Illamasqua! I have Dixie, Betray, Seduce, Rude, Promise, Devour and Libido and I love them all. I’d like to try Bobbi Brown’s, but here in Italy there’s no BB, so next trip to London, I hope

At least you have illamasqua here in Malta we have no Illamasqua, no MAC, no BB, no smashbox or makeup forever, no benefit no nothing 🙁 *sad face*

At the moment I’m loving Korres lipsticks as blushes. They stay on all day!!!!

I LOVE the cream blush duos that Smashbox releases with seasonal collections. I just wish they were permanent. I haven’t bought a bottle of it yet, but I got a few samples on the MUFE HD cream blushes and I love how pigmented they are and how easily they blend. Those will probably be my next cream blush purchase. Oh, after the NYX ones I have coming in the mail. 😉

Since MAC changed to cremeblend from creme color base they are much easier to blend and a lot creamier! You should check them out:)

Why would you set it with powder? If it’s longevity you concerned about then you should get the Becca Lip & Cheek Creme. If you’ve got oily skin then maybe you should just use a powder blush? The most beautiful thing about creme blushes is that they melt into your skin and look super natural with a slight sheen, which powder ruins IMO.

OK so Becca is the only good one I’ve found. Still looking for something cheaper that is actually available in my country lol

i agree with ida! i feel like if i set my cream blush with powder im defeating the entire purpose of the dewy look… i even said that to a girl at MAC the other day after she talked about setting it with powder.. any way to keep the dewy look and still set with powder?

Oh… Bobbi Brown is just THE WORST for combo skin… It is also soo hard to blend and I actually put the pot in a microwave, melt it down and mixed it 50/50 with a primer… That was way better to deal with it then but my fav has to be MAC… Easy to blend…

my favourite ever would be laura mercier’s creme cheek…especially in oleander…looks very natural and stays long on my cheeks <3

My favorite formula so far is Bobbi’s Pot Rouge. They are very pigmented, last all day on my combo cheeks and the colors are buildable… I apply mine either with a foundation brush or with my MAC 130. And a little goes a long way!!

I use the mac cream blusher but would like a bigger variety of shades. Most of the shades lean peach/coral and I prefer pinker tones. I do like the formula tho. I want to try Bobbi brown and mufe next. Christine have you tried nar multiple as a cream blush? If so, what do you think of it?

Sonja Kashuk did one that I picked up a few years ago. I can use it on myself and on clients under powder or foundation and it’s a completely relaxed natural look.

I like peachy or peachy-pink cream blushes and I recommend them for anyone above 50. You didn’t ask that, but I wanted to put it out there because I get so much from all the folks on this site.

The only cream blush I own is Stila Peony. My oily skin has no patience for cream blushes. I also own Ni’xie Roseate Cream blush. I really want to try MUFE HD and BB Pot Rouges, but I am waiting for a sale or discount. Cat food takes precedence over my wants. 🙂

I was wondering – for a very fair skinned woman, what would look most natural, the MAC Cremeblend blush in Brit Wit, MAC Cremeblush blush in Tea Petal or a MAC Powderblush? I’m looking for just that slightly warm, totally natural look and don’t have a MAC provider where I live to swatch for myself. Thanks 🙂

Anna Avatar

I’ve done both. I wear Bare Minerals foundation and I’m found applying it before doesn’t seem to work very well unless I apply A LOT and then it just feels heavy. So I use a stipling brush and apply my pot rouge after foundation, and it works for me!

I was wondering what a good place to store cream blushes would be..I just ordered a couple for the first time & want to know if it makes a difference where you store them…Thanks so much!
