As an FYI, I think — *think* but am not 100% sure — that the time of Sephora sale starts on Pacific/West Coast time. The card I got in the mail says that the sale ends 11/12/2012 “at 11:59 p.m. PST.” I’m reading that to mean that the start date and time is also on PST. So 3 a.m. East Coast Time, 2 a.m. Central.

Still not working at 7 am PST. Keeps saying the promotion has bot yet started. Tote was added to bag though. Any idea what time it’s valid or what the deal is why the code won’t work?

I’m pretty sure it started at 12 AM Pacific time. I stayed awake until 10:30 PST waiting, but fell asleep and ended up ordering at 4:30 AM PST. 3 of the items I wanted sold out in that time, boo!!

Purple Horsie, if you still want the code, let me know. Neither my sister nor my best friend wanted it. Since you were the first to ask me, I’ll email it to you if you post your email. I’ve posted the same message to you in the original Sephora thread too, in case you check that one instead or get notifications from it. It’s just the promo code itself, since I never got a VIB email from Sephora to forward on.

I just purchased with the VIB discount online and am wary of the color choices. What’s the policy for exchanging items? Will I have to pay the difference since I bought them at 20% off?
