All together now, “Neutrals with a pop of blue, again?!” LOL It actually does look like a pretty palette. I’m quite interested in the blush palette, though. The shades look really lovely.
Why are the colors so warm though?
Also I don’t really care either way about “sexy” or inappropriate color names, but to me the name “Sexed” is so clinical, like you’re talking about determining the sex of a bird or other animal, ha ha.
Ha! That was exactly my thought when I saw the name Sexed.
A quick once over and I don’t see anything I have to have.
Okay, fingers crossed that the blush palette performs well! I like that there are both matte and shimmer shades.
It’s always interesting to see how a brand chooses or determines ‘cool’ colours – these look fairly warmed toned to me, but perhaps Nars is talking about a different kind of ‘cool’- anyway the palette looks good – only one orangey shade and a couple of subtle pinks. The jewel tones look lovely.
Yeah, I wouldn’t call this a cool palette at all.
This looks like it should be called Warm Crush. It kind of reminds me of ColourPop’s Mar palette, only less interesting. Nothing new here…move along.
Definitely a warm palette. You can’t just put a blue or green in a palette and pretend it is a cool tone palette. It screams ColourPop’s KL Dream Street to me. Dream Street doesn’t have the two gold shades, but otherwise I am confident I could create a similar look with the CP palette.
Cool, huh? They must mean cool as in “that’s super cool looking” or “you’re cool”. I do kinda like it, but won’t know for sure until I see official swatches here and on a few trusted YT’ers posts.
I think you’re right. Only boomers say ‘Cool’ any more, I guess? Cool-colored never entered my mind, because, uh, it’s not. I love a Nars season with nothing that appeals.
I still say “cool,” but then again, I am a boomer! However, I’m thinking about switching to “groovy” or “the bee’s knees.” 😉
Gen X here and we all say cool in this generation.
Everything looks pretty light except for the blue and orange eye shadow shades. That blush palette is probably meant for light skin tones. I’ll pass on this one.
This palette looks pretty – not cool tones but a nice mix that I would like to try.
I like the colors and will wait for reviews. Funny, I never blinked at “Sexed” bc of all my natural science courses in nursing and as a general interest in animal studies.
Interested in the blush palette! I’m hoping the shimmer isn’t sparkly.
Just ordered. Love everything in this collection!
