I bought the original release (series one) of the Clionadh Iridescent Multichrome Eyeshadow ($10.50 CAD for 0.05 oz.) range, which included eight individual shades, along with three Iridescent Glitter Multichromes. Currently, there is a second series of the Iridescent Multichrome Eyeshadows, which includes nine more individual shades, along with four additional Iridescent Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadows. For reference, $10.50 CAD currently converts to $7.72 US! You can pre-order from the brand’s Stained Glass collections (bundles and individual shades) for delivery in September.

FYI, the Ray I have is discontinued–as it was in the series one formula–but has been released as Ray in series two. Series two shades have greater vibrancy and shift, and their price reflects the increase in ingredient cost ($19.00 CAD each!).

Make sure to click on any shade that might interest you to see additional swatches (many shades have four or more swatches).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! I’m not sure that I could pull this off as an all-over eyelid color. Perhaps as an inner-eyelid shade or as a topper to a matte shade. These shades appear to be all cool white-tint based which usually give me issues because I’ve got blue shading and here and there under my eyes and on my face.

Have you tried color correcting? That would help tremendously daily but especially if you are wearing something that would draw attention to those spots.

We oldies are thinking how vastly conception and manufacturing of e/s has improved, even over the last decade. For multichromes, these are more impressive than SG. (Never thought I’d say that.) And there are enough shades to fill the Library of Congress. Although you’ve been working on these two collections for months, it was wonderful to issue the swatches together.

kjh, can you imagine the fun we would have had with these back when our eye lids were not so wrinkled and the space was larger. Oh, to have had these then. The brand that comes out with a product that actually smooths the eye lid will make a killing. Even with the best primers I still have texture. Sadly, it isn’t going to get any better, either, LOL!

Exactly! I’ve had that thought about the incredible formulas now, and wishing we had these when my eyelids could have carried them off. I love that you’re thinking there’ll be a product to change all that! Closest I’ve come is Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm Eye (or the bigger one for faces – works about the same and much larger amount).

I have tried the Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm and it works well until I put something over it, like a shadow or foundations, etc. Then it seems to go back to just the way it was before. That is why I haven’t tried the one that is all over the news. It obviously works but when you read the instructions it says not to apply anything over it. What good is that if you need to actually wear makeup? Anyway, at 66 there isn’t much that is really going to do anything. I just have to accept it. I might buy a few and wear them just for me which is what I do with most makeup. I will know they are there and looking gorgeous.

Realistically I’m not sure how I’d wear these… but I want to stare at them all day. They look so pretty. I’ve been wanting to try Clionadh and might pick something up out of this collection (Candella or Luminaire), but I think I’ll probably stick to the deeper shades for now until I see for myself how these translate on their own on my eyelids and as toppers on other eye shadows. I think they would add some beautiful dimension to deeper mattes – maybe like a halo eye with these in the center.

Hey there, I think you might have made a mistake on the pricing of these palettes. I was just on the website, and the palette is over $100 CAN. I think you need a 0 on the end of your prices. 🙂

Yea I ordered the Angie Nyquist bundle but accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Their customer service is good I got an instant refund and was able to order the correct bundle.

That was Feb 2 and I still am waiting.i know there’s a pandemic but it’s almost 5 months for my $100 order. They keep saying it’s coming… but I’m starting to get alittle impatient.

Yessss! So happy to see Clionadh cosmetics on your site! I’ve been hearing about them for so long, but couldn’t bring myself to place an order without better (ie – consistent, like only you seem to do) swatches!

Thank you!
