These are pretty but are they discontinued the original Shimmering Skin Perfectors?!
Correct!
Passion and Creativity are ones I’ll be looking forward to hearing more about. Both look suitable for my coloring, which means that I likely have dupes for each shade, but in powder formulas.
Becca’s Liquid Pearl highlight remains one of my top highlighters of all time (I have one full tube in backup and just cracked open a new one) and I’m excited to try these…however it looks like their lightest offering, Acceptance, might actually have some base shade to it that might be too dark on really fair skins – like mine. That’s what made Pearl so exceptional, it was a highlighter that added glow/light only without a whisper of color.
Not sure how I feel about the fragrance…
I said the same thing reading the review!
Gorgeous shades, but I would probably find them too shimmery for me. I like these shades as eyeshadows though.
I don’t understand why Becca would think that a fragrance put on the face were a positive thing!? I wonder what the fragrance is really hiding….
Oooh I can’t wait to try these!
Oh no! I’m so bummed. Complexion products with coconut always give me painful breakouts so I guess I won’t be able to use this anymore ):
Strange I see these are on Sephora’s site (not available yet) already for $50 CDN, but they don’t even offer the fairest shade “acceptance”. I’ve noticed this on other products recently launched, not all shades and if memory serves, the fairest option missing.
Bottles are beautiful, but why they wouldn’t offer full range I don’t understand!
I saw this recently with Tarte’s bronzers… they had two shades but Tarte had three, but it was the deepest shade option missing.
Interesting.
Also with Too Faced’s Born This Way Turn up the Light highlighting trio palettes, Sephora has medium and tan but not light.
I love Becca products, but these look just like the Sol glow oils, which are almost 1/4 of the price and excellent quality. I’ll stick with those for now!
