What blush colors are you most drawn to?
I love coral, mauve, and plum shades. For coral, I like all kinds–lighter, brighter, deeper, pinker, warmer, etc.
For mauve/plum, I tend to gravitate toward muted variations the most.

I love peach blush, if it’s on the slightly pink side, or it looks orange on my cheeks; corals when I want to look sunburned (I don’t tan, so that is as close to a sun kissed look as I can get) mauves/plums; and pinks, as long as they’re a warmer pink, or else the look like a lavender bruise on my cheeks. I’ve found that my undertone is so neutral that I have to also stay neutral in my blush tones or else they look like a completely different (and usually unflattering) color on my cheeks. I’ve yet to find a true pink blush that actually looks pink and not lavender on my cheeks.
Brown, Peach and Oranges !
I’m always drawn to sheer peach blushes. They look very natural on me and are easy to apply.
I swear almost every blush I own is practically a dupe for the others— I have so many similar shades in the mauve/plum family, with a few lighter or brighter pinks mixed in… coral looks awful on me!
Pale pinks and reds and of course, a couple of neutrals. I like a satin/light shimmer in the formula. I usually stay away from shades that are more orange, coral, peach mostly because I am not drawn to those shades, rather than that they don’t work for me.
I love bright, cold pinks and lilacs, as well as softer pinks. Mauves and rosy tones I also love so long as the undertones are cool. Basically anything cool, not much that’s warm. Clinique’s Melon Pop registers in my head as a “cold” warm color, so that can stay. I actually layer Glossier’s Beam, a bright orange (to me), underneath a Bbi@ pastel lilac color and the result is a vivid neon pink that I really love.
Too many! “Nude” tones like Tarte Paaarty and Hourglass Infinite Flush. Plums that lean rich like Nars Adrenaline, Marc Jacobs Hot Stuff & Night Fever Airblush, or softer like UD Rapture. Every type of coral one can categorize, Nars coral-orange Fetishised to MAC’s pinker toned Spring Flock. Even one beloved purple! UD Bittersweet. And a rich rusty shade MAC Burnt Pepper. These are my favorite tones.
Bright, clear, warm: orange, peach, w. pink, w. rose
plus some nudes
oops. How could I forget my #1 – Coral!
All the corals, especially brighter ones! Purples and lavenders, pinky brown nude-on-me shades (ex. Tarte Exposed, Too Faced Baby Love, MAC Pink Cult), reddish plums (ex. NARS Almeria, NARS Blissful ,Sleek Pomegranate), otton candy/bubblegum pinks, fuchsias, and peaches.
Inexplicably, I’m really drawn to bright yellow blush placed high on the cheekbones and temples. Unfortunately, it it looks like crap on me. lol
I like boring blushes, the ones that just give structure to the face rather than actual flush of color.
I just simply love a muted plum, it’s the only actual “color” that looks flattering on me. Otherwise, it’s a neutral shade like MAC Harmony applied to just chisel those cheeks.
Muted and neutral. Mauve, pink or brown.
The best and only blush shade I wear is a coral with cool undertones. I used to go for a peachy coral shade, but realised that the peach element was often orangey and warm. Some peachy coral shades are actually more coral than peach – it does depend on the formula.
At the moment, my favourite is Clinique’s Melon Pop – used with a light hand.
I don’t stray too far away from coral. My best blush shades are Hourglass Diffused Heat, NARS Orgasm, Too Faced How Deep is Your Love. Baby Love is more neutral and I can wear that too. I can wear Hourglass Mood Exposure with a light hand.
