What do you use to apply MUFE HD foundation? I bought it a while ago due to all the hype, and frankly, am quite disappointed with the amount of coverage (most reviews said full coverage)as well as the way it applies on. Any tips?
I use the 109. MUFE HD is definitely not full coverage – medium coverage and more light-medium than full medium initially.
I get a ton of compliments when wearing MAC Sharo shadow from Cult of Cherry quad. Love it.

I’ve gotten compliments about my skin when I wear Revlon Colorstay foundation. People think it must be flawless. I guess they don’t realize I’m wearing makeup.
I have brown eyes and everytime I wear amber lights on my lid with sketch in the crease I get a lot of compliments! such a pretty combo!

I feel that really bold lips definitely get “oh wow”-ed most often, while green eyeshadows always get me most compliments, they apparently really bring out my blue eyes and peachy skin!
My new MAC mega metal eyeshadow in Mating Call and Noir Plum. Those two make my black eyes pop!
in person i get compliments a lot on my skin – but only when i’m not wearing anything lol! i sound like a tool for saying that but… there it is. in videos i get compliments on my skin when i wear mac’s studio fix fluid – which i DO find funny because it’s such a heavy foundation – completely the opposite of bare-faced.
MAC eyeshadow “Moon’s Reflection” – It just looks so good on me!
MAC lipstick LE “Petals & Peacocks” – People say they love the colour and that it suits me well.
And Purple eyeshadows (MAC Parfait Amour, NARS Jolie Poupee Duo, etc) because it looks good on me. I still prefer wearing blues to purples (I just think it highlights under eye darkness when I wear it)

MAC steamy. I used to be really intimidated by turquoise eyeshadow, but every single time I wear it, no matter what other colours I wear with it, I get tons of compliments.
Cargo PlantLove Evangeline lipstick. People ask me constantly what lipstick I’m wearing when I have it on.

Benefit Creaseless Cream shadow in Birthday Suit. It works realy well with my blue eyes. Several comments on this at work.
I did a test at work and wore a different foundation daily. My coworkers told me that Nars Sheer Glow and MAC Face and Body were the best.
Smashbox Fusion Soft Lights: Intermix always gets me compliments! Urban Decay lipgloss in Wallflower as well.

Chanel Rouge Allure in Dragon, MAC Alta Moda, MAC Rebel, NARS Doucuer blush, MAC Petticoat MSF, Too Faced Invisible Candlelight highlighter, whatever I’m wearing on my eyes always gets compliments and my nails always get compliments especially if they’re a unique pattern or color.
I always get comments on my lip & my smokey eye, which always surprises me because I do each so quickly! I do have rather large eyes and very, very full lips, so I guess since it’s so prominent it tends to get noticed more!
When I wear blue eyeshadows I guess it looks good with my brown eyes.
Unique nail polishes. Most recently Nicole by OPI YOU”RE AN ANGEL which is a bright pink with sparkles. Jesse’s Girl eye dust in INDIAN SUMMER (orange duochrome). Urban Decay liquid liner in GASH and 24/7 liner in ELECTRIC on lower lashline only. I also get compliments when I do winged liner.

MAC Something New lipstick or Gimmie That! liquid lipstick. Somehow bright fuchsias look amazing on me.
The Body Shop’s eye shimmer eyeshadow in Copper. It doesn’t look very coppery, it’s sort of a soft gold with a pink shimmer. Knocks ’em outta the park every time!

Men and women sometimes love when I wear MAC Beet lip pencil that I used to fill in all of my lips with, and these days I use it with either Illamasqua Salacious lipstick or with their Drench lipstick, because those lipsticks are the closest to it. I had no idea that people would think I looked that good in reddish-pink/raspberry lipsticks. I’m an NC45.
People from a distance and from overhearing them LOL seem to like when I have black smudgey smoky eyes and my MAC Half-Red lip pencil and MAC Snob lipstick on me, especially at night! Snob is easier to wear with smoky eyes for some reason.
MAC New York Apple lipstick never fails to get me compliments, especially when paired with Aromaleigh’s Gothic Lolita Rouge in Corset.
MAC’s Hot Tahiti lipstick. It’s just the perfect red for me.
I always get compliments on OCC lip tars Stalker and Anime, and Kryolan’s neon UV palette when I wear them as liners. Yay for bright makeup!
My Hydro Powder Eye Shadow from Shiseido, color H6. The purple color stays very intense for a long time and looks incredible with my brown eyes!
NARS scarlett empress lipstick… givenchy’s Candide Tangerine lipstick gets me a ton of complements too (thanks for the review, Christine!)
For eyes, people always complement the lashes when I use Lancome Definicils.
I get lots of compliments when I wear green & gold eyeshadow (think MAC goldmine & lucky green) also when I wear bold lipsticks (Ruby Woo or Cyber)
MAC Peppermint Patty nail polish got me a surprising number of compliments, particularly from older men. I’d wear it more often if it didn’t take 5728952 coats to make it look nice.

I always get compliments on my blue eyes when I wear MAC’s expensive pink or paradisco with bronze. Also everyone loves when a girl wears China Glaze’s for audrey 🙂
MAC Venomus Villains Magically Cool Liquid Powder in Cajun, every time I wear it I receive many compliments on how beautiful my skin looks or what am I wearing. I had to buy a back up!

I almost always get compliments when I wear nude lipsticks. I don’t know what it is, I don’t think it’s anything special. But many people say it gives me a sexy look, so I don’t complain since it’s so simple. lol

As a woman of color, most of the time when I wear a orange/peach/coral blush, I get compliments. As well as, I get compliments when I branch our of my neutral eyeshadow preference, and I wear a colorful eyeshadow.
