What's your favorite glittery eyeshadow that doesn't have fall out?

What’s your favorite glittery eyeshadow that doesn’t have fall out? Is there such a thing?

I really liked Bobbi Brown’s Black Sparkle, which had minimal fall out; I can’t remember one that doesn’t have ANY fall out, but I feel like there is/was a shade I liked… but I am not remembering at all.

I’ve never used a glitter shadow that has no fall out! For me, it comes down to whether or not I like the shade, and the texture. Fallout isn’t a big issue to me, but grittiness is!

So I’ll say my favorite glitter shadow is UD’s Sidecar from the Naked palette. I find the fallout to be minimal (when patted on), and no grittiness!

I love Sidecar too but found it had a LOT of fallout. I would be amazed when I’d see gals on youtube applying it like it was no problem because for me, it’s been a big issue! Great colour though.

I can’t say that I found ANY glittery eyeshadow without fall out, which is the reason I tend to stay away from them. I use very shimmery or metallic shadows for extra impact, this way I don’t have to clean up my whole face after doing my eye makeup.

Yes, there is such a thing. Sonia Kashuk eyeshadow quads – apply with a slightly wet brush by patting it over regular eye shadow for a lovely stay-put glittery shimmer.

Sephora has an amazing tool for glitter application, it’s a “glitter brush” — basically it’s a regular brush handle, with a soft rubbery spatula on the end. I love this tool and use it every time I want to wear a glittery shadow or pigment, because even dry it tends not to pick up so much product that a bunch of it ends up becoming fallout. It works really well wet too; I’ve used it with Illamasqua’s pigments wet and it worked amazingly well. Plus it’s really super easy to clean. So if you are frustrated with trying different brushes for (especially loose) glitters, I think you might benefit from trying out the Sephora glitter brush 🙂

I just got this glitter applicator last week and I can FINALLY wear Maui Wowie. It really does work. Strangely, though, this “brush” (it’s really a silicone “wedge”) isn’t shown on Sephora’s website!

I tried to get one of these at my Sephora the other day and they had put them on clearance and didn’t have any more 🙁 I have been using the Tarina Tarantino sparkle city glitters those are fun they have fall out as your putting them on but easily removed with a big eyeshadow brush and I also use Too Face glitter glue primer.

Everything I’ve tried has fallout, but right now I’m digging the Urban Decay Stardust eyeshadows! I guess there’s a fair amount of fallout to deal with sometimes, but I’ve come to expect it… It’s nice to read other people’s answers on this one, because glitter eyeshadow is a tricky one.

My favourite glittery shadow with no fall out is Bobbi Brown Cream Shadow in Galaxy! It’s dark grey and has tons of sparkle, and absolutely the best staying power I’ve ever found!
