I guess it makes sense that this is only in the US (I just checked the Canadian Sephora site and none of those items – so far as I was able to see – is marked down). I think this year is a great year to celebrate the US President for you folks and for us Canadians too (though many in the West here aren’t so happy). I wish Sephora would give us a Prime Minister’s Day sale (though we don’t have such a holiday here – but we do have Family Day coming up on Monday!!!). Maybe a Canada Day Sale on July 1??? I didn’t see any makeup stuff I really want but there are some nice skin care items in the list.
Hey Mariella,
Sephora Canada sent over a sheet and it looks like Tarte’s Sea Foundation, bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Stick, and Lancome Cushion Foundation are on sale – 30% off.
That is good to know, though I’m not in the market for anything like those items. I can’t imagine (unless it’s a repurchase) how anyone buys foundation or concealer at this time (here in Ontario, there is no sampling and most stores are shut up tight except for online/curbside). I took a chance back when stores were open but there was NO sampling and bought a Dior concealer but the SA and I were able to find the right one based on the shade of Dior foundation I wear and using a Lucite or Plexiglas clear palette which I could then hold up against my face…. I was just glad it turned out to be the right shade.
The past several Presidential elections here have been roughly 50-50 so only 50% are happy with the results. Its always a matter of wait for another 4 years for a possible different outcome no matter which side you’re on.
