Two lucky readers will each win a set of China Glaze’s Capitol Colours collection, which includes twelve nail lacquers inspired by The Hunger Games.  This giveaway is open to U.S. readers only.  Simply use the widget below to enter this giveaway…

The approximate value of the grand prize is $85.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from February 22nd, 2011 through February 29th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to U.S. readers unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

Two (2) winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before February 29th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winners will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

There’s no way I can pick just one… I am most excited for ALL of them. I love The Hunger Games, and nail polish, so to combine both of my favorite passions into one stellar collection is amaaaaazing 😀

Oh my goodness I swear I stopped breathing for a second when I saw this. I LOVE the Hunger Games books and am extremely excited for the movie. All of the polishes in this collection are amazing and honestly I’ve been trying to figure out which ones I’ll be able to get as I can’t afford the entire collection. I think the ones I’m most excited for though are Argo, I have a weakness for green glittery polishes, Harvest moon, Hook and Line, Luxe and Lush, riveting, smock and ashes, and stone cold. I don’t know how I’ll ever pick just a few to purchase.

I’m the most excited for Luxe and Lush. It is super versatile across many of the colors I already own or even alone on bare nails. I think I may be able to use the whole bottle. It’s so gorgeous.

I’m honestly excited for the whole collection! I loved the books and I can’t wait for the movie. This nail polish collection is an incredible addition to the Hunger Games following and with being a massive nail polish lover (i.e. hoarder) this made me giddy like a little school girl excited!

Honestly, I think I’m most excited for the flaky glitter, because I have nothing like it and would love to see how it looks on top of other shades. Or the taupe/ brown shades, because, surprisingly, I have no taupe polishes.

I’m really quite excited for Luxe and Lush, actually. Out of all the glitter polishes I’ve seen, I’ve yet to see this type of iridescent flake used at that size. It would be a good way to add sparkle to any solids that I have in my personal collection.

I am really excited by the ‘Luxe and Lush’ because I am so interested in the flakies polishes, and also ‘Smoke and Ashes’ that color is so perfect, I can’t even handle it!

They all have a certain texture/colour tone I am lushing over but Luxe and Lush was the first to catch my attention!!! Smoke and Ashes is a lovely dark colour. Stone Cold is a lovely matte polish!! Harvest Moon is a lovely fall colour. Yeah, I can’t make up my mind *LOL*

I am excited for all of the Capital colors! I am so glad they went with the Capital as their inspiration for their colors from the Hunger Games – I was not looking forward to the colors until I just saw them – now that I see they are so bright and dreamy – super excited!! 🙂

There are three colors that I am super excited about in this collection…they are “Luxe & Lush”, “Fast Track” & “Smoke & Ashes”. The entire collection looks to be gorgeous, but those are the stand-outs for me!

The colors all look very cool. The ones that caught my eye are the pinkish one in the middle and the green one that’s almost behind that one. The one to the left on the bottom looks like one i already own. The other colors are pretty nice too.

I’M SSSSSOOOOO EXCITED ABOUT THE HUNGER GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!! I read all the books in 2 days and haven’t stopped talking about them nonstop. I’m going to buy hunger games shoes and a sweatshirt, but I have already bought about 7 shirts, 1 lanyard, 1 set of earrings, the pin, a bracelet, 2 cell phone charms and a necklace. I’m also contemplating covering my entire room in hunger games merch and just blowing all the money i have been saving for a new mac. Anyway if i don’t win this I will probably just end up buying all of the nail polishes anyway!!!!! I am especially excited about ELECTRIFY!!!! It is just such a beautiful color and i love anything with sparkles, anyway may the odds be ever in MY favor…. lol.

My daughter would absolutely LOVE this! She has been awaiting the movie since completing The Hunger Games. She has been poring over movie info and is going to the movie with several classmates when it opens!
