I don’t use any currently – I always want to test them, but so my eyes seem really sensitive to them.

I haven’t found one that works for me yet. Though, I really haven’t been trying any lately either. I most recently tried the Lancome Eye Serum, but it dried my eyes out horribly!
I like to use Origins Ginzing in the mornings to de-puff my bags. I haven’t really tried many other eye creams, though.
Ginzing for me too. I was iffy with at firs but it definitely helps.
Being a college kid, working, and having an eccentric boyfriend, I tend to get overly tired and stressed out eyes. I use Skyn Icelandic eye cream (bought at Sephora). It really helps makes me look more relaxed and awake. I do only use it when my eyes are puffy though. I don’t like to use it everyday.

Waiting to hear what people say, as I have yet to find an eye cream which does its job but doesn’t give me those little white bumps. YUCK!
When I use eyecream, I get milia under my eyes too, so I stick with the gel type.
I love Eucerin Q10 Active – you should try it, too! Light yet effective, definitely non-irritating! Helps with dark circles and puffy eyes as well as small wrinkles.
Dior Capture R60/80 Yeux XP Wrinkle Correcting eye cream is my favourite. Works brilliantly for me, I’m 32 in another month and still sometimes get ID’ed buying alcohol. Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Line Smoothing Eye Cream is also pretty awesome (and about a tenth of the price of the Dior) so I’m using the Palmers at night as it is a bit richer and Dior in the morning.
I don’t have bags, puffiness or dark circles but I want to keep those pesky little fine lines at bay as long as I can…
I am obsessed with eye cream to say the lease. My HG is Lancome Primodial,I love the gel-cream texture. You get the moisturize feel from the cream part and you also get the light refreshing feel of the gel part. I’m 22 and i don’t have much fine line around my eyes area so i can’t really say much about the aging part.However it’s feel really luxurious patting on an eye cream and i love the texture and the feel of it.
I had always just smeared whatever face cream I was using at the time onto my eye area and called it good. Well, I have tried different eye creams, but nothing really impressed me as being any better than the haphazard way I applied moisture to the eyes…UNTIL…I got a sample from Shisedo for their lip and eye cream. I needed help with lip lines, so I tried this and it worked!!!! and now I use it. It is expensive but it works, so it’s better than any of the other expensive eye creams I’ve tried.
I have been using Estee Lauder’s Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift eye cream and I have to say that I like it. I like that this dries down and doesn’t linger so you can wear it under makeup. It also doesn’t have a strong scent added (WHY do my eyelids need to smell like flowers?!?!)
I still love using oil overnight though – Jojoba or Coconut with Vitamin E oil and I wake up with ULTRA SOFT skin every morning! 🙂

I use Dermalogica cream – I find all of the dermalogica range great to wear because they aren’t overly perfumed, and it works great on my sensitive skin.
It seems that Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream works for me. But still feel it is a tiny bit heavy for my sensitive eyes.
Oh, Clinique’s All About Eyes works OK. It’s the gel consistency and super light.
I am in my early twentieth with oil and sensitive lids.
No lines, puffiness or dark circle.
Just started to use Eye cream. So light moisture for lids is all I want 🙂
I LOVE Guerlain Orchidee Imperiale Exceptional Complete Care Eye and Lip Cream. It’s super moisturizing and doesn’t give me any little bumps (I have very sensitive eyes too). I won’t use it on my lips because it’s way too expensive and I like my Fresh lip treatment. I already bought a backup!
Dior capture 60/80 and Lancome Renergie morpholift yeux
I had never found one that did anything for me until I tried Nude Skincare Advanced Eye Complex! It’s AMAZING. It’s lightly moisturizing (I can’t stand slathering my eyes in something too rich, and it can lead to milia or breakouts), firming (means less chance of developing eye bags, and makes my eyes look refreshed), helped with some of my fine lines … and best of all, actually somehow lightened my under-eye circles a bit!
I also have very sensitive eyes. I can wear eyeliner on my upper lash line, unlike you, but also unlike you, I can’t wear it on my bottom lash line, LOL! I got no irritation from this eye treatment.
Seriously, give this one a try! Maybe you would like it as much as I do!
PS – I don’t even care about anything else from the range – just this eye cream!

I’m currently using Skin Food’s Salmon eye cream~ My undereye area tends to be dry and this works great!

I recently started using Shiseido’s Bio Performance super eye contour cream and i must say its very hydrating, and keeps the area under the eye fresh and moisturized.
The NARS eye cream is really amazing. It has a gel-like consistency and sinks in really quickly, leaving my eye area tight and refreshed. It’s very expensive, though, but you only need a small amount.
Clinique all about eyes = the BEST!! 😉

LUSH Enchanted Eye Cream. It’s hands-down the best eye cream I’ve ever used – everything in it is anti-inflammatory, so it instantly takes down puffiness, and you get a ton of it for $23. A bottle lasts me almost a year!

I LOVE nia24 light for day but still moisturizing enough. For winter I like Dr Haushka day balm, but I use it at night since it feels to greasy for under make up
I have tried a few and Strivectin is the only one that made my fine lines running into my cheeks go away.
Mostly I am hoping to keep anymore from coming since I am 45 and have the fine lines going under my eyes.
I also find I am sensitive to them. Especially if they use those acids. But Strivectin SD eye cream didnt irritate me at all.
BUT its $60 so I alternate btwn that & Garnier eye cream with SPF.
WORD OF ADVICE start young and wear sunglasses when out in the sun.
The sun is one of the enemies of aging skin.
Tried using them when I was younger but like I said they did irritate but prevention is the best medicine. 😀
Clinique’s Repairwear. It’s gentle and smooth enough for the eye area, affordable. I never use regular face cream on the eye area.

Have you tried Lush’s eye cream? It’s one of their more affordable products, not to mention one of the few that hasn’t irritated my eyes.

I always thought eye cream was just a gimick to sell more of the same cream in a different package. UNTIL I started using it. I started with a simple hydrating gel and couldn’t live without it afterwards. After I changed my skin care to Darphin I also started using their Arovita eye cream (for first lines) and I like it. The texture is soft and light, you only need a very small amount of cream and it works well as basic eye care. If you have very puffy eyes or dark circles, they have more powerful and specific creams, but for me this one works perfectly well.

I like Earth Science eye cream. It is sold at Whole Foods. I also sometimes use a little jojoba oil, and I heard that some people like pure shea butter.
I am a fan of Bobbi Brown’s Hydrating Eye Cream. 🙂
a tiny amount of pure shea butter during the night does wonders. no chemical stuff, just pure, natural goodness. 🙂

Mario Badescu Herbal Hydrating Serum followed by Kinerase Restructure Firming Eye Cream keeps my eye area moisturized for 8+ hours! I have also found the Borba Orbital Eye Rejuvenator to also work well.
I use RoC Retinol Corexxion. The retinol may be too strong for you. How about Clinique’s All About Eyes? I’ve found that one to be very gentle.
I’ve used Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration by Neutrogena. It’s a basic moisturizing cream u can put under makeup and before bed. It’s light and makes my eyes feel nourished. I don’t think any creams can perform miracles but this just does the job of keeping my eye area hydrated 🙂 oh, and it’s affordable which I love!
I use vaseline. Its the only thing that doesn’t burn and its what my grandma always used and she has no wrinkles!

I’m a philosophy skincare girl and I just love Hope in a tube eye & lip cream
It’s a wonderful moisturizer that’s quickly absorbed, goes on smooth and creamy and doesn’t irritate my eyes.
I don’t use eye cream because I feel like it is a rip off. I use vaseline under my eyes before bed sometimes, and on dry spots on my face.
I use MAC fast response eye cream. I love it!
i use organic serum that can be used anywhere and is fantastic underneath my eyes as it doesn’t migrate, moisturizes and doesn’t burn.. hella expensive but its very worth it.
I never buy anything that is touted as an “eye cream.” your best bet is to find a universal serum or cream that is multi use.
I can’t stop loving MAC’s Fast Response. It doesn’t actually have all that much hydrating power and I know it’s not the best choice in the long term. But it makes the skin soooo smooth and feels wonderful. Acts as an excellent primer for concealer. I’ll keep using it for a few more years as I search for a reasonably priced one that will help with the undereye wrinkles that are cropping up (at age 24 – sob!)

Have you ever heard of Sensé? It’s a skincare line by the nutrition company called Usana. Their eye cream works amazingly (as does the rest of the skin care line). It claims to be all natural (which I believe it is, but some of the chemically-sounding ingredients make me wonder) and is so gentle and perfect for sensitive skin types.
Believe it or not, plain hydrocortizone cream for $2.00 a tube. I have extremely sensitive eyelids (my eyelids will peal until they bleed)and this was suggested to me by my hairdresser, who used to work at MAC. I have not had any problem with my eyelids for the past 8 months.
You just have to be careful with this because it can thin out the skin a lot and the skin around your eyes is already thin to begin with!
Kiehl’s Creamy Avocado Eye Treatment!
I’ve tried so many, but the only one that actually worked at reducing fine lines was MD Skincare by Dr. Dennis Gross Hydra Pure eye cream. it is a gel-cream that moisturizes well but is not heavy. it really reduced my fine lines after using it a few weeks. problem is that I cannot afford to buy it (I had some sample packs) because it is $90 🙁
I really like Fresh Lotus Eye Gel.
I get lots of samples of eye creams, and I haven’t found one yet that works as well for me as the Fresh one.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex. I really love this product, it makes the skin around my eyes baby soft
I just started using eye cream about a month ago after I’d developed some dark circles and fine lines that I’d never had before – I’m only 26! I read a ton of reviews and ended up going with Ole Henriksen Ultimate Lift Eye Gel ($38 for 1 oz, but you use VERY little at a time). It’s a gel like consistency so not terribly moisturizing, but that’s ok with me as I have quite oily skin. The gel is good so far! It’s really soothing for my often tired eyes, due to the cucumber and calendula in it. I’ve noticed my dark circles are more under control now. I didn’t really have puffiness to begin with so I can’t speak to that. I only use it at night, as the gel takes a long time to sink into the skin (I mean hours), so I’m sure this is what it’s intended for to begin with. Not sure if I want to commit yet to using another cream during the day. Anyway, I really like it so far!
Omg, I have that same problem too! My eyes are just horribly sensitive even though I really want an eye cream…currently I have something cheap from the Body Shop that I haven’t really used more than once if that counts!
i haven’t found the perfect one yet. i’m using clinique’s all about eyes currently, but it’s not perfect for my skin. i think i’m going to try the all about eyes rich, when i used this one up.
Clinique All About Eyes. I have allergies and tend to have dark circles and some puffiness. So far this is the only brand that seems to keep the puffiness away and I’ve been using it for years.
Right now I use Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. This is better compaired to Clinique, Weleda, Shiseido and so on.

I use Garnier Ultra Lift eye cream. I don’t really know if it’s any good, I suppose I’ll see the effects in 10 years. I just use it for moisturizing and to prevent wrinkles, I don’t expect an eye cream to get rid of my under eye circles or anything.
I have used Clinique’s All About Eyes for years and love it. The regular formula(more like a gel) for day and the richer formula at night. It’s not heavy or greasy and the gel version feels cool and soothing. I have very sensitive skin and it’s never irritated it, unlike other brands I’ve tried.
I’m in my early thirties, and I’ve been experimenting with various eye creams for years, trying to find the right one. My choice of a tough major in college – and a tough college! – and my subsequent decision to get a Ph.D. have ensured that I’ve had some dark circles and puffiness for some time. (Thanks, stress!) Nothing really worked until I started using a sample of Shiseido Benefiance, and it does seem to get rid of fine lines. (Thankfully, I don’t have all-out crow’s feet.) I’ll definitely be buying a larger bottle. A little of that stuff goes a long way, which I appreciate. As for drug store brands, I like Garnier Ultra Lift. I can’t say that it eliminates bags, but the consistency is nice, and it does have a cool, soothing effect.

All eyecreams I tried dont seem to do anything. I also tried clinique all about eyes. i notice nothing in the difference of my dark circles. but hey im still young. (last yr high school) so many eyecreams are for wrinkles, its hard to find one for me

Well, accorinding to the book “Don’t Go To the Cosmetics Counter Without Me,” Paula Begouin believes eye cream is a rip off but as I grow older I am finding that moisturizer is not enough for my eye area and I also need to treat my dark cirles, so I use Dead Sea Spa Care Anti-Wrinkle eye Cream which I absolutely love.
I’ve been using the Korres Evening Primrose Eye Cream, just because I got it in a set with some moisturizer that I bought. It’s creamy and doesn’t make my oily skin break out, but I don’t think I’d buy it individually later.
Used to use the Origins Eye Doctor, and would put it in the fridge. That’s the only one that I’ve used that I’ve ever really loved. It felt nice, but I didn’t see a noticeable change in my dark circles, so I gave up on buying it.

Kiehl’s Abyssine eye cream over their Line Reducing Eye Brightening Concentrate.
Benefit Eyecon. It’s my 2nd time purchasing. It literlly makes my undereye circles disappear before my eyes. Takes a day or two of consistant (day & night) application to kick in, but after that I forget I have undereye circle problems.
Also tried Clinique All About Eyes Moisture rich, which is ok. Dior Hydragel works pretty good, but sadly for the price, it’s not as long lasting as Eyecon.
I’ve used MAC Moisture Lush Eye for some time and it was great! It provided pure moisture, lightweight, non-greasy and I felt like it helped brighten up my eyes when I was feeling a little tired. The only thing I didn’t find was that it had no firming or anti-aging properties to it.
Since then, I’ve used Hydroxatone’s Hydrolyze cream and found it to be a little too heavy for my taste. 🙁
Exuviance has their Hydrating Eye Complex and it is perfect if you’re looking for pure moisture. Lightweight, non-greasy, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. A little goes a long way with this one! 🙂
Philosophy’s Eye Hope is lightweight, anti-aging and I could feel it firming when I put it on my skin.
I’ve also used Murad’s Essential Eye Cream with Vitamin C and I like the fact that it has SPF and an instant brightening effect.
Bliss’ Baggage Handler is AMAZING for puffiness. I put it on one morning and I instantly saw the bags under my eyes soften and smooth out. (It’s magic, I tell you!!)
Really don’t have a fav.. (As of now!!) so I kinda switch between all of them depending on how bad my eyes need it. LOL 😀
I am still searching for one that works for me… Next on the list is Clinique All About Eyes
it’s too expensive, but for puffy or droopy upper lids or irritation, caudalie’s eye cream is the bomb. otherwise I don’t even bother, most of the special “helper” ingredients just make the creams more irritating than my regular face moisturizer.
DDF Advanced Eye Firming Concentrate. Great for day or night, cuts down on puffiness and dark circles and is also extremely hydrating without feeling too heavy. I am 31 and I wish I started using eye cream at 21 instead of 25! I do see a softening of the lines around my eyes with DDF, and I have tried so many eye creams. I am on my third jar.
Christine, could your sensitivity be due to applying the cream too close to your eyes? I have always been told to pat only around the eye socket….the cream will absorb in and get where it needs to go. 🙂 If you get too close to the lid it will get right in your eyes.

avene soothing eye contour cream is very gentle, i have a co-worker with the most sensitive eyes and she loves it.
