It’s a tie between Eyes and Lips. I love trying out different eyeshadow looks and figuring out new combinations, but I also love me some lipgloss! I agree, it pulls everything together and makes the look complete.

I also love putting on lipstick or gloss for the same reason Christine, but I think my #1 would have to be setting my make up. I do that with either a powder or my Mufe mist and fix. That’s when my skin is flawless and I feel like everything is locked in. It’s so great to look in the mirror and see exactly what you want to see.

Same here. Lipstick and gloss is always my very last step so it feels like everything just pulls together at the end. My favorite feature is probably my lips so I feel like the lipstick and gloss you pick really make or break your look!
def. eyeshadow, i love to experiment with all the colors and get excited picking out what colors im going to wear that day.
My favorite step is applying blush. That’s always the last step for me. I don’t know why exactly, but it feels like the finishing touch to add some “life” to my face.

And I usually layer a powder blush over a cream blush so its twice as much fun!!!
Primer! 🙂 it makes my makeup last all daaayy~ and makes my skin feel so soft, and matte, and not so oily-facey! I use the hard candy primer and it works wondeeers!! 😀 yay!!!
i love blending out my crease! it feels sooo good on my eyelid if i’m not in a hurry.
but i also love putting on my foundation powder. my brush i use is so soft and the makeup smells like what i played with when i was little.. i just love it 🙂
and i absolutely hate doing my mascara. to get my eyelashes to their best, it takes so much effort! mascara takes the most amount of time! definitely.

This probably sounds cheesy but applying blush is my favourite! It’s the one step where I smile a little so that makes me feel happy.. and it’s also the last step so for me it brings the look together!
I surely do love the creams, primer and foundation. It is the beginning, the blank canvas.
Skin care! Which is funny, because I used to HATE taking time to wash my face, apply moisturizer, etc. Now it’s my favorite part. I just love knowing I’m taking care of it.

I like applying blush. Watching the colour bloom on my skin and then going over it with a finishing brush makes me feel so happy and glowy on the inside lol >_<
Foundation because I could go out with just that and feel fine, it makes my skin look so much better, which is my main reason for wearing makeup. I could live without blush, bronzer, mascara, and lipstick/lipgloss (although that would be painful!) but not my foundation! 🙂

To me, it’s the base in its whole (foundation+ powder + bronzer or highlighter). I love how it literally transforms my face! from uneven patchy, with discoloration to a glowing, healthy complexion!
It requires some time to apply but I love the result (that’s why I own 15+ foundations!!).
The other ritual I cannot do without is applying perfume before going out: it makes me feel “complete” and refreshed, feminine and polished!
Definitely eyeshadow. Using eyeshadow was my first make up experience and it still gives me the most pleasure to play with different colors and brushes to totally wake up and transform your eyes. I should say that the whole “eye routine” is my favorite so that includes eyeliner, mascara and/or false lashes.
I agree with you 100%. It’s my favorite part and I never skip it. Even if I’m in a hurry, I’m not complete until my lipstick is done!
Lipstick & lipgloss is my favorite part of my routine as well! It completes everything! =)
Mascara! I love false lashes effect so I spend also 5 minutes to apply my mascara 🙂

As much as I love playing around with my eye shadows, I absolutely LOVE it when the whole make up comes together when I apply mascara.

Eyeliner. For my face shape, it just looks puffy and undefined, and I worry about my blending…. and then i apply eyeliner and POOF, the contour is there an its dramatic and lovely!
I love applying bronzer/blush! It makes my face glow and completes the entire look 🙂

Applying my mascara is my favorite part because it’s the last part of my daily beauty routine and it pulls the look together 🙂
This one is tough to answer because I love doing every part of my make up. But to me my favorite part is putting on foundation because i feel that it completes the look and makes me look polished.
I love doing my nails! I find it very relaxing actually 🙂
Definitely playing around with the eyes. So many shadows, so many possibilities.
Lipstick and mascara. Those two items just makes the most difference in my overall look, so I love doing those two!
I ADORE when I finish my eyeshadow, especially if it’s a complex design. I feel really accomplished! 🙂
eyes . I love creating masterpieces. LOL But I enjoy doing the whole shabang lips and cheeks and nails. 🙂
for makeup – I would say just putting on my base – I kind of DIY tinted moisturizer – I use ELDW and the Biore Dual Fusion moisturizer, as soon as I put it on, everything is even, a fresh palette!
I have always loved applying blush with a fluffy brush. It just makes such a difference to add a little color to my face. There have been times that I haven’t been very healthy (I had a kidney transplant a few years ago) and blush would make me look more awake.
It really depends on what I choose to emphasize on that day. For instance today I’m all about the eyeliner as I opted for a muted purple whereas over the weekend (celebrating Pride) my favourite part was my red lipstick (NARS Damned lipstick pencil). I guess I’m excited when I do something a little different than I do everyday – whatever makes the looks special, I suppose.
But when I’m not successful in my attempt (cat eyeliner gone wrong, lipstick choice not working, etc) I feel so defeated and that usually happens with eyeshadows, I’m still a newbie with colour and application.
My favorite is doing my eyes. I am fortunate to have a lot of lid space and space between the crease and brow, so I have quite a playground!
I just Love to do my face foundation, highlighting, blush concealer just t to see my skin improvement it’s amazing
though, I also love to do my mascara
Contour! because i can change the look of my face entirely. I dont contour everyday, so i save it for special night outs.
I love putting on foundation. The brushes feel so nice and I love watching my face go from looking tired to looking fresh!
I love putting on eyeliner (liquid or gel, maybe even pencil) and lipstick/lipgloss as well. 😀

Eye makeup. It’s the most creative part.
definitely foundation and concealer. It’s the “boring” part, but I love seeing my face become more perfect than it actually is XD…

I love my blushes and cheeks, instantly transforms my look.
Probably when I’m ending it, haha… Don’t get me wrong, I love being transformed from the messy girl with amazingly dramatic under-eye circles to a truly beautiful person, but it’s so much hassle some days. The hair, makeup, and all… It’s a lot of work in my opinion. And besides the relief, I love the end because I can see the finished product in all its glory.
Applying cheek products – I love to layer blushers and highlighters and get that flushed, glowing cheek!
Eyeliner would be a close second though, since I wear glasses ALL the time and it’s nice to have a bit of definition…

My favorite part is applying eyeshadow.
I love putting on blush. It brightens my face. If I could I would wear lipstick and gloss, unfortunately my lips peal and become dry on matter what lipstick is wear.
I think blush is my favorite. I always smile when I do it and as soon as I see my cheeks pop it makes me happy! LOL.
Mascara! My eyes are my best feature &i have long thick lashes. Unfortunately my lashes are naturally blonde but that just makes the mascara all the more fun to put on. Liner comes in close second as that gives my eyes shape. “Eyes are the nipples of the face.” Shelly – House Bunny :))

I’m weird, I think. My absolute favorite part is washing/moisturizing my face for the day. It’s just a pleasant way to wake up and prep for what needs to be done.

Without makeup, my eyes don’t really stand out but when I curl my lashes, put on some mascara and eyeliner are certainly my best feature!

I LOVE doing my nails the most 🙂 but as far as makeup is concerned, eyes are the most fun! I just want to get better at different ways of applying it 🙂
I love that point when you have worked on applying a new eyeshadow or are using a new application technique and you are wondering if it it going to turn out “ok” or if you need to get out a wipe and start over. It sounds crazy but never quit when you are at that point. Go ahead and add liner and mascara before you quit. Many times those two finishing touches bring a look together.

Eyeshadow! I love the fun of choosing color combos, experimenting with placement, blending…it’s incredibly relaxing. Next would have to be lip products, which I do last.
Tough question! I guess I’d have to go with lipstick/lipgloss, for the same reasons you mentioned 🙂
