I’m a huge coffee addict, well I am down to two cups a day from four so the damage is done but I’d love to get this so that I can get my bright white smile back!

Kalex Avatar

Coffee in the morning and red wine in the evening.

I have an infant son who wakes up at 5 so the a.m coffee is a must and with 4 kids total the wine is necessary in the evening!

Martina Avatar

pop corns. i’m such a huge fan of pop corns, i do them every time i watch a movie, the only thing is that they stick on the teeth and never go away!!!

Iced tea — the BANE of my existence! I wear a plum-brown lipstick (MAC’s Hold the Pose) to offset the yellow. It still gives my lips a little color but doesn’t attract attention to my teeth. My teeth are too sensitive for regular whitening systems, so I’ve not been able to do anything about it besides GO SMILE ampules & toothpaste. Love this stuff!

Lilacs Avatar

My biggest weakness….black coffee in the mornings and late afternoons, and espresso after dinner. My second biggest weakness….red wine in the evenings. So bad for white teeth.

Katie Avatar

Actually, I don’t know! I don’t drink coffee, soda, or tea! I’m trying to figure out the source of my teeth staining, so I would love this nonetheless.

liz Avatar

not really eating/drinking but doing – i smoke and it’s been yellowing my teeth. my dentist is a family friend and i just tell him its soda 😡

ilmy Avatar

I would stop my favorite drink coffee, oh but I’m still thinking about it. By the time, I see I can stop having coffee so my dentist told me to drink it with straw so I’ll see.

Gem Avatar

For me, it’s tea! Stereotypical for us English folks, but I do love the stuff. I used a whitening toothpaste and it made me feel like a million dollars! Slowly went back to it’s yellowish tinge…

Karla Avatar

I’m addicted to coffee. I don’t like red wine, I rarely drink soda, but they know me at half the Starbucks in my area. Love the stuff, but it’s killing my smile.

Audrey Avatar

I can’t stop drinking coffee! I have to have one or two cups at day, at LEAST. Sometimes I’ll have it iced so I can at least sip through a straw but most of the time, I have it hot. I’ll never give it up either. 🙂

McKenna Avatar

I can’t stop drinking dark sodas! I usually drink them trhough a straw anyways (because I have braces) but before I got the braces put on I drank it without the straw…so now i’m left with staining 🙁 I hope to win this though, so I have something to look forward to using when they come on in the next couple months 🙂

Vicky Avatar

I love all food! I cant stop eating anything even for my health…lol but i guess my favt guilt pleasure which is really bad for my teeth is espresso..

Sam Avatar

Diet Coke! I’m addicted, I try to drink through straws as much as I can, but sometimes it’s just so satisfying to drink it out of the bottle. :]

Brynn Avatar

Swedish Fish Ice from Rita’s! It tastes EXACTLY like the Swedish Fish candies and it’s so delicious; however, after just having two spoonfuls BEWARE!! You’re teeth, lips and tongue will end up being a vibrant red color!

sam Avatar

coffee and tea!! 🙁 i live off of decaffinated tea when i don’t need the pick me up but coffee kills me because i get tired so fast! i neeeeed it though haha

raquel Avatar

I’ve been on a diet for… oh my gosh, as long as i can remember. i have been drinking tea w/ splenda/equal for a year now instead of SODA and COFFEE, which I gave up. Now, I’m ready to give up tea (did so last week) and would LOVE to get my teeth pretty white so I can smile PURTY! 🙂

Cintamani Avatar

shoyu sauce! though its never really stained my teeth i just get nervous about it since i love it so much combined with wasabai. the latter is suppose to be good for your teeth so perhaps thats why it never really stains.

Lucy Avatar

Please enter me in the giveaway. Things that I can’t stop eating and drinking that stain my teeth are coffee and blueberries. I have two cups of coffee a day and love blueberries on my cereal. Those are two notorious stain causing foods. Thank you.

I drink a lot of tea and coffee throughout the week; curry is also a favorite amongst my friends and family, so I tend to have it up to twice a month.

Elise Avatar

I can’t stop drinking black tea (it’s so healthy for you) and my main addiction – Code Red Mountain Dew. I love to play videogames with my husband (who is a US Marine – gaming is all they do on their downtime and on leave!!) so I gotta keep up with them by refuelling my energy constantly. It became a major addiction and I drink a can or two a day >.< It's awful, but I'm working on quitting (again! Third time's a charm, right?)

Shannon Avatar

Green tea! i love tea (way over coffee) and drink it every day at work, anywhere from 4 to 5 cups a day. considering you sip tea slowly, it really stains your teeth..in fact when i went to the dentists, the first thing she asked if i drink tea or coffee because of the stain lines. thankfully tea seems to stain less than coffee and comes out easier (or so she said) but still…so yeah, i can’t give up tea so unfortunately i just gotta deal with it lol

yvette Avatar

I USTED TO DRINK THE CELSESTAL SEASONS TEA..THE LEMON RASBERRY IT WOULD STAIN MY TEETH SO BAD, THEN I SWITCHED TO REG TEA, NOW IM HOOKED ON THE JUNK…COFFEE!!!

Kelly Avatar

I’m a sucker for blueberry anything. I have blueberry preserves on my english muffin every day! And coffee. And raspberry cordial. Dessert wines. And recently I’ve fallen in love with beets. My teeth are doomed.

Erica Avatar

Soda is my weakness! But I think if I won a set like this, I’d finally try to give it up for good, because what good would a system like this be if I kept doing what was wrecking my teeth to begin with, right?

celyna Avatar

Diet Dr. Pepper, it keeps me going at work and it tastes so good! And during the winter I get a double dose of teeth staining because I drink coffee too!

Sara Avatar

OMG y’all, there is this thing, and its amazing, and it sounds awful.

Get ready.

Vanilla Coffe Coke. You can get it at Dairy Queen and its a mixture of Vanilla Coke and Coffee. Its seriously the most oddly satisfying drink I’ve ever had in my life, and absolutely AMAZING for late night cram sessions. It is slightly less amazing for my poor teeth, but I just can’t give it up 🙁

crystal Avatar

Oh sweet tea. It is a terror to my teeth. Luckily when go smile was on hautelook I ordered a kit. I would love to try the green Apple touch ups though!!

Katherine Avatar

During my college days,I used to drink coffee every morning. After I realized how yellow my teeth had gotten and how often I was drinking it, I refrained myself.

Susan Avatar

I can’t stop drinking coffee…and red wine! [Not at the same time.] Sometimes I drink coffee with a straw to avoid stainging my teeth, although I sure get funny looks doing this in public. 😉

Alyssa Avatar

As a busy student down in Florida, I drink my morning cup of Keurig coffee then have an afternoon iced Pumpkin Spice Latte! I cannot get enough of the nutty complexity of flavors this time of the year!

Liz Avatar

My big tooth-stainers are tea and coffee. There is NO WAY I could give them up, unfortunately. I would never make it through the work day, let alone class after work!

Mamavalveeta03 Avatar

I’m a red wine lover and there is no way I’ll quit! So for me, I have to whiten every 6 months. Plus, chew sugarless gum after meals.

Hailey Avatar

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stop drinking sodas, specifically Coke and Pepsi! =( I have the whole “coffee” habit to a minimum, but I just can’t stay away from the carbonated crooks!

Nissa Guerra Avatar

Its not something that I cant stop eating or drinking so I hope this doesnt disqualify me but its smoking. Between the the coffee and the smoking my teeth will never be white. arrrgggghhhhh!!!!
