Today, Saturday, I’m taking my daughter to her Girl Scout’s meeting. Then, I’m headed to Walgreen’s to see if they have any Wet n’ Wild Holiday Palettes. It’s All Hallows here in Sweden this weekend. So tonight, we’re going to light some candles on my mother’s boyfriend’s relatives’ graves. I’m also bringing my camera, because it’s wonderful to see the graveyard when it’s lightened up by candles.

Anyway, I am working on Saturday, however we are planning to go to a street festival tomorrow (Sunday) in the morning, and perhaps to the beach in the afternoon. It’s spring in Australia, and although it won’t be warm enough to swim, I just can’t wait to walk in the sand and wet my feet in the surf!

As in Spain weekends start on Friday afternoon, I can say my weekend is already half over!! But what I did yesterday Friday was go to Sephora to spend a 20% discount card I won in a contest such as this one! I spent 100€ and thanks to the discount card spared 25€ 😀 Afterwards we went dining with two friend couples to a Mexican restaurant. Today (Saturday) my husband will be helping me out to have my hair coloured (let’s see what comes out!). Afterwards we’ll be heading back again to Sephora because I didn’t buy an eye-pencil which was really cool and I’ve been mourning since yesterday, so I’ll be buying it in the end as well. The rest of the evening is a mystery yet. We’ll be building our plans for the evening-night as the day goes along. As for Sunday, we are heading to my in laws house in the evening to celebrate with them my husband’s birthday (which was on Halloween!). And I guess that’s pretty much all!
Let’s hope I have some luck with this contest. That Shimmerbrick looks awesome!

I’m in India and was lucky to have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off since Fri was a religious holiday. President Obama is visiting and is staying quite close to where I live, which means there’s heavy security on the roads, street shops are all shut and traffic is a mess. I plan to sleep through this weekend, catch up on my reading (I’m halfway through Atul Gawande’s Complications, about medical ethics, and mostly finishing a new version of the epic Mahabharata). I was toying with the idea of getting a Brazilian blow-dry, but the boyfriend talked me out of it, saying my hair looked good enough without it. Sleep, books and a compliment: that’s a good weekend!

Well, I woke up and had a flat tire so I spent the morning taking care of that. Then I had to go to the vet. I have 2 yellow Labs so you know I LOVE Mellan’s pics!! My favorite was the Halloween pics!! Anyway, they have both been sick so I had to go and buy their meds. So the rest of my weekend is to spend time with my babies (dogs that is) make sure they are OK and relax as I get up at 5am during the week!

On Friday it was Guy Fawkes Night in the UK and so I went over to a friend’s house and we set off fireworks and sparklers and had like a mini bonfire which kind of failed but it was amazing fun! Just spent Saturday fixing room, working out and watching movies with family. For tonight I’m planning to go out with friends as well and just have a laugh 🙂 On Sunday is more of a downtime for me to catch up on all homework and practise! xxxxxx

Haha funny you ask this as this is the first weekend I will be going out in 2 months (been stuck at home with a fractured ankle!) so as you can probably imagine I have a lot of plans!
Firstly, I will be heading to the hospital to have my caste removed (lol eeek).. exciting stuff!
Then heading over to the nearest shopping centre to buy a few outfits, 2 months away from the gym have definitely caused some damage hehe!! Oh well any excuse to buy a new wardrobe! Will also be heading to my mac counter and see if they have any leftovers from the venomous villians collection (I know, I’m an optimist!) I was really looking forward to buying a lot of things from this collection but missed out. However my partner manage to pick up the mineralize shadow in She Who Dares, which was sweet of him. On saturday we will be celebrating as he was just promoted today! Planning to take him for a meal!
On sunday, will be renting a nice movie, going over to my boyfriends and spending a day catering to him. He deserves it after catering for me for so long 🙂
