Go-to cheek products this month? Saie’s Sun Melt Natural Cream Bronzer in Light Bronze, on top of which I apply a liquid blush from Inglot ( #92, a muted coral).
Favorite eye palette this month? Lisa Eldridge’s Myth. I have played with it since I received it at the end of November and I love it.

Favorite eye palette this month?: Nars Madrague, technically a duo rather than a palette
I’m surprised by how many neutral looks I did this month! I felt like I was using my palettes and unusual colors more, but because I’ve been rotating between them so much I rarely used anything more than once. My neutral “everyday” makeup ended up being overrepresented, probably because I was so busy and I knew I could slap it on and get out the door in good time.

Most used lip products this month? Huda Power Matte Bullet in Board Meeting and MAC Powder Kiss in Teddy 2.0. Also, I found an unopened KVD Studded Kiss lipstick in Bow ‘n’ Arrow (now discontinued) in my drawer that I forgot about, and I’ve been using it a lot this month.
Go-to cheek products this month? MAC Sheertone Blush in Blushbaby (daytime) and Dior Hologlam (evenings).

Go-to cheek products this month? My one and only Shiseido’s Inner Glow blush in coral. I am just so lucky that I got this one on sale because there really isn’t much product in the pan. So I shall be looking for a new blush soon.
Favorite eye palette this month? Hola! How can I choose just one? It would probably be a toss up between PMG’s Bronze Bliss, ND’s Glam, CT’s The Rebel 2020 and Temptalia’s On the Horizon Light.

How are you surviving the Arctic big freeze Mariella? We have been hearing about it so much here in our news and I have been thinking a lot about how you would be coping. I hope your cold is much better and you got to see some of your family over Christmas – weather permitting.
I also hope that your darling granddaughter had a lovely first Christmas as well.

We didn’t have the Big Freeze – it pretty much missed us though there was chaos all around our area and that’s probably what you saw. We had rain which then froze (so treacherous roads) and that was topped with a bit of snow. It looked like a fearsome blizzard but there was actually very little snow – but the winds were so high and fierce, blowing the snow all around so it looked like it was snowing all day long….but it was just the snow already on the ground being blown around by the winds.
J’s first Christmas was magical for all of us! My son and daughter in law got her (and her parents) chopsticks engraved with their names – really beautiful ones. My son in law, it turns out, is a champion turkey carver (in the way that gets everyone some of the breast skin). Til now, no one – even my very traditional brother in law – was any use at all at carving a turkey so knowing that my wonderful son in law can carve has taken away one of the biggest stress factors of any holiday meal.
My cold was actually pneumonia (again! 3rd time) and I’m still on antibiotics and a puffer (not wild about it but doc said to use it, so I use it) and slowly on the mend. How about you in your tropical Christmas celebration? I’m sure you were in heaven surrounded by your family (and a new grand-child on the way, if I recall correctly).
Yes, The Rebel is a dream quad. I use it so often and always think of you when I do.
