Two new, limited edition (at least, for now!) Viseart Petit Pro Palettes debut March 1st exclusively at Beautylish (you can sign up now for early access).  Apricotine was inspired by the “deccadent menu offerings of Parisian cafes,” while Soleil was inspired by warm days and easy living, escap[ing] to the South of France with shades that elicit vacation all year round.”

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! I love both of the color stories!! But I am not sure whether I am gonna love them or not… I love viseart shadows but I think the mini ones are much more powdery than theory palettes that I own, they also disappears on my eye lids…

These are absolute hits! How the 8 colors can be both so many options and still be cohesive! Viseart’s shimmers (in these new swatches, but also thinking back to grande pro 2) are absolutely at the top of the market!

These both look a lot better than the last Petit Pro. Back to the quality I expect from Viseart! Unless I hear something awful, I will probably be getting both.

I like the peachy shades in Apricotine but I already have dupes for them as I have put together a custom-made palette with variations of these shades from Inglot: Freedom System (FS) mattes nos. 368 (light peach), 311 (strong peachy-orange), 361 (gorgeous peach); FS rainbow satin no. 132 (three gradual peachy shades in the same pan) and FS Pearl 407. I’m all set for the summer as far as the peachy shades go :).

I have my eyes on Soleil though. Lavender looks a bit dry, but the rest of the shades are gorgeous. I will wait for Christine’s review as the last two Petit Pro palettes didn’t perform so well (B and C+ I think). Hopefully Soleil will perform as well as Petit Pro (01), which I have and enjoy so much.

I guess I’m the lone voice of “no, thank you”. The first one puts me in mind of all those Too Faced “Peach This/Peach That” eyeshadows – totally not to my taste at all – and the brighter one – again, those colours are just not colours that I would ever wear, with the possible exception of Soleil and Pastille. Add to that the impossibility of seeing these in-store and it’s an easy pass.

agree! I’m NC30 and orangey eyeshadows don’t look good on me. Haven’t actually seen it looking good on anyone IRL either, only on Instagram and online, but maybe I don’t hang out w/ the cool crowd 😉

I agree with you. I’m a Viseart-a-holic but the first thing I thought was “Too Faced Peach.” The second palette isn’t very realistic for me so I think I might pass. As boring as I first thought the recent Liason palette was, I got it and do really Iove all of the shades so I may pass on these two.

Definitely don’t need these…but I will 100% end up with both, LOL. I have discovered that I enjoy small palettes much more than larger palettes, I have to think less about what colours to pair together. These look beautiful though! Perfect for summer.

Dolores Avatar

I will end up with both because I do love Viseart palettes. Love the Soleil one, so many looks I think I can pull off as a beginner. The apricot one one is beautiful also. I know I probably have dupes, the Tryst palette comes to mind but I love Viseart, so both it is!
