Tarte Exposed, Hourglass Blush Palette and Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow (though I don’t know if the blush palette counts as it’s LE so if not- Hourglass Mood Exposure Hourglass and Incandescent Electra and the CT highlight/bronzer would be #4 for later)

This is an easy one, as my blush collection is quite small (well, compared to everything else, LOL!), and I’ve really only been wearing it regularly for a relatively short time. I’d start by hunting down NARS Douceur (the holiest of all grails!), and NARS Multiple in St. Bart’s. Then, I’d pick up NARS Multiple in Copacabana.

I consider bronzers & contour products to be “base” products, as I don’t use them exclusively on my cheeks. I would have a hard time narrowing these down!

Tarte Natural Beauty, UD Rapture and one of: Dior Glowing Gardens Glowing Pink Illuminator or Becca Pearl Shimmering Skin Perfector or UD Aura or TheBalm Mary Loumanizer – I’d take any one of those as my third choice for a highlighter (unless highlighters are going to pop up in their own question like this one, in which case my 3rd choice would be MAC Sweet Sentiment).

Funny, I’ve just discovered blush declutter videos on YouTube and I’ve been obsessed with spying on other girls’ collections (blush). I realize that I really don’t own that many blushes (13) compared to others with over 60 in their stash!

For most my life I survived with only bronzer and highlighter, I was late to the blush game – but if I had to start over I’d stick with

HOURGLASS DIFFUSED LIGHT for highlight and finishing powder, under-eye brightener (must have)
BENEFIT DALLAS for a triple-duty countour/blush/bronzer
BENEFIT ROCKATEUR to switch up the blush colors and have something pink in my collection

If I had to stick with only 3 I’d give up on bronzer and use the above all the time!

(1) Nars Dual Intensity Blush & Highlighter in Adoration
(2) Sephora Colorful Face Powder Contour in Tranquil, and
(3) Diorskin Nude Shimmer Finishing Powder in Rose Pink

Laura Geller baked in Pink Grapefruit
Clinique Fig Pop
Don’t have a third; am always on the lookout for blushes that work on me, but so far not too much luck.

well since it’s only 3 productsssss:

1) Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay cheek palette (do palettes even count in this question? haha)
2) theBalm Manizer trio palette
3) illamasqua morale blush…….my latest obsession !

I consider contours and highlighters as face products, because that’s how I use most of them. I’m just considering blushes here.

1. Tarte Exposed, because it goes with everything. If I could only have one blush for a while, this would be it.
2. Milani Rose Powder Blush in Coral Cove, because it’s the most flattering on me and I use it a ton. I love the color and the quality.
3. E.l.f. Powder Blush Palette in Light. Permanent, inexpensive, good quality, and it gives me some variety.

4. The very next blush I’d buy would be Urban Decay Bittersweet. I use this much more than I would have guessed before I owned it. I wear purple makeup a lot, and this the best, most flattering purple blush I’ve ever used.

1. Shiseido PK 200 which is similar to a shimmer brick starting at a duochrome white and transitioning through pink to coral.
2. Defa Cosmetics “My Love” blush.
3. Chanel “Rose Ecrin” blush.

If palettes aren’t cheating:

UD Gwen Stefani blush palette
Hourglass blush palette
Benefit Cheekathon.

If palettes are cheating:

Laura Geller Blush’n’Brighten in Apricot Berry
Chanel Jersey
A non-glittery (satin/shimmer is okay) pinky-peach (three of my MAC blushes match this description, but I’m too lazy to pull out my z palettes to check the names)

I’d choose 3 different color families to go with the looks I do the most:

Cool pinks – Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Ethereal Glow

Warm pinks/peaches/corals – Dolce & Gabbana Blush in Rosebud

Reds/Berries – Tie between Illamasqua Powder Blush in Tweak and Urban Decay Blush in Rapture (Rapture more for berry and rose shades)

Lisa Avatar

tough one!

1) MAC Lustre Drops in Pink Rebel >> as a liquid highlight
2) Hourglass bronzer in Radiant Bronze Light >> could really just have this & nothing else
3) MAC powder blush in Peaches (or Instant Chic if they ever bring it back)

This has been the easiest to answer
Blush – Orgasm by Nars
Bronzer – Luminous Bronze Light by Hourglass
Highlight – Champagne Pop by BECCA

Lynette Avatar

MAC Prism
Makeup Geek Spellbound
The Balm Pinstripe…all 3 of these I don’t need to think about, go with just about any look.

Naomi Avatar

pixi beauty contour powder (only use this on my cheeks as it’s rather cool toned), Clinique fig pop blush, and tarte exposed blush. runner up is the elf ambient palette (or the highlighting palette, whatever it’s called!)

Catherine Avatar

blush: benefit’s dandelion
highligthers: thebalm’s cindy-lou manizer, edward bess ciao threads of silk and burberry spring summer nude gold
bronzers: benefit’s hoola, edward bess’ daydream and too faced milk chocolate soleil

Denise Avatar

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar, Love is the drug and Tom Ford Lust Blush. Hourglass and Kevin Aucoin. Darn I’m really not a fan of blush, but a girl needs some color to her glowing.

Kat Avatar

Nars Madly, MAC Peaches, and Dior Healthy Glow Awakening Blush Rosy Glow! One nude, one peach, and one pink. The runner-up fourth is IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Blush, which I’ve only been using a few days but adore.

Claire L Avatar

ByTerry Tan and Flash Cruise, Gwen Stefani UD cheek palette, NARS Despair palette. They cover all kinds of looks, highlighter, blusher and bronzer.

If palettes are cheating, then: theBalm’s FratBoy, Desert Balm bronzer, and Cindy-Lou Manizer.

Natalia Avatar

Again, will probably shop around to see what’s new, cause my only HG Warm Soul is now a tad more terracotta than the old version (I checked!) and there is nothing else really that I’m totally “attached” to.

If I had to choose right here right now though:

1. NARS Orgasm
2. MUFE Pro Bronze Fusion bronzer in 15i
3. MAC Soft and Gentle

Cat Avatar

This isn’t an easy question to answer! I know ABH Cream Contour Kit in Fair would be one of the first things I’d purchase, but I’m struggling with the other two! Geez… I guess MJ Shameless Blush in Outspoken and MAC Breezy. (But… I’d also want ABH Illuminator in Starlight!)

Laura Avatar

I take it this means contour, highlighter and blusher if applicable? If so, NYX Blush in Taupe for contour, Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl for highlighter and a Tarte blush palette.

Brittney Avatar

I would probably pick things that go with every look so if I have to narrow it to three based on what I use right now I would pick Tarte Celebrated, MAC Stay by Me or Urban Decay Kinky, and Urban Decay Aura.

Bonnie Avatar

1. Nars Orgasm Blush. Need I say more?
2. Jello Shot Rosy Cheek and Lip Tint Gel – I just got it in my lip monthly bag and it’s okay for lips, but for cheeks, it’s awesome! I get so many complements about how good I look when I wear this. Just dab a little on your cheekbone and blend. It spreads and morphs into a perfect shade for you.
3. Chanel Bronzer

Alicia Avatar

The question is cheek products, so I’m not going to include a bronzer, since that is more of a “face” product in my book! (For the record, my Holy Grail bronzer is/was the old Smashbox Bronze Lights – so bummed it got reformulated)

1.) Benefit Bella Bamba
2.) Benefit Coralista
3.) Hourglass Ambient Light Ethereal Glow

Susan Dowman Nevling Avatar

NARS Orgasm, of course
UD blush in, I think, Rapture
Clinique in Peach Color Pop

In addition, NARS Albatross for highlighting
Edward Bess bronzer but don’t recall the name. It was one of the two released together a while ago. Identified by a number.

Johanna Avatar

Bare minerals skinny dip bronzer, Becca damselfly blush and RMS living luminiser. They are all my most used cheek products.

Marta Avatar

Benefit Cheekathlon – has four different blushes and Hoola, so all blush types are in there even though I’m a bit disappointed with it.
And for a little shine The Balm Manizer sisters.
Because Cheecathlon is quite bulky and not travel friendly, I would choose a blush+bronzer+highlight trio from Sleek or UD.

BonnieBBon Avatar

Benefit Rocketuer
MAC red obsessed…..it’s magic ( I thought this would look horrid on me given my ruddy Irish complexion but my friend insisted I needed it and bought it for me. It was LE and she was right!!! It’s actually a cream, I get the casual colors and the cream color bases confused. It’s one of those. But I should have bought backups!! I NEED MAC to repromote this)
Urban Decay Rapture
