Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).
We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup. I’d be lost without it.
it seems to have disappeared in Canada. No longer at Sephora or Nordstrom or Holt Renfrew, all of which used to carry it. So that’s frustrating.
Mine is the opposite end of the price spectrum: Wet n Wild Impossible primer. It has been my go-to for a few years and nothing beats it for me. I usually have at least one tube as backup.
Too late! It’s Dior’s Airflash spray foundation. After that, it’s IT Cosmetics original formula CC cream. I’d hate to see that bite the dust.
Charlotte Tillbury Hollywood Flawless Filter! My HG all-over glow goop. I used MAC Strobe Cream for a while but I like the finish of HFF better.
MAC Studio Fix Fluid – it’s my go-to when I need a medium to full coverage foundation that lasts all day. Plus, NW10 in this specific foundation is my best shade match. The Studio Fix line is a MAC staple and I hope it stays that way!
Tonymoly I’m Honey face mask. Looks like honey, smells like honey, feels like honey, makes the skin feel and look luscious.
Hourglass Dum Light Ambient Lighting Powder! It makes my foundation look absolutely seamless and diffused, plus, it gives my face a lovely, soft glow!
*Dum, not dum! Oy vey!
So, it’s Dum, not dum??? LOLOL – thanks for the chuckle!
It’s so bizarre because I’ve been typing it with an “i”, but it keeps coming out with a “u”, and I DON’T believe that it’s autocorrect…but you never know, right?
I had a keyboard that when wonky some years ago and every time I typed the “e”, another letter came out. Ain’t technology grand???
Sweet. Knew what you meant because Dim is fantastic. 😉
After having TWO of my favorite foundations discontinued in the same year (just last year), and having to hunt for months for replacements….I have a laundry list of products that work for my various skin needs and I’m going to be pretty twitchy about any of them being discontinued. In order, they are:
1) Lancome Teint Idole Care & Glow — has a lovely blurring finish and a good color match for me
2) Dior Forever Glow, the new formula — good color match, a bit sticky but wonderful for my skin texture and tone
3) Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow — Heavy and only matches my winter color, but does have a nice finish and a good protective layer for my skin without breaking me out
4) MAC Studio Fix — Sometimes causes slight breakouts and the color match is inexact, but has a light hand and blends in well
I really just want everything I enjoy to never be discontinued!
Laura Geller Baked Balance-and-Brighten Foundation in Porcelain.
MAC Studio Fix Powder and Foundation.
I would be totally berefit if L’Oreal cancelled their True Match range, including the Porcelain Rose shade of O.5C!
Laura Mercier Candleglow #1. I would actually cry.
Took me a looong time to find a replacement for original LaMer loose powder: Laura Mercier Ultra Blur talc free.
Foundation: Everything is my favourite until the next latest greatest. Loyalty schmoalty.
Armani Neo Nude foundation or tinted moisturizer – not sure what they are calling it. I love the finish and it’s reminiscent of their Lasting Silk formula.
Laura Mercier Matte Highlight 01 – love how subtle is.
Guerlain Meteorites perles – I swirl this just on my cheeks and it’s the perfect radiance for me.
Nars concealor
Lancome Genefique serum. It’s like magic on my skin, especially after I exfoliate, but it works well just by itself when applied before moisturizer. Makes my skin smooth as silk. For me, there is no other like it.
Armani power fabric concealer (double duty as a under eye and spot concealer), easy to blend and does not look to caked on, since I don’t wear foundation
Mac skin refined zone primer
LH cosmetics matte attack primer and blotting powder
It already is, Estée Lauder Double Wear Nude Water Fresh SPF30 Foundation, boo hoo! Can’t risk testing the new Hydra one, though I here it’s the possibly the closest replacement in their line.
