I would wear Float on By all by itself! I’m so sad I missed my chance to get this. Rosemary and Thyme… I’d probably wear it on the lower lashline with a bronze look on my upper lid.

Torrie Avatar

I would love to win these and pair them up with a neutral eye with just that little POP of color on my eyeliner!

I would pare Float On By with MAC Juxt and Birds and Berries and Rosemary & Thyme with MAC Grand Entrance and Humid 🙂

Fatema Avatar

I’d pair “rosemary & thyme” kohl with Humid and sweet and punchy eyeshadow.
“float on by” kohl with any golden eyeshadow!

Amy Avatar

I would pair Rosemary & Thyme with Coquette…green and grey look pretty together. I would pair Float On By with UD’s Sin all over the lid and Satin Taupe in the crease, to let the blue really stand out.

marta Avatar

probably something neutal – like brule all over the lid with some omega in the crease – just use these liners as a pop of colour.

Rochelle Avatar

i would pair the bright eyeliners with a neutral eye. i would probably use soft brown on my lid and mulch in my crease. Then i would use the eyeliner underneath my bottom lash line. this way i would get a neutral look with a small pop of color to make it stand out a little bit.

JayJay Avatar

Oh, I would pair Rosemary & Thyme with Humid, Satin Taupe, Gorgeous Gold, or Woodwinked. I would pair Float on By with Birds & Berries, Lucky Green, Shimmermoss, and Freshwater.

🙂

Kendra Avatar

I would use floats on by with an intense dark turqoise eyeshadow all over the lid, then fade it up to the brown bone with a lighter teal and scene. Rosemary & Thyme would be great for a deep green smokey eye!

Ayesha Avatar

I would pair Rosemary and Thyme with Prankster and Goldmine eyeshadows to create a smokey khaki look!

Float on by… that would look awesome on the lower waterline/lashline paired with a neutral eye for a pop of colour!

vivian Avatar

i’d pair rosemary and thyme with neutral, soft browns, and i’d wear float on by with a shimmery wash of champagne on my lid!

Nadia Avatar

I’d pair them with gold/brown eyeshadows…just add the eye pencils for a hit of colour on the lower lash line and to add a bit of flair to an otherwise neutral look!

Shefali Avatar

I would pair Float on By with Firecracker for a great bright summer eye, and I would pair Rosemary & Thyme with something like Patina and Bronze.

Donna Avatar

I’d love to try the Rosemary and Thyme one with Bobbi Brown’s Golden Leaf in the crease and MAC’s Mylar on the lid… 🙂

I’d have to play with the Float on By to see what it looked best with though 🙂

Sarah Avatar

I would most probably pair it with nudes / Gold / browns / oranges and green,it would look gorgeous with these shades stila kitten / starlight / jezebel or MAC mythology MAC bronze or Green smoke Dart teal / Urban decay flipside

Diana S. Avatar

I would wear bare study paint pot on my lid, mystery eyeshadow on the outer v, ricepaper as a highlighter, then line my upper lashes with Float on by! I would pair Rosemary and Thyme by putting on my upper lash line with Melon pigment under it on the entire lid and then humid on the outer v and along the lower lash line.

Erin Avatar

I would pair the green and blue eye kohls with brown eyeshadows and gray eyeshadows. I think the neutral palette would make these colors really pop and stand out!

Sarah Avatar

Maria Avatar

I would apply it with Mac Woodwinked on the lid, Swiss Chocolate in the creae, Espress to the V and Mac Universal Mix Pigment to highlight, then finish with one of the liners in the lower lashine over a wash of Woodwinked

Denise Avatar

Well of course the ones from the collection…shimmermoss , sand and sun, humid, firecracker, and sweet & punchy 🙂 gorgeous colors 🙂

Rosemary & Thyme- I would pair with a nice earthy smokey eye, Tempting on the lid, Carbon in the crease & Shroom as a highlight

thank you (:

kasiaj85 Avatar

I’d pair Rosemary & Thyme with brown or neutral eyeshadows. Also wih Lilac ones. And I’ve fallen in love with Float on By when I saw it in your tutorials and I think blues like that totally fit eyeshadows like Sweet & Punchy, colorful makeup and also purple looks.

Beatrix Avatar

With Float on by I would put in waterline with either a brown look or purple/burgundy look.

Rosemary & thyme I would pair with brown/bronze look or blue, also on waterline/lower lash line

milly Avatar

Id do the everyday neutral look and add these colours to the bottom lash lines for a pop of colours, a twist on the everyday neutral eyes 🙂

vnssa906 Avatar

i would totally pair these with neutral colors, to make the eye kohls stand out in their true glory 🙂

thx for this giveaway, Christine
xoxo, Vanessa

Claudia Avatar

For the Float on By I’d use the new UD eyeshadows for Sephora exclusives and for the Thyme I’d definitely use Humid and Sweet n Punchy!

Emily Avatar

I would pair the rosemary and thyme eye kohl with bare study paint pot on the lid (if that doesn’t count as an eyeshadow, then I would say retrospeck) and I would line my upper lash line with the eye kohl.

I would pair Float on by eye kohl with neutral eyeshadow colors (retrospeck on the lid, woodwinked in the crease) and replace my black eyeliner with the blue. (upper lash line and water line) Blue eyeliner really makes my eyes stand out!

Miranda Avatar

I would do a simple neutral eye (dazzlelight + all that glitters + blanc type). I love doing colourful eyeliner as a pop against neutral shadows.

cristina Avatar

i would use the green one with a brown coppery look, and the teal one with a neutral look like brule e/s on the lid and shale e/s in the crease to make it pop!!!

Kayvid Avatar

Because the colors of these are so pretty and vibrant, I would pair these with something soft and light like a champagne ES or a soft gold…

sofia Avatar

i love these!!so positive energy colours 😉 i think i would wear them alone or with a nude base with bronzer and shell pearl beauty powder worn as blush and some light bronze or coral lipgloss.. perfect for summer daily look!

Kirsty Avatar

I’d wear R&T as part of a look using Golden Olive pigment, and I’d keep things simple using Float on By as a lower lashline colour, with a smudge of print across the upper lashes.

Isabel Avatar

I love the bright pop of color these kind of pencils give when place under the lower lash line if paired with a more neutral eye makeup, such (bare study PP + Naked Lunch)… But float on by also looks awesome paired with shimmermoss…

Fresh Avatar

Float on By w. Birds and Berries

Temperature Rising as an eye kohl, lined with Float on By and a neutral shadow

Rosemary and Thyme with Humid and Bottle Green

Dini Avatar

I think I would wear Float on By with MAC Amber Lights and Mulch. Rosemary and Thyme might look good with Sweet and Punchy.

Twitter: dinidarling7

Valerie A. Avatar

I’d pair it with my clinique sheer loose powder. I use it as an eyeshadow on blehh days because it has gold shimmer in it and paired with a bright liner looks like I actually did something that day!

Maggie Avatar

I would wear float on by by itself probably or with a champagne shadow and i would wear rosemary & thyme with browns or with a look that consists of mostly natual pinks, nothing too bright and over the top

Maggie G. Avatar

Float On By would be awesome with a soft green/gold look (maybe Sweet & Punchy/Gorgeous Gold/Nylon).

Rosemary & Time would look amazing with, like, anything. But especially: a brown/bronze slightly smoky eye, a coral & gold eye, and a light pink/green combo.

sarah k Avatar

I’d pair it with a neutral eye!

I could either use the colors as an upper lash liner OR to line my lower lashline 🙂

Yay for MAC ttb… still goin strong =P

Jessica Avatar

I would use the eye khols with golds, neutrals, blues, greens, browns, blue/green smoky eye or just my themselves for a burst of color!

Meesh Avatar

I think nudes and peachy-champagne colors for Float on by to make it really stand out. For Rose & Thyme I think bronzes would look gorgeous if not, then silvers and blacks would look stunning!

Potatisbruden ~ Michilicious Avatar

I love them! I would love to use Rosemary & Thyme with green and/or ivory eye shadow, while I’d like to use Float On By either by itself or with gold, pink, champagne or ivory eye shadow 🙂
I retweeted 😀 (MichiLoveElijah)
I’m not sure if I can participate in this contest though, but if I win, please tell me? ~ You can always choose another one

Aisha Avatar

I would use a color like allthatglitters on the lid and woodwinked on the crease and mylar for a highlight and line lids with Rosemary & Thyme eye kohl. I would also use sand and sun eyeshadow on1st half of the lid 2nd half of lid use sweet and punchy, in crease use shimmermoss. For highlight vanilla, eye kohl in float on by. Great combinations 🙂

Leanne Avatar

I would probably pair this with some neutral eyeshadows like all that glitters or naked lunch and then put the eye kohls on my upper lashline!

Brittany Avatar

With Float on By, I’d do a minimal neutral look (Shroom/Patina) on top and add this to the waterline – I’ve been looking for a good teal/blue kohl to do this with, haha.
With Rosemary & Thyme, I’d use golds (Retrospeck/Goldmine/Romp).

Cat Avatar

I would pair a nude/beige matte with these – like Malt or Texture by MAC, with a shimmery gold or champagne highlight color on the brow and inner corners of the eyes – oh so summery! 🙂

The other thing I may try would be using a few of the liners in succession working from the inner to outer corners and a darker color in the crease as well. 🙂

Thanks for this!

Valerie C. Avatar

I’d do a neutral eye with them too. Painterly as a base, then Mylar on top and Symmetry (now Pro only) in crease. Thanks! I love Kohls!

Pam Avatar

i’d pair these eyeshadows with Vanilla pigment (on lid) and Satin taupe (on crease) and Naked Pigment (highlight. Keep the look neutral and use these eye kohls to make the eyes pop 🙂

Megan Avatar

Since I am obsessed with Urban Decay’s deluxe eyeshadow in HONEY, I would pair both of these with that gorgeous gold! Huge black lashes would be a must!!!

April Morrison Avatar

I think that I’d want the color of these eye kohls to be the center of attention so I’d probably use a color close to my eyelid color-something like painterly perhaps 🙂 Or possibly a goldish shimmery color since it’s summer….

Hope I win!! 😀

Jennifer Cleveland Avatar

I’m a big fan of Too Faced Eye shadows, so I would put Rosemary & Thyme with Label Whore (it’s like a more intense version of MAC’s Club) and Float On By with Neptune (a lovely shimmery turquoise) 🙂

Kammi Avatar

I am following Temptalia on twitter. I tweeted the contest. I am @kammikoza. I am a fan of Temptalia and shared the contest on facebook with over 400 friends. My RAW Chardonnay eyeshadows would def go with MAC Eye Kohls To The Beach. It’d looks hot!

Step Avatar

I’d do a champagne lid color and a midtone brown for the crease, just to add some shimmer and depth to the eye. It’d be a nice frame to the pretty liner.

Lyndsay Avatar

For the most part I would pair them with a nude eye, very simple shades of brown and tan. But I also like a coral eye for summer and the bold colors of the liner I think would look lovely

Katelyn Avatar

I’d pair them with neutral shadows like browns and grays. adding these liners on the upper lash line would be an awesome pop of color.

Claire Avatar

GORGEOUS! I think that neutral colors would look great with all these pencils, and using these as a think liner to add a pop of color would look great!

xoxo

Milessa Avatar

I’d pair them with a color like vibrant grape for something more dramatic and funky. On the other hand…i’d do something nude like naked pigment.

Meagn Avatar

I would do a pinup style eye ( Winged liner, white shadow) but instead of using a light brown shade to make you eye look defined I would use maybe a light purple for the Rosmary & Thyme , and a maybe a yellow and light green blended very nicely in the crease. For the lips I would use my Favorite lipstick Nude Rose, and a neutral toned blush for the cheeks 🙂

Thom Avatar

Hey e/s would go great with all of these colors since it is a neutral color. Some coral colors would go great too like the Dior Crush Glow palette.

Zoffe Avatar

I think Float on By looks *amazing* with Sweet & Punchy eyeshadow from To The Beach! It’s pretty amazing by itself too 😉
Rosemary & Thyme is such a gorgeous color to use in neutral looks to give them a little bit of color without overpowering them 🙂

Laura Avatar

I’d pair the green kohl with a kaki eyeshadows like the Chanel one [if only I had that =P] or pair anyone of them with a neutral black/grey/brown/beige eyeshadow make up =)
I RT’d it on Twitter : @invisibletears

Stephanie Avatar

I’d definitely use both of these on the waterline (but not at the same time) with either neutral/brown eyeshadows (Kitten always comes to mind!) or complementing colors. I always think browns especially with Rosemary & Thyme. I like that kind of army color theme on the eyes for some reason.

Oksana Avatar

I’d wear a monochromatic navy smoky eye (MAC Deep Truth, or Prussian)with Rosemary & Thyme, and a nude neutral eye with pinks, nudes and taupes with Float on By (Urban Decay’s Sellout and Mushroom from Book of Shadows II).

Katie Avatar

Thanks for another opportunity, Christine! Personally, I’d just use these alone, smudged all over the eye, but I would pair these two with simple, neutral colors since the colors are already intense, or pair with really bright blues and yellows.

Aleksandra Avatar

I’d pair rosemary and thyme with a bright look because I tried it with a similar e/l and it looked awesome. Something like Jest and firecracker/hepcat.

Float on by would probably be good with a darker look, I think it would look great with a purple smoky eye!

Ren Avatar

I would wear Rosemary & Thyme with Tea Biscuit on the lid, Copper Penny in the crease, Cinnamon in the outer corner, and Ivory Box as a highlight (all from Estee Lauder). Float On By, I’d wear with Shimmermoss and Sweet and Punchy for a brighter look.

joanne w Avatar

Well it depends on what type of look you’re trying to achieve. Like if I were to go for a very colorful or smokey look or even a look using the eye kohls as just a pop of color. If you’re looking for a lot of birght colors it’s great using UD’s Painkiller and the eye kohl on the bottom only.

NeenaJ Avatar

Rosemary + Thyme with rich purples. I love the look of purple & olive green. Float on By with a dark grey smokey eye for a pop of brightness.

ash Avatar

For the Dark Blue And Green Doing a Neutral look And Add the colors to make Eyes Pop More 🙂

And With the Pink Probably a Nice Light Mute pink And adding the Pink TO make it All COme together

and for the Vibrant Orange coral i think a sunset look would look perfect with the Eyeliner

Cassie Avatar

I have MAC’s Swimming which would love great with either. The green would look nice with a bright pink or just a bronze shade. The blue I can see going with a purple like MAC’s Parfait Amour. However, something light and sheer would make them stand out. Even something like MAC’s All That Glitters would make either one look pretty (especially with the dark green).

Hay Mich Avatar

I’d pair Float on By with Sweet and Punchy. I would pair Rosemary and Thyme with a creamy beige shadow with a green or taupe in the crease.

Faith Avatar

I’m going to have to agree with most people here and definitely say neutrals. Something like all that glitters on the lid with UD Smog in the corners.

Stephanie Raymond Avatar

float on by sweet and punchy, rosemary&thyme humid, shimmermoss, lucky tom.creme royal etc.

there is so many way to where them!

Flor Avatar

i’d pair it up with mac vanilla in the inner corners, painterly paint pot all over lid, and vanilla again as the highlight. it would really bring out the true colors of the eye kohls and make it the main focus 🙂

Jessica V Avatar

With Rosemary and Thyme I would pair it with Urban Decay’s Vert or Mildew. And with Float on By I would use UD’s Jinx, Flipside or Shattered! : )

Danielle F. Avatar

I love these eyeliners. I would pair Float On By with MAC Cream Colour Base in Pearl or Hush . I would wear the Rosemary and Thyme with MAC Woodwinked. Lovely!

happybadfish Avatar

I have a blue denim Dior palette which I think would be nice with the blue one.
Sumptuous olive and carbon with the green one.

LNU Avatar

Well I’d easily pair both of these with Inglots Double Sparkle # 463 which is a neutral matte with fine glitter, rosemary and thyme would look great over a warm gold too like Benefit bikini line, or a true gold like Inglot Pearl # 430 or Smashbox 24k. Float on by would like nice over a shade like Benefit like what you sea, or just a light silver, I’d hate to take away the “pop” from a color like float on by!

Athena Avatar

I would pair them with a nude eyeshadow like shroom or brule by MAC all over the lid and use the eye kohls on the top lash line & waterline.

Fernanda Baldo Avatar

I think Rosemary and Thyme would look great with shroom and All that Glitters on the outer corner. Float on By would look good with a gray eyeshadow like Scene or Bough Grey.

Shannon Avatar

I’d pair Float on By with Birds and Berries and Plumage Eye Shadows or a neutral eye using Satin Taupe and Honey Lust Eye Shadows. For Rosemary and Thyme i’d use the Eye Shadows in Sweet and Punchy and Humid

Heli Avatar

I’d wear Float on by on my upper lid with Sand&Sun and Firecracker. Rosemary & Thyme would look great with a golden-green look using Goldmine and Humid.

Karin Vaughan Avatar

I’d pair the green with a shimmery gold eyeshadow, and the bold blue would go with the other peachy eyeshadow from the To The Beach collection 🙂

Marian Avatar

I’d pair either of these liners with a wash of Bobbi Brown Champagne. I’d let the liners themselves be the prominent color on the eye.

Amanda Avatar

Uhm, I would just go all nude, maybe som crease-shadow and pretty highlighter.
You want these liners to be noticed, so you shouldn’t have fivehundred other colors going on.

Jenni Avatar

I’d pair the eye kohls with a simple, neutral look using ricepaper, shroom, and woodwinked! they’d look lovely on the lower lash line.

Kiwi.Cozy Avatar

Because I’ve started a new job and I need to start wearing more neutral make-up, I’d probably pair these with neutrals to make them stand out more. 🙂

Cindy :P Avatar

I’d probably pair both with a light skin-toney eyeshadow (like shroom) so they have their time to shine!! Or Rosemary & Thyme for me would be beautiful with a very soft brown smokey eye, and Float on By could have its moment with a dark smokey eye, but being the only product placed on the lower lash-line 😀

Adail Avatar

I would use these with coral colors on my eyes. I have the coral crepe paint pot and i think that would look pretty with these pencils. And i would also do gold/neutrals as well.

Sydney Avatar

Since they are cooler toned, I would pair them up with warmer shades of shadow. I could see them looking well with copper-toned shades!

Steinella Avatar

I would pair Float on By with Tissueweight and Gazette Grey.
Rosemary & Theme i would pair with Grey or Green`s.
Greetings =)

Carrie Avatar

I would pair these w/ a very neutral eye, just one slightly shimmery shadow all over the lid like Shroom, and the liners on the lower lash line, no eye liner on the upper lash line. I’d also use lots of black mascara.

Lauurence Avatar

i would do a neutral eyes using grain, a bit of brown down and ricepaper in the inner corner.
and add a pop of color on the lower lashline.
yes, that would be my choice.

thanks for the contest 🙂

Andréanne Avatar

I’ll probably pair Rosemary and Thyme with green eyeshadow. Or with neutrals to give a pop of color!
I’ll use Float on by with blue smokey eye or like I said for R&T, with neutral for a nice pop of color!

Lisa Avatar

i would use float on by on my lower lash line for a neutral eye with a pop kind of look.
i would use rosemary & thyme on the lids with a nice brown shadow.

DevilishDoll Avatar

I would love to pair Float On By with something like Freshwater and Gulf Stream, or even with Firecracker. Rosemary & Thyme I’d probably pair with more neutral colors.

Patti Avatar

I’d go for a neutral look with one of the liners as a pop of color – they’re just too much fun to blend in with a bunch of other products!

sarah Avatar

I’d put these eyeliners with some neutral eyeshadows so that the color would pop! such as Hey, All That Glitters, and Naked lunch

Mariana Avatar

I am a neutral shadow kind of girl, so I would probably use Naked Lunch or Grain all over my lid and then line either my upper or lower lashline with one of the liners…..perfect!

Darian Avatar

Oh man, I LOVE these colors. I’d definitely pair Float on By with neutrals. It’ll POP. Rosemary & Thyme would also look nice by itself for a day look as an alternative for black. But it would also look great in a gold and olive tone smoky eye.

auroragyps Avatar

I’d pair them up with UD’s Acid Rain, Chains, & Goddess. Lots of subtle olivy green with a bit of dramatic navy in the outer corner and a pop of bright blue as the bottom liner.

RT @auroragyps on Twitter.

Yumi Avatar

I’d pair them with Woodwinked, All That Glitters, Girlie, Sumptous Olive, Club, Vanilla, and probably Haux. Not all at the same time though! 🙂

Stephanie Avatar

I would use Rosemary and Thyme with a light brown on the lid and a brownish-green in the crease. I would smudge the liner into the lash line.

Float on By I would contrast with sky-blue shades and cream highlighters. I would initially apply it heavily on the lash-line but smudge it upwards to create a gradient contrast.

Thanks for the contest!!!

Sam Avatar

hmm maybe a matte light brown smokey eye , then the rosemary&tyhme on the lower lash line and smudged intensly.. then i would pat humid eyeashadow on the outer part of the lower lashline x

Shannon Avatar

i want these to be really obvious and really bright, so best would be to stick with neutrals. I mean honestly, look at them! So pretty, it’d be a shame to cover it up and be overwhelmed by too many e/s colors. 😀

Gabi Avatar

I would pair float on by eye kohl with a gold smoky eye using Urban Decay Half Baked all over the lid and urban decay smog in the crease. I would use rosemary & thyme with Macs Golden Olive pigment all over the lid and Mac Charcoal brown eyeshadow in the crease to create a green smoky eye.

Emily Avatar

Rosemary and Thyme I’d line my lower lashes with and have a brown/gold smoky eyes on top….Tempting would definitely be in there with it. =)
Float on By I’d line both the upper and lower lashes with…and for the lid have a neutral/tan combination.

Heather Avatar

OMG!!! I totally would do the MAC look, use the Firecracker on the lid, blending with the Dazzlelight, then lining with the Rosemary & Thyme. I would use the Float on By w/Humid on the Lid and Sweet Punch to blend. I already have the eye shadows, just need the eye kohls.

Leenie Avatar

I would wear a natural looking eye like amber light and saddle with embark in the v then I would use float on by for a pop of color

Annette Avatar

I would probably do what many of the other commenters have mentioned. I wear mostly neutrals on my lids, so I would wear neutral shadow and the liners on the lower lash line and water line.

Giosi Derleth Avatar

golds or bright colors…for the blue you wouldnt even need an eyeshadow…its soo pretty all by its self! nudes would be okay…but bright and bold would be better!

Michelle Avatar

I’d pair them with light neutral eye shadow shades, or even further, with shimmery beige as all-over-lid wash only~! To emphasize the beauty of those eye kohls

jacque Avatar

i would pair this with any neutrals maybe soft brown and put the liners in my waterline for a lil pop of color! i would also maybe use shroom to add to my inner tear duct for a nice affect as well!

Andrea Avatar

I would use these with neutral shadows. I think shimmery neutrals would be really pretty, but other textures would be nice as well!

edith Avatar

I would pare this with any gold bronzy MAC eyeshadow like bronze, goldmine, amber lights and some neutral like solar white, all that glitters to show off the eye liner!!!

Barb Avatar

Since both are bold, I would have to say a neutral like stila Kitten. Make the eyeliner be the main focus. Maybe with a black-black kohl mascara.

Polina Avatar

i would pair float on by with aquadisiac on the lid and shimmermoss in the crease and lark about pigment as a highlight and in the inner corner. hope i win!(:

ssumeraa Avatar

I would keep eyes neutral with something like naked lunch on the lid, and a soft brown in the crease to make my eyes bright with these kohls on the lower lashline…I can also imagine myself doing cateyeliner with these bright colors on the upper lashline 🙂

Oooh, the possibilities….

Jennifer Avatar

I’d wear them by themselves! Maybe with a nice subtle white gold shimmer, but, by and large, I think they’re kooky enough to be worn alone.

Dee E. Avatar

I would pair Rosemary and Thyme with Estee Lauder Goldleaf on the lid and Woodwinked Eyeshadow in the crease. I would wear Float on By with Antiqued in the crease and Urban Decay Mildew on the lid.

Kathryn Avatar

I would just pop these on my eyelid with very neutral colors (R&R Spy, MAC Brule, UD Sin) with a slightly darker crease for definition 🙂

Lena Avatar

I’d probably pair them with a nice light neutral eye so the colours can really pop–especially Float On By. I’m usually into bright colours, but I’d love wearing these on my more neutral days for fun pops of colour.

c0c0666 Avatar

I’ld pair Rosemary & thyme with some green like Sweet and punchy, Sumptuous olive and Humid. For Float on by I think that could be nice with some gold and brown to create like a pop of colours.

Eliana Avatar

Rosemary and Thyme will go perfectly with MAC’s Swiming. Float on By would look lovely with Strike a pose or even better Smoke and Diamonds 🙂

Ashley Avatar

I’d pair these with either a silvery pearl eyeshadow transitioning to a faint brown colour on the ends/third of the lid and darkish grey on the outer v.

Keke Avatar

I would pair these gorgeous bright pencils with a neutral eyeshadow look for dark skin. A nice shimmer of chocolate brown with the liner on the upper and lower lids.

Amy Avatar

I’d pair these eyeliners with neutral eyeshadows like Stila kitten eyeshadow all over the lid and MAC tempting eyeshadow on the crease (:

Brandy D. Avatar

I would definitely pair these up with some neutrals. Such as, Honey Lust, All That Glitters, Amber Lights, Tan Pigment and maybe even some neutral shimmery colors from Urban Decay! In general I think these would add the best pop of color with any sort of shimmery neutral!! (:

Rosanna Avatar

I would pair these on the lower lashline with Tropical eye looks (Gorgeous Gold, Shimmermoss, & Freshwater) or smoldering olive green (sumptuous olive) or navy blue smokey eye looks!

Sabrinav Avatar

I would wear by the sea in the water line with shimmermoss on the lid and under the eye, sketch in the outer corner and the outer V, shroom under the eye brow and in the inner corner. On the lips I would use hug me lipstick and love nectar lustreglass. I would also use a bit of weekend bronzer 🙂

Sabrinav Avatar

I would wear float on by in the water line with shimmermoss on the lid and under the eye, sketch in the outer corner and the outer V, shroom under the eye brow and in the inner corner. On the lips I would use hug me lipstick and love nectar lustreglass. I would also use a bit of weekend bronzer 🙂

gabriela Avatar

rosemary and tyme would be cool with sweet&punchy, naked lunch towards the inner corner and agrayish color to darken upso pretty the outer corner like make charcol brown

float on by is so pretty i would probably just apply soft ocre paintpot and brule shadow to even out my lids and give a nice soft look and let the liner be my focouse point

Danielle G. Avatar

I would pair the liners with all the eyeshadows from To the Beach collection because there is endless looks you can create just by adding the pencils.

Karli Avatar

I’d use Float on By in the waterline with Urban Decay Shattered on the lid, MAC Teal pigment in the crease, and a swipe of black liquid liner.

And I’d use Rosemary & Thyme on the waterline and lower lashline with MAC Sweet and Punchy on the lid, Urban Decay Mildew in the crease, and MAC Carbon in the outer v.

Ms. Jimmi Avatar

I would wear them with Summer Sand or Bisque during the day and use Seedy Pearl or Kid for night use with Cork in the crease.

Kim Avatar

i wud pair these colors with similar colors like club with the pop of green on the lower waterline. for the float on by, i would pair it with a coral eye makeup to further compliment the blue liner for the lower waterline.

Kim Avatar

I would do sin by urban decay with either one and for the crease do something simply like cork… I would also do a color like goldmine. 🙂 Something simple and warm so that the pop of color compliments it nicely.

kiki Avatar

I will keep my eyeshadow neutral and then put these colors at my lower lash line to give the look a hint of pop and fun.I also retweet this on my twitter(@Cassita77)..xoxo

Rachel Avatar

The eye kohls would look great with cat eye and coral lips. Soft ochre or painterly paint pot as a base, winged liner with the eye kohl and a coral lip gloss would look perfect.

Janet Avatar

Hm……. since the colors are so bold, I’d let them speak for themselves and just pair them with a light, cream or nude colored shimmer.

Babylonia Avatar

So many options! I think a few of the shadows from Give me liberty of london would look good with these, like bough grey and birds & berries.

maya pastori Avatar

i’d pair float on by with a very neutral eye look, ex. brule, wedge and ricepaper as highlight, so that the turquoise liner would really pop!

maya pastori Avatar

Hi, I’d love to win this!!!!
Anyway, i’d pare this gorgeous bold turquoise with a very light neutral eye, i’d use brule, wedge and a little bit of shroom right above the brow bone!
=)

Tiffany Avatar

I would pair both rosemary and thyme & float on by with a soft gold shimmer eyeshadow with brown in the crease, false eyelashes, light soft pink blush and turkish delight lip glosss =)

tickles Avatar

I would pair Float on by with parrot or nude shadows. Rosemary & Thyme with humid, of course, or juxt and club. The red lipliner with black eyeliner, like in the promotional image!

Ashley Avatar

I would either a smokey green look or a gold/champagne eyelook. I tend to lean towards beige eyeshadows are something in the family of Stila’s Kitten.

Marjolijn Avatar

I’d use the blue one with a shimmery light teal eyeshadow and the greenish black one with brown and sandy colours 🙂

valli Avatar

I’d pair this with the Body Shop’s eyeshadow in shade 05 “Burnished Brown”. It’s a light brown with gold iridescent shimmer that would go well with both my brown eyes and the shade of those pencils!

Vero Avatar

I’d pair them with a champagne eyeshadow (like Hey) and the line of one of the eye colors and the liners for the lips, and then a bright gloss on it.

TheCat7 Avatar

I love those kohls!
I would pair Rosemary and Thyme with a beautiful pinkish colour, I´m thinking something like Expensive Pink by MAC.
Float on by would look pretty with pink too, but I think a gorgeous light gold colour would be nice. Maybe Gorgeous Gold by MAC. Or, for a completely different look and more of a “nighttime”, I would pick Creme de Violet by MAC!

Kat C. Avatar

I think these would look great when paired with any eyeshadow in the sleek original palette or the duwop velvet trio! 🙂

Rahainah Avatar

wow! those are soo pretty. maybe i’ll just keep it simple and wear it alone for days i dont want to do anything on my eyes but still wanna attract attention to them. and maybe i could go with bright colors and add them as eyeliners 🙂

christine Avatar

Definitely a couple of shades in the coastal scents palette! I’m thinking of a bronze smokey eye with the black eyeliner (:

Lulle Avatar

I think I’d pair Float on By with a teal/lagoon blue look, and Rosemary and Thyme with a neutral or green pastel eye.
I could also use Float on By as a pop of color on the lower lash line with neutral shadows.

Nadia Rafiq Avatar

These are beautiful color and would look great with various eye shadows. I would pair them with moss, latte, rouge, stone, lavender or mist colors.

It would look amazing at the beach!

Chicca Avatar

i’d use these under my lower lashline, making a thick line and leaving the lid neutral (with a nude or pale, shimmery eyeshadow).

Leslie Avatar

Float on by with electric eel and cool heat with the liner smudged into the lower lash line and outer corner

Rosemary and thyme malt as the base color with crossculture in the outer v with the liner in the inner upper and lower lash lines

Kell Avatar

I would pair any of these liners with a super subtle eye – basically fleshtoned, matte. Maybe a tiny bit of soft brown through the outer crease/lid. Lots of brown-black mascara. Tweeted, too 🙂

Milou Avatar

I would pair them with neutral eyes (dazzlelight or naked lunch) so the liner will pop out. For a more colorful look I would pair Rosemary Thyme with lucky green and humid and Float on by with moon’s reflection and freshwater

Amanda Avatar

I would pair them with tons of different things. I think it would be pretty to pair them with just painterly paintpot for an unexpected look. I would also pair Float on by with satin taupe and naked lunch…i would wear them wuith any neutral to make my eyes pop or with a light smokey eye

Raychel Avatar

I would love the blue one to pair with a tan/champagne eyeshadow. The others I will experiment with until I find a funky combo!

Liz Avatar

I think Float on By would really pop against something warm like Stila e/s trio in gold, while Rosemary and Thyme might do well with either the same or something a bit more green like Estee Lauder e/s duo in Sage. Both liners are striking but still easy to work into a variety of looks. Nice giveaway!!!

catherine byron Avatar

I would pair these Pencils with neutral colors like MAC’s Brule on the lid and Grain in the crease and either one of the liners on the waterline as a pop of color.

Zeni Avatar

I would pair them with something neutral, and very natural feeling just to make them pop. Unless of course I’m just going out to be crazy and don’t have to go to work, then I would totally do a crazy blue/green eye with them.

brittany Avatar

i think they would look great with that new urban decay naked palette that i just saw five minutes ago and already want 🙂

strawberry Avatar

i would pair float on by with contrast and rosemary and thyme with humid. i would also use them alone or on top of neutral shadows.

Mimi Avatar

something suttle like a champange on the lid a light brown crease and a meduim brown outter corner and the eye kohl at the bottem perfect nde with pop!

Ada Avatar

With the black, I’d probably use stila’s Kitten for my everyday look, but with the others, I’d go with a matte white, cream or neutral for a pop. I might even throw in a little heart at the corners of my eyes instead of winging the liner, just so it stands out a bit more.

sanj skobalj Avatar

i would pair float on by with a neutral on the lid and an darkbrown in the crease, and rosemary and thyme with a gold, champagne colour to make it pop!

tpzhearts Avatar

I retweeted (username tpzhearts)
and i would pair them with a light gold sheeny eyeshadow or other colors from the to the beach collection 😀

Lo Avatar

I would pair rosemary and thyme with Sunnydaze pigment and Greensmoke eyeshadow from mac on the lid, with rosemary and thyme on the lower lashline. I’d pair Float on By with bronzy shadows on the lid and float on by on the lower lashline (I bet it would look gorgeous with bronzescape solar bits!)

Vanessa C. Heinrichs Avatar

I would use the first one with gold shadow.
The blue one I would use a black line at the base of the upper lashes and the blue line right above it, only in the outer hals of the eye =)

Nazia Avatar

I would just use MAC all that glitters eyeshadow all over the lid, so that the Float on By Kohl color really stands out! As for Rosemary & Thyme Kohl, I’d use UD eyeshadow baked all over the lid, last call in crease blending up and perversion in the outer v

Kat Avatar

I would try this with a flesh tone shade and a taupe color for the crease to focus on the colors. I’d use this for the under eye waterline, which is the only way that I can wear color and look, I think, pretty good in.

Tanya Avatar

Thyme and rosemary I would pair this with Melon pigment or something bronzy)))))
Float on By Would pair it with Coral))))loove corals

Meheen Avatar

I would pair rosemary and thyme with a bronze neutral look, and would pair float on by with a gold neutral look or as an accent to a smoky blue eye.

Naomi Avatar

I would pair them with humid, woodwinked, allthatgilters, plumage, deep truth, parfait amour and aquadaisiac. I’d also pair them with a neutral eye or with bare lids for a pop of color.

Darcey Avatar

Personally, with such bold colors I like to go with shimmer nuetrals so probably All That Glitters or Tempting by MAC or for a really intense look maybe Print and Star Violet!

1xellus1 Avatar

i would pair wear these eye kohls with a simple neutral eyeshadow look.
nyx skin, mobile lid
loreal matte brown (soft warm brown), crease
borghese dark brown (espresso color), outer v
absolute single e/s #34, transition/bridge
milani sheer sand, highlight

Sara Avatar

Ooh, very pretty! I’d pair them with some of the lighter, more neutral shadows from Urban Decay’s new Naked palette-maybe Half Baked and Virgin together.

Kat Avatar

I just bought Urban Decay’s “FreeLove” from Sephora (it’s a light orangy-coral shade). I think that would go great with all of these colors! 🙂 Maybe a deeper copper color in the crease, too.

Lizz M. Avatar

Ooh, I love these! I think Float on by would look great with neutral eyes. I feel like blues are always a good choice when you want a pop of color.

Rosemary and Thyme would look nice with played down summer smoky eyes – like Ricepaper all over the lid, Kid in the crease and a tiny bit of something like Shadowy Lady in the outer corners to deepen the look up. Nothing else but a lil’ mascara and some Rosemary and Thyme lining top and bottom lids and you’re good to go.

stephanie Avatar

i’d pair both with a neatrual eyeshadow, like maybe satin taupe by mac, and for the blue i might use electric eel if i wanted to do something more daring!

Béatrice Avatar

I would pair them with mac paintpot in bare study. It’s perfect for the summer!! I would just blend the eye khols a little bit.
I love this website!!

Maowism Avatar

I’d pair “Rosemary & Thyme” with “Lucky Green” eyeshadow, and “Float On By” with “Era” or “Naked Lunch” eyeshadow.

*Crossing my fingers!!!* =D =D

Cheyenne Avatar

I have the green one ‘Thyme’ but I can’t just seem to get my hand on ‘Float on By.’ I’d buy Shimmermoss hands down if I got my hands on this. Then pair it up with a brown maybe. Not sure 😀 I’ll see what I got working for me.

Liat Avatar

These are very pretty!
I’d keep it simple and go for nutral eye-shadow on the lid and these liners at the upper and / or lower lash line.

shilpa Avatar

all four colours are great to experiment. But i wud perfer to pair pink and blue for day with neutral eyeshows .Night wud to Pair green and red with allthatglitters on my lid with eyeliner.

Clemence Avatar

I have not got a lot of eyeshadows… I think the blue one will be perfect with a beautiful grey (like Mushroom from Alice In Wonderland Shadow Box – UD), the pink would be perfect with an orange or a beautiful nude brown, and the same for the orange one!
The dark green must be absolutely amazing with the quad from Lancome Pop’N Palette – Pop’N Petrol.

I also put it on twitter:
http://twitter.com/claim76ers

Su ann Avatar

The darker colours would look gorgeous with an olive brown smokey eye. I’ll use the bright ones with reddish/peach eyeshadow like Firecracker or a pink champagne shadow.

Lena Avatar

I think I’d like to pair them with some light pink eyeshadow. I don’t own yet, but am planning on getting one. I’m just not sure which one it’ll be, any ideas? 🙂

Emma Avatar

I’d love to use Float on By as a base for Birds and Berries eyeshadow. These are so colorful, I want to use them with colorful eyeshadow!

Monica Avatar

Since these 4 colors are just stunning themselves, I would keep it simple and just add a nice white/beige/cream colored eyeshadow with them, probably towards the inner part of the eyelid.

Allyson Alexander Avatar

I would pair these two eye khols with MAC’s humid eyeshadow and also with the sweet and punchy eyeshadows from the same to the beach collection the float on by and the sweet and punchy would be such a fun summer look!

Breanna Avatar

i would most likely pair them with a light colored shadow with a subtle shimmer, and let these liners stand alone, as they are gorgeous.

Laurel kane Avatar

I’m not sure what eyeshadows I’d pair with these, because I don’t have a ton of eyeshadows. But if I win them, I’ll be sure to find a good combo!

Mariah Avatar

I would pair float on by with neutral eyeshadows and rosemary thyme with any green or blue eyeshadows (or with any neutral eyeshadows to make it stand out more).

candace p. Avatar

i would pair the pink kohl with urban decays “summer of love” palette, and have the pink on the lower waterline and have burbon 24/eyeliner on the top lashline for a summer look (=

the green kohl id pair with Macs woodwinked, soba & create a smokey eye with the green as a primer for an outer v w/ dark edge & carbon (=

Nicolette Avatar

Well sense it is in the beach collection. I’d pair it to sweet and punchy on the lid with shimmermoss in the crease. And to make it more vibrant add humid to the lower lash line.Use blync type for a highlight.

You can also pair it with naked cosmetics. The broadway collection for a bright pretty summer look.

Joana Chantre Avatar

Hi Christine!! This is so exciting! For a fun girls night out look, I would pair these with rubenesque on the lids( this neutralizes the pigmentation on my lids)and would use Rosemary and thyme along my upper lash line with a slightly thicker line on the outter corners and and would use float on by also on the upper lash above the rosemary and Thyme( for a pop of colour). On the lower lash line I would use the NW25/NC30 Chromagraphic pencil. I would use one coat of black mascara( probably maybelline cat eyes). On the cheeks I would use garb blush( to keep the focus on the eyes). To finish off, on the lips, Id just keep it simple with a gloss, either C-thru lipglass or Wildly lush plushglass and voila! 🙂

Yumna Avatar

I wouls pair it up with Urban Decay Naked eyeshado palette. The Kohl pencil will look outstanding used as a lower lid line as weel as an upper lid line. It would emphasize the genle tone of the urban decay eyeshadow and draw attention to the eye big time

Karla Avatar

I would pair Float on By with Mac’s Birds and Berries, Shimmermoss or any neutral color, Rosemary and Thyme with greens like Humid or gold tones. But I actually think theres no rule to makeup, being creative is the best rule to get the best use of such beautiful colors.

Maybe Avatar

i would like to take them whit my new bronze look, after the sun to look happy and not “just brown”! and i willy need more color in my make up colection.

Tatiana Avatar

I would pair these w/ of course neutral eyes. All that Glitters in the inner corner a matte brown in the crease and lightly pat woodwinked on the outerv then add a kohl to my lower waterline and lashline. Or place a beautiful naked matte color to match my complexion to my entire lid ricepaper highlight and add the kohl over top of lid to make a beautiful cat eye look w/ color.

rachael chiang Avatar

Gorgeous!!!! I think I would pair these eye kohls with some colors from the same collection like the shimmermoss color and a soft coral blush!

Alexandria Avatar

I would pair Rosemary & Thyme with the Smashbox’s Beam Eyeshadow set. They are beautiful natural colors to let the eyeliner POP 🙂

Hannah Avatar

I would probably pair these eyeliners with either Hush or Mulch, both by MAC. I might even use a cream colour base. (like Shell for example)
P.s. thanks for the awesome giveaways!

Petra Avatar

I’d pair a champagne-peach colour with the Float on Bye pencil and maybe some gold-bronze eyeshadow with the green one. I usually stick to neutrals when wearing coloured liner.

Janice Avatar

I would probably stick to neutrals like a wash of naked pigment with satin taupe in the crease, and add the bright pop of color in the liner itself, but I might also put shimmermoss on the lower lashline and gold and bronze on top? So many options!

Holly Avatar

Ide pair Rosemary and Thyme with a purple eye to make it, and my green eyes, pop. For the Float on By one, Ide keep it neutral with a shimmery champagne color.

Juliana Avatar

i’d pair this amazing blue with woodwincked and humid to support Brazil next friday!
the other i’d pair with neutral/brown colors!

Kitty Avatar

I feel that bright eyeliner should be left to stand out on its own! So I would only use MAC Ricepaper as a highlight color and then line my lids with one of these gorgeous eyeliners!

Nancy C. Avatar

I would pair the Rosemary and Thyme on the water line with:

STILA: LAME On the lid
STILA: CHLOE on the upper crease
UD: TWICE BAKED on the crease (cut crease)
STILA: KITTEN on the inner corner of the eyes
STILA: Smudge pot on the upper water line (Liner)

Agnes Avatar

i would pair the bright colours with more neutral shimmery colors to really give that pop of color which would be lovely during the summer. The blue and green i would pair with either a neutral brown look in which i would wear the liner on my lower lashes to add a dramatic look or pair them with a soft smokey eye. Love these colours and thanks for the giveaway!

Shoshana Avatar

I would pair Rosemary and Thyme with Kid and Grain e/s from mac for a smokey look and Float On By with Electrica and Carbon for a dramatic look

Love Linda Avatar

I’d probably only wear these for a pop of color, so I’d pair it with something neutral to really let the color stand out. So something like all that glitters. :]

Shantastic Avatar

Those eye kohls would look great as part of a ocean eye look. I would pair this with the humid and shimmermoss from the collection along with texture and ricepaper to make a from land to sea type of look. I’d then do a neutral lip.

Morgan Avatar

I would definately pair both with neutrals. Browns/neutrals with the Rosmary & Thyme liner, and golds/bronzes with the Float on by…

blossy lumi Avatar

I just got two new sephora palettes (still sealed in their boxes) so I’d have to play around and see what works! I’m eyeing some natural/neutrals so the liners could shine and really show off the cool colours! As an aside, are there any good eyeliner tutorials out there … I’m hopeless in this department … these colours have inspired me to give it another real go! Thanks 🙂

AlyHurtado Avatar

I would love to pair them with a very simple and natural makeup like brown and vanilla eyeshadows and then… Those eyeliners on my botton lashline !!! It would be amazing !! Kisses Christine !!
I retweeted !!… @alystrawberry

HALF_INSANE Avatar

ohhh that’s so exciting. I would pair Rosemary with a strong brown palette with some dark plum in the crease. I would match Float on by with a orange sunset theme, and finish off the look with the Float on by as the water. Ahhh I hope I win 🙂

Arantzazu Avatar

Ok…. Let’s see
The orange one, I’ll put it with a bright yellow eyeshadow and a dramatic eyeliner.
The blue one, with a light neutral eyeshadow (Vanilla, from MAC, for example).
The pink one, with a really dramatic somkey eyes in black.
And the green one, maybe with a golden eyeshadow, nothing very pigmented but shimmery.

Neli Avatar

I would pair Rosemary & Thyme with woodwinked… just to give the neutral eye a pop of color thats not TOO bright.

I would pair Float on By with Sweet&Punchy, so it would be a total fun summer look with the bright lime green and the gorgeous blues!!! PERFECT for summer!!!

downtownbebebrown Avatar

Hope i make the cut =)
I would pair the pink lip liner with peach petal lipgloos and on the lid sweet sienna. The green and teal will look best with soft nude from Revlon.
The orange lip liner would go all over the lip and i would put my on, my only to the beach purchase i could get my hand on, flurry of fun =)
Good Luck

Vicki Avatar

I would pair the Rosemary & Thyme pencil with a neutral eyeshadow such as the middle shade from the Cover Girl Shimmering Sands trio. But I would definitely pair up Float on By with MAC Surreal to compliment the brightness of the liner.

sofia Avatar

I would pair these eyeliners with a yellow-orange mango colour for a bright to dark colour contrast. Blue and orange complement each other and green and orange look cool together too.

Rachael W Avatar

I would definately pair all of these with a neutral/taupey eyeshadow as they are so bright. It would be a great “pop” of color!

Kira Avatar

I think I’m gonna pair these pencils with my mac “wedge” and “brule”! Both are nude colours, (almost) without shimmer. So the pencils can give that finish 🙂

srini Avatar

I would do something soft like the sunset, or a fantasy eyeshadow color like lite green etc XD

Fallowing u on twitter 🙂
and retweeted …. @Sweet814

Megan Reich Avatar

For this collection of eye khols I think the best eye shadows would be very neutral eyeshadows such as Bone by Ulta and Caramel by Ulta, especially when using the blue eye khol 🙂
