Nars is not impressing me very much with their offerings…I really thought I’d have fallen in love with Motu Tapu cheek trio, but it doesn’t pack the punch I was expecting from Nars cheek products.
Love the lip sets – will def consider buying! I know not everyone is crazy about the sheerer color trend that’s been building for the past year, but I love the way these colors look and how hydrated the lip looks with these types of textures. More for me!
That Naked Paradise set will be mine 🙂
Lip pencil set looks great! The rest is kind of meh. And for the love of all that is good and holy, Nars PLEASE stop putting Laguna in your face palettes.

I went in store and picked up Nars lip balm duo and the Moto Tapa face palette on impulse. Looking at these swatches I wish I had brought the lip pencil set instead. I really don’t need another blush palette. May return it as I haven’t opened it yet. I didn’t see any makeup that impressed me that much this year. I’m still loving my Simple Human mirror from a couple Nordstrom Anniversary sale back. Now that was a great buy!
It was a pretty ho-hum year, IMO, for beauty exclusives!! Just very typical launches and not much that felt really wow!
The Naked Paradise set was on my radar but when I looked at the shades only one appealed and would work for me and that one was Morea and I have a million of the same shade or close enough. I do like the pencils though and they are handy for traveling. I was hoping for something a little more unusual. Maybe next year!
I was tempted by the Nars gloss set but didn’t purchase. Seeing the swatches, I’m glad I passed. The lip pencil set looks really pretty. I didn’t have it on my radar and it seems to be gone.
Those blush trio look fabulous, but what I find is that the bronzer shade is always far too dark for me.
The NARS Naked Paradise Satin Lip Pencil Set was quite lovely.
