That’s a pretty tremendous deal… and they say “last chance to save,” which makes me wonder what’s going on. Behind-the-scenes, the retailer pulled out of all affiliate programs, which A+ for not dragging me through the bankruptcy process (hello, Neiman Marcus!), but it wasn’t until this sale came through this morning that I wondered if they were closing or filing for bankruptcy. I have shopped through b-glowing previously, and I haven’t had any issues, so they are a legitimate retailer, in case anyone was worried!
And lastly, the stock that is available is a mish-mash across brands with many brands having no products available at all! When I did a quick google search, I didn’t find anything about the retailer filing for bankruptcy or closing down, but it doesn’t look good.
I just went to check out the site and they are pretty picked over. I had thought to pick up the Rose De Baum from By Terry and they did have that in stock but I don’t use it enough to warrant buying one. So many businesses going out of business or filing bankruptcy. So sad. During the extreme shutdown for COVID, I think a lot of businesses that were forced to start a more robust mail order have found that they can function without a brick and mortar store so not sure what is going to happen in the long run. The world is definitely in a period of extreme change.
B-Glowing was great back in 2015-2017. Then they started giving outrageous order minimums (like $250 to get 20% off) for all promotions and more recognized brands disappeared from there, so it became pointless to shop there.
I placed an order with B Glowing about 3 weeks ago and received my items no problem and have made several orders before as well with no issues. I currently have 4 items in my cart for the 50% off sale and then decided I didn’t want 2 of the items. It will not let me delete anything or update anything in the cart. I don’t know what’s going on but don’t feel good about it so I think I’ll just let it pass as they are pretty high dollar items. The T3 straightener, blow dry brush and curling iron. Yes they did come up 50% off when I put the code in.
Alas ALL the fairest to medium shades are sold out of all complexion cosmetics. Deep skin tones rejoice, pretty much everything is left for you guys to choose from!
I saw some skin care, but I couldn’t find $50 worth of stuff to put in my cart (paying shipping negates savings) unfortunately.
B glowing has been around since 2004, I’ve shopped with them forever! I sure hope it’s a cleaning of inventory and not a shutdown
