Look - Hello Kitty Themed Orange & Pink

Quick look using Hello Kitty products! I really like the way this look looks from afar, because it’s not quite as flawless as I’d like it to be up-close so definitely make sure you see the full face photo before you judge! 🙂 I do like the way black liner and Glamourpuss glitter liner look together, too.

You will need the following…

  • Eyes: Milk pigment (light lilac base), Yogurt eyeshadow (pale, pastel pink), Paradisco eyeshadow (melon-orange), Romping eyeshadow (fuchsia-purple), Stylin’ eyeshadow (dark purple), Creme Royale eyeshadow (golden highlighter), Kitty Power glitter eyeliner (pink), Glamourpuss glitter eyeliner (copper), Graphblack technakohl (black), Plushlash mascara (black)
  • Cheeks: Tippy blush (bright pink)
  • Lips: Most Popular lipstick (raspberry-pink), She Loves Candy lipglass (shimmery pink-gold)
  • Brushes: 266 (firm, angled brush), 226 (fluffy crease brush), 249 (flat, firm brush), 239 (fluffy shadow brush), 129 (dense blush brush)
  • Substitutes: Milk = Kitschmas; Romping = Hepcat; Stylin’ = Parfait Amour; Creme Royale = Nylon;

Directions: Define brows using a coordinating powder shadow applied with the 266 brush. Apply Milk pigment all over the lid as the base with the 249. On the inner lid, apply Yogurt eyeshadow using the 239. Apply Paradisco eyeshadow to the middle of the lid. Darken the outer lid using Romping eyeshadow with the 239. Darken crease with Stylin’ eyeshadow using the 226. Sweep Creme Royale eyeshadow underneath the brow bone to highlight. Finish with Graphblack technakohl on lower waterline and Glamourpuss glitter eyeliner on lower lash line. Line upper lash line with Kitty Power glitter liner, and finish with Plushlash mascara on lashes. Sweep apples of cheeks with Tippy blush using the 129, then highlight with Dior Rose Diamond. Apply Most Popular lipstick to lips, and then top with She Loves Candy lipglass for color and shine.

I think once I get my stuff, I’ll try a similar look. Milk, Nylon, Yogurt, maybe Sunset B instead of Paradisco, Romping, Parfait Amour, Kitty Power, Tippy (if I get it), and maybe Strayin with She Loves Candy. It makes me really wanna get the Lucky Tom palette, Most Popular and Glitterpuss, but sadly, I have to wait on them. I’m looking forward to seeing more Hello Kitty looks from you. I’m sure every color in the collection looks gorgeous on you.

I just put my order in for Tippy and Fashion Mews. I think when I go shopping, I’m going to get Most Popular. The stores near me don’t launch the collection until Thursday, so that is when we are going. I might be able to talk my bf into getting me some stuff for V Day, he didn’t want to though cause he said he wanted to get me something romantic, lol.

Wow, this is a gorgeous look on you, Christine! I really like the lip combo–nice and easy. I love the Kitty Power eyeliner, too! That’s really hot.

The colors look fresh (xD?) and feminine, so I probably would (someone will get me the two eyeshadow palettes this Thursday, excitement 😀 !).
On me, I would probably add black eyeliner on top and put on a more sheer pink on the lips (it looks very pretty on you! but too much pink sometimes looks strange on me D: ..).

oh, and I will also get the two blushes :). I heard that Tippy is very pigmented and one should be careful with applying. Do you also think so?

You look amazing! And crap, I just came home from MAC and now I’m going to have to pick up She Loves Candy as well because it looks fab. You know how to work it Tippy missy — when I just lightly touched it to swatch, it was insanely bright on me. How do you do it?!

Hi Christine, you look amazing. I goggle you before and HAHAHA Your background is very impressive. I love how you are very humble and friendly ( you are what young girls need to look up to) I myself can be out spoken which is my downfall ( but I speak the truth) keep doing what ya doing. Now I did in fact order some stuff from Hello Kitty (135.00) but I wanted to know which of the 1 of the palettes do you think I should get or is it something I could do with out and work with similar colors I have. 🙂

Thanks, Shorty! 🙂 To be honest, I don’t think either palette is must-have at all. I wasn’t too impressed with them, and I’d definitely recommend using what you have instead. Of course, if money isn’t an issue and you love HK, then y’know, maybe you should get them 🙂

Thanks for getting back at me. It was so funny cause while I was making my order on MAC I had you on another page – going back and forth/back and forth, deciding what I should get LOL. Thats how important YOU are! Great work! Oh and I wanted to tell you. For your face may I suggest Cetaphil, its very gentle on the face and try to look for a gentle moisturizer/fragrance free. Hope that helps and like you said you have to lay off the makeup – which is like going cold turkey hehehe

This look is beautiful on you Christine — I am glad I got the Most Pop lippie.. I hope it looks as good on me! I have so many pink blushes — Angel, Dollymix, Fafi (whatever the pink was, lol), Mannish Swoon..and some pinks from Bobbi Brown (pastel pink and peony), so I don’t think I need any more!

i have no idea what you were talking about when you say “see the full face photo before you judge!” it looks amazing in the close-ups. Glamourpuss makes your eyes PAHP! looooooooooooooove it. can’t wait till my appt. on friday. I’m a go to work all kitty’d out. 😀 I must say I wasn’t initially fond of this collection because it was hello kitty but the colors are obscene and that’s just my style. 🙂 🙂
