I bought this several weeks ago, in Soft Petal, and absolutely love it! I’m apprehensive about getting any other shades, though, until I can find swatches, to make sure they aren’t too dark/warm.
If you’re sensitive to scents, and/or don’t like the scent of rose, don’t bother. While I do really like the scent, and it doesn’t linger, it is fairly strong.
Thanks for mentioning the scent. My husband is allergic to rose scents, so these will be a no go for me.
These are absolutely gorgeous, and I am obsessed with roses so I will pick up at least one, but I just don’t know about it being for all-over? It looks quite shimmery in the product photos I’ve seen here and elsewhere.
These look promising. I’m a sucker for rose-design embossing, too.
Hopefully we’ll see these searched and reviewed here on temptalia! These all look lovely!
Well, you all know me and I can never resist pretty embossing, even though I know it is going to disappear by the third use!! These look really pretty and I can always use a good blush at a decent price point. I am wondering if these are going to be chock full of glitter? I know some of the bronzers have glitter and I don’t mind a little shine but actual glitter is a pass for me.
Ohhhh – they look so pretty. I hope they’re good!
I have this in Petal Pink. And it’s really pretty! Smooth with a nice shimmer glow no glitter. I was impressed and may get the Shimmering Rose next. Wish they had a gold toned one. I’ll wait for a sale though because $16 for drugstore makeup is a bit high.
The accompanying narrative makes it sound like these are all over powders, alternatives to the HG Ambient Lighting Powders. Is that how you use yours? Another comment here made it sound like these were blushes. I am confused…
I know there are frequent sales and coupon codes for drugstore brands, but I am sort of shocked at the $16 retail price! Yikes.
SIXTEEN dollars?!? (Apparently Iām turning into my cheap mother ?) They’d have to be extremely good to convince me to make a purchase.
$16 seems pricey for a drugstore highlighter!
