HD Microfinish Powder & Kabuki Brush Kit ($49.00)
A universal, invisible finishing powder that gives a “soft focus” effect to skin, this powder is an inimitable formula that is incredibly soft and satiny and uses ultra fine, spherical microparticles made of 100% Mineral Silica Powder. These extremely refined, round microparticles allow natural and artificial light to reflect off of them, thereby softening and ultimately masking lines and imperfections for a perfect, radiant complexion on screen and in real life. Use the Kabuki Brush to dust the powder over foundation to set.
Back to Black Collection ($39.00)
A collection of best sellers and client favorites, this kit includes Faux Lash Floriane #21, Aqua Eyes #0L and Diamond Shadow #307.
Availability: All MAKE UP FOR EVER Limited Edition Holiday Collections will be available at Sephora and Sephora.com in November 2008.

I have never used anything from Make Up Forever, but i have heard it is amazing!
I really want to try to HI DEF powder kit.
Anyone use it?!
I use the HD powder and love it. It just makes everything look more finished. I may have to get this set as the powder by itself is $30, so to get a kabuki brush as well for another $20 is a great deals.
So glad you like it, KyaLyn!
I haven’t tried it, but I keep hearing you can get the same product for less elsewhere :/
Oh my gosh that one with the eyelashes looks so awesome!
I knowww!!
I must have the eye pencil set. I received a sample pencil from Sephora with an order I placed some time ago. Love, love, love the longevity of the color. It did not budge!
I knowww!! The pencil set looks great.
Makeup forever is the best line ever!
What are some of your favorites from the line, Katee?
Ladies,
Save your money and get the silica powder from TKB Trading. It’s the exact same stuff as the HD Microfinish Powder but it costs only $3.45 for an ounce!

Stina – is the silica powder as finely milled as the HD Microfinish Powder and has the same effect?
Hi blue,
I really can’t detect any difference between the two in terms of powder fineness and performance.
Thanks for the advice, Stina! 🙂
The Aqua Eyes pencils are a definite MUST have. I’m talking about serious waterline stay-put power ALL day long without having to set it with a powder eyeshadow. It’s really that good 😉
Definitely got to pick these up!
