Last year, They emailed us (Canadians) the coupon in which you had to print and then you would just have to bring to the cashier for them to scan.

Hi GlamOrock, I’m Canadian too, and I order from them all the time. If you get to $120 CAD, they give you free shipping. I have never had a coupon code that works on their website since moving to Canada though. I phoned them about it, and they said it has to do with customs regulations (I don’t know any other U.S. website that has these regulations though…), but I think it’s a rule that’s set by borderfree.net which is Sephora’s international checkout provider. The good thing about their system though, is that any duty fees are paid when you checkout, as opposed to getting a surprise bill from the shipping carrier (been there, done that, not fun!).
Sephora locations in Canada have accepted the printed version of these coupons in the past. However, you never know when they’ll change the policies regarding this. As long as you’re getting their emails, you should get a copy of the coupon.
For me, personally, there has been times in the past when they’ve accepted “online only” coupons in the store, if I’m having a problem using it online. Their customer service is pretty awesome, and they’ll usually accomodate things like this.

I know for a fact that you can only enter one gift card code on-line at a time i recieved 2 of them for my bday and i had to purchase separate

I signed up for them to email me when it’s in. THere’s three separate things that haven’t made it into recent shipments, plus a pile of newer things I’m waiting to see if they get in!)
Bet I’ll aim for Illamasqua lipglosses, a few MUFE lipsticks, UD Aquarius eyeshadow, possibly the UD BoS 3, get a backup of my REN Night Cream. Not sure what else.
