Your skin tone/coloring: NW45-47
Best orange eyeshadow? It’s a blush but I like Exhibit A from Nars
Orange or blue-based reds? There is something romantic/dramatic with blue based red.
Favorite black eyeliner? Féline from mac or Perversion from Urban Decay .

Your skin tone/coloring: Light neutral, green eyes, salt & pepper hair
Best orange eyeshadow? I never use orange eyeshadow.
Orange or blue-based reds? Assuming this is about lipstick, blue-based reds look best on me, like Chanel Pirate and MAC Russian Red, but I also love some orange-reds, like MAC Lady Danger and Chili. Either way, red lipstick is awesome!
Favorite black eyeliner? The only black eyeliner I ever use is Marc Jacobs Highliner in Blaquer, which I use to tightline. I’ve finally come to the conclusion that winged eyeliner doesn’t work on my eye shape, so I don’t bother with liquid liner anymore.
I meant light neutral skin tone (not light neutral green eyes)!
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair with neutral undertones and freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.
Best orange eyeshadow? Ohhh, I really like MUG Cosmopolitan (on me it shows up pretty orangey), Realgar from ABH MR palette, the orange shade in the Viseart warm neutrals palette, and Nuts About U from the Too Faced PB&J palette. Slowburn from the UD Electric palette is a great orange too!
Orange or blue-based reds? I’m a lover of all reds.
Favorite black eyeliner? I can’t say that it’s my favorite, I’m just trying to finish it up, so I’ve been using it all the time: L’Oreal Smoldering Carbon Black eyeliner. I don’t have any others at the moment as I work through that huge crayon.
Medium Warm: MAC NC37, GA Luminous Silk 6.5
Favorite orange: I struggle to say I have a favorite orange but here are a few I enjoy. Big Cocktails and GNO from ColourPop Yes Please, Realgar from Modern Renaissance, Dark Matte 7 and 8 from Viseart’s Dark Matte Palette, Destroyer and Analog from KVD’s Mi Vida Loca Remix, and Blazing from Huda’s Desert Dusk.
Reds: Spoiled (warm) from Yes Please, Love Letter (cool) and Venetian Red (warm) from Modern Renaissance, and Saffron from Desert Dusk.
Black liner: NARS Eye Paint in Back Valley. For pencil eyeliner I am using Pat McGrath’s Permagel in Xtreme Black.
Your skin tone/coloring: Light-Medium with yellow warm undertones (NC 20-25)
Best orange eyeshadow? There no such thing for me; orange eyeshadow looks awful on me, like I’m dead or sick or something. 😆 And I’m not even talking about pure orange only, anything with a subtle tone of orangeness or yellowness does that.
Orange or blue-based reds? Blue-based (cool toned) reds usually work better with my complexion (I’m talking in general: make-up, clothes, etc.); although MAC Chili lipstick look quite good on me
Favorite black eyeliner?
-> Liquid: Physicians Formula Eye Booster Lash 2-in-1 Boosting Eyeliner (best liquid eyeliner for people like me, with oily lids, runny sensitive eyes and no proper skills with eyeliner application)
-> Pencil: Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Blacquer (it’s expensive, but totally worth it; my mom isn’t into make-up and even she loves this product)
Lt to med, red u/ts. KGD 013. Think I had better stick to 2 favorite Zoevas: chat late at night and through the window, from the smaller matte palette. If I had to look at the CPs, we’d be here all night. Both powder and SSS have some superb oranges. Big Cocktails, I Owe You, and As You Wave come to mind. Not that UD and old MUFE should be left out, though. In 2018, if you don’t have a good orange e/s, you don’t like it much. There are literally tons. Reds: either blue or orange based is fine. Don’t make it too pink. Or coral. But prefer deep and brown reds. Hi, Guinevere, are you ready for me later this week? Black e/l? Prefer colored or taupe, but there are so many perversions and zeros hanging around that i’d grab that. No real preference: none have significantly outperformed others. I will say pencil over liquid, or even gel.

Best orange eyeshadow? doesn’t exist for me – the closest I’d ever get to orange is either MAC All That Glitters or L’Oreal Amber Rush

Favorite black eyeliner? Marc Jacobs skinny liner or Sephora’s twist up one.
Your skin tone/coloring: light, muted pink and olive undertones–I have a slight natural flush on my cheeks but a greenish tinge to my mouth and neck.
Best orange eyeshadow? MAC Coppering!
Orange or blue-based reds? Blue. I’ve never met a red lipstick that was too blue for me. Dragon Girl and Ruby Woo are my two standbys. Recently I tried Sephora Cherry Moon and adored the saturated dark fuchsia-red color, but I’m on the fence about the formula.
Favorite black eyeliner? Stila Micro Tip! Beautiful product. It wears well throughout the day and the ultra fine pen is perfect for the skinniest flicks.
Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones; magenta/red hair; hazel/green eyes.
Best orange eyeshadow? MUFE Artist Shadow in ME734 Tangerine (DC); SauceBox Roxanne; ColouurPop PPS in Chauffeur and Bratty.
Orange or blue-based reds? I love and wear both.
Favorite black eyeliner? Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion
Skin tone: pale neutral-olive, although a bit less pale neutral and slightly more light olive lately…damn sun!
Orange is my least favorite color, but I do like Pyromantic Erotica by Fyrinnae, Slowburn by Urban Decay, Chickadee by Makeup Geek.
Blue-based red is my preference, clearly!
My favorite black liner is still Perversion pencil by Urban Decay, not that I wear it much anymore.

Favorite black eyeliner? I don’t really wear black eyeliner. MUFE Aqua XL Liner in black is decent. Physicians Formula I booster liquid liner
Skin tone/coloring: Fair-to-light with mostly neutral undertones (lean pink)
Best orange eyeshadow: All of them. Coral-y oranges, red oranges, terracotas, peachy oranges, yellow oranges. Oranges with gold sparkles. Duochrome orange/copper/pink/red/. All. Of. Them.
Orange or blue-based reds: Both. I used to wear Mac Russian Red and New York Apple a lot when I used Mac, I love UD Bang, CP Jenneration X.
Favorite black eyeliner: None? I don’t wear black liner very much. If I wear dark eyeliner it’s usually dark brown, purple, green, or grey.
Skin Tone: Fair with neutral undertones.
Favorite orange e/s: I have oranges but none are my favorite. I don’t really wear orange unless as a base for something else. I would say the one I use the most is MUG Chickadee.
Blue or orange based reds: definitely blue based. I have some orange based ones and I do wear them. They don’t look ghastly but they are not my favorite.
Favorite black eye liner: Marc Jacobs Blaquer for tightlining and water line, Stila Stay All Day for above the lash line.
Skin tone/coloring: Fair to light w/ cool to neutral undertones (right now definitely more fair than light: Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation in PK-0 or Dr. Jart+ BB Cream Light to Medium. However, IT Cosmetics CC Cream in Light is too dark for me during fall/winter). Hair: Light Ash Blonde. Eyes: brown-amber eyes.
Best orange eyeshadow? I don’t look good with orange e/s. My only two e/s that come closest to orange, lean in fact more peachy than orange: Inglot 368 (Matte) and Inglot 407 (Pearl). I use these shades during spring/summer only.
Orange or blue-based reds? I prefer the blue-based reds but orange reds look good on me as well, as long as they don’t lean too orange. Two orange-reds that I like and use: YSL Rouge Pur Couture in 01 Le Rouge and Bite Beauty Aries lipstick.
Favorite black eyeliner? I don’t like the black eyeliners as the black seems too harsh on me. The only black I have is a trial size of the Stila Liquid Eyeliner. I love however the brown, bronze, aubergine and dark mossy green ones, liquids or pencils.
Skin Coloring: Light medium with strong yellow undertones.
Best orange eyeshadow?
Honestly, I’m still working on using one. Because of my coloring I stay away from them from the longest time but now I have some from palettes that I’m trying.
Orange or blue-based reds? Blue-based if I going for a more chic look or an easy look. Orange for statement lipsticks and day looks. Very little makeup, a bit of mascara and the lipstick. Makes you look great and like put more effort that you actually did.
Favorite black eyeliner?
I’m still looking. I want a glossy one that’s easy to apply and can make a very thin line. Several Japanese ones have the very thin application but they’re matte. For thighlining my favorite it’s the long lasting one from Rouge Bunny Rouge but Stila Stingray is also good.
I feel like glossy black eyeliners were replaced by matte when people started using gel liners and they never made a comeback. Am I the only one that misses it?
Your skin tone/coloring: Medium w/ olive undertones, MAC NC37, Lancome Teint Idole 24H Foundation N360, deep brunette, blue-green eyes w/ gold flecks.
Best orange eyeshadow? Shades like MAC Brown Script, UD Accelerate or ABH Burnt Orange, Realgar and Red Ochre work best with my coloring, as opposed to very vivid orange shades.
Orange or blue-based reds? Because of my having neutral tones in my skin, either one works for me! I tend to go with blue-toned ones during cooler months or if I’m doing a classic pin-up eye. Orange based reds are something I will wear more often during the summer, especially ones like MAC Lady Danger!
Favorite black eyeliner? For wings: Essence Midnight In Paris gel liner. For tightlining and sometimes outer lower lashline: Smashbox Always On eye pencil in Fishnet.
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Best orange eyeshadow? I don’t wear genuine orange eyeshadow with my colouring, but I do love now a bronzey/coppery shade such as Lorac’s Amber.
Orange or blue-based reds? I can wear both. I like warmer orange reds like MAC Chilli, a Dior one I had ages ago was fabulous and a Besame orange red shade. Of blue reds, I think the EA lipstick Rustic Red is a blue red.
Favorite black eyeliner? I don’t use eyeliner at all and I wouldn’t use black with my complexion either.
Your skin tone/coloring: light yellow/gold
Best orange eyeshadow? Tough one. I think I need to separate it into matte and non-matte categories as I feel differently about them based on their finish. For non-matte I’d either pick Pumpkin Pie from Coloured Raine, or Brisket from My Pretty Zombie (the latter might be cheating as it’s a super-intense duochrome of scarlet red and golden yellow that “reads” orange). Or Visions from Notoriously Morbid. Sheesh … tougher than I thought. For mattes, the clear winner would be Empress from Coloured Raine’s Queen of Hearts palette.
Orange or blue-based reds? For what?… Orange-based reds work better on my eyes, blue-based reds work better on my lips.
Favorite black eyeliner? I only own one, so I suppose it’s my favorite by default? UD’s 24/7 Black Velvet

Your skin tone/coloring: Light with yellow/green undertones. Closest shade match is Fenty Pro Filtr in 130
Best orange eyeshadow? The orange from the Wet N Wild Art in the streets palette or the orange in the Viseart Warm Matte palette.
Orange or blue-based reds? 100% Orange based reds. Blue based red looks horrendous on me because it all pulls pink. Also love a true orange lipstick like Fenty Saw-C
Favorite black eyeliner? Liquid I’d say Maybelline Master Precise All Day liquid liner and pencil I’d go with Tarte Tarteist pencil eyeliner.

Best orange eyeshadow: either Wild Thing from the UD Petite Heat, or Jam from LC Venus II.
Orange or Blue-Based Reds: Definitely orange-based. Blue-based reds look absolutely wild on me, and not in a happy way. My favorite (and also the only one I own) is Bite Maple.
Favorite Black Eyeliner: for liquid, I really like the Fenty Flyliner for control/precision (though I still mess it up all the time; darn you, right eyelid). Pencil is Pat McGrath Ultra Glide Eye Pencil.

Best orange eyeshadow: ok, I’m from veneration X, so I don’t own a pure orange eyeshadow. The closest orange eyeshadow I own is Urbab Decay “Beware.” I am not even sure that qualifies as orange.
Best black eyeliner: Cream: Loreal; Pencil: Urbam Decay Perversion.

Best orange eyeshadow? I’ve really been enjoying “Kim” from the ABH Mario palette – it blends out really smoothly and goes well with a lot of my makeup looks
Orange or blue-based reds? Blue-based reds tend to look better on me if I’m going for the “red lipstick” look. But I am also starting to appreciate a warm orangey/reddish color for fall
Favorite black eyeliner? I used to use the Kat von D tattoo liner in trooper, but since I can’t support her anymore, I use the Clinique pretty easy black eyeliner – also has a brush tip and goes on really easily
