Oooh, I forgot about Nars Goulue. I love that blush also, Nancy. I have to use it sparingly as I am about the color of paper but that is true of most blushes I wear. Thank you for reminding me. I will get it out and wear it this week.

I’m the same- hella pale but it looks great with a light hand. I also love the name as it is the name of one of the main Can Can dancers at the Moulin Rouge and she has a really interesting history.

My go-to blush is Charlotte Tilbury x Norman Parkinson’s Colour of Youth cream blush but lately I’ve been a bit obsessed with Tom Ford’s Wicked and Chanel Coco Codes.

Right now I am inlove with Charlotte Tilbury Love Glow, Daniel Sandlers Watercolor blushes and by Terry blush Glacé. Tey are just so beautiful and natural looking on the cheeks.

Nars sexual content (right) is my fool proof option that I apply with my fingers!
The left side though is not working for me as a separate blush

Great idea! Maybe I should do the same. Perhaps if they get multiple requests to make Easy permanet, they may listen….fingers crossed!!

Tom Ford Wicked or Ravish.

Been on a blush hunt to get a few more options. Picked up two by Hourglass — Diffused Heat and Mood Exposure. How did I over-the-moon LOVE them just last week, and this week, I’m like, “meh”? Compared to the TF they are a weak tea. Am I really that fickle? I dunno, I think the comparison of wear and overall look between TF and Hourglass just makes them not hold up. Now stuck with two not cheap blushes.

TAOS is beautiful. It was my first NARS blush purchase. Essence magazine did a story on the shade – as the one most universal skin tone flattering shades. It has just the right amount of shimmer.

In powder blushes, Surratt Beauty Barbe a Papa is trying to knock Hourglass Ethereal Glow off its perch at the top.

In cream blushes, which I use a lot this time of year, Bite Beauty Multistick Lotus is trying to knock Make Up For Ever HD Blush #210 out of the top spot, and Gelato is getting used a surprising amount, too!

I’m pretty consistent with blush and prefer a workhorse option that just mimics my natural flush. Right now I’m using a custom blend color from 3 Custom Color and waiting on my cream duo from Tom Ford. I also love the Bicoastal duo from last summers collection, but my preference is for a cream formulation. I prefer the way it blends into the skin.

RMK 04 Coral Beige (‘Mix Color For Cheeks’). The gorgeous formula blends into my skin and imparts a beautiful, brightening flush. It is my go-to blush. I am ever-grateful to Sonia from Sweet Make-Up Temptations for the introduction.

I am ~NC25, with a warm yellow undertone.

If I really had to narrow it down to one then I’d have to go for NARS Impudique. I’m a big fan of shimmery blushes and I was using MAC Blonde MSF all the time but recently Impudique caught my attention and I’ve been using it most days. It’s a lovely, pigmented formula with gorgeous gold shimmer and I just think it gives such a beautiful glow. ?

Circa Ultrasuede Cream Blush in Imperia. Actually, they’re all superb but that’s the only color I have. Soft, blends beautifully, good lasting power and it’s a cream but just a beautiful wash of color. Beautiful on aging or mature skin or even younger skin. Just a beautiful product. Love it!
Available online at http://www.circabeauty.com or at your local Walgreen’s. $13.00 bucks. Yep, $13.00 bucks.

My All time go to is Tarte’s Exposed. It is the one I wear if I am in a quandary about what will go with an eyeshadow look
Another that has become one I reach for more than a couple times a week is Tom Ford’s Frantic Pink. When I first saw it in the pan I wasn’t impressed but it is beautiful applied on the cheeks.

For reference I’m an NC15 skin tone. My go-to blushes lately:

Kjaer Weis Cream blush in Embrace
Stila Convertible Color in Peony
NARS Blush in Sex Fantasy

Lately I’ve been wearing MAC Sweet vision or Mac Taraji Glow. They are great winter colours for me. If I’m not wearing one of those two, I’ve been using Mac highly illogical over whatever other blushes I use.

Brenda Avatar

So I too rotate between my blush stash.

NARS Unfiltered II – I use all of the shades
NARS Orgasm – powder and Illuminator
NARS Deep Throat
NARS Goulue
NARS Adoration – using less since I picked up Unfiltered
BECCA Beach Tint Soufflé in Fig
BECCA Pamplemouse with Rose Spritz
Hourglass Luminous Flush – using less since I picked up Unfiltered

Angie Avatar

these days i’m either nars exhibit a (when you use a light hand it actially appears even more natural than a pink or peach) or nars madly (my ride or die, “flattering on steroids”)

i’ve been reaching for taj mahal a lot too recently 😛

Bonnie Avatar

Well, my go-to is So Susan Jello Shot Lip and Cheek gel in Hangover. I never use it on my lips, but it’s the perfect blush for me – sheer warm red. I get compliments whenever i wear it.

Runner up is, of course, Nars Orgasm. Who doesn’t like that?

But when you ask about go-to’s, I always first think about what I’m currently using. Right now, I’m using a shade from the Rickycare Strobing Kit as blush. This kit has 6 shades and the 2 darkest are my current bronzer and blush. I’m not much of a highlighter fan, so the lighter shades don’t do much for me, except sometimes I use that pale gold as an eyeshadow.

Monica Avatar

When in doubt, I either go for a bronze-like shade or a peachy/coral shade. So I’ve been using a Calvin Klein bronzer palette as a blush. There are two shades (one cream, one powder). For the coral lover in me I reach for Clinique Peach Pop!

Urban Decay Rapture and Hourglass Radiant Magenta! Both have a hint of shimmer/luminosity while still being subtle. Both perk up my fair completion and never look overdone.
