyeshadow? Synthetica by Pat McGrath. Love it! Also like Ellis Faas Creamy Eye in Deep Purple.
Favorite burgundy eyeshadow? I sort of have two that I really love. The first is the Chantecaille shade called Crane and the second is Ellis Faas Holographic Bordeaux. I have several of the Ellis Faas Creamy Eyes and really love them. Holographic Bordeaux is a kissing cousin to the popular blue/brown pigments that a lot of brands have but this one has a burgundy base.
These are favorites and not necessarily the “best”. These highlight my dark brown eyes.

Favorite purple eyeshadow? SBSD Glam Rush, Terra Moons Grapetini or Terra Moons Moon Tide?!? (I love so many purples!!!)
Favorite burgundy eyeshadow? I don’t think I have one!
