The Balm Instain in Argyle.. I know it’s not a new product and some people consider it hard to blend, but I can make it work by building it little by little thus I’m so in love with it and still can’t find another blush from any brand to replace it since I’ve hit pan.. Oh and the shade Argyle, it matched my skintone perfectly ?
Yas! Sydney Grace Paris Skies and Chanel Eclat du Desert. They both do something magical to the skin, making me look more alive and radiant. I like that they represent cool and warm options respectively.
Late to the party for this one, but Glossier Boy Brow. It’s just…it’s a game changer for me. Absolutely a phenomenal product. In all my makeup wearing life I’ve never used a pomade this good. I hope the brand stays for decades because I can’t imagine not using the stuff.
It’s gotta be the Chanel Lumiere et Opulence holiday eyeshadow quad. So beautiful and to me, it feels really special.
I think I am having a bit of a coronavirus-induced depression.
I am trying to read less news to avoid feeling that sense of doom.
but I finally started wearing mascara. and I like how it makes my eyelashes curl.
and I seem to be having insanely long eyelashes, mostly due to the fact that I never wore mascara before?
I think it’s a tie between Guerlain KissKiss Matte Lipstick in Crazy Nude and Clinique Dramatically Different Lipstick in Canoodle. I rediscovered these around the same time over the past month and I absolutely adore them.
Revlon Super Lustrous lipsticks! I had never tried them before, but got Rose Velvet on a whim and, OMG. They’re so good! And so inexpensive!
Kevyn Aucoin The Etherealist foundation! Blends like a dream, just enough coverage, not too dewy, lasts all day…
Sydney Grace Enduring Love palette. First time buying anything from SG. Wow! Now, I will have to try her blushes. Already have a couple more single eyeshadows and her empty palette to put them in, in my basket. Lol. She just came out with empty palettes.
Yes to these types of blushes! I’ll have to check that one out. Today I’m wearing Cargo Bali which is a pinky, glossy, slightly blue-shifting blush that brings me joy! When I really want to amp it up I add Becca Berlin Girl Glow.
Today I learned that Cargo Cosmetics still exists. I assumed they kicked the bucket!
Easy! Pat McGrath x Star Wars Decadence Mothership Palette! I absolutely love this palette to the stars and back. Will likely use it today as I have an appointment later this afternoon.
It’s not something you review on here, but Guerlain Mon edp. Also nude el pencil on bottom waterline with a darker color on lashline. I’ve been using an estee edit duo one but I think as long as it is the right color it will work.
Sydney Grace Paris Skies for me, too! I’m wearing it today, along with their Enduring Love (Light) Palette — which I just started using but am loving so far.
Although this product isn’t new, it has to be Nars liquid blush in Orgasm. I used to steer clear of liquid blush but after testing this at the store, I was shook. A little goes a long way with this product. I’d love to try some of the other shades.
In the last months I have gone back to old favorites (re-purchases) and I’m still enjoying them too much to be worth trying new things.
My last `head over heels in love` was last year, when I discovered the Hourglass Arch Brow line (specifically the fiber gel and the tear drop pencil – because I’m the only one in the world who prefer tear drop pencils and finds them more precise than skinny tips).
Chanel Eclat du Desert highlighter – it just melts onto the skin and gives the most beautiful glow. Love it.
The Laneige Sleeping Mask feels like a friend. My skin just looks and feels so nice the next morning.
Lise Watier x SJL The Essential Duo All-in-One. It’s a cream blush/highlight stick and absolutely beautiful. It applies and wears like a dream and I am currently obsessed with it.
For me it is the Pixi Beauty Reflex Light palette because it has all the bronze and gold shades a girl could wish for. Another one I fell instantly in love with is the ABH Sultry palette.
Lipsticks – it was the CP Lux Lipstick range for Foolish, Gallop, LA Lady and Tea Thyme.
Pat McGrath x Star Wars Decadence Mothership Palette, I’m going away and I’m not taking it with me I’m paranoid it will break bc the first one I received was broken.
Melt Gemini Palette! The perfect grungy green palette! Mustard shades are to die for!
Pat McGrath Beautiful Creature lipstick. I frequently wear stronger/bolder colors than this one, but I receive compliments on my lipstick almost ever time that I wear Beautiful Creature (so I find myself wearing it more and more).
I think I could fall head over heels with this new Urban Decay “born this way” eyeshadow palette I just spied on the Spanish Sephora website. It’s not even on the Urban Decay website or US Sephora yet!
I know better than to buy before you test, though Christine! 🙂

This is a Too Faced palette, and it is currently available in the US!
Hi Christine, I am happy to read somebody speaking about this pallet, because I didn’t know how to ask you when you will review it ! (except if I didn’t see your post about it) It is such a beautiful palette. Thanks in advance for your answer ! XO
Duh – silly me. Still think it’s gorgeous and would love a review if at all possible… haven’t seen such a usable palette (for my taste) in a loooooong time
I’ve been obsessed with Mac Glow Play blush in Heat Index! The formula is so beautiful and easy to use. I ordered Cheer Up too for something more everyday friendly.
Melt Radioactive palette. It was a surprise present a couple of months ago and I was honestly shocked at how quickly I grew to love it. Turns out neons (in particular orange) look great on me and I’ve put quite a dent in it since. Having such a large eyeshadow collection means I rarely use the same palette, let alone shade, twice in a row. I’ve been wearing the Radioactive palette nearly every day since.
I fell back in love with my RMS Living Luminizer because I started applying it with a brush instead of dabbing it on with my fingers and it gives my skin the exact look I was hoping for. And it seems to last longer on my skin when I do it this way, too. That’s it, I don’t need any other highlighter.
Urban Decay Corona! It’s beautiful and looks amazing with my skin and eyes.
