About this Look

I used the new Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette for this look on my eyes, followed up with Kat Von D’s liquid lipstick in Lolita. I got this palette via Temptalia recommendation and was inspired to use my favorite colors to make this edgy look! I wanted to make my green eyes pop, but this look would look great on everyone!

Step-by-Step Guide

EYES

Using the Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette, I first took Burnt Orange and blended that into the crease, being sure to really blow out the color for my transition shade. I then took Realgar and put that in my crease, slightly lower than our previous color. I then follow that step with the Red Ochre shade, making sure to really tuck that color into the crease. Next, I took Antique Bronze and put that on my outer lid, and mixed Vermeer and Primavera,  and put those on my inner lid. Be sure to make sure those two blend into eachother in the middle of the lid so there is a nice gradient. I then took a mix of Love Letter and Red Ochre and bega to put that through the outer crease to blow out the look to make it smokey, focusing most of the color on the outer portion, and blend the remaining into the crease. Highlight browbone with Tempera, and highlighting the inner corner with Becca's Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector (pressed).

LOWER LASH LINE, etc.: (done after face) I took a brown Rimmel line to line my water line. I took Jessie's Girl liquid eyeliner and created a small wing, then applied standard wispie lashes and mascara. I then took Burnt Orange and smoked out the liner on my lower lashes. Then I took a mixture of Love Letter and Red Ochre, and used those to continue to smoke out the lower lashes being sure to really blow out the color and bring it pretty low on the lashline. Then taking Primavera and highlighting the very inner portion of the lower lashline.

FACE

After doing my eyes, I primed with Benefit's Porefessional Primer. I then applied a mixture of Estee Lauder Double Wear and Clinique Beyond Perfecting 2 in 1 Foundation & Concealer to my face. Using Maybelline's Fit Me Concealer, I concealed my under eyes and highlighted the face. I set all of that with Rimmels Stay Matte Powder. To contour, I used Benefit Hoola, and Too Faced Chocolate Bronzer to bronze. For blush, I used Kat Von D's Shade and Light blush in Morticia and Gomez. To highlight I used Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Opal. My brows were done using Loreal Brow Stylist pencil.

LIPS

I applied Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lotita.
