Do you have a go-to "at-home spa" routine?

I don’t have one set in stone, but when I want to slow down, relax, and pamper myself, it usually starts with a hot shower, thorough facial cleanse, body exfoliation, and then body moisturizer, face mask, and deep, hydrating serums/moisturizers post.

I don’t.
I’m even horrible at spas. I can have one or two treatments done at best, just sitting that long I get antsy. One facial, or one massage is my best scenario.
At home I might do a face mask once per week, or a hair mask every so often. I do love shower scrubs too but I’m not one to linger in the shower or have long baths. Once every couple weeks I’ll wear undereye patches to bed.
I do however, moisturize my entire body every day; I have since I was a teen.

I like to take care of myself a little bit each night, but I don’t have a “spa routine” and I actually don’t really enjoy going to spas.
But I do like to take time each night to apply my serums and treatments, I never skip body moisturizer (and try to spend each night at least 5 minutes messaging it into my skin).
For me more relaxing is the time I take each day, rather than having a full hour or two from time to time.
Off course, there are days I need to fit in more time than usual, for example when I do my at home IPL treatments for body hair… but while I like the results, it’s time consuming and boring. 😅

I do, it starts with a long hot soak in the tub with either a bath bomb or bubbles. I read, drink a glass of wine and just tune the world out. It’s a little bit of heaven in my bathroom. Sometimes I apply a face/hair mask. For me it’s all about the bath.

I don’t have a set routine but I have many gadgets that I use on my skin, dermaroller, dermaplaner and others along that line, I use a different one each night and then apply a night mask. Once a week I will exfoliate and apply a mask during the day. I moisturize all of my skin after my morning shower. Lately I haven’t been sleeping well and my eyes have been a little puffy so I used Skyn Iceland Firming Eye Gels and that took them away. Effort in, results show. (I hope this keeps up!)
