Not holding my breath, based on past KA e/s performance. It’s not the brand’s strong suit.
I understand that shimmer is a holiday thing, but I really dislike all-shimmer palettes.
Whoa. Kevin Aucoin??? This is different for the brand! Curious to see whether the eyeshadow formula is different from their usual, too. Beautiful shade selection if the quality is up to par.
I love the balance of colours – those greens really stand out! Fingers crossed the quality and performance is there! 🙂
I’ll be curious to see how this one performs! Looks like a more compact alternative to the Heavy Metal palette.
How pretty.. interesting. I skipped the Fenty. But 3 golds? I’m sick of gold.
It looks really lovely, but with all the brands getting onto the shimmer only party, it will be interesting to see if this is a good one.
The two green shades look especially pretty.
Definitely going to wait on reviews and swatches for this one, but I am tentatively excited!
I like it! Hope it performs well!
Back a few years ago, KA was a great brand for finely milled matte formulas, a beautiful range of neutral colors– and more cool-toned. And I have and love a lot of their shadows from that time. Now that they are getting on the shimmer bandwagon, it will be interesting to see how the formula performs. Similarly, when By Terry was doing more singles, their eye shadows were great and I am still regularly using the oldies but their transition to palettes was unimpressive. All that being said, the color selection here is definitely unique and trend forward, instead of the now overdone surfeit of coppers, browns, and reds. Three golds and two greens, balanced by cool lavender taupes and pinks? Wonderful and unique. Fingers crossed on the formula.
is it me or does that layout look a lot like the nars palettes?
Yes. I thought it was Nars.
Some of these shades look stunning! I’m so excited to see swatches once it’s released!
I am excited about this one. I really like Kevyn Aucoin products but this is new for the brand. I hope it’s a good one!
