Trying to use up some cheapy bright shadows I picked up last year off a market stall – so bright yellow, green & blue on the eyes, blossoming blushcreme on my cheeks and Maybelline baby brown lipstick as it’s the closest thing I own to nude and i couldn’t wear anything too much with all that colour going on on my eyes! :o)
Nice and simple today. I dyed my hair black last night, so I’m just wearing Star Violet on the lid with a white-gold highlighter. Then some winged liner and bare lips. Nice and simple, and it warms up my new cool toned hair colour 🙂
Honestly, the ‘scum bag’ look featuring MAC eye pencil, eyeshadow in Carbon,left over mascara and unwashed hair because I just dyed it and I’m waiting to wash it. Plus chapstick since my lips are dry.
A daytime smokey eye look with MAC Gentle Fumes Quad.
Today I’m going on a hike with hubby, so all I have on right now is sunscreen and lip gloss. If we decide to go out to dinner tonight I’ll add some mascara and one of the shadows in my new Smashbox MUSE palette. No blush, since I got a bit of sun this week. I like to keep it simple on the weekend.
Have a birthday party to go to so I want to look festive. :-)This is my version of the “Smolder Chocolate Smokey Eyes” done by Misschievous on YT…Mine is darker because I’m brown-skinned.

i was just at the service of a bat mitvah so i did a subtle look: On Face: heatherette beauty powder in alpha girl, benefit high beam as a highlighter, dame edna beauty powder in spectacle over the high beam,
On Eyes: UDPP, Paint Pot in Girl Friendly, expensive pink eyeshadow on the lid, Woodwinked eyeshadow in the crease and Vanilla as the highlight. Clinique high impact mascara and Mac Pearlglide eyeliner in Molasses on the waterline
On Lips: Burts Bees Lip Balm and Moonbathe LIpglass
Keeping it simple over the weekend. Rubenesque paintpot on the lid, Soft Flower e/s (Emanuel Ungaro) on the lid, Lightfall e/s on brow bone and inner corner, Deep Truth e/s smudged along outer lower lash line (I like a little pop of color, and blue is so fun!). I’m also wearing Stila Major Lash mascara and just some Chapstick on my lips.
Cleaning up and cooking for the Super Bowl party tomorrow, so nothing but lip balm and some moisturizer. *sigh*

Eyes: Bare Escentuals Natural Light Face Lifting Duo (I use a combination of Well-Lit and Back-Lit as an all-over/highlighting shade), MAC Electra Eye Shadow on the lids, Bare Escentuals Drama Eye Shadow in the crease, combination of Dr. Hauschka’s Aubergine Volume Mascara and Bare Escentuals Blackest Black Buxom Lash Mascara. Might add either liquid liner or an extra color in the outer crease for some extra drama.

I’m rocking the naked face today. No makeup and it’s already 2:15. But everyone’s skin should get a day off every once and a while. Gotta let my retinoids work their magic. Might do some face masks or something today.
Today I did a really bright green look using some of the greens from the Coastal Scents 88 Sheen Colors palette! I love how green it is! And that palette is amazing!
I kept it pretty simple today. Too lazy to do anything fun, hahah!

Wearing Dior quint in Stylish move, Chantecaille protected paradise face powder all over the face, plus the dark pink shade on the cheeks, Laura Mercier shimmer bloc in Orchid mosaic to highlight, plum mascara (Clarins) and Maybelline superstay lipgloss (not sure which shade).
