I’m still looking for it 🙁 On my quite pigmented lips all light colours appears corpse-like. I am using NARS Pigalle, its colour actually resembles the natural colour of my lips but I’m not 100% satisfied with it.

Just think I’ve tried anything neutral by NARS (Belle de Jour, Blonde Venus, Chelsea Girls, Striptease) but they have all been such a disappointment. The only colour which actually seems to work is the brown-pink of Pigalle and Butterfield 8 (a lip lacquer), but I’d like a proper nude look.

Clinique – Angel Spice, its amazing!!
Its got decent coverage and has a really nice sheen. Its such a shame its been discontinued. MAC’s Jubilee and Hug Me have been my replacements, but not as good as Angel Spice.

I have L’Oreal ‘Fairest Nude’ too! I saw it used in an Allure editorial with the ‘Forest’ eye shadow duo on a fair blonde model and had to have the look.

I haven’t found my best nude lip yet, but MAC Creme Cerise is at te top of my list right now.

My best nude LG is ‘This is Me’ by Carol’s Daughter.

mac creme ‘d nude!! and also nobody mentioned laura mercier’s discretion..and ofcourse nars’ finest lipcolors..honolulu honey, pigalle, belle de jour lipsticks and chelsea girls lip laquer..

I’m not a lipstick person but I got a full sized lipstick from a Clinique GWP awhile back. Clinique’s Long Last Lipstick in Honeynut looks great on me!

I love MAC’s Peachstock for that peach-nude everyday look (I think this color is only available at select places because I don’t see it at the MAC site).
However for smokey eyes and all I love the almost-dead looking (on me) Creme d’Nude paired with a sheer pink gloss.

So I am guessing from the previous replies that you ladies really love the MAC brand!! Guess what I am trying when I get to the States!! I LOVE lipstick and my favorite nudes are Mary Kay TANNED (brought THREE of them to Afghanistan with me) and Artistry Subtle. I am TOTALLY into the nude lip look with the slightly heavier eye. Is a GREAT look for this chick who is now closer to 5-0 than 40!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE nude coloring on the lips, maybe that’s why i spend hours and hours searching for the perfect nude lipstick. My lips are VERY pigmented (red), I also have a problem with my lips always being chapped, which also explains my love for chapsticks. (which never really help my lips anyway, i went to a dermotologist and got a medication for it, but thats not what im trying to tell you LOL sry) OK well the best nudes i have found so far are:
