I might wear Shiseido Nocturne? That’s about as far out as I can think, my life’s been swallowed by real estate.
I don’t have anything special planned for Valentine’s Day, but I’ll probably go kinda traditional and play with my pinks and reds. Will have pinky red eyeshadow brushed through my crease, covering my lid with Lorac’s original 3D Lustre Drops, wispy doll-like lashes, pinky red cheeks, and top my pouty round lips off with a neon red lip like Lime Crime’s Retrofuturist<3. Then, draw a tiny heart on my cheek bone with Candy Yum-Yum. Kinda like a doll+Anna Sui Spring 2012 look against my fair neutral (NC/NW 5) skin and warm brown eyes and black hair.
Well, my boyfriend likes dark.. So I’ll probably do MAC typographic on the lid, cork in the crease with probably Brule as the high light.. Maybe a touch of NARS outremer on the lid. With arabic style liner (his favorite). Nars douceur, Nars zen (bronzer) Nars albatross. For foundation I’ll probably wear Nars sheer glow… Guerlain rouge g in Gabrielle on the lips… Don’t forget perfume! I’ll wear what I wore on our first date: Armani Code :D. Clothing wise I don’t know.. I think I HATE clothes

I think I’ve decided on going for dewy, glowing, but natural looking skin with pink cheeks while wearing minimal to no eye makeup other than some mascara with wispy falsies and a highlighted inner corner. The statement feature of the whole look is going to be bright lips with something like MAC Candy Yum Yum.

I have a class on Thursday followed by a date with library books.
So I would say the makeup palette I reserve for February, Wet and Wild’s sweet as candy.

LOL 🙂 We’ve been married almost 15 and at this point makeup or no makeup makes no difference to him. But since it’s fun for me and I work that day it gives me an excuse to wear colors I normally don’t. If hubby notices it will be a bonus!

I’m tossing up between a very traditional smokey eye and a red lip – I’m thinking I will go with the red lip, but who knows what I’ll feel like on the day!

I won’t be doing anything special: I have no boyfriend, and I have an oral exam that day, which will probably leave me exhausted, so I’ll be no fuss no maintenance.

I might spice it up this year. I probably do my nails a pink or red, and then very pink, soft makeup. It will give me a chance to wear some of the different makeup I own since I wear nearly the same thing every day.

Probably a black smokey eye or something like a peacock since those are the only looks my bf notices and likes a lot. Perhaps a. blackened red smokey eye. I don’t want to get too fussy because it’s just likely to smudge but I normally go for more dramatic or dark eye looks + nude or pink lips on special occasions.
I love my dramatic winged liner, so I’ll probably wear that with a shimmery lid color and then some bright lips. I’m thinking Scarlet Ibis, Morange, or my YSL glossy stain
I have school from 9:30 to 4:30 (all art classes so why even dress up?) and then I have work from 5-10. I guess something simple with bright lips, like always. I don’t have a boyfriend, my only dates are school and work lol
I work all day and might not even see my sweetie, but the weekend falls right between our 4 and a half year anniversary (which we normally don’t bother with half years, but it falls right near valentine’s so we just started celebrating both) and we’ll be super cute the whole way!
Gonna go with probably no lipstick (lots of kissing to be done!), but a lot of chapstick! (current favorite, burt’s bees or EOS), my neeeew Year of the Snake goodies which include the carbon black eyeshadow and the pink pigment! Going for a smoldery pink and black smokey eye. :]
I’ll probably use V-day as an excuse to wear my pink MUFE liquid liner.

xsparkage did a very pretty softer smokey eye using Benefit’s Sexiest Neutrals kit recently (on her blog, not YouTube) that I thought would be perfect for the occasion. My boyfriend appreciates softer looks usually and nothing on the lips. (Boys are so weird about textures!) But, for myself, I think I’ll play around with something fun on my nails like a pink gradient or something. All suggestions for fun VDay manis appreciated!
I’m forever alone, but I might do a smokey eye with a bit of pink. (; Sugarpill Dollipop, anyone? And probably just my Vanilla Birthday Cake Philosophy lip shine. I’m not gonna be kissing anyone. xD

Ok I got this one figured out now. Indian Ink e/s, black liquid liner, TT Dollskin/ Sparklicity duo in Mr. Pink for my cheeks and VG Nicki 2 on my lips.

Oh please! Special make up? I’ll be wearing a look of utter physical exhaustion by the 14th.
But Mardi Gras Day! Tuesday the 12th, I’ll be using that generic gel eyeliner from Coastal scents to be pale green all over, it doesn’t budge through twelve hours of dancing and madness. I’m a dragonfly. My personal signature paint I always did in acrylic but it sweats off, so more cheap eyeliner and Paint Pot. At least I use a chunk of them at Carnival.
That’s daytime. I need to go to Comus, so I’ll be home early (I’m out before first light) to remove the green and start over with Gold highlighter and maybe Silver Dusk all over, Nars Etrusque eyes w/ Blacktrack, red lips. Full ball gown and kid gloves so getting off all the green is a big deal!
Normally I’d be rolling in after breakfast and ashes in my street costume Ash Wensday morning for Gaalatoires by 2:00 PM, but a cousin is coming out. So us swells are out all night for a tableaux ball and then a supper, and I’m still trying back and shoulder powders. You can’t leave make up all over a dance partners black tail coat.
Have fun with lipstick girls, lol! Y’all need something bigger for the Winter Blahs.

My husband works nights, so I’ll be getting a lunch date 🙂 Since we’ll be going out during the day, I plan on doing a soft pink/plum and brown smokey eye with a pink blush(Tarte Amused), and a rosy lip (Benefit Benetint).
Hm, since I don’t have a boyfriend right now, I do a casual work look with neutral eye, maybe red lip or a purple eyeliner and enjoy a nice evening on the sofa.
Mostly matte brown eye with a little cat eye liner(combo of naked2 palette and Phys Form matte quad), Red lips(Rimmel 01 or 10) during the daytime because my beau works during the day so no need for kissable lip color, haha. I’ll switch to a balm for dinner since my lips will be stained from the lipstick. Very light rosy blush(Phys Form mineral). Some UD supercurling mascara and a little bit of a shimmery highlight on my cheekbones. Plus a loose sidebraid.

MAC’s All Styled Up lipstick and lipglass in Splashing with Hipness blush and Porcelain Pink MSF with tons of MAC’s new mascara i think it’s called extra dimension??
I ALWAYS go with a bold deep lip for almost everyday and I never do I bright light lip like this with bright blush. Something different.
Most likely a perfectly contoured look with deep red lips and black winged liner with a taupe color on the lids. I’m all about the classics.
