Last time I ordered from them; over $150.00, I received as my thank you gift, a single use moisturizer and a coupon that expired a year prior to the order. Not happy.

I continue to have issues with ULTA emails and sales notifications especially bothersome are the 20% off of all products. It has been ongoing for a very very long time despite frequent appeals for help. I have been a Platinum member since the program began. I get no effective help
I seriously am considering a boycott except for rare convenience purchases as they are less than a mile from my home. Frustrated

Susan, my daughter didn’t receive her last 20% off everything coupon in her email. But she knew that the coupon had just been issued to Platinum members and up. While we were in Ulta on the checkout line is when she found out that hers didn’t come through! I told her to call their CS number and they’d issue it immediately. She did, had to wait a few minutes, but did get it. Like yourself, she wasn’t happy considering how much she spends there. Really a shame that Ulta corporate isn’t consistent with their emails!
And then there’s all the stories about online customers receiving OPEN liquid products, broken eyeshadows and blushes, whole boxes of ruined products. Yikes. ?
