This collection of light-reflecting liquids glides on to refresh the skin, enhance the complexion and create a shimmering incandescence. I was so disappointed when the regular Orgasm Illuminator did nothing for me. I wanted it to work so bad. Here’s to hoping Super Orgasm does the trick!

I was told by my favorite Nars Makeup Artists and the head trainer for Nars in Chicago that this is part of their transition into summer collection, so it won’t hit department stores until end of May and likely not Sephora before then either. However the Nars website has free shipping over $25 and since one is $29 you can order it for free. They also have free returns in case you don’t like it.

Totally agree with you! I got a small sample of the Orgasm illuminator from Sephora. It hardly showed up on my skin 😛 I do hope Super Orgasm shows up!

I’m making a pilgrimage to New York tomorrow to visit the new NARS flagship store! I heard they have these in the store now. I think the reason people are having difficulty with NARS illuminators is because they aren’t using them the ideal way-liquid highlighters are better used to mix in to foundation and give it a dewier look, imo. I’m torn between the regular orgasm one and the new copacabana one, they both look soooo nice!

I have a sample of the Orgasm Illuminator and i can honestly say i hate it 🙁 it applies a little sticky and its barely noticable. I wouldnt buy it…

I agree, out of all the makeup I experiment with I have yet to try an illuminator … I would love to see them swatched just to see how the light reflects and try to imagine how it would look applied to the face

I just received the Laguna and Copacabana Illuminators today, and I couldn’t wait to try them. My first impression was about the size, extremely disappointing. I love my Copacabana Multiple, so I was eager to try this version. Previously when I wanted something more liquid, I used the NARS brightening lotion which also has a pearly opalescence. This seems to be a happy medium, although if you’re looking for more color, I would stick with the Copa or Luxor Multiples. Laguna doesn’t have much color either. I’m Medium complected closer to light. If you’re familiar with Nars foundation, I’m Barcelona at my darkest in the summer, and at my lightest I can do Stromboli or Santa Fe. My undertones are more yellow. While this Laguna Illuminator makes me feel less orange than Orgasm, it still does it a bit. It’s quite sheer so it will be good to mix with foundation, but again, if you want color and something that will last longer, stick with the Multiples. Overall decent product, but I completely disagree that these will last a long time… I respectfully disagree, they’re pretty small and depending on how much you blend with your foundation or whether you intend to put it on your entire face, I cannot conceivably see how they would last.

Thanks for the info and honesty. I thought of buying Laguna but it won’t do much with my skin tone (NW20-25, up to 30 in summer. I use Sheer Glow in Santa Fe. I do think the size is small for the price.

Got a sample of these at Sephora in JCPenney. I have NW 43 skin andbthe Orgasm and Laguna colors do nothing for me. The Super Orgasm and Copacabana give me a gorgeous pearly and gold shimmer respectively. While the formula is nice, I think I’ll stick w/ the Multiple instead as I feel it has better color payoff on my skin.
