Loyal Temptalia reader Janis shows off her gorgeous smoky eye!
Janis says:
I used Greenstroke Paint Pot on my entire lid, browbone and inner eye corners. Then I applied Plumage e/s on my entire lid and crease while fading it with a clean blending brush (#217) all the way above the crease. I used Nehru e/s all along the lower lashline and extended the line up to the outer corners of my upper lid to create a sort of cat’s eye effect. I blended this line with the Plumage e/s so there are no visible harsh lines. Next I put fake lashes along my upper lashline and lined it with MAC liner Tealo. Then I lined my lower waterline with Shu Uemura’s Drawing Pencil in M Black. For the lips I used Clinique’s Soft Shine lipstick in Creamy Nude topped with Christian Dior lipgloss in 674.
I love this look. My eyes are shaped a bit similar to yours, and now i want to go my local mac counter to check out the Nehru e/s!
Thanks Carrie! Nehru e/s was one of my latest e/s purchases at MAC and I’m totally loving it especially for smokey eyes like this…I also use it over blue eyeliner with a neutral shadow and it looks great too!
I love your “green” look ! Hope I can reproduce it on me tomorrow ! Thanks for the inspiration !
Thanks Taj!
Wow, you look beautiful!
Thanks Karen! 🙂
I love your eyes and the lip combination is pretty too! Looks kinda coral.
Hi.
Good design, who make it?
