The approximate value of the grand prize is $120.50. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from May 29th, 2012 through June 20th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before June 20th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

Naval Blue pigment, because I really like that touch of purple/violet to it (<i>huge</i> fan of violet). I’m kind of vibrating at the prospect of being able to own Naval Blue pigment and Blue Stripe Powerpoint Pencil so I can use them together, maybe with some Jaunty in there. Oh god, I can imagine it.. 🙂

I ordered a couple things from this line already, nothing listed in the giveaway but I just LOVE the Handforged powerpoint pencil and Seamist liquid lipbalm. I will stock up on Seamist for SURE. It’s PERFECT for a lightly colored but natural lip in this Florida climate since it has the SPF too. I am very intrigued by the eyeshadows and the Blue Stripe powerpoint pencil

I really like the Emerald Sea Powerpoint Pencil. I find some liners are actually too pigmented, so this is a nice faded green liner that I think I’d wear a lot.

Hello, I am most interested in the MAC “Emerald Sea Powerpoint Pencil.” I am allergic to vanilla so stopped using MAC for awhile. Then I remembered all the pretty e/s’s, pigments, powders, liners and of course their infamous brushes!! Thanks for letting me enter to win ;c)

I’m torn between 2 of the eye shadows: Jaunty and Barefoot, but I think I’m a little more excited about Jaunty. I haven’t had a chance to see this collection in person, only by photo’s and video’s which look beautiful.

I’m excited for the pigments, I love that they’re multi functional, I’ve got a couple other pigments that I’ve added to nail polishes to make great new colours as well as just using them as eyeshadows.

Most excited by Old Gold pigment- it’s a gorgeous colour but the price of MAC pigments is pretty ridiculous in Australia ($39 each) so I’ve never splashed out and bought one!

The packaging for this collection is really cute. I love the nautical theming. I am most excited for To Catch a Sailor lipstick or Sea Mist suntint because I love bronzed looking lips on myself. I have more pigmented lips so a lot of regular lipsticks don’t really show up on me too often unless they are really dark or really light. Plus, I love frost lipsticks.

I would say To Catch A Sailor lipstick but I went out and bought one a few days ago and absolutely love it. I am planning on buying at least a backup of it.

I really want to try the Emerald sea powerpoint pencil, it looks soo different from ANY other color I’ve ever seen and def the old gold pigment it’s gorgeous and has a million sexy uses!!
