Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? either Too Faced Peach Blur powder or NARS Mulholland Drive liner (it’s kind of a tie as to which one I had had the tighter grip on!)
Favorite lip product this month? like always, MAC Craving
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? my new Sephora Eye Love palette in Cool Medium. From my older palettes, ABH Master Palette by Mario (I know it met with mixed reviews but I love it and wish it would be re-released, even without Mario’s name on it).

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name. (Blue-green eyes)

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? A tie between Natasha Denona Mini Nude palette and Sunrise, MAC Pro Longwear Nourishing Waterproof Foundation in NC41 mixed with some Lancome Teint Idole N360, and every moisturizing lipgloss in my arsenal!

Favorite lip product this month? Lipgloss over almost every lipstick I’ve worn! This summer’s extremely hot, dry conditions have determined that for me.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month: Natasha Denona Sunrise Palette. I’d wear it more often if more of my clothing went with it! Or perhaps, I could just keep up with my laundry a bit better ?

Your skin tone/coloring: med, olive undertone

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Tom Ford Nude Dip, Natasha Denona Sunrise. That’s about it, I don’t change up any other face products that often anymore.

Favorite lip product this month? Tom Ford Revolve Around Me, my all time favourite lipstick but it has been discontinued and mine is almost 2 years old so…time to suck it up and use it up lol

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? Tom Ford Nude Dip (it has been my favourite palette the last 5 months LOL) I also picked up Tom Ford Suspicion during the Sephora sale and I’ve only used it twice but it is definitely going to be loved!

Favorite lip product this month? Tied: Em Cosmetics True Glosses and Revlon Lip Vinyls

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? ND Safari palette. I use it almost every day or pair it with other palettes. It’s become my staple matte palette. Matte perfection.

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Hm…
Favorite lip product this month? Pat McGrath’s Lip Fetish balm, the clear one. *shrug* What can I say? I figured if I was going to buy one, I wanted to be able to use it every day.
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? I’m enjoying the Lunar Beauty Strawberry palette, and have used it almost every day in one way or another.

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name above.
Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Dior Forever Glow Foundation, Dior blush in 999 and L’Oreal Shine lipstick in Map to Nirvana. I had put the Map to Nirvana shade away for awhile but had to bust it back out recently. Love that lippie.
Favorite lip product this month? Map to Nirvana by L’Oreal.
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? I have been using a combination of several palettes this month and haven’t really been doing looks from just one palette at a time. The two I have reached for the most this month are the Emme Cosmetics Spring Garden and Viseart Coy. I am enjoying both tremendously. I just picked up the Melt Impulsive palette during the Sephora sale and it hasn’t arrived yet but I am excited to play with it. It is my first ever Melt product. I have actually purchased a few others but they were for my daughter and for anyone who has been on the blog for any length of time, you would know my love for the Smoke Sessions palette and my indecision about purchasing it. In the end I decided not to mostly because of the problems with the formula. I may purchase it down the road a bit but for now I am happy to get to play with the shades in the Impulsive palette.

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? I’ll just say MAC Love Me Lipsticks. I already have several of them and used them more than any others.

Favorite lip product this month? See previous answer. Favorite shades of the ones I own are Hey Frenchie and Laissez Faire.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? I used a different one every day, but I’ll choose Lorac Pro Palette 4 because it had been a long time since I used it, and I had forgotten how nice it is.

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Revolution Makeup Makeup Obsession Marble Large Oval Face Brush, Almay Top of the Line Eyeliner Pencil in Black Amethyst, and Volition Strawberry-C Serum.

Favorite lip product this month? Geek Chic Lip Zazz Liquid Lipstick in Bio-Exorcist, Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Dulce Caramelo, and ColourPop Crème Lux Lipstick in Flower SZN.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? I just got it and have only used it once, but the SugarPill Fun Sized Palette. I love the quirky, unique colors, the quality is great, and the packaging is beyond cute. I’m in love!

Your skin tone/coloring: Pale and warm, blue eyes, teal hair
Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Lancome Vintage Ruby lipstick, NYX Pink Cantaloupe lip liner paired w/ nude lipstick (usually one from Soap & Glory), ELF soft cream blush palette
Favorite lip product this month? Vintage Ruby for sure. The formula is phenomenal, the packaging is awesome, and the color is the perfect faded/muted red. I am definitely going to get several more, because this deconstructed ruby palette is giving me live so hard
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? Smashbox x Vlada, even though I’ve been mostly doing bright liner-focused looks with just a wash of shimmery shadow on the lid most of the time.

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Smooches lip balm from Surreal Skincare, MJ Tantastic Bronzer, MUFE Powder foundation

Favorite lip product this month? My favorite color product for lips is CT Very Victoria (again). I think it’ll never get old to me.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? Still stuck on my Dominique Cosmetics Berries and Cream palette. Had a few important meetings this past month and a wedding and I used it continuously. A true workhorse of a palette. I’m so excited for Celestial Storm next week! It’ll fit right in with my other DC palettes and also in my collection in general.

Your skin tone/coloring: As above.
Three products you couldn’t put down this month?
1.) Bare Minerals Complexion Perfection Stick. It is so easy to apply and works well in the heat and humidity.
2.) UD 24/7 Eye Pencil in Mushroom. The shade emphasizes my eyes but does not scream “eyeliner!” Perfect when I am doing a more natural look.
3.) Milk Makeup Blush Stick in Rally. This must have come as a gift/deluxe sample. The shade looks like a natural blush/sun kissed cheek color. I just swipe a duo-fiber brush over it then onto my cheeks. One caveat, I’ve noticed that Milk cosmetics that come in stick form gave a distinct fragrance. Almost like the smell of crayons, although it dissipates, so I can handle it. The Matte Bronzer in stick form smells the same and has done since the day I bought it.
Favorite lip product this month? YSL Rouge Volupte in Nude Lavalliere.
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? ABH Sultry followed by MJ Steeletto. Mostly though MAC Groundwork, Tom Ford Platinum or Charlotte Tilbury Marie Antoinette in pot form as one and done eyeshadows.
