Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? Coloured Raine Safari Raine palette, Natasha Denona Sunrise Palette and Dose of Colors Miramé highlighter.

Favorite lip product this month? Using PMG Heavy Petal LUST Gloss over MAC x Mary J Blige French Silk makes for one very wearable pink that doesn’t clash with my olive undertones/peach overtones.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? A tie! Natasha Denona Sunrise vs. CR Safari Raine. I love both equally. Both do wonderful things with my eye color, and coloring in general. Obvious why both are recommended!

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? 3 items from the MAC Fruity Juicy collection. The Love in the Glades palette, the Si Si Mi lipstick, and the Oh My Passion powder. They are favorites that I hadn’t been using much. My original intent was to use them up this summer and then let them go. Only the Oh My Passion will go “Back to MAC”. I’ve hit pan. By the end of the summer it will be on its last legs.
Favorite lip product this month? Si Si Mi.
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? Love in the Glades. I’m just in a cool tone mood this summer.

Three products you couldn’t put down this month? 1) LORAC Breakthrough Performance Lipstick in Ingenue; 2) Fenty Gloss Bombs (Fenty Glow and Fu$$y); 3) Volition Strawberry-C Serum.

Favorite lip product this month? Fenty Beauty Gloss Bombs in Fenty Glow and Fu$$y. I took way too many lip products on my trip, per usual. About 75% of the time I was wearing one of these. Beautiful, moisturizing, and low maintenance.

Favorite eyeshadow palette this month?
*NEW: Charlotte Tilbury The Easy Smokey Eye Mini Eye Palette. Yes, I had dupes for the colors. I bought it while on vacation, thinking it was a bit cooler and rosier as in the promo pics. However, I’m in love with it because: 1) The formula is super-creamy and blends like heaven, 2) The compact size makes it fit in my small evening bags, yet the pans are still big enough to easily get brushes into, and 3) The shades are coordinated really well and versatile, and easy to use.

*OLD — Too Faced Totally Cute. This is an old favorite that I only took camping because UD Born to Run was too big, and I couldn’t find either of my UD Naked Basics (I’m purging and reorganizing my collection and lost track). I’m glad, because it’s a compact and versatile travel palette that I hadn’t used in a long time. Space was an issue, but I needed some variety and color for a two-week period, and this did the trick. Double Scoop and Shooting Star were my no-fuss, heat resistant outside activities days look. I added the colors and eyeliner for indoor activities. Plus, Unicorn and Shooting Star make great face highlighters, and the crappy I (Heart)TF eyeshadow redeems itself as a nice shimmery blush.

Favorite lip product this month? Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lipstick – perfect mlbb
Favorite eyeshadow palette this month? Tom Ford White Suede quad – I’m so happy with this. This is the perfect everyday quad. I use the golden peach cream and powder duo on the lid and the palette for the rest of my eye.

Skin tone: Fair, hazel eyes, red hair, not sure of undertones, change with brands!

Product loved this month: My ancient Tom Ford Bronzer that he made for anLE summer collection for Estée Lauder before he had his own line. Love it, no orange, almost taupe with a hint of shimmer. If anyone remembers what I am talking about and knows of a dupe ❤️❤️❤️
Also loving Nars Matte lip crayon in Bahama and can’t live without MAC pro sculpting powder in Sculpt.
One more, CVS version of Neutrogenia’s FF makeup removing wipes. Very moist and least irritating that I have found.

Favorite lip product: still Mac’s discontinued Velvetease lip pencil in Oh Honey.

Favorite eyeshadow palette: I mix and match, most used this summer: MAC Blanc Type, Expensive Pink and Swiss Chocolate

Hi I’m Bonnie and i’m warm tan, with dark brown hair and dark green eyes.

This month, I could not put down my Morphe Bronze Goals 35G palette, my Tarte Bare Bud Lipstick, and my Colourpop Lipliner in As If.

The answers to the last two questions are in the sentence above. That palette…I bought it after they finally restocked. I had such fomo even though the reviews weren’t great and I read a lot how the shimmers were dry and didn’t apply well. Well, between the time they sold out and the time they restocked, they must have reformulated, because those shimmers are pigmented and very creamy. I think this is my fave palette of 2019 so far and maybe will keep that title.

Skin tone: Some companies says light-medium others medium, but the key is yellow-neutral 😉
3 products this month that were hot for me: mostly skin care (which is rare, but as I mentioned some time back I’m advancing on this end, I suppose due to age Ha!) Origins Refreshing Eye Cream To Brighten And Depuff (like, but not the door, so if anyone has a similar effects and price product to recommend, I’m all eyes), Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Hydra Burst Gel Lotion (so soothe my redness), VDL Lumilayer Primer (I’m still on my sample, but I REALLY like it! Not too shimmery and lightweight)
Fav lippie: don’t have one, I’m fickle when it comes to lipstick and this is really my weakest area when coordinating with my eyes.
Fav palette this month: Well since I finally purchased ND Lila it’s a tossup between it and Two Faced’s Sparkling Pineapple (doesn’t anyone else go for this cute little smell-good palette? I so like the size and I can achieve nice simple looks with it).
