How to Wear Grass Green Eyeshadow
About this Story
I love the grass green color of Take the Time. It is so vibrant and bright and pigmented. I struggled, however, to incorporate it into a full eyelook. Finally, I got something I liked and so felt the need to write it down. I used Beyond in the crease and outer v, carrying it to the outer third of the lower lash line. I used Allie on the inner corner. I used Toffee from Sydney Grace (a great color, similar to Allie but darker and brighter) on the mobile lid to connect Allie to Beyond. I then used my finger to place Take the Time directly on the center of the mobile lid. A fluffy brush blended minimally to blur the sharp lines. Dune was for the tear duct. I used Allie again to connect Dune to Beyond on the lower lash line. Allie was also a good transition color for this look. I used Stash to tightline and on the waterline closest to the eye. I then used a gold eyeliner from KKW in the lower waterline, kind of shoved into the lashes themselves. The gold was between Stash and the shadows. Tons of mascara. Overall, I really liked the way this one turned out!
