Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I’ve loved blue based bubblegum pink blush for years but had never tried Pink Swoon. I bought it recently and love it! Even though it’s a bit darker on my vampire pale skintone than I thought it would be, it gives the same brightening but natural just in from the cold flush look that I love from bubblegum pink blush. I also love that it works on a variety of skintones, as opposed to similar but lighter and/or more white based shades that could look ashy on anyone other than vampires like me.

lol who hits pan on a blush?
But, seriously though, I have rosacea and the last thing my cheeks need is more color. I’ve already got too many blushes as it is for someone who maybe wears it a few times a month.

Haven’t hit pan in a blush since the last time I had MAC Breath of Plum or Trace Gold. Might have been Breath of Plum, since it was discontinued at some point and I used it a little more than my usual limit (2 years from opening or 3 years from manufacturing date).

I had to think really hard about this one but it was either Givenchy’s Prisme Libre pressed powder blush in Love or Tarte Blushing Bride. Those were the last two blushes I used up completely before my blush collection multiplied like rabbits.

NARS Madly. I ran through many of those, and would still purchase it if it were around. Also, NARS Nico, can’t count how many of those I’ve used up until its demise.

I hit pan on a blush for the first time ever a couple of weeks ago! BareMinetals On the Mauve—it’s my go to work/daily blush and I’ve been using it almost 3 years. I tend to wear blush really lightly…it made me realize I don’t need to buy any more. (Currently on a no buy for lips and cheeks; I allow myself to buy as much shadow as I want though!)
