Your skin tone/coloring: NC 10 with olive undertones
Last product you returned? Bite Beauty French Press lipgloss in Flat White. Smelled disgusting and it immediately sank into my liplines.
Last product you bought on impulse? Maybelline Snapscara in Black. It’s just okay.
Last product you finished? The shade Smoothly in the Revolution Beauty Naked Chocolate palette. 100% pan!
Coloring: Fair with cool, pink undertones.
Last Item I Returned: A Sephora brand eyeliner that was abysmal; it was practically water with the tiniest bit of pigment.
Last Impulse Buy: Gille Dubh Fairy Dust Overshadow from Hello Waffle Cosmetics with their housemade glitter adhesive… it’s a beautiful sylvan green with copper sparkle, and green is one of the few colors I’m allowed to buy this year on my low-buy 🙂
Last Product I Finished: Cheap Thrills Ultra Matte Liquid Lip by Colourpop. It’s a beautiful dusty, muavey lilac that they discontinued, which is a shame given that it’s one of my absolute favorite colors.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair, neutral undertones and freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.
Last product you returned? Pat McGrath Mothership Sublime palette, BUT that was because I got it twice for Christmas, so I exchanged it for my Natasha Denona Lila palette.
Last product you bought on impulse? My Charlotte Tilbury haul from last month. I’m not sorry about it. But I’m on a low buy for the year, so that was my last hurrah for a while.
Last product you finished? Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist. It’s the first thing I use to prep my skin in the morning for makeup; I go through one every 2-3 months.

Last product returned: I haven’t returned anything in years. I almost returned Dose of Colors Marvelous Mauves, not because it’s a bad palette (it’s not), but because I have so many dupes (the palette was originally going to be a Christmas present for my mom, but I found something else).
Last product bought on impulse: Juvia’s Place Magic. No regrets.

Your skin tone/coloring: Light-Medium with yellow warm undertone
Last product you returned? I actually never returned a product (beauty related or not). It’s a combination of my purchases being almost always well documented and mindset. In US returns are so easy, but in my home country they barely become possible (and the process and mindset is still not there); I would just feel awful to return a product… I would just try to make it work or give it to someone who can use it better. I know that’s probably the best mindset, but I still believe that if I made the wrong purchasing decision I own the responsibility for that and should not move it to the retailer by returning the product.
Last product you bought on impulse? My last impulse buy were 3 products from Boots, purchased during a layover in London Heathrow airport. I actually only wanted to buy a toner, but they had a 2+1 deal, so I ended up with a scrub and heating clay mask.
Last product you finished? I finished a sample of the Cover FX Perfect Setting Powder, which I got as a perk with a Sephora order. It reminded me that no matter how great a loose powder is, I will always prefer to own and use a pressed powder.
Your skin tone/coloring: Light neutral skin tone, green eyes, salt & pepper hair
Last product you returned? The only product I remember returning in the past year was Smashbox Vlada Petal Metal Shimmer Drops, which I returned unused the day after I bought it. It was one of those rare, dumb impulse buys. (I’m sure it’s a nice enough product, but drops of glitter are just not my thing.)
Last product you bought on impulse? Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire lipstick in Plum-Brella. It was on sale for half price at the Guerlain boutique in Epcot France in November. Gorgeous lipstick, great buy!
Last product you finished? Diorshow Brow Styler. I use up brow pencils pretty quickly.

Last product you returned? The Mighties by Farmacy – because the night cream was so incredibly greasy that I couldn’t use it. I felt so bad returning as I rarely return things.
Last product you bought on impulse? Last night…the hourglass lighting edit 4 palette…eep.
Last product you finished? My moisturizer.
Skin tone/coloring: light-neutral with pink undertones. Last product I returned: Natasha Denona Mini Star Palette. Hated it! Last product I bought on impulse: I got a Replica Maison Margiela rollerball in the scent Flower Market. Of all their fragrances, this one is my favorite. Last product I finished: I used up my last drop of MAC Pro Longwear Foundation in the shade NW20 yesterday. I need another bottle.
Skintone/ colouring: Light, NW20, dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Return: n/a, difficult if not impossible to do here mostly. Wishlist for returns is mostly bad foundation matches.
Impulse: Bought Gimme Brow last night. A bit pricey, but the kind of thing I’m after. Before that, I bought Mac Plumful for my mum.
Last finished Boots No 7 foundation in Calico. I don’t go through other stuff quickly at all. I have tossed old mascara since though.

Last product you bought on impulse? Finally bit the bullet and on impulse the other day, ordered MAC Jealousy Wakes from an eBay shop. Received it today! I do not believe it’s a counterfeit either. And so I am wearing it presently and LOVE how it emphasizes my eye color! You definitely made the perfect shade of emerald that has a little teal to it! ???
Last product you finished? Maybelline Full & Soft WP mascara….again! Plus, it may be time for me to get a new pot of L’Oréal Infallible Continuous Cocoa, as this one is getting more crumbly. Then again, it is around 7 years old.

Last product returned: Nothing in 2018. In 2017 I returned Hourglass Mineral Veil primer. i found a sample before opening the bottle and discovered it was really not flattering.
Last impulse purchase: I have been good about only buying things that I previously decided to buy. They may not have been things I needed but I did intend to buy them when I did.

Last product you returned? Fenty liquid liner because the tip stopped depositing product. It was a shame because the formula wore like nothing else.
Last product you bought on impulse? BITE Grape Glaze, but I really like it!
Last product you finished? MUFE Full Cover concealer (third tube I think) and I’m running low on Laura Mercier Sand Glow Caviar Stick and hit pan on KA Medium contour powder.
Your skin tone/coloring: Light with warm/olive undertones, MUFE Y225.
Last product you returned? Hourglass Veil Retouching Fluid. On my aging skin it dried down to the most horrific finish. This is the first Hourglass product that didn’t agree with me. I am still wishing for a product like this to exist that will work with my skin.
Last product you bought on impulse? Tata Harper lip and Cheek Tint in “Very Popular.” I have been close to returning this. It lasts for about five seconds on the lips and cheeks, and is very pricey. Colour is nice, and it adds some moisture to my cheeks in this winter weather, but still not sure on this one.
Last product you finished? So very close to finishing RMS Un Cover-up in 11. Just a teeny bit left and will repurchase.

Last product returned: Pat McGrath Labs La Vie En Rose palette because it came shattered.
Last impulse product: Thrive Causemetics Mascara. I hated it at first but it is growing on me. I had to learn how to use it. Normally when applying mascara I wait a little bit between coats. I found when I did that it would really clump up and wasn’t attractive. Now I just keep applying until I get the level of volume and length I want without letting it dry at all between swipes. Normally, I am pretty loyal to my Cover Girl Super Sizer and I am not completely ruling out using it in the future but the Thrive is easier to get off and if it continues to give me volume and length and doesn’t give me raccoon eyes, I will likely stay with it.

~NW 20 ish, KGD 013. No returns in 18. Impulse: Zoeva post holiday sale. I see what the fuss is about Cocoa Blend. It’s neutral without being high overduped or boring. Got that set and spice of life set. SOL IRL is like the eye palette equivalent of the BITE root vegetables lips, warm, offbeat. Now that everyone is finally going bright again, it seems I’m getting neutral. The real impulse was the LL Life position, which is gray green. That gave me an opportunity at night job to teach a little guy 3-4 range his colors (as an SLP, I was shocked that he really did to know them….). You know kids: “Why are your lips black?” (and the shade is not even overly dark). He knew white, black, and greens before he left. Another impulse was the KGD powder (gloss film?) Foundation. It’s usable an all over mineral base, or as a foundation topper/touch up. After all, that 013 is my only true match in the entire known universe. Finished: FAB triple duty eye, Cosrx aha/bha toner, and Mizon snail gel all went last week. Had b/us, as pretty much hgs. My Paula SLDWD is running out fast. My finishes are usually things that are daily s/c or base items. Cannot remember when I finished a color product, though I toss plenty.

2. I impulse-bought ColourPop Chasing rainbow several days before NYE last year but I’m loving all the colors and have been exploring them!!
3. Maybeline Lash Sensational waterproof. I go through other products very very slowly but I get new mascara like every 6 months.
