Ah, I actually love these swatches – was hoping I wouldn’t be tempted lol.
I dunno if off-site links are allowed at all, but I had a quick attempt in photoshop at rearranging the palette to a more orderly colour scheme that I thought some might might be interested in: https://imgur.com/a/q7RfhpX
Perfect arrangement. I like the way you have organized the shades into colour groupings. Well done.
Great minds think alike! I had a very similar set-up in mind for this, but I like yours better than mine, A!
I like your arrangement ?
I love them too! And because the new pans are magnetic, you can rearrange them yourself once they get in hand!
Good job!
It‘s hard to ignore the 4 violet shades this way…
This is brilliant! Much more inspiring to me. Luckily the pans are magnetized nowadays ?
I love your rearrangement! Have been trying to resist temptation but will now definitely be purchasing, thank you for the inspiration ?
These swatches are impressive — every one looks strong, and such pretty spring colors. Don’t know that this one is for me, as I use shimmers sparingly as I don’t feel they do me well. But, I’m such a Viseart fan, I may give in.
These look beautiful, I think this might be my first Viseart splurge! I remember the description listed the shadows as “buildable” but many of these look quite pigmented – did you have to build up the swatches?
I don’t build up swatches – I’ll talk about whether something is buildable as I test it but swatches are “as is” – as in the closest to “one pass” as is feasible (it’s an arm, the space is wayyyy larger than an eyelid, so it’s not literally one pass).
My review FAQ covers how I swatch: https://www.temptalia.com/review-faq/#swatches
Actually, these are really pretty summer shades and beautifully pigmneted. Thank Goodness, because for a moment there we thought Viseart was going downhill.
Finally. A palette of pastel shimmers that I believe will also work fabulously on those of us who are not lighter than say NC30 or NW25. I’m on board for this one! It would be the perfect shimmer palette for me to pair with my old KVD Pastel Goth palette, too.
Love this! Such a refreshing change.
I really love it, I haven’t bought any eye shadow in 2018..well except for the Kevyn Aucoin eye gloss.
I’m very tempted!
Even with my new love for Viseart this is a pass. The colors are beautiful, but I’m just not interested in too many of them which makes this palette a pass for me.
These look really pretty. I’m guessing this would work well with my neutral matte palette. Looking forward to your reviews.
Limited edition? 🙁 I quite like this palette but with it being a 12-drop I probably won’t buy it right away. I do always want to try more Viseart but I just can’t justify huge prices for too many shades with my financial goals and the way I’m doing more simplified looks these days.
Any idea if there will be wider distribution? I’ll bet it hits Beautylish. This is gorgeous, and I love lighter shadows, but afraid it might be too frosty for me. I’d kill for this in satin-to-shimmer. I’ll bet this complements Bijoux, and you could always tone it down, with their mattes.
All the info I have I shared in the post already! Sorry!
I usually don’t like pastels but these look like a great supplement to more neutral eye looks.
This looks pretty to add to my Viseart collection but I’m in no hurry since I just got Viseart’s Grande Pro 2 palette and it’s got beautiful shimmer shades. Ribbons Boheme one of my favorites is also prettier with more pigmentation than this Coy one.
Timing is bad for me but I seriously love pastel colors! That being said they really don’t look the best on my eyes.
Post holidays and post fracture it’s hard to spend that much on shadows but humm
I guess I’m the odd gal out because these just don’t interest me at all. I’m generally not a “pastels” kinda gal – not in my clothing or around my house and the same applies with makeup. And why is springtime ALWAYS associated with pastels?
I think they should get points for creativity because it is a rather unique palette. However, I’m getting circa 1998 vibes from it and I don’t think I would get a lot of use out of it. Oh frosty pastel eyeshadow, some things should be left in the past lol ?
Very pretty, and the swatches are impressive. But… that’s a big chunk of change for me to drop right after Christmas. I’ll have to pass. I probably have dupes for a lot of these, anyway.
This is quite beautiful.
The swatches look good. Given my coloring and eye and lid shape, I’ve never been a smokey eye gal, and nearly every look I do is more pale or outright pastel. Given the greens and purples, this is near to an ideal palette for me, and I could swap out the orange row for shades from Amethyst and Absinthe and make this a very go-to palette. It’s a little more shimmery than is uber flattering at my age, but not sure that would stop me. Do wish it was not so soon after the Christmas Thanksgiving run.
I am really curious to see which looks will people come up with. I really like the color selection but I was a bit puzzle by the layout of the shadows. Seeing what some come up with, rearranging the shadows, I am much more inspired!
2019 temptations start strong! Haha
Definitely tempting!
This doesn’t do anything for me but I’m not a pastel girl and I gravitate towards fall more than spring. The swatches look beautiful but this is an easy pass for me.
Lol I am loving this palette, feels like 2014 to me! So excite. My order was in 10 minutes after I got the launch email XD
I’m so glad this is all shimmer and too expensive, as I’d be on this like white on rice. 😉
I’m not a fan of true white shadows (matte or shimmer) and #4 and #9 appear to be pretty close to white, maybe with a bit of shimmer shift, so wouldn’t be of use for me personally. I really love #7, seems to be more of a unique shade – and most of the other ones look wearable to me. I’m curious to see how these apply, but definitely won’t be purchasing just for that one shade that really calls to me.
It’s an all-shimmer non-dud version of the Sephora Pantone Universe Modern Watercolor palette that came out two years ago! I like the non-dud part, but the all-shimmer aspect is less inspiring to me.
