What's been your favorite holiday launch?
At this point, probably Pat McGrath’s holiday collection, but it wasn’t as much of a wow! moment for me as it has been in the past. I feel like this holiday season has been a bit lacking!

To be honest, I haven’t been impressed by any of it except the Dior eyeshadow palettes. There are two of them and I may have to buy both lol. Otherwise, I was bored with all other collections.
I think Hourglass animal print blush palettes take the win
I agree! I was looking forward to ND, Chanel, MAC, and Charlotte Tilbury’s holiday releases and not enthused by any. There are great sales now on Pat McGrath’s site that I hope people consider even over her holiday releases — like some of her gorgeous quads!
I completely agree about this year’s holiday collections. Even in the indie sphere, I haven’t been very impressed.
I was excited for PML’s, but ended up just getting the two blush palettes (one given to me as a birthday gift). Now, I’m excited for the ND Retro Glam palette.
Hourglass FINALLY giving us a face palette in 3 skin depth consortiums! I did order Tiger after seeing and hearing from many a YT’er ranging from the darker end of “medium” upwards raving about how good it is. Great to see the brand is actually listening, even though it took quite awhile!
Besides that, I really love PML giving us those 2 five pan e/s palettes, very fancy highlighter and new full-size blush!
Sort of “holiday”, sort of not? But Sydney Grace giving us the In Mel’s Memory bundle which she put together FAR before Natasha Denona put together the new Retro Glam Midi, and I really believe Mel did it better and with far more depth and nuance than ND. Some on IG have been salty over the timing of SG releasing this bundle, but I feel more like this shows us all how Mel Thompson literally thought of ALL skin depths and tones with her version.
Tarte Maneater After Dark
I would have to say PMG’s as well – seeing as I have already purchased Bronze Bliss….
Honestly, nothing has jumped out at me that I feel that I can’t go without.
I completely agree! This season has been flat for me. I am hoping that Charlotte Tilbury releases another palette.
I picked up everything from Pat, and it’s nice, but it’s not all that different from what is already in my massive collection. I liked the Chanel tweed palettes (not sure if that was a holiday launch, though), but, overall, the only thing that is limited edition are the two quints from Dior, and I also got their two new nine-pans. The green one I knew I had to have upon even seeing it in picture for the very first time, and it has not disappointed me.
The Oden’s Eye holiday palettes are stunning.
Not a brand I follow, but you’re right; it’s a very nice and an interesting palette for Christmas. Not too Christmas-colored, and yet it is. Sold out for now, so I’ll have to check back.
Nothing, and I’m hoping ND pulls out a late palette or something.
