ColourPop Blush Stix & Lite Stix Swatches (x15)
This week, ColourPop Blush Stix ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a new, cream blush in a twist-up format, which launched in 18 different shades. ColourPop Lite Stix ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a new, cream highlighter (also in a twist-up format) that is available in eight different shades. ColourPop also curated five trios with two cream blushes and one highlighter, which is what I received this week (so I have 15 of the 26 shades). They’re sending me the remaining shades, so I hope to have those swatches up in the future.
Anyone feel like a LOT of these colors look super similar?
My thought exactly…
Yes!!!! I’m really disappointed that they’re not more unique. They all just seem like one color worn more bold or sheered out.
Wow, these look great!! I want too many of them. Will definitely need to pick some up for fall/winter when my cheeks are drier
I’m quite excited! Hope these do as well as the super shock cheek/highlighter.
Very pretty and wearable colours. I may pick up a couple and am interested in how Flying High looks on the skin, ie, emphasizing texture, slipping around and whether it is shimmery. In the swatch it doesn’t appear to be a shimmer at all, at least to my eyes. I am interested in it because it is super light appearing and that would work well for my colouring. Have to see how these set down, wear, travel, etc.
I ordered a bundle this morning! I watched a video by Makeup Just for Fun that made me want it. I like the way she applied it by lightly tapping it in over her foundation. It looks really nice and natural. I chose the Peony for Your Thoughts bundle (Mini Me, Flamenco, Urth). I don’t own any cream blushes and I think this cooler pink will work best with my coloring.
I love a few of the highlighters, like Urth and Star Bright! Plus, the tone of Invite Only, but will wait to hear whether it applies nicer than it swatches.
I’ve just ordered the shade Invite Only and the swatch looks darker than I had anticipated, I’m planning on using it lightly for a natural “sun kissed” look. I hope these are good as the Nudestix ones, looking forward to reading your review!
There are a few similar shades and I hope the light peach one, Hooked or Aloha is fine for me.
They also sold duos of these.. to fit different skin colors. I got a set in “light”.. came with 1 blush and 1 highlighter.
They … look good. The warm ones seem very similar, but they may well be more distinct on different skintones.
Yeah, I think it’s like most blush – if you are going to wear it on the sheerer side, you don’t need 5 mid-tone pinks, but you may find that a cooler vs. warmer one is more up your alley.
I really like the idea of these, but not sure any of these shades would work for me. Not really into bright blush colors.
Hope they perform well though, as I’ve always thought there was a lack of great quality drugstore blushes. There’s some, but not as many as say highlighters or lipsticks. Added bonus that these seem travel friendly too.
