My interest in Hello Kitty sparked when I was 3 and my mom threw out my bath toy- a soft hello kitty doll made out of washcloth fabric so you could play in the tub. Ever since, Hello Kitty’s been my bff. I’ve never tried a dazzleglass or many MAC lip products so this is why I would love to win it!

I’d love to win because Hello Kitty has been one of my all-time favorite things since I was a little girl. I was ecstatic when I heard about this collection. I am in my final year of school, looking for my first real job which will, most likely, require that I also look for my first place of my own. I feel so much pressure to be all grown up and act like an adult, and sometimes it’s hard to realize that once I leave school, I won’t really be “just a kid” anymore. I think it would be so nice to have a cute, sparkly kitty to remind me when I apply my gloss in the morning or throughout the day that, even though I am not a child but an adult in the real world, it’s ok to still love silly things like HK =)

I really want to win because I am a HUGE Hello Kitty fan. My room is entirely pink, and I have all sorts of Hello Kitty collectibles. I have also inspired at least 3 of my friends to become Hello Kitty nuts. The craziest Hello Kitty thing I own include a Hello Kitty weight scale, Hello Kitty electronic dictionary, and Hello Kitty door hanger thingy (like you hang it over your doorway and it dangles so you have to brush it aside every time you enter or leave the room).

Also, Christine, I found this out through the Live chat with a MAC person. She said that if you buy the compact, it comes with ANOTHER powder refill! You get one that is already attached to the compact, and ANOTHER one to refill the compact with. Maybe you can let your other readers know, so they won’t think that by buying a compact for USD$90/CAD$110, they are only getting one powder. Also it has a shelf life of 3 years, so it should last pretty long.

I also fall under the category of poor university student. I am trying to save money to get something nice for my boyfriend’s birthday. He is going through a very difficult part of his life. Therefore, I can’t really be splurging on hello kitty for myself when I could do something for him(I am a die hard MAC fan and it kills me lol you have no idea…) but i hope to give him whatever I can.

I would love to win the Hello Kitty Dazzleglass because I have a passion for Hello Kitty and makeup. I love Sanrio and their characters and Hello Kitty is my favorite of all. I am a full time student who is obsessed with hello kitty and makeup. I’m about to graduate next week from Nursing school and this would be such a great graduation present. Well… I’d really love to win this, because I have never in my life owned a gloss, but have been wanting to get one – but I am broke. As in very. My reasoning for this (the buying bit, not the broke bit) is:
I am twenty years old, but way too tall and skinny and pale to look it. Local laws allow you to buy pretty much anything from age 16 and up – I still get asked for ID where the 14 year olds go for beer. Lipstick makes me look like I’m trying to paint my mothers face on. No make up makes me look drab, illegal and like I might possibly have a best friend who is a pony.

These are obviously the unadorned facts, and thus my quality of life would improve crazily with the addition of THAt exact lipgloss.

I would love to win this. I am new to mac. I went last week and bought my first mac products. I absolutely love the products I bought. I have tried the lipglasses and not been impressed, but would love to try a dazzleglass, but no longer have the money to buy make-up for a long time, let alone this kouture line. I hear amazing things about dazzleglasses compared to lipglass. The packaging of this particular product line is amazing. The designers did a great job. I love how they have that plate near the top, around the top that says MAC. I have never won anything in my life and would be so excited to win this or anything really, but especially this.

It seems like the dazzleglass is the best choice since when i went to go look at the collection today the display compact was already chipping!

This is just so cute! ANDD i’ve really wanted to get a dazzleglass. I didnt have enough money when they were launched and the lady at MAC told me it was okay cause it would become a permanent line, which it is not!!! SO I TOTALLY MISSED OUT ON them!!! SOOOOO sad! And this is just great cause it is 100% the best of both worlds!

The reason I want to win is that I realised when talking to the Mac artist in my local store – that i must be a Mac freak – as I knew more about the Hello kitty release (names,colours & types of products, upcoming collections)then they do! And its all thanks to my addiction & your website. Ever since I was 7 I would go to Longs Drugs and pick out some random NYC lipsticks and beg my mom to buy them. I love this color also. i don’t think anyone really want to pay the higher price b/c it’s hello kitty. but that doesn’t mean we all don’t love the color, i sure do.
