We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

These seem to be difficult to come by in Europe – I haven’t seen them in stores yet and I can’t seem to find any online stores that sell them… Do you know anything about release dates in Europe? Thanks for a brilliant video.

i do love them! based on your review, i stayed away from the purple. but the rest are lovely!

my fave combo is tough as taupe + mauvement pigment. it ends up looking like NARS Lhasa eyeshadow.

The colours available in Asia are so different and so limited in both volume and colour selection (only 5). Mostly pastel and all straight up shimmer bombs. Far more expensive too. Our drug price runs closer to SGD 16 which is about USD 12.50. Booo!

I’ve been meaning to buy these. 🙂 Just a quick question Christine, did you swatch these w/ a brush or just fingers? And what do you think is the best way to apply these? (Because I find I can use brushes on my paint pots but not my aqua creams) 🙂

after seeing your review, i bought 5 colors yesterday and i couldn’t be more impressed with this line! the colors are so rich and blend beautifully. CVS is having a cosmetics promo (earn $5 cash back w every $15 cosmetics purchase) so they came out to $5 each…i’m so happy with my purchase!

I went out like 20 minutes after watching your video review and got 6 of them at Walgreens for BOGO 50% off. I got Tough as Taupe, Too Cool, Bad to the Bronze, Tenacious Teal, Audacious Asphalt and Bold Gold. I liked all of them but the Teal one. And I applied them first using a flat concealer brush, then a Mac 217 blending brush, then just my ring finger. They all worked well! I’m not a big fan of MAC paint pots as they just don’t work on me but the texture of Color Tattoo is very similar. Thank you for a great product review!

These are amazing and are affordable. I have Bad to the bronze and it reminds me of MAC’s Woodwinked. I also picked up Audacious Asphalt and Pomegranate Punk. These are amazing as bases or colors themselves.

I got Tough as Taupe and it’s my new everyday shadow. I’m NW20 with blue eyes, brown hair, and of an age where shimmer shadows are no longer flattering. This taupe makes my eye colour pop and gives depth and contour to my eyes. If I weren’t in love with the colour, I’d have never picked it up. It looks like mud in the pot, but is amazingly flattering on the eyes. Very work appropriate and quite sophisticated at the same time. Thank you, Maybelline! Wish they had a soft, non-shimmery beige or bone in this formula. It doesn’t budge until you take it off.
