I love how bright and lively these colors are. They instantly make me think of fun and the tropics. So the look I’d create is a tropical look! I live in NY so it would be the Tropics meets NYC. So the look would be bright but wearable with these beautiful colors blended seamlessly!

luba Avatar

Wow! Such an excellent way to wrap up the year. I think that I would go for the look you have created here-http://www.temptalia.com/mac-mickey-contractor-look
Just because I love browinsh eye makeup and I love the pop of color you’ve added with the green liner.
Hope I win!
I have also shared this on twitter (lubasha88)

Regina Avatar

I tend to lean on the classic glam look (maybe with a touch of rock and roll). I’m all dark lipstick and mostly bare everywhere else. But I’ve always loved the vivid colors of Bollywood and the deep, seductive eyes of beauties like Aishwarya Rai.

New Year, new look, right? I’ll keep my lips natural, neutral, or nude (for the first time in years, I’ll put the red lip aside), play up my own almond eyes with intense eyeliner and accentuate with bright shadow hues (color depends on my outfit for the day!) to make them pop.

There might be a bindi lurking in my near future. We’ll see. 😉

Happy new year!

Anna Crystal Avatar

Aye alright 😀 Then I’d go for: Definitely putting the ‘Marvel’ eyeshadow all over my lid because it combines the best with my green eyes, blending it into Saffron (outer corner), lining my water line with Saffron, applying black fluid liner, mascara, fake upper and bottom lashes. Cheeks: Gana; Lips: Gulabi!

Pamela Avatar

I would apply Saffron all over my lid and pat on Rani at the outer 1/3 of my eyes, blend it into Saffron and my crease, wing it out and apply black liner on my upper lash line and waterline. Next, I would apply some white eyeliner in the corners of my eyes to brighten my eyes. Then, I would apply Sur all over my cheeks and end this look with Lust lip glass on my lips!

Maria Avatar

With this makeup set, I shall do a tropical-colored eye with blues, greens, and purples with some shimmer against a perfect matte canvas of foundation for olive skin, and a with a nice, subtly shiny nude lip. The look is finished with a light blush, highlights on the brow, cheekbones, and nose, and a sweep of loose powder all over! 🙂 🙂

lunamaris Avatar

From the Athma- Quad I would use Jaan e/s on the lid and Vivah e/s in the crease with a little Folie. The beautiful Mehr lipstick, Sur blush on the cheeks and Gana blush as highlight.

Laia Avatar

So the look I would create with Mickey Contractor products is:

– On eyes, Jaan on inner lid (2 thirds), and Vivah on the outer lid and crease. Siahi as an eyeliner.

– On cheeks, Sur blush

– On lips, Gulabi lipstick with a bit of Lust lipgloss on top.

I think it would be a lovely one 🙂

SS Avatar

Happy New Year Temptalia/Temptalia Readers!! I would use Saffron eyeshadow as a wash all over my lid with Oomph in the crease. I would use black eyeliner on the top lashline and waterline, and Siahi on the bottom lashline. Sur blush, with Gaana as a highlighter on the cheeks. On the lips, Mehr lipstick with Lust lipglass.

TheLaniGold Avatar

I’d use for my eyes the shadows in saffron and marvel, for liner I’d choose siahi. for my cheeks I’d -of course ;)- wear sur, and on my lips I’d use… mehr 🙂 and I hope that this would not look too bad ;P

Helix Avatar

Oh that’s an easy one 😀 I’d use Ivy as a base, put Carbon on the moveable lid, and blend it out with Oomph in the crease, browbone and inner corner highlighted with Jaan. Gives a nice smokey, dark, greenish look with a subtle golden shimmer. For the lips I’d choose Mehr, just dabbed on lightly and topped with Lust to keep the lip “silent”. For the face I’d just use the two blushes to contur and highlight, as I am a NC15 I figure that would make a beautiful nude face with a strong smokey-green eye. 😀

Erin Ray Avatar

If I won this collection, I see rich colorful eyes, warm cheeks and warm nude lips. I would be inspired to become my favorite Bollywood actress through these unique shades!

carmen Avatar

With this awesome prizes, I would do a fun, really colourful make up, with very bright colors on the eyes and nude lips, to make a fun and beautiful contrast!!!

Aida Avatar

Eyes: Saffron Eyeshadow all over the lid, Oomph Eyeshadow in the crease and Ivy Fluidline on upper lash line.

Cheecks: Gana Blush.

Lips: Yash Lipstick.

Nikolas Lane Avatar

I would start off by using Oomph eyeshadow all over the lid and blended into the crease. I would use Ivy Fluidline on my top lashline and my bottom waterline. On my lips I would first use Yash lipstick then go over it with Flesh lipglass. And on my cheekbones I would apply just a little bit of Gana blush as a highlight<333

Justred Avatar

I would use the purple color with antique gold pigment. Then do a simple cat eye with the Siahi fluidline. Would highlight my cheekbones with light flush. Then would use the Yash lipstick with a shimmery gloss to polish off the look

Lisi Avatar

I’d wear Oomph all over the lid and then blend it into the crease and then I’d use ivy as my liner. On my cheeks I’d use Ghana as a highlight and sur as a really natural looking blush. Maybe I’d add some Yash to my lips or just some lip balm.

Kajsa/Monticka Avatar

I would start off with a little Saffron just below the highlight (matte white e/s). Then I would put down some Rani from the inner corner, out to almost half the lid and then Marvel on the other half.

On the lid itself, I’d put Ivy fluidline all over the lid and top that off with Oomph. And darken the outer V with Carbon, as well as smoked all over the top lash line.
On the bottom lash line, Marvel would be smoked out a little bit and darkened with Carbon again.

On my cheeks I would take a little bit Sur and a touch of Gana over it to make it glow.

On my lips I’d go crazy with Mehr to compliment Rani on the eyes.

RT’ed, nickname: Monticka

Magda Avatar

Fabulous!!!!!!! Of course I will try my luck! 😀

I think for starters I would use both gel eyeliners, one on top and one on bottom and add fake lashes (no eyeshadow or nude one) and add a neutral blush like Harmony and put the bright pink on lips! :DDDD

I am also retweeting here: http://twitter.com/#!/cossssme
(I just started this tweeter for blog tweets, to separate them from private ones, so there are few tweets)
Love your blog! Happy New Year!

Amanda H Avatar

I would use Jaan all over the lid, with a bit of Oomph in the crease and in a V-shape. Ivy fluidline would be my eyeliner, and then I would use a white eyepencil on the waterline to open up my eyes.

Gana blush would give my cheeks a glow, and then I would use a pink on my lips, like Mehr.

Pavneet G Avatar

I would use Oomph eyeshadow all over the lid and Carbon in the outer-v with cat eyeliner using Siahi fluidline. I would use Sur as my blush and Gana as my highlight then I would use Yash lipstick so I don’t overpower the eyes! x x

Jennifer Avatar

I can’t get onto Twitter because China blocked it, thank goodness I return to the States tomorrow!

But … I would use Jaan in the inner corners and inner third of my eyes, blend Marvel in the outer two-thirds of my eyes and bring it up just a tad over my crease, and then blend Oomph over the top of the purple to create a contrasted colors look. I would smudge Carbon on my top lashline, and Vivah on my bottom lashline for a sultry but not over-the-top smoky eye. On my lips, I would apply a little bit of Yash for a subtle nude lip. I would use a tinyyyy amount of Sur on my cheeks, and instead of using Gana as a blush, I would use it as a highlighter under my brows 🙂

MARIA Avatar

I will do a look wit Athma quad on the eyes: Vivah eyeshadow on the lid, Folie on the crease, Jaan on the browbone and Carbon on the outer corner of the eye and lining the lash line.
Sur blush on the cheeks and Gana as highlighter on the cheekbones and finally Gulabi lipstick on lips with Lust lipglass on top.

MG Avatar

A look I would create would be: folie on the lid, vivah in the crease, with siahi fluidline to line on the top and bottom, highlight w/ gana blush, sur on the apple of the cheeks, with mehr lipstick.

Sabine Avatar

Hi,

for tonight I would choose a conspicuous look.
For the eyeslid I would choose Rani and in the crease a darker colour like smut. Maybe a little bit glitter for a party. And black eyeline so that it doesn’t look like swollen from crying.
The cheeks I would take Sur.

Greats
Sabine

Merete Avatar

I think i will try to create a look where i use all of the Products! maybe it will not be a Look for everyday but i like to make beautifull fun looks and take pictures of it, just for myself 😀 Im not a crazy person but these will be my first MAC Products so i will try them all together! ;D But i live in Germany so i cant win these products? 🙁

Shannon Avatar

I really like the combination of color that they have in the promotion materials, but I’m more of a “drama mama”. So, I’d take the magenta/fushia shado and trace the lower crease and outer lid with it. I’d blend it down and inward, so that there is just a sliver of the lighter nude from the quad showing. Then, I’d take the darker brown color from the quad and put it on the upper crease, like they have in the photo. Line with the Siahi fluidline, into a cat eye shape. Top off with Gana blush and flesh lipglass. . . . . . Now, tell me I’m not cute!

Bridget Avatar

Wow, I think that if I won this prize I would be in shock for about two days, and when I got over that I’d probably create a really colourful look with the eyeshadows, something big and dramatic. Then later a more neutral look with the quad. 🙂 x

Mikaela Avatar

For a more dramatic show look I would create Indian bollowood make up with the strong cat-like eye liner and pair it up with the orange toned shadow on the lid, pink and violet in the crease. I would make the cheecks bronzed up and strongly highlighted. On the lips I woudl yous the pink/fucsha lipstick patted on like a stain (since the eyes are heavy with color, leave lips a bit softer)

For more everyday look I would love to use the orange eye shadow on the crease with something like retrospect on the lid. Cheeks with subtle peachy blush and highlight on cheek bones (and brow bone). Lips I would make strong with the pink/fuscha lipstick of the orange one. Beautiful spring/summer look for sure!!

Sarah Avatar

So exciting! Alright, the look:
Eyes: Folie in the crease/outer corner blending inward with Jaan. Feline smudged smoky on the top lid with a light line of Siahi on top nearest the lash line. Line with Folie lightly on bottom lash line. Mascara of choice.
Cheeks: Sur blush (gorgeous!)
Lips: Mehr lipstick, Lust lipglass.

You’re a saint for such an awesome end-of-2010 giveaway! Happy New Year’s!

michelle Avatar

I would use the Athma eyeshadow quad to create a lift soft smoky eye and top it off with Siahi liner. I’d use Sur blush with Gana as a highlight and Mehr lipstick.

Snooglerat Avatar

Well in that case, :), I would def go bold with a bright pink on the lid, and smoke of the edges with the purple. I’m all about those Fluidlines too! I’d tone down the lips with the Flesh Lipglass.

Heli Avatar

Amazing giveaway, thank you!

Here’s my Mickey C look with bold eyes and neutral cheeks & lips:

Eyes: Rani (inner 1/2), Marvel (outer 1/2), Oomph (crease) and Jaan for highlight. Siahi to line upper lashline.
Cheeks: Sur as a blush and Gana as a highlighter
Lips: Mehr lipstick

Happy New Year!

Stine :) Avatar

I would use some of the bright eyeshadows to create
a wild look, inspred by the Chesire Cat from the movie,
Alice in Wonderland.

It would be an eyelook that would go a little further
than my actual eyearea, but it would not become a mask.

Some bright blush, and some bold/bright lips and voila!

You are good to go for a.. Carneval? Halloween? 🙂

Margot Avatar

I would use Jaan e/s on the inner part of the lid, safron e/s on the middle of the lid (very blended, so not too overpowering) and vivah on the outer part. Then I’d use Jaan e/s in the crease to blend upwards and into a neutral brow bone highlight.
For a pop of color, I’d use Siahi fluidline on the lower lash line. And I’d finish the eyes with mascara.
On the cheeks, I’d use Sur blush ad Gana as a highlight, if it’s light enough on me to play that role, would have to evaluate that in real life !
Finally I’d opt for Yash or Mocha on my lips, depending on what they look like on me.

Annick Chantal L. H. Avatar

I usually do my makeup with an indian inspiration maybe because of my Indian origin (my grandfather, precisely my mom’s father). Firs I will use a paint pot (let me pop) and on the lid I’ll opt for soft brown (or amber lignt), on the outer V and the crease, I’ll use saffron. Don’t forget to blend, blend, blend (I don’t know if I’ll use a pigment for the crease, but anyway).
Then for the eye liner, I’ll apply in upper lashes ivy (I love this fluidline). I’ll use for the waterline (I hesitate, because I need to try before) either a brownish eye pencil or a darker one. Let’s say smolder but slightly applied on the waterline and I’ll delicatly smudge it with saffron eyeshadow to bring out the lower lashes. of course 3 coats of mascara. Brows must be defined and brushed with before mac lingering (or other colors) and brushed.
For the face, I’ll use the blush I’ll use Sur but I’ll slightly mix it with pink swoon and probably a browny blush to balance pink and brown so that it will suit me perfectly (I need to retry it to be sure. I did it weeks ago, so I don’t remember of the result). For the Highlight, I’ll use the cream colour base Hush before using my blush…
Then the lips. I’ll define my contour with cork lip liner and use Yash. As I don’t like beige-beige-brown-brown, I’ll use the lipglass Lust to make Yash a little bit pinky…
voilà… but I need to test this look before to confirm it….
bonne année Christine (Happy new year Christine)….

I really like the colors for this collection. Especially the lipsticks. I would do one of the brownish nude colors and a bright eye with the green fluidline. I really liked the look you did with this collection. The green fluidline is absolutely gorgeous.

xo

caprig Avatar

I would create an avante garde take on Indian natural look- like top lip lighter than the bottom lip and I would use the FL as eyeshadow along with some of the eyeshadows as accents. I would also try a few looks using just the blushes on eyes, cheeks, and then the lipsticks. There would be a lot of fun I could have with it- but all different types of looks- not the norm, because I don’t do anything normal. LOL

Hachi Avatar

What a great giveaway!
Anyway, so a look with this .. Based on the swatches, ’cause haven’t seen the products real life (and not sure if they will even come out here).
I’m thinking, Jaan ES al over the lid ,Ivy liner (Love greens, they always seem to bring out my eyes 🙂 ) , Maybe set it with Oomph. And some Oomph or Carbon in the outer corner, to make it more dramatic.
Sur as blush (Maybe some Gana as a highlight) & Lust lipglass to keep it simple.
X

Ziya Avatar

I would use Gana blush with sur as a highlight. Nude lips with Yash layered under flesh. Neutral smokey eyes with athma quad on the lower lashes with siahi fluid line. Studio fix on the face with the double ended color corrector and moisture concealor.

saku Avatar

I’ll do a netural work look with a pop of color. I’d use all of the shades in the quad, except carbon for work.
Line top a bit with Saffron eyeshadow and bottom with Ivy.Use I get no kicks in the corner of eyes, blend. Yash on the lips and top with a clear gloss. Maybe a bit of Gana as highlight. It sounds like too much, but I can make it work, lol.

Ankita Avatar

I’d love to do a green smokey eye with oomph on the lid, folie on the crease and jaan on the brow bone. lips soft pink with mehr and pink/peachy cheeks.

leah Avatar

I would love to win this! A look I would create would be to use the lighter colors of the quad across the lid but smoke it out with rani and marvel shadows for a purpley smokey eye. On the cheeks I would apply sur and gana to highlight with yash as my lip color.

Molly Avatar

I think I would re-create the look you posted because I loved
how you incorporated the Ivy fluid line.
Thank you so much for all your wonderful work this past year!

Linh Pham Avatar

I’m definitely going to do something bright and fun with the colors of this collection! The eyes will be the focal points for the look, while the cheeks and lips would be neutral and toned down. 🙂 Thanks so much for this wonderful chance!
(^______^)*

Makenzie Avatar

For a Mickey Contractor look, I would use the Yash lipstick for a nice, nude lip, and Sur blush with Gana as a highlight. On the eyes, I would use the Athma eye quad, with Jaan all over the lid, Vivah on the outer 3/4 of my lid, Folie in the Outer V, and Carbon on my lash line and lower lashline. To add a subtle pop, I would use the eyeshadow in Oomph in my crease !

Lola Avatar

Oomph eyeshadow as a wash of color on eyelids and lower lash line
Sur – as contour/ blush
Gana- highlighter
Mehr for lips.

Thanks for this great opportunity! Good luck to everyone.
Have a very Happy New Years!

Szlamizita Avatar

Oh my God!What a grand prize!If I would get these products…aaaaa!
You can create so many looks with these products. For my my first look I would definately try out the siashy fluidline (thats a must-have) and use some light shimmer in the inner corner of my eyes from the eye shadow quad. That would go well with my brighter blue eyes. I really like the darker blush and as I have fair skin I would use just a hint of it. I find the lipsticks too dark for me (but who knows when I see them in person) so I would go with the lipglass.

MarionneB Avatar

Great price… again.
To be honest, I’m really curious about the foundations of this collection. But to make an eyelook, I would love to use the Saffron eyeshadow. I really like this color, and I’m so curious about how it would look with my green-brownisch eyes and NC42-43 skintone. I would try it out with the Siahi Fluidline, I think, and make a truly Bollywoon inspired look LOL. Thanks Christine, for giving us the opportunity to win such an amazing collection.

Frederique Avatar

I would wear this stuff : the bright pink on the eyelid, the purple in the crease, green in the outer corner, en the orange on the eyebrow bone. then, i would wear the pink blush, and then that very nice lipstick in ” Yash” and the lipglass in ” Flesh” over it. xoxo

Kaoyee Avatar

The siahi fluidline over a neutral shimmery beige e/s….the pinker blush as blush with the lighter one as highlight, and mehr lipstick. I’m very simple!

Dee Avatar

Hi Christine!

I’m a long time reader but posting for the first time…:))) Thanks for this amazing giveaway and Happy New Year! The look I would create is Yash on the lips with Flesh gloss just in the center to make them look fuller, smokey eye using Marvel and Saffron eyeshadows and Gana blush on the cheeks.

Yesenia Avatar

I would do a fresh look using the hot pink on the inner corner of the eye and blending it out with the muted purple. The lips would be tinted with a bright pink and the cheeks highlighted. That would be a cute girly look 😀

aradhana Avatar

Sally Avatar

I would create a look using the Athma quad and Oomph eyeshadow. I’d put Jaan as a base color followed by Folie on the outer corner. Then I’d blend Oomph into the crease and line with Ivy on the lower lash line. I’d apply Sur blush to the apples of my cheeks and Mehr lipstick on the lips.

Alex Avatar

I would keep the look simple, the face really defined with the blushes, the eyes maybe a wing liner with the two gel eyeliners. (putting the green liner right above the blue one and pulling it out further to create a beautiful wing)

Jessica. Avatar

Siahi fluidline as a base, grey range(?) Or whateveritscalled turquoise color from the photorealism quad on the lid, maybe some soft brown in the crease, black liner and a neutral highlight color. Along with sur blush on the cheeks and a nude lip. 🙂

Sylvie Avatar

I think I’d put Gana blush all over the lid, and Oomph eyeshadow alone in the crease and outer V and tightline the eyes in Smolder. On the lips, Gulabi lipstick and on the cheeks Gana blush also.

sara Avatar

I see myself creating a quite dramatic look with the purple on the crease and the fushia all over the lid. i would some very heavy contouring and put the gana blush at the temple and sur on the apples of the cheek. i would top it off with yash as a lipstick and flesh over the top! id also have to hae some dramatic falsies.

Catherine Avatar

I would use the quad to create a soft, natural smokey eye with a nude lip (using one of the nude lipstick). Finally, as i am pretty pale, i would use gana as a blush

Kayla Avatar

Great contest. With the new colors, I would do a sunrise tequila eyes and nude lip. I definitely love the colors from this collection and hope to win

Maren Avatar

I would create a very natural look through the face and cheeks with Sur and Gana blush and Mehr lipstick. so Mehr looks the most natural I would press it into the lips instead of swiping it.

On the eyes, I would use the Quad to emphasize the shape of my eyes and then smudge Ivy fluidline around the lash line, pulling it out into a cat eye at the end. I would layer oomph over the top closer and thinner to the lash line, but still keeping it smokey.

finish with mascara of course!

Sabreena Avatar

On my eyes I will have Saffron transitioning to Rani and Marvel on outer V. I use Sur blush as a contouring color and Gana as a highlight on cheeks, eyes, and nose. On my lips will be Mehr lipstick with a hint of Flesh lipglass.

Michou Avatar

I would definitely create a very dramatic look using Siahi Fluidline, Marvel eyeshdow and use the colors Jaan and Carbon from the quad, finish it with Sur blush with Gana as a highliter. Finally I’d do a toned down lip using Mehr lipstick. 😀

bxboricua Avatar

I would use oomph as a lid color with Carbon in the crease, then Siahi to line my eyes. then i would use Gana to highlight and Mehr as my lip color. Happy New Year to you, Christine!

Naz Avatar

This is a delicious spring collection with something for everyone.

Since I’m brown eyed with an medium olive complexion, I would play up the pinks/purples/blues. I think this would make the eyes pop.
After using an eyeshadow primer, I would apply Marvel on the lid right up to the crease. Next, with a light hand, I would brush Oomph right above the crease to highlight.

Closely to lash line, line the eyes with Siahi Fluidline. Follow with mascara. Suck in cheeks, and apply the Sur blush up to cheek bones, highlighting upper cheeks with Gana. Finish this look with Mehr lipstick.

Chelsea Heimann Avatar

There are two looks that I would want to try right off the bat! The first look would be based on the sunrise, and it would use Rani and Saffron on the eyes (with a little yellow shadow as well in the inner corner of the eye) in a gradient across the eye. I’d pair that eye look with the Gana blush and the Lust lipglass. OR I would use Marvel and Oomph to create that looks like the colors of the peacock! *I am trying to sound official here. In reality, it will take me 10 minutes to get one eye done. I am no pro 🙁 * I would wear Marvel and Oomph *with some blue thrown in* with the Ivy fluidline, Sur blush, and Flesh lipglass. This is very exciting! Thank you for doing this giveaway!

Wow! What a way to end the year! I would do an insanely colourful look, using the pink and purple shadows, and Siahi fluidline. I would use gana blush, and flesh lipglass to balance the look, so I’m not too colourful.

jenni Avatar

i would put ooph on the lid and marvel in the crease i think, probably with ivy liner and possibly some carbon to darken it up a bit. then just a touch of sur blush and yash lippy 🙂

Bailey Brown Avatar

I would use the Jaan and Vivah from the Athma Eyeshadow Quad in my inner corner and all over my eye lid. Then, I would use Oomph in the outer corner and on my bottom lash line and finish off the look with winged liner using Ivy. I would keep the cheeks subtle with Gana Blush and complete the look with Yash lipstick. I am loving this collection!

Rachael Avatar

Oomph all over the lip and winged out a little (giving the Arabian nights look). In the crease and up a little put Rani. use Jaan right under your brow. Then use carbon in the crease (cut crease) all the way over your eye lip to create the Arabian night look. Also continue with the carbon with a smaller brush under your eye to join with the black eyeliner. Line your eyes with black liner completely (water line and all). You can also use Siahi or Ivy fluidline under the eyes to help your eyes pop. Sar blush on the apple of your cheeks to give you a little glow. Yash lipstick and flesh lipgloss on top. I am using a nude lip since the eyes are so bold.

Michelle Avatar

I would take Saffron eyeshadow blended through the crease with the light brown brown the Athma quad on the lid and the darker brown in the outer corner. I would use Sur on the cheeks and Gana for a highlight. Some black mascara and eyeliner. And Yas lipstick.

ALessa Ngo Avatar

For my eyes, I will put a skintone color on my lids, a light brown to contour my creases. Then, I will line my eyes with my black eyeliner pencil and put Siahi Fluidline on my waterline as a hint.
For cheeks, I will use Sur Blush and highlight my face using the Gana one.
For lips, I will use Mehr only.

Abby Avatar

Some sort of combo using saffron e/s, sur blush, and siahi fluidline on the eyes. Maybe sur on the cheeks as well and then probably mehr or the bright pink lipstick for lips

Emily Avatar

I would use Jaan as an all over lid color and Siahi to line the top lid, flicking out at the corners. Then I would use Sur blush with Gana to highlight.

Treniece Avatar

I would create a neutral look using the Saffron eyeshadow on my entire lid with Vivah from the quad in the outer part of the lid. I would line my eyes with the Siahi fluidline. I would use Sur on the cheeks with Gana as a highlight. I would wear Yash lipstick on the lips with Lust on top. Thank you for this generous giveaway.

Hi I would take gana and wash it over eyelids, then I would take oomph and put it on outer eyelid blending it in a little. Then take a tiny bit of vivah and put in outer crease. Then take marvel and put in crease, blend, then blend out with a little jaan. Then line underneath eyes with marvel, blending to smoke a little. Line eyelid with ivy, winging out. Then take marvel and tap it over the ivy line starting just at outer eyelid to the wing. Blend in a little just So it takes on sort of like a chamelion color. Then put mascara on. Use sur blush on cheeks and use gana to highlight. Then put yash lipstick on and flesh lipgloss on top.

i’d use the eyeshadow quad and put a little of the purple on my lower lash line. then i’d do black winged eyeliner and some mascara. id use mher lipstick with lust lipglass over it, put on some gana blush and done!(:

Caro Avatar

I made a little facechart to show you my look.
I was so excited for the Marvel eyeshadow but I was pretty let down, but the Saffron eyeshadow really impressed me.
So here’s the picture of it and I’ll give you the list like this too
Eyes: Lid – Saffron
Outer corner + crease: Oomph
Liner: Siahi Fluidline
Cheeks: Gana blush
Lips: Yash Lipstick
Here’s the pic: http://twitpic.com/3llnaq

Mel Avatar

Yash on the lips to keep them fairly neutral, with Flash lipglass over it. Neutral cheeks with just a tiny bit of Sur and highlighted with Gana. For the eyes, something really dramatic, using Ivy fluidline to contour them, both on top and below, and then using Oomph as an all over color on top of it. For the crease, you could use a permanent Mac color like Black tied and I would leave it like this, with loads of mascara on and fake lashes.

Rebecca Avatar

Oh everything’s so bright and gorgeous! I’d want to do a sunset like blending look with Marvel, Saffron and Rani!
I’d probably do Mehr on the lips to keep them from being too crazy. Haha

Cherie Avatar

I would create a very bright look. I would probably use the green eyeshadow and green and blue eyeliners first, as they are my faves in this collection.

YI Avatar

Sur blush on the cheek and Marvel eyeshadow over the eyelids, Yash lip stick. A simple yet fun look to me:) Thank for the giveaway, Temptalia! 🙂 Happy new year to you all!

Sindy Avatar

Great prize!!!! I’m excited!

I would use MAC Athma Eyeshadow Quad for a soft eye look just like you did then use the Siahi fluideline as liner for a pop of color. I will keep my cheeks soft as well using very gently Sur blush on the apple of my cheeks and Gana blush on top of it to tone it down and also as highlight. MAC Mehr Lipstick on my lips! Voila!!!

Jesse Avatar

i would dust saffron eyeshadow in the crease and up to the outer third of my brow bone and apply ivy fluidline to the upper lash lines, for a bright pop of color. i would line my bottom lashes with a black liner and finish it off with black mascara. i would use both blushes, using the lighter one more as a highlight. i would finish the lip with mehr lipstick…a little pop of color but still neutral.

Catherine Avatar

Awesome giveaway! I would create a look with Siahi fluidline and Mehr lipstick as well as other products from the collection. Everything is so pretty

Monica Avatar

I’d use Ivy fluidline as a base, and then layer the green shadow over the top, as well as working Carbon and Vivah into the crease. Then I would layer Gana blush over Sur blush.

I would apply Yash to my lips, and put a little touch of LoveNectar Lipglass to add some shine.

Angel Beker Avatar

Leah Avatar

I’d create a neutral eye with a pop of colour (Siahi fluidline) with Yash lippie, and Gana highlighter. A really neutral but pretty look! Love the blog and thanks so much for this giveaway!

Melissa Avatar

I love pinks and purples so I would do a bright eye with Rani on the lid and darken it up a bit the Marvel in the crease. I would finish it by lining my eye with Siahi. This collection is full of beautiful colours!

Lauurence Avatar

with the purple, fushia and orange eyeshadows i would do a sunset. i would do a soft lip and cheek to not over do.
thank you for the contest 🙂

Rosamaria Avatar

Smokey eye with athma quad, mehr on the lips with flesh lipglass, and gana blush with sur as highlighter! (and even though it’s not part of this collection, I would use my recently acquired feline as an eyeliner!)

Therese Avatar

I love green and have been looking for a green fluid line for forever! I would use the ivy color fluid line with the She Who Dares mineralized eye shadow and go to down with green! (actually St. Patty’s day is coming up soon-ish)

Lolly Avatar

Oh my god I love it. I think I’d go dramatic even though the shades are neutral, I’d do a sculpted eye and then winged eyeliner in the green shade and tight line the whole eye in the purple to contrast. I’d keep face and lips pale and contour the cheeks with the two blushes

Soso Avatar

Well I’m a freelance mua and I think those colors would be great for a sugar skull/ day of the dead look. I’m african american and think those work well for my complexion too. I haven’t seen too many tutorials with black women doing something like that. I think it would be fun to try it out and keep my skills sharp.

Evelyn Avatar

I would try to recreate the look you posted earlier — one of my favourites, and it looked amazing on you!

Thank you so much for the incredibly generous giveaway!

Kiera Avatar

I’d use the Yash to get a really pretty wearable nude lip and then I would play around with saffron on the eyes because it’s just such a different color that it would take me some time to figure out a look with it!

Sarah W Avatar

Since it is New Year’s Eve, I would make a colorblock design with all of the eye shadow shades. I would use both blush colors using one as color on the apples of my cheeks and one as a highlighter. I would use the fluidline to line over the top lashes and curve outward with a thick line. After mixing the lipstick colors, I would add a thick coating of lipglass to last me through the night.

Kim Avatar

I would do a very soft brow neutral eyeshadow look with a very thick cat eye eyeliner using the blue fluidline. For cheeks I would use sur blush and gana as high lighter. For lips I’ll use yash lipstick.

Sara(m) Avatar

I’d love to create a vibrant look with this collection… use the neutrals in the quad for browbone and inner lid, then deliver a real pop of color in the outer lid and crease with Marvel and Rani. I’d use Siahi fluidline for a bold lower line that extends a bit past the eye. I’d blush with Sur and highlight with Gana. I’d keep the lips neutral with Mehr lipstick and a dab of Lust lipglass.

Lidalgirl Avatar

Let’s see… I think I’m gonna go for a sultry but sophisticated look, using the Athma quad and Saffron. Being fair skinned, I’ll use Sur as contour powder, and Gana as highlighter. Mehr on the lips.

happy 2011 🙂

vee Avatar

day look:
Athma Quad for eyes, winging out saffron e/s as liner
mocha on lips
night look:
peacock inspired eyes using siahi, vivah, marvel and oomph
yash on lips

Keener Avatar

What an awesome giveaway!

I’m a sucker for bright pink lips and Gulabi would be the center of my look. I’d keep the eyes simple but I would probably want to step it up a notch with the fluidlines and try something different, it would definitely be colourly in a subtle way, if that makes sense at all.

Anya Avatar

eee, how exciting! i’d use jaan on the inner third and vivah on the other two thirds with carbon in the crease. i’d line with siahi and use gana on the cheeks and mehr on the lips!

Kimber Avatar

I would do a super smokey green eye with Ooomph, Vivah and Ivy Fluidline. Then I’d use Sur (lightly) with Gana as a highlight on cheeks and a simple swipe of Flesh lipglass on lips. I might line the waterline with a black pencil too knowing me…. 🙂

Jen Avatar

I’d love love love to do a super simple eye with gana blush all over the lid to give it that brightening effect, loads of mascara, and then a really bold lip with gulabi. Otherwise, I’d try something with marvel on the lid, and either rani or saffron in the crease, with mehr lipstick and gana on the cheeks.

Sara Avatar

I’d do a neutral eye, lined with the blue fluidline for color, and then a rosy/neutral lip, with a little bit of highlight on my cheeks from the light blush.

Monica Avatar

These colors are so bright and pretty. They are way out of my comfort zone which is neutrals. This would allow me to create a look that I have never done before. It would allow me to step out the box so to speak and try something new. It is a new year! 🙂

Cindy huser Avatar

I would try to do a Bollywood inspired look keeping with the Mickey C theme. I’ve never done anything like that before so I’m excited to try!!!

Cathy Avatar

On eyes: Apply a wash of Vivah all over the lid, add Folie in the crease and Oomph in outer V, blending into the crease. Add Jaan to the inner corner and Brule as a highlight on the browbone. Apply Siahi fluidline to the outer 3/4 of the upper lashline with a slight cat eye at the outer corner. Curl lashes and apply Mac falsies mascara.

On cheeks: Sur blush on lower cheekbones.

On lips: Mehr lipstick with a dab of Tan pigment in the middle of lips and Flesh lipglass on top

Aracely Avatar

I would do something that was beautiful but not expected either. I would put Saffroon eyeshadow all over the lid and use OOmph on the cease and outer V of the eye, then use the Ivy Fluid line as an eye liner. THen I would finish with Sarh on the cheeks and Yash on the lips. One would definitely stand out of the crowd with this look, but in a good way!

megdalena Avatar

Rani on the lid and blended out into the crease with just a tiny bit softly brushed beneath the eye and blended into the upper shadow.

Gana dusted all over the the face with concentrations on forehead, upper cheeks, nose line, and chin. And some dusted down on the decollete and collarbone. Sur on just the apples of the cheeks for some color.

Yash on the lips with a little bit of Flesh dabbed on the middle of the lower lip.

😀

PeachBellini Avatar

Oh wow! So many possibilities, some of the colours are so bright and gorgeous, I’d definitely experiment with something bold and fun. You could do something summery/”tropical” to really remind me of the blue skies, yellow sun and golden beaches.
Also, really loving all the dark greens, esp the liners. I could definitely do something dramatic with that suitable for winter. So many possibilities in one collection!

Happy new year:)

ShannoninBC Avatar

Oh Mah Gawsh! I’m keeping my fingers crossed! I would be all over those fluid lines, blend Sur and Gana together for light cheek since I’m pale – not sure which e/s I would use first so probably straight to the Athma quad. I’ve already checked with my MAC counter to see if they’re getting it (they don’t know yet!) so I know whether to hop online @ 3am or not LOL. Good luck everyone 🙂 Thanks for the awesome prize Christine!

Jenni Avatar

I’d use the Athma quad to create a neutral eye and use Ivy on the lower lash line! Then Sur on the cheeks and Gana as a highlight. Finish off with Mehr on the lips!

Mandy J. Avatar

I would use the Athma Eyeshadow Quad to create a soft natural look and then put Sur as the cheek color. And to top off the look I would use Gulabi lipstick for some bold hot pink lips.

Margot Avatar

with those products i would make a smoky eye look with Rani and Marvel and then add a pop of color on the lower lash line with Oomph. I would go simple on the cheeks with a light dusting of Sur blush. On the lips, i would go with Mehr lipstick and Lust lipglass. Gorgeous!!

Taryn Avatar

I would definitely use the Ivy fluidlines with a my Blue Brown pigment from the Tartan Tale collection. I would pair it with either a dark blue lipstick or a peach nude one. and i retweeted on twitter as zombielovrr! =]

Amrita Avatar

I can’t wait for this collection to come out here in the UK!
I would definitely recreate a bollywood-esque look with the bright colours to mimic the eye-popping clothes and makeup in the movies 🙂
x

Katie Avatar

Wow! I would create a colorful eye with Siahi fludline, Ghana blush as a highlight and Mehr on the lips. Of course, that is just one look out of many, there is so much that can be done with this collection! 🙂

Naomi Avatar

I would do a look with Rani + Saffron and maybe MUFE # 5 + 18 eyeshadow, line the lashline with Blacktrack fluidline winged out and then I’d do a nude lip with Siss lipstick topped with Flesh lipglass.

Isobel Avatar

I would go for something bright. I would cut the crease using saffron and rani, using gana blush as a light lid colour, ivy to line the upper lash line and yash lipstick! Thank you for this incredibly generous giveaway xx

DreamingofNYC Avatar

I would create a semi-neutral look with saffron on the lid and oomph in the crease, but with one of the brighter shadows as a liner on the lower lash line. I would also use mehr lipstick and gana blush.

Tina Avatar

I dont have any bright shadows and I never wear bright eyeshadow before. If I am lucky to win this huge prize, I would give me a chance to try some colorful and fun look, with glowy skin and nude lips. <3 Thanks Christine for great contest <3

Lady Di. Avatar

I would definitely us the Sur blush then do a neutral eye with the athma palette and then line my eyes with the Ivy fluid line. On my lips I would finish off the look with mehr lipstick!

DJ Avatar

My look would include Mehr lipstick (which I already love even though I’m sure I’ve got dupes in my collection). On my eyes I’d have marvel (love purple) on the outter corners and on the inner I would have rani. For blush I’d use Sur.

indoorkitty Avatar

I’d go with my heritage and make a colourful peacock look with perfect cheeks and pout to go with it. I’m picturing something out of a South Asian movie. I’m sure I’ve got a sari kicking around to go with it. Happy New Year’s Christina!!!

Jay Avatar

I would use Saffron on the lid and Oomph in the crease, Ivy on the upper lash line.On my cheeks I would use a little dab of Gana and Lust on the lips. 🙂
good luck everyone!

AmandaB Avatar

I would use Rani on the lid, and Marvel in the crease. Then I’d line my upper lashline with Siahi. For blush I would use Sur, and I would top the look off with Mehr lipstick 🙂

Sindhu Avatar

mm…ive been looking to try this out with the collection

eyes: oomph on the lids, saffron in the crease, gana to highlight and in the inner corners, lots of mascara

cheeks: sur to contour and gana as a highlight

lips: yash on the lips with ample pink lipgloss over it

Cody Avatar

I would do a look focused on Siahi fluidline which I’m desperately hoping I can find here in Canada. I’d probably wear it thick and winged out with the eyeshadows from the Athma quad and then just a simple nude or pink lip.

Happy new year!

Julia Avatar

I’d create a purple and pink eye to make me stand out, but not look over-made-up. I’d use the blush and a gorgeous matte lip color with lip glass. I’d also softly line my eyes with fluidline.

DevilishDoll Avatar

I would use Athma Eyeshadow all over the lid with Oomph Eyeshadow in the crease and Carbon Eyeshadow in the outer corner, Gana Blush on browbone, Siahi Fluidline on the upper lashline, Ivy Fluidline on the lower lashline. Mehr Lipstick with a touch of Lust Lipglass on lips, and Sur Blush with Gana Blush to highlight.

Maggie Avatar

I’d try to create an arabic look, but I would probably fail haha. I would wear the ivy fluidline with a sparkly white eyeshadow for an everyday eye, its soo pretty and reminds my of summer and vacations! I wish they were releasing this collection everywhere =(

steph b Avatar

I’m really pale with green eyes so I’d either do a smokey green eye featuring Oomph or subtle, shimmery brown with Siahi to really punch it up. Pair with Meh lipstick.

Liz Mc Avatar

This is a collection more suited towards darker or warmer-colored women than I, but I’d try this look on myself:

I’d try Gana as an eyeshadow rather than a blush, use Oomph in the crease, with a touch of Marvel at the outer corner. Then Ivy as the liner and Mehr lipstick with Lust over top of it for some shine.

Jas Avatar

If I win… Lol which is highly unlikely, I would like to creat a netrual eye look with a bright lip using that bright pink lipstick.
I just want to take this chance to thank you and all your hard work! You are amazing!

ciaomichaella Avatar

I’d probably do Rani all over the lid, Marvel on the outer v, sketch on the crease and Ricepaper as a highlight for my eyes. Studiofix NC 43.5 for foundation, Sur for blush, Yash lipstick topped w/ Lust lipglass.

Stephanie Avatar

I love bright and bold makeup on the eyes especially for the a night out. I would wear saffron all over the lid, and smoke it out with a little bit vivah/brown. Then, do an intense upper and lower line with ivy. Balance this out with some neutral lips like Yash and some sparkle on the cheeks with Gana.

embeast Avatar

Oh wow, I would try all kinds of looks with this collection, but first up would be something using the Siahi Fluidline (GORGEOUS!), Athma Quad, Gana blush and the beautiful Mehr lipstick.

Izzi Avatar

i would start with bare study paint pot and then take the two fluidlines and draw lines across my eyelids making a zebra effect then i would add some of MAC’s reflects pearl glitter over top perfect for new years eve!

Gigi Avatar

I would use the .Athma Eyeshadow Quad with Jaan as a all over the lid colour and vivah in the crease and I would use Ivy fluidline to add some coluor to my eyes. Then I would use Sur as my blush and of course Gana as my highlight. Then I would finish my look with lust lipglass.

Izzi Avatar

i would start with bare study paint pot and then take the two fluidlines and draw lines across my eyelids making a zebra effect then i would add some of MAC’s reflects pearl glitter over top perfect for new years eve!

Alisha Avatar

The look I would create includes soft nude lips using Flesh lipgloss which won’t pull focus from the eyes where i would use 3 out the 4 colours in the quad (Jaan as a base and Vivah to contour and Carbon just below my lower waterline) and the Marvel eyeshadow just because I’m in love with the colour! I would also definitely use the Siahi fluidline to give this look abit more of a pop and complement my brown eyes. I would use Gana blush to highlight my cheek bones and to give my face a little bit of shimmer, even though I love the blush Sur I would rather create a sort of ‘naked’ look to the face to emphasise the eyes. Definitely a night look!

Sarz Avatar

I would create a Bollywood inspired dramatic look using Marvel, Oomph and Carbon on the lid with a little Jaan as highlight and Siahi to line the eyes; Sur on the cheeks and a muted lip with Yash.

Izzi Avatar

i would start with bare study paint pot and then take the two fluidlines and draw lines across my eyelids making a zebra effect then i would add some of MAC’s reflects pearl glitter over top perfect for new years eve.

mln Avatar

hi,with this collection, i would wear, during the day, jaan and saffron on the lid from the inside to the outside of the lid, rani in the crease. marvel on the lower lashes as a liner and ivy on the upper lashes with oomph on it as a liner with mehr lipstick and sur blush on my cheeks. for night, i would keep the same look but i would put a little bit of oomph in the outher v with some carbon and i would change the lipstick for yash with a bit of flesh lipglass and add some luminosity in my face with gana blush just on top of cheek bones.

thanks and happy new year!

Eleonora Avatar

For the eyes, I’d use Saffron (on the lid) and Rani (on the outer corner and up to the crease) a little bit of Carbon in the outer corner and crease just to add a little bit of depth.
And i’d totally go for a nude lip look with Flesh lipglass.

Kaitie Avatar

I would definitely use the Siahi fluidline first, I love the color so much. The good thing about this collection is it’s very versatile and could be used for a casual day look, but also an elegant evening look.

Mariagiulia Avatar

I would probably go for Ivy Fluidline, with Oomph Eyeshadow on my eyes,Sur Blush on my cheecks and a nude like Yash on my lips..
I’d probably use this look to go out in the afternoon/evening.

Liza Avatar

would create a bright spring look using Saffron on the eyes, along with Ivy Fluidline, Gana on the cheeks, and Mehr on the lips for a subtle color that doesn’t distract from the bright green liner- the star of the look!

Tiffany Avatar

I’d do a neutral look with a pop of color. I’d use the Athma quad and line the eyes with Siahi. Sur on the cheeks with Gana as the highlight and Mehr on the lips…

Christine Avatar

The look I would do would be very bright eyes, and neutral cheeks and lips. I love the purple and pink eyeshadows! And the light blush looks like it would be great for my pale skin. Thanks for the amazing blog posts (I especially appreciated your coverage of Cham Pale!), as well as the great giveaways!

nicole Avatar

I would create a pretty sunset type orange and pink eyes with matching lips … orange in the center of lips and pink blended out …. with a very nude cheek using the lighter shade ! I know it’s more summer but anything to take me out of this winter madness!! Thanks for the giveaway !

Styrch Avatar

I just take a look at the Siahi fluidline and think of creating a “Sue Storm” like eye liner. I’d pair it with some neutrals and Mehr lipstick. The brighter shadows I would leave as pops of colors for other looks.

Justice Avatar

I would use the eyeshadows to play up my eyes, because they are so rich in color. I would use the subtle lip color so that all the focus can be on my eyes. This would be a great look for a girls night out.

Heather Avatar

I would create a simple neutral look with mehr lipstick and Mac sur blush. For the eyes i would keep it simple with folie all over the lid and vivah in the creese. To add a little pop to the eyes i would top it off with ivy fluidline! 🙂

Cynthia B. Avatar

I think I’d have a hard time deciding what look to do first! I’d probably do a nice gold on the lid, and use Oomph in outer V, lightly in the crease, and smudged on the lower lashline, on top of Ivy. I’d probably tightline the upper lashline with a black liner. Sur on the cheeks, and Mehr on lips, to complete this look.

I also thing both fluid lines would look awesome for a winged cat-eye look when you don’t have time to mess around with eyeshadows, but still want a pop of colour. 🙂

Christina Avatar

I would use the Gulabi Lipstick, the Gana Blush & the Eyeshadows Marvel, Rani+ Saffron to create a very colorful summerlook inspired by a lovely Missoni dress.

Janice Avatar

Despite the bright eye colors made available in this collection, I think i’d opt for a sun-kissed, sunset-y look with Saffron as the main color on my lids, Yash on the lips, Sur on the apples of my cheeks, and Gana for an all-over, glowy finish!
Mayyybe depending on the occasion, I’d add a bright pop of either fluidline.. :]

Jia Avatar

I would go along with Mickey’s philosophy and opt for a very sophisticated look, that puts the focus on great skin and natural beauty ;D

therefore using Yash Lipstick + Flesh Lipglass on the lips, for a very toned down but healthy look, Sur Blush on the cheeks, and Gana as a subtle highlighter.

the eyes are (literally) the eye-catcher of my look, with a bold and bright Ivy liner and Oomph eyeshadow (applied with a pencil brush) on the lower lashline.

hope you can see what I mean, and thanks a lot for this huge giveaway!
happy new year <3

vonnie Avatar

i’m a brown skinned girl who LOVES indian beauty, so I’d totally try a glamorous arabic eye. using all 4 of the individual eyeshadows, I’d create a vibrant look worthy of an indian wedding 😀 something amazing and full of color.

suzy Avatar

I would like to see a look with oomph e/s on the lid and saffron on crease with maybe carbon on the outer v. Then maybe the darker blush and nude lip.

Jocelyn Avatar

I would want a bright look- Rani on the lid, Marvel in the crease, and Oomph in the outer corner. Of course, I could accompany this eye look with Yash lipstick. (Ohhhh man! I am soooooo excited about this one!!!!!!!!!! I have been stoked about this lipstick for a while now.)

Good luck everyone!

Noga Avatar

I really loved the look you did, actually… but Ivy seems a bit too sheer for me (though the color is amazing!)
I would probably use the Jaan as wash, Folie for a but of defining, and Siahi fluidline. For the lips I’d use Yash (looks sooo pretty!).

I have to say I was planning on doing a night out look with Oomph (and Carbon.. a smoked green eye or something of the sort), but it just looks so sheer… oh well, what can you do.

monique r Avatar

I would put saffron in the crease, line the waterline with a black kohl and double the ivy fluidline with the rani eyeshadow as liner on the top. I would use the double ended moisture cover to contour the cheekbone putting gana on the upper cheek as a highlight and then using Yash lipstick on the lips with the flesh lipglass dabbed in the center of the lips!

JennyJen813 Avatar

Hi Christine! I would keep in line with his Indian inspiration for the line’s color palette. Using a mauve/berry-toned lip, rosey cheek and using Ivy Fluidline for eyes with a lighter color on lids. Also using the plum colored Zoom Lash.

Rita Avatar

Eyes: Jaan on inner lid (2/3) and Vivah on outer lid (1/3), Oomph on crease. Gana to higlight + inner corner. Cheeks: Sur, and Gana to highlight. Lips: Mehr l/s.

Wendy Avatar

for a party, with neon paint, the eyes will have purple with a bright pop of pink right below the brow bone, and a bright color for the lipstick, it’ll go perfectly with the darkness of the party 🙂

Preeti Avatar

Wow, so many looks are possible. I’d try to recreate the current bollywood glam look that inspired Mickey to make this collection. Natural beauty, but enhanced with shimmers and a dash of color.
Jaan, Vivah, and a pinch of Gana on the eyes, and bright gulabi lips!

Patty Avatar

I would use one of the bright single shadows paired with the neutrals in the quad, along with the bold fuschia lippie.

Or, I could use one of the amazing fluidlines and let that be the center of the look, they’re just so lovely!

DalaLuz Avatar

Oh, what a tempting price you put up there for us… For my first look I would probably go all out, everything needs to be tested and tried so it might even end up being tres theatrical & completely over the top. And after gazing at myself in the mirror just loving it & building & rebuilding my look, the next day I will plan out a slightly more toned down look to take it to town 🙂 Preferably to a nice night out in the theater 🙂

Emily Avatar

I would create a sexy, glowy, smoky date night look! Colors are so so beautiful where you could take the dark black and brownish red from the Quad, mix it with the pink and/or purple then smoke it out.. grrr boys watch out! ha

Dayna Avatar

I would create a warm/pink look. Wit the mehr lipstick, the blush a highlighter, teal eye liner and using the orange/coral and foresy green eyeshadow :)). Beautiful

Jane Avatar

I would definitely use the aathma eye shadow quad for the eye look and use the Sur blush. I would keep lips simple with the flesh lipglass. But I would heavily line my eyes with black kohl to get that bollywood touch 😉

Sabrina Fernandes Avatar

This set is so festive I think it would be perfect for a Mardi Gras style party. I would definitely do purple/pink eyes but go softer on the lips with Mehr.

Emily Avatar

I’d start with using Jaan from the eyeshadow quad as a wash all over my lid, and blend out Oomph from the crease. I also think that the Gana blush would make a good brow highlight. Then I’d use a black eyeliner and black mascara (which I already own) for a bit more drama.

For lips I would layer Yash lipstick with Flesh lipglass to balance out the dramatic eyes.

As far as my face, I would use a light dusting of Sur blush across my cheeks, with a little bit of Gana as a highlight across the tops of my cheekbones.

Amanda Avatar

Holy cow, what an amazing giveaway!!
If I won I’d love to try and create a really colorful look for my next roller derby bout. Our colors are purple and green!

I would do a semi bold look. I would use Marvel all over the lid, Saffron on the inner corner, line the bottom outer half of my eye with Ivy, use sur for the blush, and Yash lipstick. It would b a fun bright look 🙂

I would use the rani, saffron, and marvel eyeshadows blended well on the lid for a sunset-y type look and I’d pair that with the matte Mehr lipstick. Looks like it’d be pretty similar to my natural lip color. Then I’d use the Ghana as a highlight along the tops of the cheeks.

Eva Avatar

Eyes: Marvel packed onto the lid and pulled slightly into the crease. Carbon on the outer 1/3 of lid blended up into the crease. Siahi fluidline on the lower lash line. Gana blush under the brow for highlight. Black mascara on upper and lower lashes.

Cheeks: Gana as a higlight on the tops of cheeks/under eyes, Sur on the apples of cheeks.

Lips: Yash Lipstick and Lust Lipglass. Use finger to tab a bit of Gana on cupids bow and center of lower lip.

PurpleSaila Avatar

I’d do a colourful look. Sur as a blush, Marvel on lids with Ivy as a liner and Lust on lips.

Great giveaway! (I RT’d, too)

Happy New Year!

lilmissvixen Avatar

For the eyes, I’d create a fun and colorful look for the eyes with all the vibrant e/s colors, and I’d use a soft pink for the cheeks and go with nude lips with a bit of gloss to balance out the dramatic eyes.

Yumika Avatar

With this gorgeous collection I would create a very colourful themed party look (masquerade etc). Nude lips – Flesh lipgloss, accentuated cheeks – Sur blush lightly under the cheekbones and Gana to highlight and exotic eyes – Jaan on the lid with a mixture Rani and Saffron in the crease and Saffron concentrated in the outer V.

Angel Beker Avatar

Thanks so much 🙂

mel Avatar

Would definitely do a nude eyes using the quad in Athma using Jaan & Vivah, and punchy lipstick like GULABI or an Amazon Girl look, with the Fluidline in Siahi and Ivy, green on lid, teal on outer corner of my eyes, blush in SUR ,lipstick in yash, and over the lipstick, lipglass in LUST

Erin Avatar

I think those blushes would look great on my skin and the eyeshadows could be used in moderation to create a bright spring time look. The orange and fuchsia looking shadows would be perfect on the lid with some purple in the outer corner.

Dini Avatar

I love these colors. I would use Jaan on the inner third, Saffron on the middle third, then blend Marvel into the outer third and a bit into the crease. I’d use Sur as a blush and Gana as a lovely highlighter. I shared the contest on Twitter (dinidarling7). Such an exciting giveaway!

Bree Avatar

The look would be very simple and sweet. I would use Sur blush as both my blush and eyeshadow color, with a little brown from the quad in the crease and Blunt as a slight contour. Then I would take Carbon, wet it with a flat liner brush and use it as a liner (which is what I do normally).

Lastly,I would put Mocha on my lips with flesh lip glass on top!

Laurence Avatar

Arabic make up using Carbon, Jaan and Vivah, on the cheeks, Gana and Mehr or Yash as lipstick.
I profite to wish everyone a very very happy New Year 2011. Kisses

Josefina L Avatar

Omgg!! Christine, thank you so much for doing this. What I would do is use Marvel all on lid to browbone, carbon outer v, siahi to line lashline and Gana to highlight. Yash lipstick to complete the look.

Grace Avatar

Dear Christine, thank you so so so so so so much for this contest! I never usually win, but I am really loving this collection and already was thinking of looks I could create if I actually had it… (lame me! hurray!)

I would do my normal face routine first: Maybelline Color Stick Corrector Concealer in Yellow, Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer in Nude, MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer in NC30, MAC Studio Finish Concealer in NC35.

Then I’d apply Gana (loving it so much… I’ve been looking for a powder that isn’t too glittery but gives a sheen to the cheeks. So far I’m applying the white side of my NARS Shadow Duo in Tokyo on my face, not as easy.) to the high point of my cheeks, concentrating near the inner corner and down; then moving along the cheekbones.

I’d apply Sur on the apples of the cheeks and take it back a little bit, but not farther than the brow. (I love matte blushes, this one is in such a pretty shade!)

I’d set with Make Up For Ever HD High Definiton Powder and prime my eyes with NARS Smudgeproof Shadow Base.

Since there are so many eyeshadows I thought of some eye combinations I could create…

Champagne+Tangerine: Jaan in the inner third of the lid, Saffron in the center, and a bit of Folie blended into the crease.

Chocolate+Pink: Folie all over the lid, Carbon added in the outer corner, Rani placed in the crease and blended in for color.

Plum Smoke: Jaan all over the lid as a brightening base, Folie all over the lid on top of it, Marvel blended into the crease, Carbon blended into the inner corner, for a pop of color Siahi Fluidline on the upper lash line.

Forest Floor: Jaan in the inner half of the lid, Vivah in the outer half of the lid, Oomph in the crease blended in, Ivy Fluidline on the upper lash line.

I’d Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero to the tightline on all the looks. A skinny line of L’Oreal Lineur Intense Liquid Liner in Carbon Black on the upper lash line. I’d curl my lashes and add L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara or Sephora Lash Plumper.

I’d pair the looks with either Mehr Lipstick and Flesh Lipglass or just Yash Lipstick by itself.

Thanks for the contest!

Mallory Avatar

Well, for lips and cheeks I would use the Flesh lipglass and Sur blush… Then I think I would simply sweep Saffron across my lid, and then create a dramatic liner look with Siahi fluidline!

Cat Avatar

A nude lid with Saffron in the crease, with Oomph as a liner. Lust lipglass and Sur blush on the apples of the cheeks, then Gana blush as a highlighter on brow bones and cheeks!

Gloria Avatar

With this collection, one of the first looks I would do is:
Use the whole Athma Eyeshadow Quad on my lids, & Ivy fluidline to line my bottom lash line to give my green eyes a little bit of a *pop*.
Yash lipstick with Flesh lipglass on top,
Sur blush.

…Aiming for a neutral/muted look, with a nice stand out to the eyes.

🙂

Emma Avatar

I would create a very sultry look using the beautiful Gulabi lipstick, which I would make a soft wash on my lips, creating a beautiful vibrant stain and then I would smoke out Oomph eyeshadow with Ivy fluidline and finally use Gana blush just for a little highlight and definition on my cheeks. I am inlove with green smoke and pink lips <3

Jay Avatar

Their names are so pretty! I would love to create a new years look with those bright eyeshadow colors. I’d love to put the dark purple eyeshadow in my crease and make everything else neutral on my face

Clarris Davis Avatar

I just got into makeup myself recently because of a good friend of mine. I would use Jaan lightly like a base on my eyelid and place saffron on lid and close to the crease. I love the sur blush, since i have a light medium complexion, place that on bottom of check to add structure and put Gana blush on apple of check to add a little hightlight and the Gulabi liptick for that splash of color. so ill be spending alot of money if i can get this collection in NYC.

Michelle Avatar

Since I love neutrals, I would create a soft neutral look to tone it down after the bright and glam new years looks by using jaan and vivah on the eyes, use the two blushes as a highlight and blue and top it off with a neutral lip.

Emma Avatar

I’m in love with Siahi, so I would draw a thick blue cat’s eye around my eyes. I would use one of the darker colors from the Athma quad to deepen my crease. Finally I would use Gana blush on my cheeks. I’m pale, this is definitely a collection that would pop on me!

Carrie Ann Avatar

I’d put Saffron in the crease with a more neutral shade on the lid and pair it with Gana blush, and Yash lipstick with Flesh Lipglass over it. For a pretty pop of color, I’d use either Fluidline.

Nina Avatar

Thank you so much for doing this giveaway!

I don’t normally wear a lot of color so I would love to play around with this collection and do a more colorful eye look with the eyeshadows.

Michal Avatar

I will create a smokey purple eye, with a little touch of pink in the inner part of the eye (to give the look some twist..) with sur on the cheeks and Flesh on the lips..
Happy New Year!

Vale Avatar

I really like the colors for this collection, especially the lipsticks. I would do one of the brownish nude colors and a bright eye with the green fluidline. I really liked the look you did with this collection. The green fluidline is absolutely gorgeous.

LH Avatar

Id do a bright eye maybe the purple and orange eyeshadow or the orange and green es then use ivy liner the neutral blush and the gold one as a highlight then top the look of with a neutral lip

Natalie Turner Avatar

A bold look using siahi as my base and adding saffron for a pop of color and gana blush but to top it off I would use a mixture or pink Friday (only in center if lips a small amount ) lipstick and clear gloss

Jess A Avatar

I think the great thing about this collection is the mix of neutrals and pops of colors. The collection reminds me of a Sari, and I think I would create a look inspired by the beautiful patterns on women’s Saris in India. Flawless skin, subtle cheeks and lips with beautiful understated yet colorful eyes.

Esperanza Avatar

I would use Ivy as the base on my lids then oomph in the lid then I would use marvel along with rani in the crease and blend blend blend, then in the bottom lid I would use saffron very lightly just a touch and blend. I would then line my eyes with Siahi, I would create a sort of cat eyeliner but the lines very thick. I would use the Sur as my blush and Gana as highlighter in both my eyelids and face. I would mix both Mehr and Yash lipsticks and use Flesh over it! Basically my look would be a very exotic Indian look.

Clarris davis Avatar

I have just recently got into makeup because of a close friend. I would put jaan as a light base on my lid then put saffron on my lid and close to the crease. The sur blush on check close to bottom of cheek as structure then gana blush near apple of cheek as highlighter gulabi for a pop of color on lips. I’ll be spending alot of money next week.

Karin Avatar

I would use the colours to make an over the top New Years look! I would use Rani and Marvel to make a nice smokey eye with maybe a bit of Oomph on the lower lashline. My eyes are greenish so it would look great with them. I would use Sur blush on my cheeks and i would use Mehr l/s on the lips!

EmmaWoodall85 Avatar

These Colors are Gorgeous & Colorful without it being too bold, but very wearable.
For this Collection; I would create a very Colorful Bollywood Inspired Sultry Eyes using; RANI all over lid, MARVEL In the Outter corners and up the crease,GANA as a Highlight under the Brows – blending it down to the RANI & MARVEL. Then I’d apply SAFFRON to the lower lash line, GANA on the inner corners. Finish with SIAHI to the Upper Lashline as a Eyeliner & Black Mascara. SUR as a Blush/Contour & Finish off with YASH for lips.
~EMs

Doris Avatar

I love that this collection includes bold and neutral colors. I would create a colorful eye with nude lips. It would be exciting to try a colorful eye look since I only own neutrals.

sher Avatar

i would create a look that would make my tween daughter cringe — “mom, why are you trying to look glamorous — you’re a mom!” hehehehehehehe. something smoky, though those purples and greens are calling my name…

Miranda Avatar

I would create a heavy colorfull tropical summer look.

The under eyelid with ivy.
Between the eyes and cheeks gana as a highlighter
Cheeks with sur.

Thanks for the generous giveaway and happy new year!!

Claudia Avatar

For eyes I’d do Saffron all over lid with Oomph in the crease and Ivy fluidline as liner.
For lips I’d do Mehr Lipstick with Flesh Lipglass on top.
For cheeks I’d use Sur blush but very lightly.

Samantha Kathleen Avatar

I would try to incorporate some color, but that would be in a way suitable to wear to work as well 🙂 Since I work most of the time, these are the looks I try to create most, but I still want to stand out a little with a BIT of color! :)))

HautePJ Avatar

I would use saffron all over the lid and contour the eyelid with colors from the eyeshadow quad. Paired with Mocha lipstick and Sur blush.
Padma Laksmi from Top Chef would be the inspiration for the look :).

Shweta Avatar

Love this….would use Vivah and Jaan e/s, Sur blush( with a light hand) and on my lips Gulabi l/s topped with Lust l/g…hope I win this, had a rough year and no money to spend on makeup…

leahbobeah Avatar

I’d do a super glamorous, but still natural-looking face with it. Extra blending and very careful application. I’d use the quad on my eyes, with Jaan all over the lid and crease, Vivah blended in the crease, with just a light touch of Folie on the outer corner of the crease and Carbon for the waterline. Then I’d just Gana blush on the top of my cheekbone, as a highlighter, and Sur right below the cheekbone, to countour a little. Finish with Gulabi lipstick, and a light coat of Lust lipglass on top!

Christa Avatar

I would love to try a look using the Siahi Fluidline. Something way different for me and out of my comfort zone. Show off my newly LASIKed, glasses free eyes!!

Kimberly Avatar

I would actually create two looks! The first being a bold Bollywood look and the second would be a soft neutral look! I would love show the versatility of this collection!!!!

Love Peace and Mac Avatar

I’d start out with Rani all over and Marvel in the inner corner and Siahi lined on top and in the water line. Gana to highlight and Sur as the blush. Yash on the lips topped with Lust.

Becky Avatar

I’d definetly use Marvel sheerly on the lid and use Oomph on the outercrease/lashline. Then I’d probably line with Siahi fluidline! It’d be a very fun, smokey night out look 🙂

Melissa Avatar

i love make up and creating new looks. i’d like to try a dramatic eye with dark purples, soft blush, and a bright lipstick or shine. thanks for the awesome giveaway.
happy new year!

Rosie Avatar

Okay for lips I’d start with Mehr cause I love how it looks. I would wear Sur blush as a highlight cause I like the glow it gives and maybe go with a more tanish looking blush. I’d use Siahi as a base and then use Oomph and Rani for eyeshadow. I’d use Ivy on my waterline.

Ioana Avatar

I would use rani on the inner half of the eye and blend it into marvel on the outer half of the eye and then oomph to line the lower lid right under eye lashes. And smoke it out. Then add some black liner. On the cheeks I would use Gana for a softer cheeck to make the eyes stand out. On the lips I would use Yash.

blkbarbii Avatar

I would love to create a dark. sexy smoky NYE look using the Athma Eyeshadow Quad, Siahi Fluidline, Sur Blush, Yash Lipstick. Plus a lil glitter 4 good measure!

Lexee Avatar

I would create a loud and glamorous look for a night out. Using the bold, bright colors to draw attention and the Flesh Lipglass to pull the whole look together, without looking too overdone.

Nevaeh Avatar

This is such a great contest!! I would create a brown smoky eye using the quad, and a neutral lip with yash liptick and as a blush and highlight i would use gana and Sur.

sophie Avatar

the eye shadows look so pigmented, i know they have some issues 😛
I would use the purple (lid) and the pink one (crease) eyeshadow to create an eye look. Maybe some of the green one on the lower lash line! lots of mascara!
yash lipstick and sur blush 🙂

Yuuko Avatar

I would use marvel close to my lash line blending it with Rani up to the crease (concentrating Rani near the tear-duct), then I would use Saffron in the crease, use Jaan on the brow-bone and blend. I would use Oomph on the lower lashline and Ivy as eyeliner.

Use Sur as blush.
Yash as lipstick and Flesh in top of it.

Maybe it’s too colorful and not an everyday look for some people but I think it would work ^-^

lynn Avatar

i would use Vivha for inner corners of eyelid and brow highlight, Oomph for lid colour, Jaan to blend and Carbon for outer and crease colour. line the eyes with Ivy, mascara, and pucker up for lipglass in Flesh.
A hint of Sur on the cheeks and Gana as highlight and i’m good to go!

Kathy Avatar

Wow. With this collection I could do numerous looks ranging from something ultra glamourous to an every day look. I especially am in live with the fluidlines!

Nikelle Avatar

the light shimmery eye color from the quad, heavy winged liner with the fluid lines. green one in the corner, faded in with the blue one for the extreme wing!

Esther Avatar

Oomph all over the lid, and a dark brown on the crease. I’d also line the upper lashline with a black eyeliner, and the lower lashline with Ivy fluidline. On the lips, I’g do with something more on the nude side, like Myth, since the eyes will take so much attention! 🙂

Joyce B Avatar

I would start with Gulabi lipstick- with something that bright I’d go with a lighter eye. Sur blush and definitely one of the Fluidlines. A streak of either one would go well with the bright lippie.

Tiffanie Avatar

My look with Mac Mickey Contractor Collection…Birthday Look

For my eye I would use painterly paint pot as a base all over my eye lid. I would apply Folie on my lid. Saffron blended on my crease. Vivah blend into the outer ¼ of the crease (might need to spray some fix + on my brush to avoid fallout). On the outer crease, on top of Vivah I would lightly blend in carbon; blend in carbon on the outer portion of the lid. Then I would use Jaan next to my um…tear duct(first spray some fix + on brush). On the bottom of my lid, under my bottom lashes I would apply Oomph (Favorite Color). To finish I would add mascara and UD black liner on the waterline. On my top lid I would use fluidline-Blacktrack and of course wing it out(medium sized wing).

On my cheeks I would use Sur and use Gana as a highlighter, instead of a blush, by placing it on top of Sur(not right on Sur but above it).

On my lips I would use Yesh lipstick and Flesh lipgloss on top.

Maybe use Ivy on the bottom and wing it the same length as the black track on my top lid(not touching.

Kerry Avatar

I’d use Jaan on the entire lid, smoke out the corners with a little bit of Carbon, then use Siahi as the liner, Sur as blush, and Gana as a highlight. Then I’d put Mehr lipstick on the lips.

Aigi Avatar

wow such a big wrap up for the year! ^^

I would make a nude face with light blush (gana) and lips (Mehr/Yash) to show off the strong pop of colors with the eyeshadows (marvel and rani). Or a soft smokey eyes for spring using the athma quad.

Ana Lopes Avatar

A Bollywood look, inspired on the bright coloured dresses the actresses wear.

I would use Siahi fluidline with a bit of black eyeliner below it (much closer to the lashes), using Marvel on top as a cut crease and Saffron on the eyelid below the cut crease and below the lower lashes, with a little bit of Rani on the outer part of the eye meeting Marvel, and dark blue in the waterline.
Yash on the lips, Jaan in the inner corner and Gana blush 😀

And some mascara and highlighter on the brow bone, of course 😀

Gemma Avatar

i would use oomph all over the lid as a smokey eye look, with a tiny bit of rani in the inner corners to give it an unexpected peek of colour. Then finish off with siahi fluidline and some blush in sur and flesh lipglass.

Quinctia Avatar

Oomph and Jaan on the eyes with Ivy liner, and then Yash or Flesh on the lip if they end up complimenting my coloring. (Pinky pale girl with rather rosy lips naturally.)

Tiffanie Avatar

Sorry if I posted this two times.I wasn’t sure if you got my 1st submission. Promise this isn’t an attempt to cheat.

My look with Mac Mickey Contractor Collection…Birthday Look

Vivah blend into the outer ¼ of the crease (might need to spray some fix + on my brush to avoid fallout). On the outer crease, on top of Vivah I would lightly blend in carbon; blend in carbon on the outer portion of the lid. Then I would use Jaan next to my um…tear duct(first spray some fix + on brush). On my cheeks I would use Sur and I would use Gana as a highlighter, instead of a blush, by placing it above Sur blush.

On my lips I would use Yesh lipstick and Flesh lipgloss on top.

Maybe use Ivy on the bottom and wing it the same length as the black track on my top lid(not touching).

zombiilove Avatar

Ivy is so gorgeous, my first look would definitely include it. Maybe downplay everything else to make it really stand out. And Gana as a nice, light blush for my fair skin.

Saida Avatar

I would create a look inspired by “A Little Princess” fantasy sequences set in an Indian fairy tale. Deep blue purple eyes and Blue-pink lips. Amazing for a night out.

Orin Avatar

I would love to use this product because I am obsessed with anything bollywood!! It would be a great addition to my slowly but surely growing makeup collection!

Crystal Avatar

I’d create a nice exotic sultry (to me) look with the darker matte colors from the Athma quad, use the Sur blush, and the beautiful pink Mehr lipstick.

Joyce Avatar

What an amazing giveaway! You are so stinkin’ generous xP

Let’s see…lately I’ve been into trying new things. I never wear green eyeshadows so I’d do something with Oomph eyeshadow and maybe work it with Saffron. I never use highlighters but I may give Gana a try, even though it’s supposed to be a blush?

I’m so excited!!

Ru Avatar

I would pull this look out for a event where I can wear some Indian clothing: Rani on the lid, Siahi lining the eyes; Sur as blush, Gana as highlight; Mehr on the Lips.

SteffyP Avatar

I would create a dramatic eye look with this collection and tone down the rest of my face. The eye products are so vibrant and beautiful so I would definitely play up my eyes for sure 🙂

Jody Avatar

Holy cow. I would just keel over if I won this. What an amazing giveaway!

I would do a chiseled cheek using sur to sculpt and Gana to hilight. Either Mehr (love), or the more nude lipstick.
I would create a dramatic eye with both liners on the upper lashline, with either saffron or the light color from the quad. And if I were feeling daring, a pop of color in inner lid/tearduct with the pink shado.

Gorgeous stuff!!!
Thank you for doing this!

DallasBrownEyes Avatar

WOW what an awesome contest to end 2010!!!!!

I would wear Saffron all over lid, Folie in crease, and Jaan to highlight. Sur for cheek color with Gana highlight. Finish with Mer lipstick!!

yourshar0na Avatar

I’d probably go for the neutral, flawless look with the Athma Eyeshadow Quad with a pop of color using the Ivy Fluidline. I’d finish out the look with an amazing highlight with the Gana Blush, and try a neutral lip with the Mehr lipstick.

overall, this collection looks amazing! I hope I can find a Mac that will sell the foundations! =)

AN NGUYEN Avatar

I’d do purple smoky eye with a hint of hot pink blend together. Very classic but can be glamor as well with the green under lower eye lashes. either pop the chick with baby pink or peachy blush and peachy nude lip color! Perfect!

Linlin R. Avatar

would do a spring-look:

gana-blush as highlight on the brow, Rani on the entire lid – blend up to the crease, with Saffron to darken up the outer V, and marvel on the lower lashline. line the eyes with Siahi-fluid line.
again gana blush for the cheeks. yash lipstick, with lust over the top for the light pink shine 🙂

Meagan Avatar

I have this gorgeous paisley Indian scarf with luscious bright hues peppered with glittery silver and gold throughout… so beautiful! I have short jet-black hair and have wanted to wear this as an head wrap… up against the black, the colors really POP!. This scarf complements the palette of this collection. I can see playful daytime looks all the way into dramatic deliciousness!!

Mariah Avatar

I assume we just describe it, huh? XD

This collection is a lot of pretty neutrals with bright accents, but I would TOTALLY ABUSE those BRIGHTS!

I’m thinking an eye with the first 1/3 Seedy Pearl (Sorry, I had to find one light color!) and then middle 1/3 Rani, and outer 1/3 and into crease with Marvel. (The most beautiful color, omg.) Then lined in a cat eye with Siahi. (Which is also so gorgeous my mouth waters!)

A little, light blushing of Sur and Gulabi on the lips. (Why not? Right?) 😀

stacy stephenson Avatar

i would do a total bollywood look. first1/2lid:jan, 2nd 1/2lid:sani blending the two(think mac ripe peach blush)then take sani up and into the crease into a nice semi circle and darken with carbon. use ivy to line water line all the way in and line top lid w/ black track also all the way in. heavy eyebrows. falsies. soft cheek using gana and nude lip: yash lipstick flesh lipglass

Yenny V Avatar

For the eyes, I would use Oomph all over the lid with a bit of Carbon in the outer corner pulled to a slight cat-eye to add definition. I’d highlight the inner corners with a white eyeliner base and top it off with Jaan. I’d also use Jaan lightly as a browbone highlight. Blacktrack fliudline would be my upper lash liner, and Ivy would go on the waterline. For the lower lash line, I’d smudge a bit of Siahi fluidline first, then smudge Marvel eyeshadow on top. I think the purple will contrast nicely against the green Ivy on the waterline and Oomph on the upper lid. The rest of the face will be simple. Sur blush on apples of the cheeks pulled back into the temple, and Gana as a soft highlight on top of the cheekbones. For lips, I’d probably mix Mocha with Gulabi to get a softened fushia/pink color, then top it all off with Lust lipglass.

This look could be a great NYE look, but with alternatives of course since I don’t own any of these products. Happy New Year! Thanks for bringing me Temptalia.com <3

Sharon M Avatar

Sur on the cheeks with Gana used as a highlighter, Mehr on the lips, and Marvel used on the eyelids and also used wet as a liner on the bottom; Siahi used to line upper eyelids.

I’d soften the colors so that I could wear them everyday. I love how lively all the colors are, and I think you could creat soo many good looks with them. I’m in high school , and makeup is something that I like to change everyday. I think these would be the perfect colors for everyday or even a dramatic or glamorous look.

Yasmin Avatar

I would take the pink eyeshadow and the softer blush to create a romantic look for Valentine’s Day. With the purple and green I’d do a night out on the town look. With the orange and green plus a black I’d do rocker look. I’d definitely love to start a MAC collection with those products.

Tara Avatar

I would do a bright eye with Rani, Marvel and possibly Saffron… TONS of kajal deep black eyeliner, probably MAC Feline (a Bollywood staple)…
MAC Dollymix blush w Gana as highlight. Mehr lipstick and clear plumping gloss.

Good luck everyone and Happy New Year! <3

i’d use Jaan on the inner corner, marvel all over the lid, and carbon on the outer corner to smoke it out. then i’d line my lower lash line with siahi. i’d use sur just on the back of the cheekbone to contour and gana right on top of the cheekbone for some highlight (i’d probably use some on the brow bone as well). for the lips, i’d go with yash to keep the focus on the eyes.

my twitter handle is @callitbeauty_ and i’ve tweeted the link to this contest.

Everyone have a great New Years Eve!

This is the look I’d do:

Rani over the lid of the eye, Marvel in the crease, and the lightest color in the Athma quad to highlight under the brow. Then I would take Siahi to line the top of the eye and wing tip the ends.

I would use the Gana blush on the cheeks.

I would use Mehr lipstick with Chanel’s Nebula Glossimer over it.

Omg, awesome price! 🙂 I’d use Mehr on the lips, Sur on the cheeks, the blueish fluidline – a thicker line with a wing and use the muted shades in the quad on the lid.

id use the quad to do a nutral top lid then use which ever bright color sang to me that day under the lid …cheaks i would pair with ripe peach blush ombre and the nude color on my lips….

Stacy Avatar

I would do a neutral eye w/the quad with the ivy fluid line as a pop of color. Sur lightly on cheeks. And another pop of color w/the fushia lipstick (can’t remember the name :)). I’m so grateful and excited that you’re doing this.

Alexis Avatar

using only stuff from this collection….

I would use ivy fluidline as a base on my eyes and lightly blend it through the crease. On my eyes i would put Oomph eyeshadow and again blend it lightly through the crease. Then i would take Vivah eyeshadow and put it in the crease, and lightly wing it out using Jaan eyeshadow. I would use black eyeliner. I would put Siahi fluidline on my bottom lash line and smudge it with the black eyeliner and set it with carbon (very lightly so I don’t take away from the blue.)
On my cheeks i would use Gana as a highlight and use Sur blush, but apply it in a countor fashion (but not in a dramatic way.)
I would use Mehr Lipstick (i lovee it its so nice) and put a tinted lipgloss to darken it just a bit.

I would love to win i just started my collection. as you can see i have been watching a lot of your youtube videos as well as others.

Courtney Avatar

I love that blush Gana! So I think I would try for a dewy natural look that I could wear to work. I would pair the Gana blush with the Flesh lipglass. Then for the eyes I would use oopmh eyeshadow and ivy fluidline.

MichelleAsh Avatar

Hey! Please enter me & happy new year!

A look I would recreate:
I would definitely create a n extravagant smokey eye using the Palette from this collection. Definitely the top left color for the highlight and dark all over the lid. I would do a neutra/pinky lip by mixing Yash & Mehr with a lip brush. And brushing the cheeks very softly with just a pinch and touch of Sur blush.

Aimee Avatar

i’d do a really sultry smokey purple and dark dark green eye, with a pop of bright fushcia pink! something daring and dramatic, i’d then keep the lips nude and glossy so that the attention is drawn to the eyes. I would contour quite heavily with a matt skin tone bronzer, or dusky matte pink. A really small highlight on the cheekbones and nose 🙂

Amanda Avatar

After prepping my eyes with too faced shadow insurance, I’d apply Jaan all over my lid going up past the crease and add Vivah into the crease. Oomph on the lid blended with a little bit of Carbon. Vanilla to hilight and gorgeous ivy as liner.

I’d put sur blush on my cheeks and for lips, I’d go with mehr lipstick with a tiny bit of flesh lipglass in the center.

sasha Avatar

I would do a pink smoked out eye using the bright pink and charcoal eyeshadows. I would do a cat eye with blacktrack gel liner. I’d also create a strong brow and do some nice cheek contouring. I would use ghana blush and on the lip do a matte pink-nude color.

sasha Avatar

another look would be using the saffron eyeshadow putting the color all over my lid and under the eye a bit. I’d create a nice gradient from dark to light. I’d finish the eye with siahi fluidline. I like the orange/blue contrast. Then some mascara on the top lashes, mac clear lip gloss and ghana blush. also with a nice dewy highlight around the eyes and cheeks with a msf.

vivian Avatar

I would create a soft brown eye look with the navy fluidline for a bright pop of color. I’d use the netural blush and use the hot pink lipstick for another pop of color. (The promotional pics of the model with very neutral makeup and a pop of hot pink on her lips were beautifullllll!!!)

Ali Avatar

I love these colors, especially the green! I would probably create a deep burnt orange look, sort of a natural but more tanned and deep on my skin. I love these! Thank you for everything you do for us makeup junkies temptalia!

Jennifer A. Avatar

Face: Sur Blush
Lips: Yash Lipstick, Lust Lipglass
Eyes: Jaan Eyeshadow (lid), Vivah Eyeshadow (lower lashline), Oomph Eyeshadow (outer lower lashline), Ivy or Siahi Fluidline (upper lashline)
Obviously, I took a lot of inspiration from the beautiful look you put together when testing!

Natalie Avatar

I would do a green and brown earthy-ish smokey eye with the ivy fluidline as an eyeliner. Then I would use Gana as a highlighter on the cheeks and I would do a nude lip with any of the nude colored lipsticks plus the lust lipglass on top. I think this would be a really pretty earthy look

Ryou Avatar

I would create a darker eye look with Marvel on the lid, Oomph on the crease, and Siahi on my lower lid; paired with Mehr lipstick.

Alternatively, I’d do a more colorful eye look with Rani and Saffron on the lid and ivy on my lower lid, paired with Gulabi on the lips.

Both are well outside my comfort zone as far as make-up go, but I’m rather excited to try create the look, actually. =D

My Lips But Better Avatar

I would love to use Gana as a highlighter on cheeks and eyes for a really glowy look, then pair it with Mehr lipstick and a very tiny bit of Sur blush. I’d wear Vivah on the lid and blended into the crease and a pop of color with Siahi on the lower waterline. Thanks for a great contest!

shalex Avatar

Hi, I’d try OOmph eyeshadow with Ivy Fluidline and I’m not sure perhaps undercurrent pearlgliders if it fits, if not than just black kohl eyeliner. Chez chez lame for cheeks and a nude lipgloss.
THX

Michelle Avatar

I would put Marvel on the lids with Ivy on the lashlines. Why, yes, I am a Joker fangirl, why do you ask? Thank you for hosting this wonderful giveaway and happy new year to you!

yiota Avatar

I’d love to use that green eyeshadow in the crease, a nice neutral all over the lid, and the green fluidline on the upper lash line! I think that would look great with my brown eyes :]

Sophie Avatar

Hmm, I would think of putting the Jaan paired with the green Ivy fluid liner. Something about the green makes me think that it would make my eyes “pop”. Something so sweet and simple! The Gana looks like a must-have, as well!

Stephanie Avatar

Saffron all over lid up to crease, Rani in the crease blended out. With Siahi fluidline on the lower lashes. Gana dusted on the cheeks to highlight and Sehr lipstick.

Mia Avatar

i would create a neutral color pop look with these. use the athma quad for a regular dimension look on the eye and then siahi fluidline on the upper lash line. i think that would look really pretty!

Jamie Avatar

I would blend Saffron and Rani on the lid with Marvel blended into the crease and outter third of the lid. On the waterline would be Siahi fluidline. For the cheeks I would use Gana to give a little shimmer but keep the focus on the eyes. And again since the eyes will be so vibrant I would do a neutral lip, using Mehr lipstick and lust lipglass.

Natalie Avatar

Ivy fluidline, Sur blush on the apples of my cheeks, ghana as the highlight, and a really light coat of Sur on the lips. I also tweeted, do I have to say that here?

josie Avatar

I’d do a green smokey eye with Ivy, the dark green shadow and Carbon from the Athma quad! Then Gana to highlight, Sur as a blush and a pinky-nude lip with Lust over Mehr!

What an awesome contest, thanks Christine!

Simran Avatar

I just wanted to start out saying I absolutely adoree Mickey Contracter, especially because I’m Indian and I’ve seen the flawless makeup he’s done on Bollywood actresses!

I would definitely focus on the eyes, just like he tends to do, and do a green-ish smokey eye with Oomph and Saffron and maybe even use the Ivy fluidline on the bottom. I’d use both Sur and Gana on my cheeks, using Gana as a highlighter, and Yash+Lust on the lips 🙂

Petra Avatar

Probably something simple, everyday/work appropriate: MAC Mehr lipstick, Sur blush and Gana lightly as a highlighter, and for eyes only a bit of Vivah as a wash with some brown eyeliner and mascara.

Jennifer Avatar

I would create a bold colorful smoky eye with a purple or olive green color from MAC Mickey Contractor collection, with a subtle blush and pale peach lip

Andrée Avatar

I’d probably go with a frosted fairy look using the Gana highlighter/blush and the Jaan eyeshadow from the quad. I’d circle the eyes using Marvel eyeshadow to give a bit of a surreal pop and finish it off with a touch saffron…just for kicks.

I’d like to keep the lips neutral, so I’d probably just put a touch of Yash on the lips.

If I wanted to be crazy, I’d be tempted to use Rani on the lips too…thought that would probably only last for a single photo lol.

Happy New Year Everyone!

knownever Avatar

I would do a thick line of Siahi fluidline with a thinner line of black over it along the lash line. I’d use Yash lipstick cuz this look looks really great with a pale/nude lip.

Mickie Avatar

Not super familiar with all the colors, but that Ivy fluidline is just so pretty, I’d probably want to use it as my main color pop, then keep everything else neutral — the Gana blush, for sure.

Maggie Avatar

I would use:
Ivy fluidline to line to top and bottom lines to make my brown eyes pop
Gana to highlight my cheeks and t-zone
and Yash lipstick because it would looks so good against my skintone 😉

Amy Avatar

I would creat a look with Jaan in the crease, Siahi on the upper lashline and 2/3 in the lower lashline, Ivy on top of Siahi on the upper lashline winged out. Then, Gana on top of the cheekbones and Gulabi on the lips. 🙂

Kaylabella Avatar

I would do a fun and bright eye look with Saffron on the inner third, Rani on the outer two thirds, Marvel in the crease, and a touch of Carbon to deepen it up, and a touch of Siahi fl blended out really well on the lower lash line with a black pencil liner in the water and tight lines. Then I’d use Sur blush for a very natural color, and Lust lipglass to finish it off!

Amy Avatar

I would create a look with Jaan in the crease, Gana in the center of the lids for a pop, Siahi on the upper lashline and 2/3 of the lowerlashline, Ivy winged out on top of Siahi on upper lashline, Gana on cheekbones, and Gulabi on lips 🙂

shelly Avatar

Something for a night out, making the eyes the focus.

From the Athma e/s quad…
* Vivah on the lid
* Jaan as a highlight
* Folie in the crease, outer V, and the lower lashline
* Sur blush on the cheeks
* Lust lipgloss

Good luck, everyone! 🙂

j Avatar

wow this is a good one! definitely will need to rock the siahi, and maybe gulabi, the bright pink lipstick from this collection. I thinkt he bright colours are cute especially in the winter, just to brighten things up when its so dreary outside

Nick Avatar

I would do an arabic wedding inspired look, using the intensely colored eyeshadows to create a complex look on the lid, and the fluidlines to do extreme winged liner :]

Vivian Wu Avatar

With the eyecolors leaning towards a more neutral side, I would go for that understated elegant look many Bollywood stars tend to lean towards. With the other colors, I’d probably smoke them in for night use.

Cat Sable Avatar

This is probably cliche particularly given the collection background itself – but I’m seeing a very Bollywood look with these. A very neutral but sculpted face with bright pink lips (Gulabi lipstick) and a well-blended eye using the purple shade closest to the lash line on top, the pink above that blended to the crease and the green on the outer edge or V, and all three, pink-purple-green under the eye starting from the tear duct, out. Pop on some fake lashes and a bindi…voila! 🙂

I tweeted it too!

Lucy Avatar

Please enter me in the giveaway. I’d first try a neutral look with the Ivy Fluidline. Love that color eye liner! One of the lipsticks that’s bright. Thank you. I’m very interested in this collection. Happy New Year.

Jazmine Avatar

Definitely use SUR blush on the cheeks or even possibly a bronzer while adding a light lavendar color all over the lids with IVY fluidline as the eyeliner. Finish off with a pinky nude lipgloss. Ohhhh the magic! haha

Anam Avatar

Great contest!
I would create a look using the Athma quad…Jaan all the way up to the crease, Vivah in the crease, Carbon to smoke up the outer corners lightly and to line.
Sur blush with a tiny bit of Gana to highlight.
And Mehr lipstick with a dab of Lust lip glass on top.
This collection is gorgeous!

Erika Avatar

with the quad I would crate a smokey eye, yash lipstick and gana blush … and with the singles I would use siahi fluidline with marvel eye shadow just on the lower lashline and gana blush all over the lid 😉 .. and I could keep going cos there’s so much u could do with all of this .. thanks 4 the contests and happy new year !!!

LuLu Avatar

I love the soft, natural look with just a hint of colour for Summer (It’s Summer in AU right now!)… So; Yash lipstick, Sur Blush and a touch of Gana to highlight top of cheek bones. Vivah and Jaan shadow on the eyes to make them pop!

Windie Avatar

Stores (verified as of 12/31/10 via phone with Josephine at MAC store in Pasadena) that carry collection are MAC Glendale and on sale now at Pro store on Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills.

Hannah Avatar

Even though I’m mostly an neutral gal and this collection is about natural beauty, the fluidlines make me want to do something crazy! Definitely a bright colorful eye with Siahi as eyeliner!

Abbi Avatar

On the eye lids i would use Jaaan from the Athma eyeshadow quad and in the crease i would use Saffron eyeshadow. On the apples of the cheeks i would use Sur blush and then highlight with Gana blush. And on the lips i would use Mehr lipstick and Lust lipglass.

Thankyou sooo much for giving us all a chance to win this fab prize

Rebecca Avatar

I would do a double eyeliner on my upper lashline… ivy on the upper lashline and siahi above it 🙂 a bit of marvel eyeshadow on the lower lashline. Gana blush as a highlighter and on the lips mocha 🙂 and loads of mascara! =) x3

lazeny Avatar

On Eyes: I will do a smokey-eyed look, w/ Carbon on my upper lashline towards the lid, then blending Oomph towards the crease , I will also smudge Carbon my outer 3rd of my lower lashline then Oomph on the remaining area. Then I will use Gana as a highlighter on my browbone.

On Cheeks: I will apply Sur blush ligthly, and Gana as a highlighter.

On Lips: I will use Yash lipstick, then layered on w/ Flesh lipglass.

Krissy Avatar

I love, love, love this collection. I’m more of a neutral girl myself, but the bright, jewel-toned hues of this collection are just too beautiful to pass up.

I would definitely have to create a Bollywood inspired look with a bold purply-pink smokey eye using Marvel, Rani and Carbon, line the entire eye with a dark black liner but also apply a thin line of the Ivy Fluidline to the upper lash line. With such a bright and bold eye I would keep cheeks and lips more subdued with Sur on the cheeks and Yash on the lips.

Danielle Avatar

I really want to do a look using Siahi fluidline! I would actually use Siahi all over the lid instead of as a liner and soften the edges using Vivah from the quad. I’d use Jaan under the brow and in the tear duct and line with Blactrack. On cheeks I would use Sur and higlight the cheekbones with Gana. For lips, I would use Yash and dab a little bit of Flesh in the center.

Love it!

Alexis Avatar

i’d do the eyes just like you did, except i’ll put Siahi fluidline on top and bottom, including the waterline, blush in Shur, lipstick either Yash or Mehr, can’t decide 🙂

DonnaN Avatar

I would do a fab eye with Marvel, Rani and Oomph and the use the Siahi fluidline for extra PUNCH–my cheeks would get both colors, as I think Gana would be EXCELLENT as a highlighter and I’d finish with a nudish lip in Mehr. Oh, to be so lucky……..

anahita Avatar

I’d like to do a clean, neutral look using the athma quad, ivy fluidline, gana blush, mehr lipstick and lust lipglass. The look would be attractive yet entirely work appropriate.

Christina Avatar

As a look: Jaan and Viva on the lids, Sur on the cheeks, and Lust on the lips. Neutral and natural. But I’d love to play around with the fluidlines

Adail Avatar

I would use saffron all over the lid and use oomph in the crease with ivy fluidline as my liner. Sur blush with Gana blush as a highlighter. and Yash lipstick.

lia Avatar

wow! what a great giveaway!

I really like the Ivy fluidline (even if it isn’t that pigmented! love the color), so I’d love to create a look to highlight it. I’d use the Athama quad to do a basic eye (Jaan over the lid, Vivah in the crease, maybe Carbon lightly in the corner) and use Ivy as a liner. Keeping the eyes the focus, I’d use Yash on the lips, maybe with Flesh over it to add some shine. I’d probably keep the cheeks bare, or maybe try the Sur blush (I’m dark skinned, so it probably wouldn’t be too bright).

Arlia Avatar

Well, I would use the pink on my lid and smoke it out with black and make a very dramatic smokey eye and top it off with Yash lipstick because I think it’s gorgeous.

I love this collection

Bobbie Denise Avatar

I would for sure use SUR Blush and the bold pink lipstick with Gana blush as a highlight. On the eyes I would use Saffron/Folie to define my crease, I would use Siahi as a base with the purple on top and carbon to darken the outer v. I would smoke it all out with some black liner.

Priscilla Avatar

Knowing myself,
I would somehow use all of them in one look just to try them out, other than the lip colours.
I am extremely gentle with my lipsticks; I only wear them on special occasions 🙂

Yeah, I would goo ALLL out

Alisha Avatar

For the eyes, I’d go bold with a fun gradient of Marvel, Rani, and Saffron, with the upper lids lined with Siahi. I’d use Mehr lipstick on the lips, layered with Lust lipglass, and a light dusting of Sur on the apples of my cheeks.

Megan Avatar

I think I would create some bold looks for the new year. I love the bright colors and the lip gloss looks amazing. The purple eye shadow looks stunning. Really loving M.A.C’s recent collections!

Karin M. Avatar

I am in love with this collection because of the awesome colours! I’m a red-head and would definitely play around with the eyeshadows to make my hair (and eyes!) pop!

Love your blog-

@kmac23

Kina Avatar

Eyes: Jaan on the inner corner, Saffron on the lid, Folie in the outer corner, carbon in the outer V, and either Ivy or Siahi on the upper lashline >.< I can't choose!

Cheek: Sur on the apples and Gana to lightly highlight

Lips: Mehr with Flesh

-crosses fingers- (:
Thanks for doing this giveaway Christine!

Ingrid Avatar

On the face, I’d apply both blushes: Gana as a highlighter on the bridge of the nose, up high over the cheek bones, on the cupid’s bow and on the chin; and Sur as the actual blush.
On my eyes, I’d apply Rani on the inner corner of my eyes, Marvel on the center of my lids and Carbon on the outer corners of my eyes. I’d also use Carbon on the lower lid, form the center to the outer corner. I’d use Gana as a highlight under my eyebrows, since the rest of the eyes are matte.
If I were to apply the fluidline, I’d go with Siahi.
Since the eyes would apparently look a little wild, I’d go with a nude lip: either Flesh alone or Flesh over Yash.
If I do win this contest, I promise I’ll do the look and send you pics!!! 🙂
Happy New Year!!!

Shanda Avatar

I wonder if I’m the only one who is interested in using Oomph and Saffron together.

But I would do Oomph on the lid, Jaan in the crease and put Saffron in the crease and outer corner. I would use Gana on the cheeks and then use Yash and Flesh on the lips.

Or

I would to Siahi alone with Jaan all over the lid and a lil above the crease, with Mehr lipstick and lust lipglass on the lips. I’d use Sur on the cheeks. Or I’d switch out and use Gulabi on the lips.

Oh and I’m prettypackages on Twitter. Thanks!

Hema Avatar

Hi, i am a tan skin toned person and I have been waiting a long time for this collection. let me tell u the truth i swear on god i log on the mac website at least 5 times a day to check whether the collection is out. I know its out in jan 6 2011 but cant wait and cant even think about missing anything in this collection!!!!!!

well the look I would create with this collection is a very natural look and focusing on defining the features. I am tan skin (very typical south asian features)and i prefer to highlight my features first that would be my big eyes. So cheek colour SUR will help me to give the definition to my cheeks and MEHR (lipstick) will go so well for the day look. Eyes I ll give them a smokey look with MARVEL and CARBON. Eyebrows well done with mac eyebrow pencil and gel, followed by defining my eyes with blacktrack fluidline and smoulder pencil on my upper and lower waterlines. Loads of mascara on my eye lashes and curl them with my eyelash curler. Though the above mentioned will be my day look. I will substitute my lipstick MEHR with GULABHI for a evening look/party/bridal with a more dramatic eyes like cats winked eye look and more carbon on my eye lids and with fluidline like IVY/SAIHI instead of blacktrack fuildline.

I can come up with more looks using this collection becos its amazing as these colors flatter Indian skin tones and i thank so much to mac for collaborating with someone like Mickey Contractor who is such a icon for millions of girls back in a country of billions.

Ea Avatar

Inspired by New Years Eve, I will create a red-ish firework-inspired look. These products will be quite good for that, I believe 😀
Happy New Year 😀

Kathleen Avatar

I would use the orange color all over my lids, with siahi fluidline as an upper lash line cat eye, paired with Flesh lipglass for a nude lip to balance the brightness of the eyes.

Nadia Avatar

I would use Saffron on my inner eye lid, with a sweep of Rani on the rest of the lid. I would use Marvel on the outter crease. I would smudge Oomph on the lower lash. I would use Siahi Fluidline on the top lashes, and wing it out. I would then use Sur blush on the apples of my cheeks and finish off the look with yash on the lips. I feel that even though all the eyeshadows are so different, they can definitely be put together to create an awesome look!

Happy New Year!!

asma Avatar

hmmm i guess i’ll try to recreate the look of some bollywood actress, with all the hindi names in this collections i’m definetly inspired for a bollywood look 🙂

Ije Avatar

I would do a very lively, colorful look…
for the eye, i would use Rani on the lid and Marvel on the outer crease and soften the crease with the foley on the crease
I would wear Mehr on the lip and Springshine from Mac’s Spring Color Forecast.

Jennifer Avatar

I would do a smokey eye look with nude lip and pinkish blush. Especially, that bright pink eye shadow color just caught my eyes. I Love it!! I want to try that color to point my smokey eye make up.

morena123 Avatar

I like pinks/purples so one look that i would do is add thepink eyeshadow all over the lower lid and add the purple to the crease. I would use the fluidline as eyeliner instead of my fave point black. for lips, since the eyes have enough color i would probably go nude and use one of the brown tone lipsticks

Tiffany Avatar

I love the athma quad! I would use it for a neutral smokey look. Then line my bottom waterline with the ivy fluid line! I would use the gana blush for some highlight! 🙂

nikki Avatar

I would like to try Siahi as a base on the lid, Oomph over Siahi, blend the crease with Carbon or Yash, Carbon and Oomph on the lower lashline, add Sur blush and Mehr lipstick topped with Lust lipglass!

Michelle Avatar

I would use Jaan from the eyeshadow quad all over the lid and use oomph in the crease. I would put Sur on my temples and blend it down onto the apples of my cheeks with gana. And I would use Mehr on my lips and dot the flesh lipglass on the middle of my lips to create a more nude look.

Elaine Avatar

Mehr and Lust on the lips,
Sur on the apples of the cheeks with Gana as a highlight
and Oomph in the crease with carbon to line the upper lash line, and ivy on the lower waterline 🙂

Nonni Avatar

I would definately create a smoky eye look using the new siahi fluidline (love!) with the madly magenta cream base on cheeks (obsessed with purple blushers at the moment). then a nude lip to finish the look off!

jah Avatar

Ivy f/l as a base, Oomph on center lid. Carbon to darker inner and outer lid, Folie in the crease.

Sur blush to contour, Gana to highlight cheeks, tearducts, cupid’s bow and brows. Finish with Yash lipstick.

Jennifer Torres Avatar

Hard choice! I would probably wear a light color all over the lids and use Siahi fluidline! I would use ‘Sur’ on the cheeks [ applied very lightly ] and ‘ Yash ‘ on the lips for a very wearable look! 🙂

chary Avatar

i will use oomph and viva to create a smokey eye =] and for eyeliner i would use ivy fluid eyeliner and for blush i would use sur blush and even tho gana is a blush i think it will make the perfect highligher color for face n brow bone =] i would crete something unique ohh for the lips mehr because it looks like a nude pinkish rosey color =]

Altea Avatar

There are actually two things that I’d really, really like to try: eyes lined with Siahi (sort of cat-eye look) and a smokey eye with oomph. I’d pair both with Mehr on the lips and Gana as an highlighter

lissa Avatar

wash the lid with the lightest shade in the quad, contour/outer v with the marvel shadow, line upper lid and outer half of lower lid with the siahi fluidline, contour/highlight cheeks lightly with gana, maybe smudge a bit of oomph under the eye, lipstick in mehr, for a nice balanced colorful but not overdone look

Esthas !!! :) Avatar

my look would looks like strips except the in between each color i would blend it in so itll make another color..i would mix both fluidlines in this line ad i would use the bluch “Gana” and i would put on the lipstick “Mehr” and put “Flesh” lipglass on top of it..

Valentine Avatar

Oooh, I would most definitely try out the lighter blush as a highlighter like you suggested if your review, then use the coppery-orange shadow for a bold eye look that amps up my usual daytime bronzy neutrals.

Boompsie Avatar

I’m having a thing for purples, fuschia, and reds – especially for the eyes – so I’m leaning towards starting with the highlighter color, then the fuschia color on the eyelid, followed by a nude lip – then possibly incorporate that green fluidline in there to see how that looks – I haven’t tried any of the fluidlines yet, so it might be pretty cool!

auroragyps Avatar

I think I would do something super basic & clean that would be great for everyday wear, even if it’s just jeans & a tee.

Siahi Fluidline on the top lash line, topped with mascara, Sur Blush lightly dusted on the cheeks with Gana Blush used as a highlight, and Mehr Lipstick topped with a bit of clear gloss. Thats it.

Stephanie Avatar

I would take Oomph and apply it on to my crease. I’d use Saffron on the lid and blend it in and around Oomph. Use Ivy Fluidline and apply it to my upper lash line and kind of wing it out a bit. A small bit of Sur and Mehr with a touch of clear gloss.

Amrita Avatar

I love neutrals- I would wear a neutral look from the athma quad with jaan all over, folie in the crease, vivah in the outer v, and carbon smudged at the lashline…then top it off with sur blush and gana to highlight, and yash on the lips. As an Indian girl living in the US, Mickey Contractor is my makeup hero and I would love to win this collection!

Lakitha Avatar

I would do two possible eyeshadow looks. I would use the Athma Quad. I would use the Painter Paintpot for a base. I would use Folie on the lid followed by Vivah in the inner crease followed by Carbon on the Outer V to create a smokey look. I would use Jaan eyeshadow on the brow bone. An alternate look that I would do using this collection is using the Improper Copper Cream base on the lid. I would apply the Saffron Eyeshadow. I would apply the Marvel eyeshadow on the crease. I would highlight the brow bone with either Jaan eyeshadow or Rice Paper Eyeshadow. I would use the Yash Lipstick with Flesh Lipglass. I would use a combination of Chestnut Lipliner blended with Currant lipliner. We need the Black Penultimate Liner on the uppper lashline along with Opulash Mascara in Black.

Tika Avatar

I not sure If I have to be more detailed about my look. I will use the bright shadows to create a colourful eye. Then use Mehr on my lips with Flesh lipglass to mute the colour a bit. Use Gana as highlighter and Sur as Blush. I will choose a fluidline as eyeliner, Siahi on the bottom and Ivy on top. Of course I’ll change it up a bit according to the saree I choose to wear.

Jaz Avatar

I would use the Athma Quad to create a neutral look and wear Mehr Lipstick with Sur blush, or use Oomph eyeshadow and Ivy with the Athma quad to do a green smokey eye with Yash as the lipstick and Gana to highlight 🙂

Jessica Avatar

I’d create a soft matte Spring look with Sur blush and Mehr lipstick. I might wear Oomph smudged along my lash line as a liner to bring out my dark brown eyes.

Boring but that is what I would do first.

Dre Avatar

With the products, I would definitely play up the eyes. I’d do a gorgeous green smokey eye, using the fluidline as a base to give that beautiful green pop! Then of course, nude lips 🙂

This collections gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cindi Avatar

“Happy New Year!” I adore Mac Cosmetics…
This is one lovely way to begin a new year.
The look I would enjoy creating with these fabulous products
is a natural, everyday look.
Many thanks, Cindi

Erica Avatar

Wow, there are just so many looks you could do with these colors! I love the look you already did. I would create a smokey eye, minimal color on cheeks, lust on lips. I could play with looks all day, the collection is beautiful. Thank you for the contest Christine.

Goddesslily Avatar

I would love to add it to my very limited makeup collection. Ever since I found you on Youtube, i’ve been obsessed with recreating your looks. I’m a wigmaker and haven’t been focused on myself as far as makeup is concern but I make beautiful wigs for women who love makeup so I figured it’s time to broaden my horizon.

Rachel Avatar

I would use Mehr on the lips, Siahi to line my lids, Marvel on the outer-V, and Sur dusted lightly on the cheeks! 😀

THANKS FOR THE AWESOMEEE GIVEAWAY CHRISTINE!

mariam hashimi Avatar

Overall the colors remind me of sunset from the mountaintops in California. The look I would create =

EYES: I would create a sensuous eye using SAFFRON, RANI, and MARVEL eyeshadows (the colors of sunset), and SIAHI fluidline as the liner.

CHEEKS: For cheeks I would go with a nice natural pastel-like look. SUR would give and nice natural color paired GANA as a light highlighter which could be used to contour the face.

LIPS: I would like for the lip to have some color, I feel like MEHR would work best with they eyeshadows. For someone who prefers a more natural lip YASH would also work paired with the FLESH lipglass.

mariam Avatar

Many of the colors have names that are derived/related to the Arabic and Persian language. An exotic, cat-eye is definitely the look for the individual eye shadow colors!

Shayna Marie Avatar

I Am SOO in Love with the Siahi Fluid Line! I would probably just create a dramatic eyeliner look using Siahi. Most likely stick with neutrals from the UD Naked Palette and use a good highlighter to make the look shimmery with a matte soft pink lip and cheek! easy peasy!

Kristine Avatar

I would create a bold night out look with the products..I’m usually a neutral girl as it fits into my comfort zone but I have been wanting to play with color for ages!

I also tweeted your message (justbecause412).

I feel like there would be so many cool looks you could do with this, but I’d love to try a jungly-tropical look (a la amazon forest) using a lot of green and dark foliage-like colors on the eyes (smoking it out and then adding a touch of color, like a hot pink, to the outside) and then making the lips POP with a really bright, pretty color on the lips, and keeping the cheeks neutral or slightly orange-toned.

angie Avatar

This collection looks awesome! I would totally love the quad. I recently bought fyrinnae’s pixie epoxy which would make the two lustre shadows more opaque and true to its pan! I would take the light shimmer and put that on the lid, folie in the crease, and carbon in the outer V. I would use Sur on cheeks, and Yash on lips!

Maria Avatar

I’d like to do a makeup look inspired by Katy Perry’s song ‘Peacock’… I think of it as bright, fun, flirty, and dramatic. Original, different, crazy.

Maria Avatar

I really want to try something that really focuses on the eyeliner, BIG eyeliner and keep everything else somewhat neutral. I’d love to just play around with this!

IDA Avatar

“India meets Moulin Rouge” would be my theme, using all 4 eyeshadows displayed in the photo above. Big bold lashes to that and it’s there; the perfect look to kick off the new year with attitude.

Helen Avatar

I would do a sophisticated look with the sur blush as a contour and gana as highlight. I would do a neutral eye, but use oomph to make it more smoky. And of course, a neutral lipstick, like mehr.

Diana Avatar

I would recreate one of the promotional images for the collection (gray/black smoky eye, nude lips, defined but muted cheeks). Yash lipstick with a mix of Flesh and Lust Lipglasses on top. Carbon and Jaan for the eyes. Very light application of Sur Blush, maybe even opting for a bronzer instead of a colored blush.

mariasaysrelax Avatar

I would create 2 different looks: a more subtle, wearable look using the orange and green eyeshadows softly and a dramatic look with the purple and pink on a night out. The colors are gorgeous, but using more than two may hinder the beauty of each individual shadow. Of course with the bold eyes, the face will have to be more subtle.

Caitlin Avatar

i would definitely create a soft, sparkly eye with the quad and sometimes of course add a pop of colour. I would use the highlight powder on my cheek bones and add some lipstick and gloss. 🙂

Jessi Avatar

I would use all the eyeshadow colors in one look to create a crazy bright look. I hardly ever wear bright colors, but I really want to get into them more.

Jennifer Avatar

the colors in these collection are so vibrant and bright, i’d go for a look with one of the neon-like lip colors, a smokey eye with a green/blue eyeliner and Sur blush. It’d be a look for clubbing!

Mai-Huong Avatar

A thick cat eye swoop with the Siahi fluidline, an all over wash using Jaan with Folie to define the crease. Use Gana as a highlighter, lightly dab on Mehr as a sheer blush and lipcolor 🙂

Kate Avatar

I would create something snazzy for a night out on the town! I am friends with a girl who lives with exchange students at my university, and new ones are moving in in just a few days so I would get all the girls together and show them around my city

Karen Avatar

I would use the Athma eyeshadow quad by using Jaan on the inner lid, Vivah in the middle, Folie in the crease, and Carbon at the outer edge for a smokey look.
I would use Sur for my cheeks and Gana to highlight my cheekbones.
And to finish off the look, I would apply Yash lipstick on my lips.
Happy New Year!

Chie Avatar

I would pair MAC Bronze and Saffron eyeshadow on the eye with a dramatic cat eye using Siahi Fluidline 😉

Sur blush will be on my cheeks and as for my lips i would lightly use Gulabi lipstick.

Thank you Christine!!

Shannon Avatar

WOW These are amazing colors! I just can’t pick one color….lovin them all and I could really create alot of different looks with this collection. These colors would be soooo much fun to wear!!! I enjoy wearing makeup. It’s a hobbie for me!!!!! I would love love to WIN a collection like this!! That would be soooo exciting for me since I live 3 hours away from MAC so I don’t get there often as I would like!!

DanielleO Avatar

The blue fluidline (Siahi) is so beautiful, I’d use that with some of the purple eyeshadow. I also don’t have any of the quad colors, so I’d like to try Folie, as well as the shimmery brown color.

Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Ashley George Avatar

I would go for a Bollywood inspired green-gold look, keeping the eyes the focus. I would love to work with that Ivy fluid line and Jaan and Vivah. Sur blush on the cheeks and Yash on the lips.
This collection is absolutely beautiful! Hope I win! 🙂

MH Avatar

I would use the mickey contractor make up to achieve a glamorous over-the-top bollywood movie look for my upcoming wedding! I would do a smokey eye with a nude lip 😀 Winning this would be an amazing start to my new year!

Sarah Scott Avatar

I would do a pink and orange eye with some type of metallic color. Then I would do a soft pinkish blush with a nude gloss lip. I would wear this look for a night out at like a concert or club!!

Sam Avatar

I would make a everyday look, but with colour!

I’d use the gana blush for cheeks, the green shadow all over the lids and then put the purple on the lower lashline with hot pink on the inside corner of the lower lashline =D and i’d use a fluidline ofc to line my upper lash line =D

Jean Lin Avatar

Wow, thanks for the giveaway. I will do a rainbow eye look with all the eyeshadows and go for neutral blush and soft peachy lips. 🙂

Maclover Avatar

Wow… what wouldn’t one do with this collection…?

after looking at the eyeshadows: Marvel and Oomph – i think a look with these two intense colors would be amazing…. i would use these colors on the outer eye somehow (with 2 distinct colors – not too much blending) I am thinking Marvel on the outermost part of the eye, and then Oomph, and would fade the end of Oomph with one of the neutral colors (most likely Jaan… and maybe both Vivah and Jaan… for a gradient effect) from the quad (where Oomph and Marvel meet, there wouldnt be much blending, most likely a distinct line/border)… Carbon could also be used to intensify Marvel… depending on the payoff… and how intense i feel like making the look… with theses colors on the lid (and the same colors under the waterline…. now comes time for liner… I would love to try a double line (with a thin 209/210 brush) – one in Blacktrack (fluidline) and another in Ivy… and of course some mascara… and maybe some black liner in the waterline – depending on my mood.

since this look is becoming all about the eyes… the lips and cheeks would be understated/muted (sort of)…. i would use both the blushes… Gana as a highlight on the cheeks, cupids bow, etc.. and use Sur as the blush/contouring color. for the lips… i would use Yash lipstick, with a thin coat of Lush lipglass on top.

Katt Avatar

I never plan my looks in advance… but I’d start with that pink eyeshadow and somehow blend it into green… and then that fab green eyeliner… *drool*

Shaguna Avatar

I would do a nice neutral look. I’ve been looking forward to this collection because it complements people of my skin tone because I’m Indian.

Msjay97 Avatar

I love purples so i would do a pre valentine look with a touch of purple the MAC Marvel Eyeshadow semi smokey daytime of course for me and a nude pinky lip

Kristina Avatar

For the eyes I’d use from the quad Jaan on the inner third of my eye, then I’d take Saffron and place it on the rest of my lid. I’d then darken Saffron with Carbon. I’d use Siahl as my eyeliner top and bottom. A little Sur on my cheeks just to give me a little color. Then I’d use Yash lipstick.

Joyce Avatar

Lips: Neutral pink lips with Mehr lipstick
Cheeks: Sur blush with Gana highlight
Eyes: Siahi Fluidline top eyeliner, Rani outer corner, Gana innercorner, black liner on bottom

Steph Avatar

Neutral eye using Vivha, Jaan, Folie, and Saffron (Jaan all-over, Vivha patted in middle of lid, Folie in crease, touch of Saffron in outer corner), and possibly using Ivy to line (may try Siahi), Sur as a blush, and Yash lipstick!

Mel Avatar

I would use:
Jaan e/s as browbone highlight
Marvel e/s all over lid
Oomph e/s in crease
Ivy f/l to line upper lashline
Sur blush on cheeks/ temples, with Gana blush as cheek highlight
Flesh lipglass

Tweeted too (melz_manor)

Linda Avatar

I would create a thick cat eye with Siahi fluidline and then add a few coats of a defining/lengthening mascara, Sur blush on the apples of my cheeks, and Gana to highlight, finishing with Gulabi lipstick!

Natalie Avatar

I would create a look with a hot pink eye and really muted blush and nude lips. I’m especially pale so I think that kind of look would really stand out on me.

margaret Avatar

My simple look would consist of Siahi Fluidline as an eyeliner on the upper eyelid, Mehr Lipstick on the lips, and Gana Blush dusted lightly on the cheeks.

fashionmakeupfreak Avatar

I would use gana blush for all over lid and for the inner corners and also for the brow bone highlighter. I would use rani eyeshadow for the crease but lightly and with mehr lipstick I would combine the whole look.

Leni Avatar

I’d love to create a look using Mehr Lipstick and Lust over it. I really fell for the Saffron and I would put it all over the lid. to go with it, I would place the dark shades from the Athma Eyeshadow Quad in the crease to blend in a soft smokey-eye, maybe add some Carbon for the depth. Gana to highlight, a darker Studio Fix Fluid Foundation to contour for I am pale.

mavalca Avatar

Hello and Happy New Year!
Thanks for this contest (and hope I’ll have more luck this year!)
If I’d be the lucky winner of this collection I would make a bollywood-style MU in fuschia and corail tones with Rani & Saffron Eyeshadows (will had a touch of Beauty Marked in outer V).
A touch of Sur Blush and Gulabi lipstick, a pink&gold sari and let’s go to a Bollywood party!

Maarja Avatar

I would use Jaan and Oomph on the lid together with Ivy fluidline. On the cheeks a mix of Gana and Sur and Mehr lipstick on the lips.
Happy new year!

Josibert Avatar

I would do lots of summer looks… Natural ones at day with the fluidlines as a highlight. and for party? very coloured looks like the cocktails i would drink at 😀

Jessica Hall Avatar

I’m sure I could pull off an Arabian look with these gorgeous colors and my olive skin. I think that would be fun to try in the new year!

mariana Avatar

I would definitely try a smokey eye first with shades a purple and a nude lip, then probably repeat with most eyeshadows in this batch! 🙂

brook Avatar

I would probably just do something completely out of the ordinary with it. especially because i only do neutral looks and buy natural colors, this collection is great to get away from that.

April Avatar

I would start with Oomph on the middle of the lid, and place Marvel on the outer lid and blend up to the outer crease and above crease using a backwards C motion. I would then put Naked Lunch in the inner lid and on the browbone to blend it all together. I would then use Ivy to do a cat eye liner. I would use Mehr Lipstick. To finish it off, I would use Gana as a check highlight:)

Laura Avatar

I would wear Oomph and Carbon for a smokey green eye with Sur lightly on my cheeks and Gana to highlight my cheekbone, browbone and up to my temples, with Mehr and Lust on my lips.

Jen Avatar

So many looks come to mind. But I think the first one would be a saffron lid with oomph in the crease. Ivy fluidline. Gana blush and yash on the lips.

Almus Avatar

I’d do some soft green eye with Oomph e/s all over the lid, just using a bit of Jaan e/s in the outer corner to dark out. I’d use Gana as blush and for highlithing and Mehr l/s to finish the look.

Tiffany Avatar

i’ve always wanted to create a very costume barbie doll look, but normally wouldn’t purchase the appropriate colors, but I see a few things that would be great for my idea.

Christel Avatar

smokey eyes and the mehr lipstick.

coz im dying to have that lipstick! too bad here in our part of the world the collection isnt available yet, and the our MAC counter is always out of stock!

Eve Avatar

I’d create a soft eye look with the neutral eyeshadows from the quad and Rani as a bright accent (love the look of that shadow!), use Gana on cheeks and Mehr on lips. 🙂

Fernanda Baldo Avatar

I think i would do a greysh eye with Siashi fluidline as a heavy eyeliner, then would contour my face and use Mehr lipstick on my lips.

Kristen Avatar

I would love a green lid with fuchsia lip:
Oomph on lid
Vivah in crease
Saffron above outer V
Jaan as lid highlight
Gana as cheek highlight
Gulabi & Lust on lips

Emilie Avatar

I would create a ‘Street Chameleon Look’. casually natural with hints of colour effortlessly blended in, with a cheeky hint of vibrant liner smudged into a smoky lower lash line.

Bahar Avatar

Just like you Christine I also HATE Lustre eyeshadows and because the only light/highlighting eyeshadow in the collection is a lustre i’m gonna use a blush, Gana.

Eyes: Gana on the inner 2/3 of the lid and under brow bone and Oomph on the outer 1/3 blended into a “V” Then I would line the upper lash line and lower waterline with Siahi and Ivy on the lower lash line. Finishing off with mascara.
Cheeks: Sur on the cheekbones and a touch of Gana on top of the cheekbones.
Lips: Yash lipstick with Lust lipgloss on top 🙂

Something I would actually wear 🙂 Love the names on the products. Kinda reminds me of NARS

Erica Avatar

I cannot find my comment,it dosent look like it was posted. Ill try again. I would try to recreate the look you did. Or i would do a smokey eye, Gana blush and flesh lipglass. Thank you Christine for this great opportunity

Jeanette Avatar

I would create a festive green look with Ivy fluidline as a base and Oomph eyeshadow on the outer part of the lid and crease. On the inner lid I would wear Lucky Green. To deepen the look I would add a bit of carbon to the outer v. On my cheeks I would wear Sur blush with maybe a bit of Gana to add shimmer. On my lips I would wear Lust lipglass. 🙂

Christina Avatar

I love the looks in the promo pics so I think I’d try something like that, a strong eye with nude lips. I’m pretty light though so it might take some experimentation^_^

kimberley_ve Avatar

i will create a look for the party from my best friend who’s turning 18 in march.
she’s having a hawaiian theme and i think these products will fit into it.
greetz,
kimberley

Natalie Avatar

I would do something neutral with a couple of twists. I’d use Jaan and Folie to do a bit of a contoured eye and then use the single in Rani to add a bit of pop on the lower lash line. To tie the lips into it I’d use Gulabi to really give a bit if punch! I’m more into neutrals than anything else, but I can see myself experimenting a lot with this collection just because the bright colors are so versatile! Thanks for the chance to win!

Jeanne Avatar

I would love to win these Micky Contractor products. I’ve been loving this collection since I read about it. I love how bright, pigmented and lively these colors are, I’ve never seen something like this really! I would create a fun night out look!

Mary Avatar

A green smokey eye would be nice with Oomph on the lid and lower lashes with Folie and Carbon on the outer corners and crease of the eye. And of course Yash to tone down the lips.

Ashley Avatar

Eyes: Marvel e/s all over the lid, use Oomph e/s to blend the edges of Marvel e/s, Gana blush to highlight browbone
Cheeks: Gana blush to highlight cheekbones, Sur blush on apples
Lips: Lust lipglass
😀

Eileen Avatar

The look would be a natural/neutral one for daytime but not to do laundry! Wld start with Athma quad – Vivah on lid, Folie on crease & Jaan as highlight for traditional look. I luv purple & green on eyes so wld put Ivy fluidline to go with Vivah. Wld go with neutral lips with Yash & Flesh overtop. Wld finish with Sur blush to keep it natural but add a little colour. Think it wld all come together nicely!

Mafalda Avatar

I would create a purple somkey eye using rani single eyeshadow and carbon from the quad. I think I would pair it with a nude lip using flesh lipgloss. 🙂

FRJZARA Avatar

Great price!!!
Eyes: MAC Ivy Fluidline, MAC Oomph Eyeshadow and MAC Saffron Eyeshadow
Blush: MAC Sur Blush
Lips: MAC Mehr Lipstick
Thanks!!

Alexis (m0rg3nst3rn) Avatar

I think that I would do something really fun and experimental. Something for a night of decadence or something that could be worn to a fun masquerade party.

chetali Avatar

since this colletion has mostly neutrals i would go with a neutral/natural look for eyes from the Athma eyeshadow quad with a pop of teal (siahi fluidline)
on lips i would go with gulapi lipstick and on cheeks for a natural flush i would go with sur blush

alyssa Avatar

My look would consist of mehr lipstick with lust lipglass over it. The two lightest colors of the athma quad on the lid and crease with the red color peeking through the upper crease and the black as a liner, and sur blusher.

Beryl Avatar

With these items, I’d try to create a soft summery look with soft cheeks and lips. (Oomph and Rani e/s combination, Sur Blush, and neutral lips)

Feda Avatar

I would do a sOft neutral look with a hint of color in the crease by using siahi fluidline as a base and then applying marvel eyeshadow on top and on the lip keeping it neutral using the colors from the athma quad deff would keep the cheeks and lips quite pinky neutral as well

Steffi Avatar

I would use Ivy Fluidline with Quarry e/s in the crease and Phloof! on the lid. For lips I’d use Mehr lipstick topped with Lust lipgloss and for the cheeks Sur blush!

kasia Avatar

Crazy one:)

Gana Blush as an eyeshadow on upper lid, Oomph in a crease and outer corner, Sioahi as an eyeliner on upper lid,

Rani eyeshadow very gently as a blush:)

Gulabi lipstick on lips

Sandra Avatar

Definitely smokey eye using the Athama’s Vivah on the lid, Folie on the outer corner blended into crease. Jaan applied softly above Folie for a nice blended finsih and a bit of Carbon on the outer corner. Complete the look with Yash lipstick.

HH Avatar

Those gorgeous bright eyeshadows would be perfect for an Arabic eye look. I’d pair it with one of those nice nude lipsticks.

Thanks for this awesome giveaway!

Sandra Avatar

Definitely smokey eye using the Athama’s Vivah on the lid, Folie on the outer corner blended into crease. Jaan applied softly above Folie for a nice blended finish and a bit of Carbon on the outer corner. Sur on cheeks with Gana above it for a little shimmer. Complete the look with Yash lipstick and Flesh Lipglass.

jyvette92 Avatar

I would create a neutral eyeshadow look with the Athma quad, I would line my eyes with the Ivy fluid line, use the Sur as my blush and wear the Yash on my lips.

Kate M. Avatar

I think I would try a smokey eye with Oomph shadow because it looks super gorgeous!

Also highlight with Gana blush!

Thanks for the giveaway!

Katrice Avatar

Using the Athma quad Jaan on the lid, Vivah in the crease, with Carbon in the outer V, and lined with Siahi fluidline. Then Sur Blush on the cheeks, followed by Mehr on the lips topped with the Fresh lipglass.

Carol Harrity Avatar

Wearing makeup is a new adventure for me. I went without for many years, but at 70 I want to look my best. The look I would love to create is smooth and natural looking-covering the bad and accenting the good.

Alexandra Avatar

I would put Oompf on the eyelid and a just a bit of a mix of Marvel and Rani in the crease.
and complete the look with Sur blush and Mehr lipstick 🙂

Alicia Webster Avatar

I would sweep a neutral color across my entire lid, and then put either a dark color or a bright color in the crease of my eyelid for contour and defintiion. Then a subtle blush, and a bold, vibrant lipstick to finish off the look.

Sabrina Avatar

Hi…Happy New Year. I would love to win this giveaway, and I would try a wow look with MAC’s Rani eyeshadow and MAC’s Ivy Fluidline on top, followed by MAC’s Yash lipstick. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing on Temptalia.

Amanda Avatar

I would have a super bright pink eye with the rani eyeshadow and keep the rest of the face neutral with gana blush whish would actually show up on my super pale skin and yash lipstick
i would wear this out at night

Nicky Avatar

Wow! What beautiful colors. I could create so many different looks with this collection. One look could be for a fun night out. I would use the purple shadow to create a twist on the smokey eye. I would use the pink shadow on the bottom of the eye as a fun eyeliner. I would finish the look with a soft pink blush and a neutral lip with a very shiny gloss.

Jessika k Avatar

I’d create a traditional old school Bollywood type look! A nude eye with a a mid brown in the crease, traditional bright pink lips, which Gulabi lipstick is PERFECT for, and a light application of a bright medium pink!!

Juan Avatar

I’d love to make a really natural and muted out look with this collection, which i think is really what it’s all about. all about perfect skin, really neutral on the lips and cheeks and something like one of the bright eyeshadows like saffron on the lids blended up into the crease, really minimal and modern 🙂 Thanks again Christine love you and what you do for us lol

Katy Avatar

i think I would do a dark smokey look on the top lids with a tiny pop of color on he lower lash line with the pink or orange. have simple lips and cheeks. Love this line!

Alexandra Avatar

id create a sultry and sexy look 😉
dark smoky eyes, with a flash of green ivy fluidline to line the top eyeline, with the soft pink brown blush on the cheeks to contour and nude and glossy lip!

Veronica Avatar

I would use Jaan on the inner half of my lid, rani on outer half. Carbon on the outer v and slightly up the crease, blend. Take carbon again and line the top lash line, Siahi fluidline to waterline and lower lash line. Sur blush on apples of cheeks and Gana to highlight. Mehr lipstick with a dot of flesh lip glass in the center.

Megan Avatar

This is a great opportunity! I am getting ready to start school at AOFM London and the extra cosmetics would be great 🙂 I would go with a neutral/golden tone eye such as Saffron, Vivah, and Jaan. With a Gana highlight under the brow and pop of color with Ivy Fluidline eyeliner. Light Sur on the cheeks, Gana highlight again under eye, and finally a Gulabi lip with Flesh Lipglass. How does that sound?

Lisa Nguyen Avatar

I would use the eyeshadow quad to make a really sultry eye and the sur blush and mehr lipstick for a more tone’d down face for the day and then smoke it out for nighttime 🙂

amy Avatar

I would use the quad and ad the pink color as a pop of color on my lower lashline! And i would ware the gana blush and the yash lipstick. But if i would ware a green outfit i would use the green eyeshadow.

Valerie C. Avatar

I’m thinking a bright bold Valentine’s Day evening look. I’d use Mehr Lipstick & Flesh Lipglass. Then Jaan, Marvel and Rani eye shadows, and Ivy Fluidline.

Soo Avatar

Oomph eyeshadow on the lid and Marvel eyeshadow on the outer crease; Siahi fluidline for eyeliner on the top and lower lashlines. a little bit of Sur blush on the cheeks for color and Mehr lipstick 🙂

Marta Avatar

The purple and green inspires me smokey eyes. I would mix both of them. That would be the main point of the look. Apart from that a nice and soft blush with nude lips. It would be great!

Debra P Avatar

I have to admit I’m lusting a bit after the Mickey Contractor Collection. Temptalia you tempt me so!

I would do a look that’s festive and flirty with Mac Marvel in Oomph. I love the purple with the soft pink tint and then I would use the blush in Sur.

I would complement the look with the Mac Siahi fluidline and then for my lips I would use Mehr with the Flesh Lip Glass over it.

I would wear purple and jeans and some hot boots :).

This is incredible . Happy New Year and thanks for the chance 🙂

I’ve been really into smoky purple lately.

@MissingLynxx

gina Avatar

I would use marvel all over the lid, with a little carbon in the outer corner to darken it, siahi on the waterline and lots of mascara!!! Definitely mehr lipstick (i absolutely love this colour!!), gana as a highlight and sur blush.. Lovely! 🙂

Alice Avatar

I’d like to try and create a nice smokey eye look with MAC Oomph Eyeshadow and incorporate one of the brighter colours to add a pop!

Cleo Avatar

I would first make sure that I create an ultra bronze-golden face (not too dark). A light application of sur blush and highlight with Gana. For eyes, Saffron eyeshadow from the lid to just below the brow bone, highlighting the brow bone with Gana blush. Siahi fluidline on the outer top and bottom corners only. Double coat of favorite mascara. Finish off with Flesh lipglass. Hair pulled back into a tight, clean pony tail.

Stephanie Avatar

I would use a nude colour on the lid and a darker one in the crease, just for a neutral look (these not from this collection..) And then I would take the Siahi fluidline for eyeliner. And on the cheeks, I would use the Sur blush. On my lips, I would use the Mehr lipsick.

Vickie Riddle Avatar

I’m not sure what look I would create with the Mac Mickey Contractor Products, but it would be so much fun trying different looks. Have a Wondrous and Blessed New Year!

Kimberly Avatar

I love this set, the shades are so intriguing! I’d use the Athma Quad to create a smokey eye, paired with a neutral lip using Yash lipstick and either Flesh or Lust lipglass.

Jay Avatar

Eyes: Fluidline Siahi, Rani – Lid, Vivah – Crease, Jaan – Highlight
Cheeks: Highlight – Gana
Lips: Mocha lipstick, hint of Lush lipglass

Lisa Sheldon Avatar

I recently finished with chemo and my hair has started to grow back. The look I would create is a soft and healthy look. Their makeup would bring color back to my face and make me feel good about myself.

Anna Avatar

I’d love to do a bare glowy contoured face with a mean colored eyeliner. Sur to contour the cheeks, Gana to highlight, yash and flesh on the lips, a contoured neutral eye with the quad, and a winged liner with siahi.

Jaya Avatar

On my inner lid – Saffron.
Next on the middle – Rani.
On the outer lid and crease – Oomph.
On browbone area and for blending – Gana.
For my outer lower lashline – Marvel
For my inner lower lashline – Rani
Upper lashline – Ivy Fluidline
Blush – Sur
Mehr lipstick topped with Lust lipglass

Katherine Avatar

a little bit of a bold look, i would do orange on the lid with a little bit of pink on the crease blending softly, and green on the lower lash line. intense long eyelashes!.. the paler blush on the cheeks and flesh lipglass! 🙂

Renee Avatar

The quad and the blushes are my most anticipated! I”m in love with satiny nude (though very light) eyes, shiny cheeks, and a bold lip.

Z Avatar

I would use Rani and Saffron together to create a bright, colorful eye… would pair with Flesh lipglass for a nude lip and Gana for defined but not too obvious cheeks… I’m south asian so I’m super excited about this collection and can’t wait to try it out!

Linna Avatar

i would go with gulabi lipstick and tons of mascara OR saffron with siahi fluidline. classic looks with unexpected colors to make life in med school less scholastic and more fabulous 😉

Sophia Lee Avatar

i would put saffron all over my entire lid, then put oomph in the crease and use ivy fluidline on the upper lash line. Then i would put Sur on my cheeks and Lust lip glass on my lips 🙂

pinksoda Avatar

since Micky Contractor likes the natural look, I would do the eyes with the athma eye quad, use both the blushes (one as a blush the other as a highlight). Next I would use the mehr lipstick as a soft lips look. And for a pop of color, I would use Ivy as a the eyeliner 🙂

Yvonne Avatar

I ADORE this collection!

I would want to create a very bright eye with a nude lip and a shimmery cheek- it wouldn’t be for the faint of heart.
Saffron all over the lid, with oomph in the crease and Ivy fluidline smudged under the eye and a slight wing ontop.

flesh lipglass for the lips, and Gana on the cheeks

xiao Avatar

lips: yash
cheeks: light dusting of Sur with Gana as a highlighter
eyes: Siahi fluidline as an all over eyeshadow

Thanks for the giveaway!

Shayla Avatar

I’d use the quad to do something…perhaps the purple-y color all over the lid and the dark blue to create a cut crease. Then the lightest shade as a highlight and a nice nude lip. 😀

Kate Avatar

This collection is full of bright eye colors and toned- down blushes. I would create a look for a night out in the spring, playing into the green and the colors of flowers for the eyes paired with subdued lips and cheeks.

Janet Avatar

These products all look amazing! Most of the colors look pretty tropical, so I would go for a glam meets the tropics look!

I would use Oomph on the lid and line with Siahi or Ivy for that really mysterious kind of look. Gana would look great as a highlighter on the cheek and brow bones. Going bold on the eyes calls for soft colors on the rest of the face, so I would use Yash on the lips.

Vanessa Avatar

Wow what an awesome give away! I think I would go with the lighter of the 2 blushes with the darker lipstick! Also go with a dramatic eye with the fun pink and green and maybe add some purple in there! So many different things to use with these colors!

Steph Avatar

I love those bright colours and find them so appealing so I’d use Rani, Saffron, Jaan on the eyes, lined with Carbon and a touch of Siahi (because it’s too gorgeous not to mention), Mehr on the lips and Gana as a highlighter.

Jackie Avatar

The look I would create would be inspired by the name of this collection. Something bright, colourful and beautiful like a peacock!!

Nathalie Avatar

Hello!!
I would make a very soft and simple make up (for spring). This is my make up (sorry i don’t speak english very well) 🙁
– lips: Mac Mehr
– eyes: Mac Athma eyeshadow quad
– blush : sur, gana (as highlighter)

I kown you speak french so..
Bye! happy new year!!

Maja Avatar

I would wear Jaan all over the lid, Rani on the outer V and Carbon on the lashline as an eyeliner. Gana on the cheeks, and maybe a little bit of Rani as well. Flesh lipglass on the lips. Voilà!

Coco Avatar

I would create a sunset look with the orange, purple and pink eyeshadow. I would start with the pink on my lids. Then I would take the orange and add that to my crease, and blending it down ward. Next i would use the purple on my upper crease, lightly blending it into the orange, but the purple will not touch the brow bone.
For the lips, I would mix both of the lip glasses
For the cheeks I would use Gana blush on the apples, and cheek bones. I would also add a little of Gana to the inner corner and brow bone of my eyes

Jean Avatar

I think I’d keep the cheeks and lips neutral and give the eyes a slight bit of color pop.

Eyes: Saffron all over the lid, Oopmh in the crease line and outer-third of the lid, then Ivy fluid line just on the upper lid, slightly thick. I’d tightline with UD Zero liner top and bottom, then put a couple of coats on of CoverGirl Last Blash mascara.

Blush: A very, very light dusting of Sur, blended in on the apple of the cheeks. Gana would go on the cheekbones as a highlighter, on the brow bones, on the bridge of the nose, and on my cupid’s bow.

Lips: Yash lipstick topped with Flesh lipglass.

🙂 Just thinking about it is fun!!

p.s. I tweeted!

probably just a simple look using saffron, just work it from dark to light, like really intense on the eye lids, and smudge it out to make sure there’s no harsh lines.

Michelle Avatar

I always try to do my makeup like I see it the magazines, but it never seems to come out right. Last week I bought lip stain and it looked horrible! MAC makeup is such a high quality which I think would help me when experimenting with new looks. In Oscar de la Renta’s latest line, he does beautiful blue, smokey eyes. I would try to replicate this with a different color, making it more functional when I go out at night. I would do a lighter lip to accent the eyes without over powering them. Thanks!!

Margaret Smith Avatar

I’d love to make a classic, elegant look. I’d use the MAC Siahi Fluidline, the MAC Saffron Eyeshadow and MAC Oomph Eyeshadow, the MAC Sur Blush and the MAC Mehr Lipstick.
What a great prize package! This would be so much fun. Thanks so much.

Shreeya Avatar

Because of the bright colors, I would want to do a peacock look on my eyes, with Gulabi on the lips! I think an “out-there” look would be PERFECT!

Savannah Avatar

I’d use Marvel on the lid (wet) use an angled brush to shape it into cat-eye. I’d follow the shape on the lashline with Siahi liner and pile on black mascara. For cheeks I’d contour a bit with Sur blush and brighten my cheekbones with Gana. Not a huge lipstick fan so I’d just sweep on Flesh lipglass! I’m CRAZY excited about this collection, really hope I win! (:

Cynthia Avatar

i would use jaan all over the lid, folie on the outer half of the lid and vivah lightly in the crease. i would use a combo of Mehr and Yash on the lips. and Sur lightly on the cheeks.

lovesmakeup Avatar

I would use jaan on the inner third of the eyelid, folie, on the inner half, oomph on the outer corner and crease. I would add carbon to the outer corner to darken it up, then use a neutral highlighter to finish the eye out. I would use carbon as a liner as well, then add sur to the cheeks and add gana to the cheekbones for a nice highlight and top my lips off with mehr.

Jamie Avatar

Since it’s a spring line, I would do a spring/flower/nature look, jaan from the quad all over the lid then on the inner crease saffron and oomph in the outer crease and then line the outer v, upper lash line, and outer/second half of my lower lash line with marvel 🙂

Andrea Avatar

definitely without a doubt a cool tropical look. the colors remind me of the warm sands in the Caribbean islands which i’ve cruised to and fell in love with. this would be like bringing the tropical weather and atmosphere back with me!

Keri Avatar

I would create a new me for 2011. I wear it all!! I tend to not wear much. My mac powder, naked lunch frost, mascara and top it off with viva glam VI. I buy the same things and never try anything new. So this is just what I need for my new year’s resolution. Hoping for a new colorful me!

Theresa C Avatar

I would create a look of anonymity as I rarely ever wear bright colored makeup. I need to add some color to my life this would be great!

molly Avatar

Saffron eyeshadow all over with marvel eyeshadow in crease, and room as my highlighter. Minted for my lower lashing, and ivy fluidline on my upper lashline. MAC falsies mascara on lashes!

Brittany Avatar

In keeping with the influence of Bollywood, I would do a look inspired by the women of India. On the lids and brow bone would be Saffron and in the crease would be Oomph. From the outer corner to the middle of the lower lashline would be Marvel and from the middle lash line up to and around the tear ducts would be Rani. For eyeliner I would just use Ivy on the lower waterline and then around the eye a very thick black eyeliner with two tails at each end and white eyeliner between the tails.

For the cheeks I’d use Sur. For the lips I’d line and then fill lightly with Subculture lipliner and then top with Yash lipstick.

Kelly Avatar

I would create a very vibrant very non-wearable look with the blue lip color, and odalisque on the lid, and noir plum in the crease. Really beautiful colors!

Marina O Avatar

Ooh, I Love those colors. There are about 4 looks I came up with instantly. While most people would think to use them as night looks, I have no problem wearing bright, bold looks during the day.
I follow on twitter as @iFresa

Andrea Beauchamp Avatar

I would take Siahi gel liner, smudge and smoke it out on the top lash line more towards the outter portion of the eye, to make a smokey cat eye, and line the waterline with it as well, lots of mascarra. I would pair this with Sur blush and Yash lipstick.

Laura Avatar

I would do a cat-eye liner look using Siahi fluidline over a nude/champagne colored eyeshadow along with mega bold lashes. I would use Sur blush lightly and Yash lipstick for a neutral face and lip combo that would let the bold blue eyeliner stand out!

undercat Avatar

The fluidlines tempt me the most, so I think my first look would be a cat eye with Siahi, with Sur and Gana (also tempting!) as blush and highlighter, respectively.

Tera Avatar

I love Neutrals….so I would do Saffron on the Lid with Vivah in the crease and I would use the Gana Blush as a highlighter for my face and even inner corners. I would use the Sur blush on my cheeks. I would top it off with the Flesh lipglass.

Abby Avatar

The eyeshadow quad really stands out to me the most in this line. All of these colors would work really well together as a smokey eye. The siahi fluidline would be a nice complement to it. 🙂

Heather Avatar

These products are absolutely AMAZING ..i would love to use these colors to create an Original Mardi Gras Theme for this upcoming March when me and my Fiance will be going to New Orleans = )

Nazia Avatar

I think the look I would try to do a bronzy glow look. Gana as a cheek highlighter. Saffron all over the lid with folie in the crease for a slight definition. Siahi fluidline on the waterline. MAC Yash lipstick with flesh lipglass over it.

Fatima Avatar

I would create a glamorous bollywood look using gulabi lipstick for a pop of colour on the lips with sur blush and create a dramatic eye with the athma eyeshadow quad.

Ada Avatar

I know it sounds tacky and a bit extreme, but I would make a rainbow eye look (yes, multiple colors, like what you’re thinking) and go very pale and plain on the rest of my face. Maybe I could go as a rainbow for Halloween? :]

Natalie M. Avatar

What a lovely collection! On the eyes, I would use Saffron on the lid, and Oomph in the crease. For the cheeks I would put Sur on the apples, and use Gana to highlight. On the lips, Flesh over Yash.

Diane Avatar

I would create a look perfect for a night out!
Yash lipstick
and Sur blush sheered out on my cheeks, Gana possibly as a highlight
inner corners of the eyes I would use Jaan and then blend out with
Vivah in the centre and in the outer corners use Marvel.
I’d stick with black eyeliner (engraved) and then add a little bit
of ivy fluidline on the bottom inner corners just for an extra flash
of color

<3

Mel Avatar

Eyes, I would mix Rani & Saffron going 2/3 of the way on the lid & Carbon on the outter corner, blending slightly upward. In the crease a light application of Folie to blend edges, then Jaan on the brow bone. I would line the top lashline w/ a mix of Marvel and Carbon. The bottom lashline w/ Folie & go darker in the corner with Carbon and finish w/ black mascara. On the cheeks – Sur Blush and lips Mocha on the outter portion and Yash in the middle.

Andréanne Avatar

I would use this lovely orange or the purple eyeshadow with a liner brush, in the inner corner of my eyes, to add a pop of colour to a classic black eyeliner (wearable for work)

Diana Avatar

I would try Ivy as a base, Oomph on the outer third, Jaan in the inner corner, and Siahi as a liner. Yash on the lips, sur on the cheeks and Gana ad a highlight. I really love this collection, hope I can get my hands on it! Even though I’ve already added some of the dupes to my wishlist thanks to your swatches 🙂

Anh Van Avatar

I would do a contoured and natural look with these products. Mickey Contractor said that the hardest type of makeup is one that is natural so with these products, I would love to create a look that will be flawless and beautiful.

Teresa Avatar

I would do a smokey eye with Marvel or Oomph (loving the look of both!) as well as other coordinating colours. I would use Sur as a defining blush, more like a contour, and perhaps sheered out on the cheeks. I would use Gana as a highlighter, it looks gorgeous in your swatches! Then I’d finish off with Mehr lipstick.

Silva Avatar

I would definitely use Oomph, ever since I saw swatches, I wanted it soo bad. I’d probably use Ivy fluidline with it, then Yash lipstick so it won’t overwhelm the look.

Kitty Avatar

I’d use folie in the crease with carbon in the outer v and jaan on the lid and lined with black liner. Mehr lipstick and both cheek products!

stephanie Avatar

I love this! I would use Siahi on the entire lid, Saffron in the crease Sur on the cheeks and YAsh on the lips. Very simple but gorgeous!

Laura Avatar

I’d probably do a very simple, neutral eye using Jaan and Vivah from the quad, then dramatic blue winged liner with Siahi Fluidline. Mehr lipstick and Lust lipglass on the lips, and on the cheeks I would wear Sur blush, with Gana blush just on the top of my cheekbones as a highlight.

Alessandra Avatar

I would use Odalisque on the lid and Paparazz-she in the corner! Prance as highlighter!
A black eyeliner perfectly smudged.
On the check Gana blush!
Natural lips! 🙂

Ozzy Avatar

I would do a smokey look using Safron all over lid and carbon in the crease with maybe some blacktrack on the upper lash line, and maybe Hey as a highlighter.
I would also use the Mehr lipstick and I would put Sugarrimmed Dazzelglass on it and some soft pink blush like Well Dressed.

Kerry Avatar

I would want to try out a glamourous, colorful, night-out look for my first look. I’m a “traditional” winged eyeliner, red lips girl, so this will be a major creative leap for me! 🙂

Constance Avatar

If I won this make up I would use it to give myself a natural, warn look for these long winter months, and then create a lighter look for the spring/summer months.I’m following on twitter as @ConVo_Info, and I’m very excited about this giveaway! Thank you for hosting it!

ConiSu Avatar

With my graying hair and like complexion I seem to be fading away. So I think I’d go for a look that would emphasize my eyes and add a bit more color to my cheeks.

Vesna Avatar

I would use:
cheeks – Gana
eyes – Marvel on lower lash line and Ivy Fluidline
lips – Mehr

<3

p.s. I did already comment on this but I don't think my comment got through cause I didn't see that approval message?

alana Avatar

i would use siahi as a base and then top it off with oomph on the lid, i would make a pop of colour on the lower lash line using marvel and rani.
i would contour and highlight with gana and sur blush and wear yash lipstick to pull the whole thing together!!

Denise Avatar

I’d pair Oomph and Rani on the eye for a really bold look! And the flesh lipglass to keep the lip somewhat neutral to keep the focus on the eyes.

Pedrachina Avatar

OMG!!
I love MAC Athma Eyeshadow Quad…. I would use Vivah on the lid and Jaan in the crease, Ivy on the waterline
On my cheeks I would use Gana with Yash on the lips

Elisaveta Aleksieva Avatar

From the palette I would put Jaan all over the lid.A little bit of Saffron in the crease and then I would add Marvel in the outer V.For more of an artistic look I would even line my lash line with Siahi fluidline. For my lips I would wear the combination between Mehr lipstick and Lust lipglass.

Tifa Avatar

Marvel on the lids, with Oomph lightly on the lower line for a different color. Mac SUR blush for the main cheek and Gana as a highlighter, but only on the cheek bone. Mac Mehr on the lips. Mehr is gorgeous, I’m definitely looking to get that.

Nav Avatar

I’m sorry I don’t know the names of each coloured ones so will use colours!

Eyes: pink shadow on inner third of lid
purple shadow on outer 2 thirds
green shadow in crease anf forming outer V
ivy fluidline to line eyes

Cheeks: Sur blush

Lips: Yash lipstick

I’ve chosen dramatic eyes! 😀

Devin Avatar

I would use saffron on the mobile lid, vivah in the crease blended out with jaan. I would line with siahi. Mac sur blush on the cheeks with gana as the highlight. On the lips I would use yash lipstick with flesh lipglass.

Jana Avatar

Something fresh looking but bright since i live on the beach, some bronzing/ highlighting on cheeks/face, orange/pinky eyeshadow to brighten up my eyes, and lots of eyeliner on upper lid and mascara to make them nice and big! some lipgloss, loose wavy hair and you’re done! Beach party!

Laura Avatar

Would love to use Noir Plum all over the lid with Odalisque in the crease. Maybe some Peek-at-You as a good highlight. Would have to also find a way to mix in peacocky gloss. Maybe a hint mixed with vanity fair? Who knows! 🙂

Carmen Avatar

I would wear a subtle smokey eye with the Anthma quad and Yas or Mehr lippie with a subtle blush. I’d line with Ivy liner and finish with a spritz of Fix +. Happy New Year!

Ilexica Avatar

I can’t get over the fluidlines. I’d keep it really simple with gana blush and flesh lipglass, then lashings of siahi. Perfect for day to day!

Jamee Avatar

I would use the athma eyeshadow quad to create a naked eye look. I’d use sur blush topped with gana as a highlighter and finish up with mehr lipstick for a nice everyday look.

Betsy Moscoso Avatar

I think I would create a really bold look with these eye shadows. I tend to do neutral looks, but since there are so many beautiful bright colors, and it’s a new year, I’d go all out!

Jamie Avatar

I have pale skin so this collection isn’t really meant for me but I really like bright colors so some sort of multicolored bright look!

Wilson Avatar

On the eyes using Saffron all over the lid and Rhani in the crease and outer v bended out well with Siahi as the liner createing an intese colour peacock like effect. On the cheecks Gana Blush and on the lips Yash lipstick followed by Flesh lipglass. This look would be suitable for a night out at the club…could be tonned down for school or work.

Laurz Avatar

I know it’s not creative, but I can’t wait to recreate the look you did with the soft, warm brown eyeshadow and the green fluidline!! I love the colour of the fluidline…there haven’t been any exciting ones lately.

Deb Avatar

This is an awesome giveaway!
I’d do a simple smokey eye with the purple eyeshadow (Marvel, I believe), and use Siahi as liner, with a nude lip.

Lulu Avatar

I would definitely use Mehr lipstick for this look because I’ve been looking forward to this lippie ever since hearing about it, my friend’s name is Mehr! Then for blush I’ll use Sur. For eyes I would choose Oomph with Ivy fluidline 🙂

Nessa Avatar

OoooOOooOh…. experimentation will determine the look to create! I can’t decide so I guess I’ll just need to figure out a look by trying over and over again! I love make-up… I would do a different look for every part of the day every day if I had the time lol

Liz Avatar

I would great a fun look with the eyeliners (Ivy and Siahi) over a basic neutral e/s on lids, with Marvel and Oomph in the crease/outer v and Mehr lipstick on my lips

diavolobello Avatar

I’d use Carbon to thickly line all around, Saffron on the lid, Rani in the crease and blended up and slightly above, Jaan to highlight, Ivy to go over the black on the lower lash line, Flesh lipglass, and gana to highlight.

Nancy Avatar

I would do a neutral eye look and pair it with the ivy fluidline because it’s such a pretty color. And top it off with the Yash lipstick 🙂

Lynn Avatar

OMG! What an amazing prize! I am in love with this collection.
I would do a dark smokey eye with Marvel and Carbon (from the Athma quad).
Line my bottom lash line with Siahi Fluidline.
Sweep Sur across my cheekbones for a light flush of color.
Keep my lips a muted nude color with Flesh lipglass.

That’s it! Thank you for this amazing giveaway!

Keriann Avatar

I would create a night look which would be a pink and purple smokey eye using the amtha quad, marvel, and rani. Then lips i would us mehr lipstick with just a very little bit of gulabi on the center of the lips. Lastly sur for the blush.

lucyzombie Avatar

well. my first thought when looking at this photo was PINK! haha. i’m a sucker for bright colours, so i’d probably try and utilize the pink and purple as much as possible. keeping it dramatic i’d probably do a pink lid with purple shading on the inner and outer corners. can’t quite think of the perfect way to describe it. and as much as i love drama, i look like a dude in terrible drag when combining heavy eyes and lips, so i’d use the paler shades, of blush and lippy, in order to avoid frightening small children and pets.

Kris Avatar

On my eyes I’d use the Athma Eyeshadow Quad and would put Jann all over my lid, Folie on my crease and Vivah in my outer v. Some Sur blush on my cheeks and Yash on my lips.

Sarah Gouveia Avatar

This is an amazing collection. I like it for it’s basic-ness and because of the potential to make colors pop. I would use it for every day and on special occasions.

VJNS Avatar

Most likely I will use this collection to enhance the rest of my collections. For some reason, I think of the Hello Kitty line. These colors would be great even alone for every day and special nights.

Sarah Avatar

I would do an orange base on the upper lid, then add some of the bright pink into the outer corner and pull it across the crease. I’d use the skin coloured blush as a brow bone highlight and blend it down into the pink and orange to fade out their harsh lines. Finally I’d line my lower lash line with the purple. Add some mascara and black eyeliner, a pop of pink blush and a nude shimmery lip 🙂

Michelle Avatar

I would do a neutral eye then use a bright colored eyeshadow on my lower lash line for a pop of color. For my lips I would wear mehr lipstick and sur blush on my cheeks.

Raegan H Avatar

use light blush as highlite for all over glow and dark blush on cheeks and use the purple and green as sexy dark smoldering smoky look with the siahi fluidline and other lipglass

MelissaO Avatar

I’m pretty clueless with makeup, so I’d bring it all to a friend and let her do her thing…would probably be striking and bold. Would also have to scale her back a bit because she is always so surprised how white I am.

wolverina401 at gmail dot com

Alexis Avatar

I would create a colorful eye look with Rani and Marvel and keep the lips neutral with Flesh lipglass. I really like this entire collection! Very pretty.

LaAle Avatar

I’d create a look with Saffron eyeshadow all over the lid, Oomph in the crease and Ivy fluidline on the upper lash line.
Sur blush on cheeks and Mehr lipstick on lips
(that lipstick is definitely on my wishlist!) 😉

Camille Avatar

I’m really loving the saffron color. I’d like to try to create some looks with saffron as the lid color with marvel or oomph as the crease color.

hazel Avatar

The colors are wonderful! 🙂
I’d love to try a dramatic purple eye and and use Jaan and Vivah from the Athma quad to complement it. Then use the Siahi Fluidline as eyeliner and Gana blush to finish it off.

Jenn Avatar

I’m in love with Siahi, so I would do a very neutral lip using Mehr, use Sur on the cheeks with Gana to highlight, and then Siahi as a navy cat-eye! 🙂

Kate S Avatar

Such intense colors would make me want to create a special warm palette for the day…the sophistcate. But for night…turn on the color for the glamorous look, smokey eyes and outrageous lips.

Hero Avatar

I would create a classic look with a mlbb-mehr and a simple lid with siahi fluidline as a bit of an oomph, actually pretty much the same as your look teehee

Kristina Sharp Avatar

Well, I’m not sure what I’d call it, but I’d use saffron on my lid and marvel in the outer crease for a vibrant eye look, with Sur on my cheeks and Yash on my lips topped with a little lipglass. It sounds fun!

Victoria Avatar

I would do a cut-crease look with Marvel, Oomph and Rani! I would use Saffron on the lower lash line and Siahi liner for the upper lash line.

Danielle B. Avatar

I would do a punk-pixie look with rani all over my lid and marvel in my crease, and siahi fluidline. sur blush, and mehr lipstick!

Erin Kinney Avatar

Everything about this collection screams Bollywood makeup to me. I would do a dark dramatic green on the eye with paparazz-she in the crease just so you could see a hint of warmth. Paired off with a nude cheek and lip and you have a very sultry night out look!

Jessica Allison Avatar

The single
shades are screamng for a “sunset” treatment: Saffron on the middle of he lid, blended into Rani on the outer corner & into the crease, with Marvel a bit above the crease to deepen the Rani. I’d probably even try some Gana on
my lids- inner corners & brow bones!

Luisafer Avatar

Have always loved combining pink and orange, so that would be a super cute warm look!!! with rosie cheeks and great lips!!! love it!!!

(this is the 2nd time im entering fyi. Thanks!)

Andrea Palmer Avatar

I would do a glitzy glam look, maybe incorporating the blushers on the eyes and add a pop of color with one of the fluidlines!!

Sash Avatar

I’d create a nice everyday look with the MAC Mehr Lipstick. If I were to use the entire collection in one night, I’d so go bold and do it! lol

Kayla Avatar

I think I would make a fun green eye look with Oomph eyeshadow , Carbon eyeshadow to darken and Ivy fluidline. On my cheeks I would use Gana blush as a highlighter and Sur blush as my cheek colour. I would use Mehr lipstick to finish off the look. 🙂

Cathy Avatar

I absolutely LOVE this collection. First I would start off by evening out the skintone with one of the foundations. For myself, I think NC44.5 would be my exact skintone. Then I’d put Jaan in the inner corners of the eye to brighten up the eye, Folie in the crease, and blend it slightly higher, then carbon just in the outter v of the eye to smoke it out. I’d keep the lips nude with Yash lipstick and Flesh lipglass over that. I’d use Sur blush on the apples of my cheeks, and then use Gana maybe as a highlight. Hope I win! 🙂

Zoe C Avatar

I would use the Rani shadow all over my lid and use the saffron shadow in my crease and a little out and blend it with the pink to make it look like a sunset then use the siahi fluidline and yash on my lips and lust lipglass maybe 😀

John Avatar

I’d use the Gana blush as an eyeshadow and create a sort of rectangle above both eyes; kind of like Princess Tamina in the movie, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. Then use the Siahi Fluidline to line to upper and lower lash lines, and the water line. Then I’d use Jaan from the Athma Quad to line the inner corner of the eye at the tear duct, to highlight the eyes. Then I’d use the Sur Blush as a blush, then layer it over with Vivah from the Athma Quad to give the face a more bronzed appearance. Finally for the lips, I’d do the Yash Lipstick and then layer it over with some of the Gana Blush, to give the lips a dimensional color and shine without the stickiness of any lipglass or lipgloss.

Olivia Avatar

I would create a fun day look using the the Siahi fluidline to create a heavy winged cat eye and also the Rani eyeshadow to contrast against the turquoise liner. Then I’d keep the lips and cheeks simple and light to keep the attention on the eyes by using the Ghana blush and Yash lipstick.

Mevs Avatar

I would do saffron on the inner 2/3rds then blend in rani onthe outer 1/3 and buff it into the crease as well…then do a dramatic winged eyeliner.

Katrina Avatar

Eyes: A little vivah on the crease with Siahi fluidline
Cheeks: Sur on the cheeks and gana to highlight
Lips: Yash lipstick and flesh lipglass

RJ Avatar

As a indian woman, this collection is right up my alley – and I’ll share with you why this collection is extra special – and why I have chosen the following products for a look

My fiancee and I have been calling each other JAAN from the very beginning of when we met (it replaces baby in english :D)

We had a really tough time conceiving but after years of trying (and being told it would never happen) we are finally expecting a girl (often doctors tell us that she is a MARVEL baby) – who thanks to this collection – we are going to name MEHR

So you will now understand why I’ve created the following look 😉

EYES: I would use Marvel all over the lid (as i find purple compliments many skintones, esp tanned, and brown eyes).
Jaan to blend it out
put vivah in the crease – blending out really well
then using carbon for upperliner. I would carry that on and make a outer V and smoke it out!
Gana to highlight browbone.

CHEEKS: Sur blended out nicely for a light natural flush
Gana to highlight cheekbones

LIPS: Mehr!!! 🙂

Pauline Milner Avatar

With the awesome products that you are offering, I would try a bold new look. I am always so conservative with my make up, I think I would like to try something different. I think it would be neat to add some more colour to my face and see what people think! My Husband has suggested it several times, so it would be a real treat for him. Thanks for offering such a great giveaway.

C. George Avatar

These colors are so beautiful!! I would definitely pair Oomph and Saffron eyeshadows together and Marvel and Rani together (the purple and pink would look awesome, Rani on the Lid, Marvel in the crease and maybe something like showstopper to smoke it out). I would use Gana blush and top it off with Yash lipstick for a beautiful night out look. For extra drama I would add MAC # 36 lashes!!!

Sydney Avatar

I would do a Mickey inspired look an explosion of color makeup look. Because this collection has some wonderful pop of color eyeshadows. And I’d keep the cheek and lip color neutral as the attractions goes towards the eyes.

Adriana Avatar

It is very well said! I would love to try on this upcoming collection. The colors on the photo are so perfect with my complexion and brown eyes!

Julia from Germany Avatar

Wow, I would love to win!
I would use Jaan, Vivha and Folie for the eyes, maybe even a little bit of Carbon for more depth. Then I would put Sur Blush onto the cheeks and use Gana as a highlighter. For the lips, I would probably use Mehr, but I guess, Yash would fit as well.

Nicole Avatar

I love neutrals, so I’d use the Athma quad for eyes: vivah on eyelids, carbon in crease, and jaan to highlight. I’d wear the sur blush and mehr lipstick with lust lipglass.

erin Avatar

i think i’d wanna play with the siahi fluidline along with a few of the shadows (something i almost never do) and a nude lip (again, something i rarely do). this collection is different from anything i would normally buy, but it’s so gorgeous i can’t help but lust after it.

Holly Avatar

I’d use Jaan all over the lid with a mix of Folie and Vivah in the crease. I’d use carbon as my eyeliner smudged on the top an on the outer corner of the bottom lash line.
Then I’d use Sur blush and leave my lips bare!

Amy Avatar

I love bright looks and really want to see how the pink blends into the purple. a little hint of the orange to along the edge. With such bright eyesi would use a very soft face and neutral lips!

ileen Avatar

I would create a smokey cranberry/warm eyeshadow look with the MAC Athma Eyeshadow Quad. For lips I would wear the MAC Yash Lipstick, along with MAC Flesh Lipglass for a pretty nude lip. And slightly dust MAC Gana Blush on my cheek bones for a subtle glow.

<3333

Caressa Avatar

I would love to create a fun, bright and flirty look with this collection. I would also like to see how many looks I can come up with and play around with the make up.

Melissa Avatar

Hi
I am looking a lot makeup at shop but I never bought the makeup because there are a lot different makeup, I can’t find a good makeup.

Courtney Avatar

I would do a super bright eye with the fuschia and purple shadows and then do a neutral cheek and lip with Gana blush and Flesh lipstick.

Tasha Avatar

I would love to try a bright vibrant eye with a bit more of a neutral softer lip and cheek! The colors look amazingly bold and vivacious!

Teegan Briggs Avatar

The green and purple would go PERFECTLY with a sexy dress I have. I’d create a “peacock” look on my next big night out!

elizabeth_2223 Avatar

I would go for Rani all over the lid, do Marvel on the crease and for a little more dramatic put Oomph on the outer 1/3 of the lid. Black eyeliner on the waterline, Marvel on the lower lash line. Haute & Naughty for nice dramatic eyes and Sur as our blush.

Maria Avatar

I would place Blanc Type to highlight, then with a 226 brush apply Rani to the the crease, Marvel on the lid over Bare Study paint pot, then blend out Rani with a lil bit of Saffron just a lil bit where it just peaks out over Rani with Flesh lipglass

Jenn Avatar

I am really looking forward to using these new fluidlines! My favorite NFL team made the playoffs, and their colors are blue and green. I would probably use the fluidlines to create a look to route on my team this weekend!

Kitsa Tsivoulas Avatar

I would create a sophisticated look for the day and a romantic look for the evening. I would love to pile on as many shades of eye shadow to shock my husband.

Sandra S Avatar

What a great giveaway, I would definitely be able to create a new glamourous party look with these colorful shades. Would be quite a difference to my old plain natural look.

Crystal Avatar

You know which look I’d create with this makeup from MAC? I’d create the “you’d never know I was a working mom of 3” look!!! I’ve found that I can only use good quality makeup anymore.

kiwi Avatar

I would do a super bright, fun eye, with thin black liner and maybe some false lashes. but i would keep the rest of the face really natural and played down. using creme de nude on the lip and maybe prism for a countour/blush.

Just once I would like to create a bold glam look. So Noir plum mega metal for my eyeshadow. Fluidline in Dark Diversion and Strut your stuff lipcolour! This is a wonderful giveaway and would love to win…Thank you…

Cathie Avatar

When you ask for mail (not published) do you want email or snail-mail? (I posted my email, but if I win, of course I’ll give you my home addy.)

I’m an older gal, and new to your make-up line. I’d simply love to have some new products, and all too happy to dispose of my old stuff. Most days, I’d go for a very simple, barely-there look with just a touch of glam. Mostly neutral tones, a light touch of blush, some nice eyeliner and mascara, as I have very fair and sparse eyelashes, and a nice, soft lipstick and/or gloss.

For a night out, depending on where I’m headed, I’d like a nice soft, smokey look and a slightly bolder shade of lipstick. I think it would be fun to experiment with all the products that are included which I have never heard of before.

Sounds like a great offer! Thank you for giving me a chance to enter, and Happy New Year!

Melissa Avatar

I would create a dramatic neutrals look. For eyes, Vivah on the lid with Folie in my crease and Jaan as a browbone highlight. Using Ivy as an eyeliner on the top and bottom lash line, winging it out a tad on the side. I would wear Sur blush on my cheeks with Gana as a highlight on the top of my cheek bones. I would also wear Mehr lipstick as well as Lust lipglass on top.

Kriston Avatar

I’ll admit I drooled a bit when I saw this collection, the colours are fabulous. I’m yearning for Spring so I would love a fresh evening-spring look. MAC Gana Blush on apples of my cheeks with a bit of the Sur behind, Saffron eyeshadow, Ivy fluidline and Yash lips!

o0Stacey0o Avatar

I’d really love to use the entire quad palette with Ivy fluidline on the lower lash line. That pop of green would really make the eyes look fantastic. =)

Grace Avatar

I would LOVE to do a pink & purple smokey eye using Rani for the lid, then Marvel & Carbon to smoke it out. Since I am an NC42 skin tone, I think Sur blush would show up best on my skin. Then I would keep the lips nude using Yash lipstick. I am so excited for this collection!!

Vilai Avatar

I’d use the eyeshadow quad to create a smokey eye and use Mehr on the lips with a bit of Lust on it. For blush, I’d use Sur and Gana would make a lovely highlighter.

victoria Avatar

I would use Oomph eyeshadow all over the lid, carbon on the crease and saffron on the outer V with Ivi fluidline, with Flesh Lipglass and Gana blush 🙂

Tia Avatar

I’d use the more neutral shadows in the collection along with Ivy to really make my eyes pop. I know you were a little disappointed with the pigmentation but I still love the colour of ivy.

rachel w Avatar

I would definitely utilize the Athma quad and the Siahi liner and create a shimmery smoky eye. The face would be light and shimmery, and I would use the Mehr lipstick for the lip.

This is definitely a dressy kind of look, but the eye could be lightened up and the lip nude or natural for daytime 🙂

Charlotte Avatar

I would go bold with Saffron, Rani and Marvel on the eye (from inner to outer corner) Sur blush on the cheeks with Gana as a highlight on the cheek and eyebrow bone and Mehr on lips =]

Agnes Avatar

i would go for a bright eye using marvel and rani! gorgeous gorgeous shades! <3 <3 the second look i'd do would be with oopmh and saffron hehe but back to the first look. i'd pair that bright eye with the sur blush and gana to highlight and although its a bit bright, i'd use the siahi fluidline because its absolutely beautiful! pair it off with a the yash lipstick and i think thats about it haha. sounds pretty bright but itd be so much fun 🙂 thanks for having this!

Tyler K Avatar

I’m posting for my wife…who would be able to have several looks…a simple but beautiful look for work, and also a bold look for going out!

Olivia Avatar

I would create a look using the anthma quad, with the lightest shade as a wash with the siahi fluidline for a pop of color, with sur as a blush & gana as a higlight, then some mehr lipstick sheered out. 🙂

Olivia Avatar

I would create a look using the anthma quad, with the lightest shade as a wash with the siahi fluidline for a pop of color, with sur as a blush & gana as a higlight, then some mehr lipstick sheered out. 🙂

Diane Avatar

I would amp up the Eyeshadow Quad with some Saffron as a color pop. Then I would smudge some Siahi on the lower lash line. I would also use the the Sur blush and Yash lipstick to finish!

Tamara Avatar

I would actually use rani, marvel, foli and saffron for the look. I would use rani and saffron on the lid and on the crease then smoke it out with marvel and folie ( of course blending very well!) . I think that would look amazing the colors are so vivid! then i would put Mehr on the lips and use sur on the cheeks and would most likely line the eyes with the siahi fluidline 🙂 hope you like!

Whitney Avatar

What a great giveaway! The variety of products offered would give you so many different looks. I would go for a glamourous eye look with neutral lips. I love experimenting though so I’d be sure to try many looks!

celyna Avatar

Id use the quad to create a smokey look. Then use yash lipstick and lust lipglass. I love neutrals and dark smokey eyes. Oomph would make a great smokey eye too.

Nancy Meyer Avatar

I’ve got grad school interviews coming up, so I’d use it to get a professional, yet pretty look!

nancymeyer1 at gmail dot com

Shanna Avatar

I’m a sucker for smoky eye, whether using blacks, browns, whatever. I like playing with color, so as long as its a smoky eye, thats the look I would create 😉

Liz Avatar

I’m not an expert with makeup, but I’d do something subtle and sophisticated for a romantic dinner out!

egenevieve at hotmail dot com

Jennie Avatar

I would do a look for Coachella- Yash and the quad for some daytime neutrals, but that gorgeous Siahi for some fun around the eyes and Saffron for shimmer!

baby1black Avatar

Since i could not get siahi, sur, saffron and mehr cause they all sold out ,i will try my best to win this, o.k. i definety will try a look with rani eyeshadow, don’t be scared but it is gorgeous color and since it is not as pigmented it will not look like a crazy hot pink on the eyes. Definetly add oomph on the crease, layering it until darker. ivy on the lower lashes ,add a little bit of rani too and gana as a eyebrow highlighter. A light touch of sur blush on the cheeks with gana as a cheek highlighter and definetly a nude lip, yash + flesh. hopefully it works!

Jia Avatar

I love the colorful eyeshadows. I would use the Oomph and shadows for a colorful smoky eye and then use Sur Blush for a natural finish around the cheek.

Anya Avatar

I would use this collection to create a really pretty, colorful spring look – a break from all the neutrals I’ve been wearing! I love all the colors from this collection.

Tanis Avatar

Something very natural for every day wear – light colors, some brown, beige, etc.

Of course a few more colors for nights out to really enjoy the win!

Thank you!

julieh Avatar

I’d line my eyes with Ivy fluidline, sweep Saffron eyeshadow all over the lid, and finish with Yash lipstick!
tweeted. (honeypie411)

Marlo Avatar

Great colors, they remind me of spring. I would have lots of time to experiment and come up with a fresh and colorful spring look (and it will brighten my winter to try that)

Josh Avatar

I’m going to be honest and say that I’m trying to win this for my wife so I don’t know what kind of look!!! Probably nothing too risque as it’s not her style!!

BeyondTheBath(Stephie) Avatar

I’d create a look with heavy, heavy, eyeliner, courtesy of the Ivy Fluidline. The rest of the look would be quite neutral (thanks to all of the neutrals in this collection), but BAM! Ivy Fluidline FTW!

Sally Avatar

Wow all the colors are so bright and colorful!
I usually go for natural eyes but with this collection, I’d love to try a more colorful dramatic/smokey look. 🙂

Christina Ordonez Avatar

I would apply Oomph all over the lid, blend with Saffron almost until the brow, and lay down a nice elongated cat-eye with Ivy. A touch of Sur blush along the cheekbone, with a teeny stroke of Gana on top. And finished with a coating of the GORGEOUS mocha lipstick (or Yash, but for this look mocha might be better as it pairs a stronger lip with the strong eye).

Rebecca Avatar

I would love to use these products for a glamourous party look or a fresh twist on a weekend. Give everyone something UNEXPECTED!!!!

Lesa Steele Avatar

What a versatile pallette! Thanks so much for the giveaway :-)The smokey eye is always so hot. I live in Jersey and with shows like Jerseylicious we seem to pay closer attention to what the “Jersey Girls” are wearing. And on the eyes it all about smokey. So I’m saying I would have a lot of fun playing up different smokey and reverse smokey combinations.

ki. Avatar

I’d use sumptuous olive on my lids, with a little bit of oomph to smoke it out in the outer v, gana as a highlight on my cheekbones with a bit of sur on the apples of my cheeks! I’d keep my lips nude 🙂

Oh and a bindi and a sari just to work the bollywood look 😀

Nalia Avatar

I would use the athma quad to create a smokey eye use ivy on the lower lash line in the outer corner as a pop of color. Use Sur under the Cheekbones slightly as a contour and a touch of Gana as a highlight. Yash on Lips. Done 🙂

Valeen N Avatar

I think I’d try to create a peachy, sun-kissed look, yet not tanned. I’m fair-skinned so I’d go a little easy on the darker colors, maybe just on the corners of my eyes.

joanne w Avatar

I’m a big fan of using a few products to create a look, though I totally cheat by using palettes 😀
So I’d used the Athma Eyeshadow Quad to create a classic smokey look though how smokey depends on the occasion and how I’m feeling. Then use one of the fluidlines to line the upper lid, again how thin and thick depends. Follow up with mascara. Sorry I’m not too exact I’m a person that really uses make-up to express myself.

Gwen Avatar

I would go for sexy eyes. You could really play them up with all the colors. And a bold lip color…My eyes and lips are my best features..so I would work with those two.

tera Avatar

Awesome giveaway I must say 🙂
First its amazing that this collection can match any skin tone. And you can either play it up or down unlike the other new collections.
Since Im a beginner, i would use the palette the most, because its consists of not-too-out-there color. But I could use Oomph instead of Carbon at the outer corner. Gana to highlight and Sur at the apples. And for lips, Ill wear Yash or Mehr to contrast the heavier eyes.
Ive never had colored fluidlines, but I really like the blue. Maybe Ill wear it by itself and just mascara. And add Gulabi for night time.

Brittany Avatar

I would love to create a spring look, since the season is coming up and these are some great colors for it. I would definitely include Saffron, I’m so excited about that color!

Jennifer Avatar

I’d use the Jaan eyeshadow as a base over the whole lid and browbone, blending Vivah into the crease and outer corner. I’d then use the Siahi fluidline to line my upper lashes and softly blend Marvel eyeshadow into the lower lashes to create a colourful look. Finish with loads of black mascara, Sur blush on the cheeks and Mehr lipstick. 🙂

aaj83 Avatar

siiiiiiiiigh..i would keep my lips neutral with either mehr or yash..and create a smokey eye…with the quad..i don’t think i can ever get this even though i would die to get my hands on this collection since everything is sold out online 🙁

eve Avatar

i would use oomph on the lid, saffron on the crease and marvel on lower lashline and gana to highlight.as for the lips flesh lipglass would complete the look and i think this would look great day or night. i like looks that are vibrant but well balanced.

Mien Avatar

I would use MAC Siahi Fluidline as an eyeshadow base for Parrot e/s, add Carbon to define the crease and outer V and Marvel on the lower lashline. Lips would be neutral with Mehr Lipstick.

Allison Avatar

I would use Gana and Sur blush to highlight and contour the cheeks, then do a brown-rust-orange smokey eye with the Athma palette and Saffron eyeshadow. I would do a nude lip to compliment the eye.

Nikki Avatar

I love the boldness of the pink eye shadow in this collection! I’d love to use the hot pink and the pewter colors on my eyes when I’m off to a fun night out in the city! 🙂

Nerina Avatar

Being indian myself, I would certainly use this collection a lOt!!! I would use them for work, and for just going out. I would really love to win the whole collection!!

Allison Avatar

I love all the bright and bold colours of this collection! I would definitely use them for my birthday look! Nothing like a little colour to spruce up the winter blues!

Alanna Avatar

I would definitely make a dramatic eye with subtle lips. It’s one of my favorite looks and these colors would definitely make that happen.

celine Avatar

This collection really have some bright colours! i would use the colours to create a bright and vibrant look for a night out! it would totally bring focus to my face compared to everyone else! 😀

Kerry Avatar

I’d probably be lame.. and start out with a look using the Athma Eyeshadow Quad.. one of the fluidlines.. blush & lipstick.. Boring, huh? 🙂

Samantha Lawrence Avatar

I think the look i would create with these products would be using the pink shade all over the lid just upto where the browbone is very lightly, then using the purple shade to define the outer v and blended a little into the crease towards the inner corner of the eye, with the green shade smoked out along the bottom lash line. I’d then use the ivy fluidline on the waterline and a volumising black mascara, the pink toned blush on the cheeks and just a simple coat of the flesh lipglass 🙂

siwing Avatar

wow ~ what a great prize !! the colors for this collection is really bright and out of my comfort zone, but one of my goals this new year is to get out of “neutrals” and start wearing more colors… =)

Kristen Avatar

I would love to do a bare/neutral face and add a pop of color on the eye with the Siahi Fluidline. I think that would really make my honey eyes stand out!!

Christine Avatar

I would use the quad to do a smokey eye with the ivy fluid line along my bottom lashes for a pop of colour. I would use GAna blush to highlight my cheekbones and flesh lipglass on my lips.

Jennifer Lee Avatar

I would use the quad for a smokey brown eye combo, top with Siahi eyeliner. I’d use Sur on the cheekbones, top with Gana as a highlighter. The look will be completed with Mehr. This will be a look created to celebrate my birthday this month!

Jenny Bermudez Avatar

I’d love to create a fun look using the vibrant colors in this collection perfect for the start of Spring. Perhaps a fun day look would consist of mostly a neutral eye was a pop of Rani eyeshadow on the lower lash. A fun night look would consist of a smokey eye with the purple-y Marvel eyeshadow color and complete the look with the Sur or Gana blush… but again this is more toned down I think the possibility are endless with this collection (especially with those kick butt Fluidlines) 🙂

Maria Avatar

I would do a smokey green eyes with Oomph eyeshadow and for the extra pop the Ivy liner. A nice cheek with Sur and Gana as a highlighter and a more neutral lip with Mehr.

Alycia Avatar

I would definitely create a really fun eyeshadow look with this! They make me think of summer time, so it would be fun to play with the brighter colours and create really funky eyeshadow looks!

steph (fanyechka) Avatar

Definitely I’d keep the skin clean with a touch of Sur blush to the cheeks and Gana to highlight. I’d use a lipbalm mixed with some foundation to tone down the lips and add a touch of gloss. And the whole look will centre on Siahi fluidline worn dramatically in a winged look with full lashes. It will be perfect for a spring RTW show 🙂

Denise F. Avatar

I would love to creat bright eyes, and contrasts, w/ the pink and purples, and the orange and greens. That would be so much fun to do an inventive color play on the eyes. I would also use the blush and illuminating powders and have some fun!!! And a nice lip gloss to balance and top the 2 looks off; will make it all come together nicely. =)

Amanda Cavalcanti Avatar

I fell in love completely with Siahi! I would create a look with a degradé with the help of the Marvel eyeshadow. To complete, a little bit of Gulabi on the lips, I love color!

Malin Avatar

Oooh, to me those shadows and fluidlines are just begging for some colorful bollywood looks! I am quite curious about the Mehr lipstick too, and think it will make a beautiful darker neutral lip with the bright eyes.

Rebekka Avatar

I would use these lovely colours to create a full colourfull spring look! Winter was long enough, some warmth and happieness…yay!

Vivante Artistry Avatar

Oh my! Love the athma color quad. I would use Jaan for my entire lid w/ Vivah in my crease and a little Follie for the outer v. For a night look I would smoke it out a little with Carbon. I would use the Flesh lipglass on my smoochers. Sur on the cheeks for contour and I’m out the door. Hope I win!

Pkb Avatar

The look that is from one of the collx promo images that primarily features Carbon eyeshadow applied quite angularly on the eye is really awesome, I’d love to see you replicate it!

lalaith Avatar

I would use Jaan from the quad on the complete eyelid. On the outer corner i would blend some rani and as a (hopefully) nice contrast I would use Siahi fluidline as line.
On my cheeks I would use both blushes and on my lips I would put Gulabi.
Reading it, it sounds a bit wild 😀

TheFabChick Avatar

The looks I would created are endless, I mean, with such great hues, the possibilities are out of this world. Also it would depend on the time of day and of course what I was wearing and the mood I would be in! 🙂

Rose Avatar

* MAC Gana Blush
* MAC Athma Eyeshadow Quad To create a smokey natural eye
* MAC Flesh Lipglass
* MAC Siahi Fluidline To spice it up 🙂

Dadena Avatar

My look for today is naked lunch wash, saffron crease warmed with warmed up with brown corner, benefit dallas ( my dupe for sur) and mehr lipstick. Oh yeah finishing touch was siah! Love it.

Haley Avatar

I would create a very colorful look with Saffron in the inner corners, Rani eyeshadow in the middle and Marvel in the outer v. I would highlight with the lightest shade from the quad.

On the cheeks would be a pop of Sur blush with Gana to highlight my cheekbones.

On the lips would be Mehr lipstick.

I would be so thrilled to win this since I wasn’t able to get anything from the collection!

NewGossipCulture Avatar

I’m a portuguese girl who loves make up.
I really like this collection but unfortunately i think that MAC will not launch this collection in Portugal.
So this is how i picture the look…

Using only the quad:
Jaan all over the lid blending it into Vivah, (in outer corner and into the crease), and adding a little bit of carbon to add dimension. In the water line i use ivy and then i use vivah close to the bottom lashe line.
After that i apply black fluid liner close to the upper lashe line, mascara and fake individual upper lashes.
Use bronzer to contour the cheeks and add gana as illuminator.
To lips use only ‘Flesh’.

‘Jaan’ all over the lid blending it into ‘Rani’, (in outer corner and into the crease almost to the brow bone), add ‘Oomph’ to the crease, to increase the dimension add ‘Marvel’ to the outer corner and blend well with the green eyeshadow.
Use ‘Oomph’ close to the bottom lashe line and outside that line blend a little bit of ‘Rani’.
After that i add ‘Siahi’ close to the upper lashe line,(and wingid at the end) mascara and fake individual upper lashes.
For cheeks: ‘Sur’ (light hand)
To lips use only ‘Gulabi’.

Hope i win.

Dee Avatar

I am starting to use eyeshadow at 41 I want to create different smokey eye looks with a pop of color yet still looking youthful with sex appeal. I feel like life starts in your 40’s and I want to have fun with makeup, hair and clothes…….

Stephanie Avatar

i’d use the athma quad to create a very dramatic smokey eye, and keep the rest of my face very nude and neutral with the gana blush (looks shimmery and would give a nice dewy finish!) and finish off with the lust lipglass 🙂

Jessica Avatar

Omg saffron is already sold out online! But I would love to make a nice combo of:

EYES:
Marvel
Saffron on crease
Blacktrack on upper eyeline
IVY on bottom waterline
Oomph on bottom inner lash
Marvel on bottom outer lash
Saffron below Oomph and Marvel to blend
Prep + Prime Lash with Blacksplash and Opulash mascara

Face:
MAC Studio Fix NC30 with C40 SF powder

Cheek:
Gana to Highlight
Sur on the apples (lightly apply)

Lips:
Mocha
Lust

Kaianne Avatar

I would put Athma on the lid and Vivah in the crease, with Sur on the cheeks and Flesh on the lips for everyday. And then maybe smoke it out with a little bit of Carbon from the quad and add Siahi on the top lashline for something a little fancier! 🙂

kasiaj85 Avatar

I would use Vanilla pigment in the inner 1/3rd of the lid, Saffron on the rest of the lid, and Rani in the crease. I think I’d add Siahi fluidline on the upper las line. 😀 just for fun 🙂
I’d pair it with Sur blush, just very lightly applied and something light on the lips like Lust 🙂

Angela Avatar

I would love to do a look with the green and the purple. Green on the inner half of the eyelid and purple on the outer, then using the orange to do a contrasting line under the eye.

Olivia A Avatar

I think the first look I’d do with the Mickey Contractor collection is this:

Mehr lipstick, Ivy Fluidline, Jaan shadow all over my lids for a nice neutral eye, and Sur on my cheeks. Simple with a pop of color (love that Ivy Fluidline!)

Leiris Avatar

I would use Siahi Fluidline as an eye shadow base and then blend Marvel eye shadow over it to create a blue/purple smoky eye. I would use Jaan eye shadow from the Athma quad for a contrasting highlight under my brow bone. In keeping with the smokiness, I would use Carbon eye shadow to line the upper and lower lashline and smudge it out. For lips, I would use Yash lipstick to create a nude lip and punch it up a bit with Lust lip glass. I would keep my already rosy cheeks bare but use Gana lightly on the high planes of the face for a glowing look.

misty Avatar

I would like to try a bold look. I create smokey eyes by using several deep shades of MAC eyeshadows. I may also add one with glittery one to give a little bit of sparkles. I love the MAC color selection. I can always find something fit to my skin tone and eye color. MAC makeups allow me to be creative for special occasions or just a daily pick-me-up. I also love the staying power of MAC blush and eyeshadow. I don’t have to use a primer. LOVE MAC!

Nancy Avatar

I uld create a really subtle and glowy look with a nice pop of colour on my lower lashline! I’d wear a nice flush of pink blush on my cheeks, and bold lips! 🙂

Denise Avatar

I would create a very colourful look with bright eyes and lips. something which is in contrast with the cold and grey weather outside :).

stephanie Avatar

I would first on my cheeks use Sur as my blush and Gana as my highlight. On my lipstick I would just use Mehr lipstick. For the eyes I would Saffron all over the lids and the in the crease I would put a little bit of Vivah and the in the outer corner I would put Folie. In the inner tear ducki would put Jaan and I would use the same color as my hightlight. And maybe some Lust lipglass in the center of the lip.

Lamb Avatar

I’d like to create a bright, smokey eye with Saffron, Rani and Marvel, probably a little carbon in the crease for depth and maybe a little Jaan in the inner corner to lighten Saffron up a bit. I’m thinking tropical sunset-ish. As I never wear blush, I’d be really excited to play around with those too. A nude lip with Yash and Flesh, and I’d mix Siahi and Ivy for my eyebrows because it would be the exact shade as my hair! 😀

Elisa Avatar

I would create a natural yet chic look, since I’m of Indian descent. I wish I could try these products, but they’re not at my MAC!I would use the blush to add warmth to my face, and then do a neutral eye with a bit of a smoky kick 🙂

Fa Avatar

Hi Christine!

With new amazing this amazing MAC collection, I would create a complete look:

Eyes:
Oomph eyeshadow on the whole eye lid
Carbon eyeshadow (Athma quad) on the crease to give more depth to the look
A touch of Vivah eyeshadow (Athma quad) under the eyebrows to lighten-up the look

Cheeks:
Sur Blush

Lips:
Yash lipstick

Face:
Gana blush as a highlighter

Thanks for this opportunity Christine!

Delilah Vela Avatar

I would love to be in a Florence and the Machine video with MAC Mehr Lipstick,MAC Siahi Fluidline,MAC Marvel Eyeshadow and MAC Gana Blush on my eyes and cheeks.

Brydie Avatar

Wow! Awesome giveaway!
I would use vivah from the athma quad on my lid (despite the fallout!), the Sur blush on my cheeks and the Mehr lipstick on my lips. Basic, but I’m still a newbie at makeup and I love teaming pink and brown!!!
Thanks for running this competition! 🙂

Nina Avatar

I would do a look that would underline my paleness. Since these products are actually meant for Indian customers, they suit dark skin types really well – but when you’re pale, you can still use them, but you have to be aware, that paleness will be noteable!
I would use saffron with carbon and mocha on my lips, plus sur blush, since gana would only add slightly to my skincolour.

lynn Avatar

I remember seeing mickey contractor’s work in bollywood movies and old Indian Fashion magazines as a kid. Natural cheeks, pink eyeshadow and pinkish to slightly purple lips. These were in the 90’s. i would love to recreate those looks with this collection.

Melissa Avatar

I would use these for a sexy night out look. All black dress with sleek ponytail.

Eyes- Marvel all over the lids/ Oomph on lower lash line. False lashes. These colors would bring out my brown eyes =).

Cheeks- Gana for highlight

Lips- Gulabi or Mehr with clear gloss

Samantha Avatar

I would love to recreate the look you made with the makeup. I’ve never actually owned any MAC cosmetics, and I would absolutely love to try them.

Daniela S Avatar

I would use oomph eyeshadow with ivy fluidline for a dramatic look. Also, tons of mascara. I would go with a nude lip using the flesh lipglass. Love this collection, wish I could win everything :/

MariaC Avatar

This may sound strange, but I have never done a nude lip, smokey eye look before. I LOVED the look you did to showcase the Mickey collection, using the Yash lipstick, and Ivy fluidline. Inspired by that, I’d do a more dramatic eye using the quads, use saffron for a pop, and use the ivy fluidline. Use Gana as a highlighter, and Sur blush. On the lips Yash, and top it with Flesh lipglass. And then hope I look half as good as you.

mambomermaid Avatar

hello—thanks for the opportunity to win this-i’m keeping my fingers crossed 🙂 i can’t wait to dive into those fun and bright eye shadows and particularly the Ivy fluidline. the Gana blush looks so pretty and subtle and i love the Gulabi and Mehr lipsticks. I would have so much fun doing a bright and colorful eye using the Oomph or Rani and pairing it with the Mehr lipstick or using the quad for a beautiful neutral eye and rocking the Gulabi on the lips. what fun 🙂

Allie Bell Avatar

I absolutely love bright colors, my entire style is centered around letting my true self be seen at least a bit on the outside, and these products are perfect for that! The bright shadow colors would palette together wonderfully to create an edgy highlight to the eyes, the fluidliner would accent the rims of the eyes adding contrast, the blushes would give a pretty softened natural look, and the lip color glazed with the li-glass would top everything off with beautiful sexy lips! I absolutely love the combination! 🙂 Thank you so much for the giveaway. 🙂

Leah Jordan Avatar

I would create a cut crease look, using the really bright colours on the lid and the darker colours on the crease and funk it up a bit with winged eyeliner. I would use the flesh lipglass to add some contrast and a very subtle blush. Emphasis would be on the eyes and it’d be like a fruit cocktail to spice up this cold weather were having 🙂

ZELMA R. Avatar

LOVE MAC, THESE ARE BEAUTIFUL COLORS , THANKS FOR THE CONTEST . WOULD LOVE TO WIN , I LIKE THE FRESH SUMMER COLORS ,FLAWLESS AND THESE COLORS ARE GREAT

maryelle Avatar

i’d love to play with saffron, and blend it with a brown eyeshadow. then for the lower lash line, i’d use siahi, or some navy blue to give it more color. then for my cheeks, i’d use gana blush because i’d want more attention to my eyes, but blend gana with my contour color, harmony blush. then keep the lips neutral with mehr lipstick.

Neeta Avatar

I would use the Athma quad to create a smoky eye and then use yash lipstick and flesh lipglass for nude lips. I would probably leave my cheeks bare or just highlight a bit with gana blush.

Sonya Avatar

Thanks for sharing this collection, there are so many endless possibilites of looks you can create! I have blue/green eyes and whenever I wear green my eyes really pop. I would choose a green smokey eye with Oomph blended in the crease and a light brush of it along the lower 1/3 lashline. I would choose Jaan as the base color on the eye to make the green really stand apart. I would love a winged lined eye with Mac’s ivy fluidline. I’d combine both blushes, Sur as the contour color and lightly on the apples of the cheeks for some added color to my ultra pale skin and top it off with the frosted sheen on Gana. To complete the look I’d put swipe on some Flesh lipglass.

Jen Avatar

I would love to use Marvel eyeshadow or maybe Ivy Fluidline to make my brown eyes stand out more, give my cheeks a nice, light pink flush with Sur, & swipe a bit of Lust on my lips. 🙂

Marissa B Avatar

Finally, I can go for an exotic look that smolders and gets my husband to take me out without the kids. Plus, I think I hear the fluidlines calling out to me!!

Desiree Torres Avatar

I would create a smoky blue eye look using my Mac base, the Mac Photo Realism quad’s Fresh Approach shadow as an all over lid color, Too Faced Smokey Eye Pallete’s Sugar Cookie shadow under the brow bone, and blend their Midnight shadow into the crease and upper lashes. I would then use Siahi fluidline(dying to try this!!!),my Mac concealer and Plushglass in black. I hope I win so badly!!!

Desiree Torres Avatar

I am an avid temptalia follower on facebook & twitter and I tweeted about this giveaway. Thank you for hosting it! (Btw, Mellan might stay still if you let him look out the window for pic taking. It works for my terriers every time!)

Donna Hunt Avatar

I would experiment and see which combinations look best on me–after all, winning a collection like this is all about experimenting! Thank you for the giveaway!

Elle Avatar

I would create a glam look for a night out with Marvel all over the crease, Sur on the cheeks, and Yash on the lips w/ Lust lipglass on top! 🙂

Vicki Avatar

I would creat a subtle smokey eye look using the Athma eyeshadow quad, line the upper eyelid with black trek fluid line and use Siahi fluid line on the bottom eyelid. Apply Gana blush to the cheeks & finish off with Yash lipstick with Flesh lipglass on top.

shoomin Avatar

I tend to shy away from bright colors, but I would like to create an eye look that has a neutral base but with a fun pop of color! (I have monolids so I think it would be fun to have the bright color pop out when my eyes closed or blinked.) I think the siahi fluidline would be key.

Kat Avatar

I would wear a little of the quad with Oomph in the outer edge, Gana and Sur for blush and highlighter, and either Mehr or Yash on the lips, depending on how I feel and how it looks with my skin tone in person =)

Auriette Avatar

Wow! I love the Peacocky look featured on the MAC website, but I would never be so bold as to try to wear something like that out on the town. Perhaps in my youth….

If I am lucky enough to receive this set – which would be the best make-up I have ever owned – I would try to create a fresh look for days and a glamorous look for nights.

I’d try and create a fun peachy/pink look with Rani and Saffron for the eyes, and keep the lips neutral with Yash.

there are sooo many possibilities. i would love to create a bright look with siahi and saffron on the eyes. and mehr on the lips? or is that too much? lol

I would probably start with the Athma Eyeshadow Quad to create a smoky eye look. Then I would try the Gana Blush and the Flesh Lipglass.
